What you May Desire to be aware of, is WHAT YOU ARE “Actually” PLACING your Attention UPON?
Are you Focused on outer perceived Barriers to what you Desire?
Are you focused upon your Fears and have allowed those FEARS to dictate to you, how you will live, who you will be close to or not, based on PERCEIVED ease in the OUTER world?
The Outer World only reflects what you are experiencing within you.
So if YOU SEE limitation and Fear, your world will show you more of THAT.
IF YOU experience EASE and Allowing within you, DESPITE so-called outer Challenges, then your WORLD will begin to show you JUST HOW EASY IT CAN BE. How effortless it is, when you let go.
There is no huge puzzle here to figure out on Earth. It really is SIMPLE.
Focus on the LOVE you Desire, the Lover, the PASSION and the Flow WITHIN YOU. Your Outer world will then be of the PASSION of your Soul, effortlessly playing out as the Holographic Vision it is.
Reality on earth is the perceived substance of Solid Form. It really is NOT.
IT really is the Projection of how you are feeling and experiencing within yourself. This is the SPIRIT of YOU.
When you truly get this, you will go deep within yourself and dream away, in the Beauty of All That Exists, in the Ecstasy of your Soul.
Is this a little like Virtual Reality? Is what you experience the RESULT of your INNER WORLD?
Either your Ecstasy in Limitless Being, or Your Limitation based on doubt, sadness and Fear?
Own it, YOUR INNER WORLD.
SEE IT, Feel it, Taste it. OWN it!
If you get one thing from this, LOOK Deeper within yourself, at your beliefs, your fears, your beliefs of limitation. They don’t EXIST except within yourself.
If you say well it is obvious I have limitations because of this and that, ASK YOURSELF WHY you would believe it? Believe your MIND?
Change your Beliefs. Release outdated modes of Behaviour that simply are you patterns of PERCEIVED mental Limitations. They are NOT YOU!!!!!
And Surrender into the Limitless Nature that you truly Are.
You Truly ARE all that you Desire to Experience ~ ALREADY.
All of the Experiences that you experience are in Alignment with what you are vibrating and experiencing within yourself.
Simply Surrender to the Eternal Flow of Your Heart, to your Immortal Body of Light. And Stay Focused on the Bliss and Ecstasy that you already Are. When you stay focused upon this, your outer world of experience will match it. It is always about Vibrational Alignment!

When you Look in the Mirror What do You See? Do you see Flashes of an Old Belief System, pass through your Awareness?

Or do you exist in a World in which Ecstasy and Bliss, Fun and Play, is all That is? The Magical Realm, of Pure Divine Being and complete Union?
The world of Duality exists within the mental state of Union with Disharmony, to which the emotional Body, and physical body, also exist within. This state of Being has within it conscious awareness of Suffering.
The Neutral World exists within the emerging state of being, that is free from Disharmony as the dominant state of conscious awareness. Suffering is not present, neither is Joy and Bliss.
The World of Pure Being, the New Creation, exists in the Emerging and unfolding of All That is within the conscious Heart Centred awareness. This Bliss filled New World, includes within it the Harmonization within all bodies, which is the full completion of duality, which exists in consciousness as a disharmonious state of being.
Embrace where you truly have your freedom of choice Dear Souls. SEE where you are constantly choosing and focusing your Awareness.
Are you entertaining the world of Duality through your mental focus?
Are you entertaining an Neutral world, that is neutral in your observance of it?

The Term Universe means One “Uni” There are many Universes, Omni-Verses!!
I also exist in other Universes.
This Universe includes Duality and Non Duality. In Duality Time and Distance are experienced. It is a measurement tool, which measures change.
As an example the M51 Galaxy, where I also Exist appears to be over 20 million Light Years Away. Yet to me, there is no distance between here and there. I experience myself, here on Planet Earth and there, simultaneously. I experience myself on all Dimensions, Worlds and Universes all at once, consciously.
The very nature of Consciousness itself, includes within it, the awareness of All That is.
Awakening to Full Consciousness, through the Heart, is the Portal of Awareness, that exceeds the expectations and limitations, of the mind and Duality.
The mind awareness will move in flow and Harmony, when one enters Fully, into the awakened consciousness of All That is, within and through the Heart.
To be aware of other worlds, Parallel worlds, other Universes and Beings in other Dimensions and between Dimensions, one simply enters the consciousness of All That is, through the Heart.
When you connect to your Soul, in full Union, the total experience of you that is eternal, which includes existences, experiences, itself.
Is this not what Mastering Duality is for? To Know the True You? The Eternal You that has never been cut off from the Awareness of ALL THAT YOU Are?
Pause and Breathe for a few Moments. Center your awareness on your Heart and relax.
Recognize there is a “YOU” that exists, that knows all of this. This ‘YOU” is Light.
There is a “YOU” that exists, that has never NOT known your Full Conscious Union as a Soul, Everywhere!
This is where my words are leading you to.
To the Fullness of You, The personal Experience You, of All That is, consciously. You as Light, you as an Eternal Soul, You as your Immortal Body of Light.
This is what consciousness is.
AWARENESS of Itself.
When you awaken, you awaken. There are no parts held back.
You are not cut off. Connect THROUGH YOUR Heart. When you return the Source awareness of You as a Divine Being of Love, through Your Heart, you have found your Way home. You have completed Duality. You have Mastered Form.
Spend time CONSCIOUSLY moving deep within your Heart. Be clear with yourself on your TRUE Desires, of the Heart.
Stay present in Harmony and be aware, consciously, when you move into Disharmony and consciously move back into your Heart, Your Eternal Presence, into Harmony. This is the Coherent Frequency that ALIGNS you and all of your bodies, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, with your Eternal Soul, the you that KNOWS itself, everywhere.

This world as you know it is also made of Light. Everything is Light energy, interacting within Light Energy. Photons with Photons. Light with Light.
Sense this now, within your Heart. You in a Sea of Light, as Light.
Swirling, interacting with Light, everywhere.
Breathe it in through Your Heart and breathe it out through your Heart, light in, Light out.
Now notice, that as you breathe the light in and out, it is One.
There is no difference between the Light that you breathe into your Heart and the Light you Breathe Out from your Heart
This is you in the Sea of Light.
In the Center of the Sea of Light, is the core of you, you as Golden liquid Light.
Now draw each breath from the Center, into your Heart and as you exhale, exhale back into the center.
Notice how this Light stays the same, within you and outside of you, the same Light. Continue taking your breaths drawing from the center of the Sea of Light on your Inhales, and exhale back into the Center of the Sea of Light.
You are One with the Center of the Sea of Light. You are in the center, part of it, and you draw from it, with every breath. Feel the ecstasy of this, now. In the Center of the Sea of Light, enveloped within this Light at the Center, is Love, Ecstasy, Joy and Bliss.
Breathe this in and Out. Notice how you are not separate from this Center Sea of Light, that is Love, Ecstasy, Joy and Bliss. Practise this consciously, as often as you can throughout your day.
You will soon find your conscious awareness, conscious of you in the Center, breathing from the center and back into it. You will consciously recognize, bliss, joy, love and ecstasy are a part of you. This Light that is Love, Joy, bliss and Ecstasy is Light and you are not separate from it.
You are in it and it is inside you. There is NO Separation.

The Portal of Your Heart is a very real accessing Point for you to experience.
Inside this Portal is the everlasting awareness space that is beyond time and space, yet in it. For those of you who have accessed it, you know the everlasting Bliss of Union that accompanies the conscious awareness of you as the experiencer.
Your Immortal Body of Light is held as the Flame and Sacred Temple within your Heart Space, for you to experience. The Mysteries of the Ancients through a series of Initiations awakened One into these Sacred Mysteries and spaces.
The Union of the Masculine and Feminine, occurs within this accessing Space within your Heart. And Many Sacred Sexual Rituals of Old, as on Mu, initiated many into the conscious awareness of this Union, with the eternal Divine, within.
Many Tantric Practises through the awareness and acceptance of the Body turn the focus away from results, and into the Moment, where All resides, within you. These Ancient rituals experienced THROUGH the body, are the accessing spaces of NO time, in time.
As you become MORE present within your Heart, know that you are Accessing the Key to your awareness of ALL That YOU Are. Your Divinity in Form, as a Conscious participant in your Reality Selection.
The Experience of Your Reality, is the Projection of the Screen of Images within You. The images within you, Flow as the Frequency that YOU are in every moment, that allows all to Arise within you. Through your Allowing of all to arise, you consciously surrender, to All That You Are. As nothing takes place, that is not within You already. As you Consciously Enter your Heart space, and LIVE from that space, All that Arises will Be Bliss and your Completion will be Complete.
In the current world of Appearances on Planet Earth, use your Will consciously and choose your Reality, through your Heart Awareness. Turn the focus always back to the Inner you as that is where all truly Originates From. Harmony within is Harmony within all of your Bodies, your Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual Bodies.
Your Heart is a Powerful Force of Awareness and Memory, that Allows your New Birth to be with Great Ease. It is in this space of Divine Surrender that your receiving of Grace is as Natural as Breathing.
Initiations in the Now, birthed within you through Your Heart Space. As you Read these words, take a few breaths and feel the Light Pour into your Heart. This is not magical, this is simply as Reality truly is. Now feel Bliss enter you deeply and allow your Body to receive as the Eternal Love and Bliss floods your Being now. Within your Sacred Blueprint is the Knowing of All that is True within you as Eternal Love and Memory. We have done this Before Great Souls of Living Light. Mu was Birthed through the conscious Creation of Form and all that was true then is true Now and you hold this Living Memory. As you Flow and experience change through time, the matrix you are holding as your conscious awareness, held within your Blueprint and Soul design, during this incarnation, is constantly interfacing with All That is. This interfacing, includes many parallel worlds that you exist in, that you are not necessarily, conscious of.
Your Reality is what you know as true for you, and is held “within” you. Expanding your consciousness, to all that is possible for you, opens your awareness to More that is “already” held “within” you. These possibilities are held within your Heart and your Eternal Immortal Body of Light.
Allowing something New to come into your conscious awareness, is much like, dreaming a new dream. However, if you have no awareness of the many possibilities that are available to you, your image screen keeps playing the same dream.
Entering your Heart often, and staying present there, opens deeper “conscious” connection, to All That is. Within your Heart are the many dreams and possibilities, yet undreamed, that have always been held “within” you.
You are not separate from this constant “Interfacing” that is taking place. Your conscious awareness is expanding, through your Heart, and awakening, to the many possibilities for you, that are the Heavenly Dreams of Your Heart and Soul.
For many of you, these dreams and possibilities that are becoming conscious in your awareness, include Living in a New Reality, living in a New Dimension and a New Earth. You may call this your New Birth or your Ascension. What this really means is, your conscious expansion into All that You are, which includes your Mastery in Form and your Mastery of Duality. Your completion.
This awakening to the New Dream, within you, is you experiencing your True Divinity, through your Heart. Your Heaven on Earth is held within You, ready to be birthed, through your conscious awareness of the potential that you “Live” within.
