Mercury Retrograde June 7th ~ July 1st, 2014! In Gemini and Cancer
PREPARE! This happens three times a year, rarely 4 times. There are a few things you need to be aware of before it begins!!
Mercury Rules Communication, Electronics, Travel and Contracts. During Mercury Retrograde is not the time to Start a New relationship, move, sign contracts, have things repaired, buy new Electronics or repair them. It is not the best time to start anything New.
Now with all the things not to do, Being aware of certain things will help Make the Mercury Retrograde a beautiful time of flow in your Life. And yes, that “is” possible.
Most people who live on Planet Earth, live by outer appearances. And it is that “Outward” approach that makes Mercury Retrograde, for many, a hectic time, that feels unbearable to get through.
I live completely within, and approach everything from within, and it is a peaceful most beautiful energy, Mercury Retrograde, that I love. All of my communication is from My heart, deep within me, and that flows, lovingly.
Now if you approach everything in a Rushed way, and live by outward appearances, if you desire to reduce the impact you may experience during Mercury Retrograde, take some Quiet time and slow down.
That is it, SLOW down your communication, or it will be deeply influenced, and result in miscommunication. If you Need to sign contracts and things, MOVE slowly, move from Your Heart.
If you can avoid buying new electronics, having your car repaired, Please do that!! Obviously an emergency is VERY different, ALWAYS do what needs to be done.
This information is to help you MOVE through more fluidly, a time, where moving slowly and Fluidly, MATCHES the energy! So you are not involved in a direct battle, with the energy and how it is flowing!!
So follow the suggestions that are Suitable for your lifestyle.
To gain the greatest Benefit from Mercury Retrograde, Move deep within your Heart. The Energy is there to help you to move more deeply within, following that energy flow, always going WITH the Flow, is of great Benefit, and results in less “heartache” and repeat repairs, etc.
I may add to this post, before the Beginning of Mercury Retrograde. For NOW, make plans to clean up and repair what needs to be taken care of.
Take a look what needs to be done! Arrange what you can Prior to and after Mercury Retrograde.
And MOST importantly, make a conscious commitment to yourself, to slow down during it, mark it on your calendar. Take that extra time during it, to communicate clearly with others and yourself!
And continue to LOVE yourself, love all that happens. Move into greater surrender, love and allowing, as you Move deeper into the New Creation. Deeper into, All That You Are, through Your Heart!

Notes on Loving Your Body
Some notes on Loving your Body!!!
The Awe of creation can live within your awareness now. Which includes the miracle of your Body ~ Your Physical form.
Instead of focusing on the externals and appearances, such as aging and weight, look at the awe of the CREATION.
In a class I once taught, I was very surprised at people’s responses to who they would feel my twin would be and what he would look like. They would say well he is good looking…and went on about the external appearance of men. Including personal details.
To truly love yourself and your body GO beyond the EXTERNAL appearances.
How you are and look and feel, shows on the inside and reflects outwardly in your energy field. This creates everything in your life that you experience.
I mentioned to my class, it is the heart and Soul I see. The form can change. It would not matter if he was 90 years old, and not able to walk, it is the HEART and our Soul connection that matters.
And of course when someone hears this, they react oh yes, Meanwhile holding on to the external appearance in all things.
Your surroundings, your life, your job, your money, your partner, or no partner begin within you. They are the RESULT of how you feel about yourself.
Look to your Heart. Recognize the VALUE of your body. When you were born, you did not have a job, a partner, and you could not feed yourself, and wet yourself, etc. Yet you were perfect, and even cried a lot.
Now you are just as much a miracle, ONLY you are not seeing it!! You are looking out ONLY on how you think you should look. And judging what you like and do not like, in OTHERS, and FIRST inside yourself.
Love does not judge. If you are judging how you look, how other appearances LOOK, you are not experiencing Love.
Judgement is RESISTANCE to what is, is control outer APPEARANCES. It is fear based and is the opposite of Love.
To love yourself, you will need to let go of your attachments and judgements to outer appearances.
When you do so, the Love within will see WHAT truly matters eternally. The Heart, the Soul, Eternity Lasts forever.
Please look within and TRULY begin to Love. Letting go of judging Outer Appearances, within yourself is the Place to Start to love your body.

The Inner Change = The Changed Life
The Inner Change = The Changed Life.
Do you desire this? TRULY desire a changed Life? If so, Please read on, and have a pen and paper nearby. You will be making notes as to How you feel about your identity and who you are. Later on you may see yourself differently. You may begin to see patterns of beliefs you attached to “as your” identity, which were simply not true, simply a series of responses, to which you can now be free from. Enjoy this Process offered here! I will be writing many books on this subject!
I will go over Surrender, Attachments, reactions, karmic traces, and identity in this blog post.
Do you Desire to surrender. Do you wonder what the result will be, if you do Surrender?Have you ever let go? Let go so fully and completely that everything changed right away as a result? Where seemingly out of nowhere, your life begins to change, as a result, of that surrender?
Key word to remember here is the “result” of your surrender.
The changed LIFE you so desire, occurs AFTER the change within. If you remember one thing after reading this, please remember the following.
A change within you = a changed life.
A change within you may involve a change in attitude, a changed belief, and a change of Heart.
Attitudes, Beliefs and a Change of Heart can all occur during the process of Surrendering. Life Altering Moments, are very possible for You. IN fact, when all things change, it is always the Result of a “specific” unique moment.
Those specific moments, are the result of the response of Your being in perfect fulfillment with your Soul plan, (that next part completed in front of you) and they ignite codes of light that are like keys.
Sort of like, fitting in the puzzle pieces, when you get that final piece of the puzzle you are working on (life situation desiring to change) a light turns on, then when completed a door opens up and the next puzzle opens in front of you.
The next level of awareness, the removal of old patterns, leads to your expansion. Are you following me? Please read this many times, as it will awaken codes within you as well, memories, of your understanding.
That is the power of surrender.
It is the SINCERE desire of your Heart and Will to let go of (old patterns) Karmic traces.
Karmic traces are simply old patterns of “reactions” held in your ( DNA) memory. This includes your subconscious mind.
Your identity, if you still living in the old patterns of suffering are unique “Attachments” that you have identified as connected to “who you” are.
That is a Key here. Unique Attachments you have identified as “connected” to “who you” are.
The identity you have (as your patterns of reaction) you have created and added to, through each incarnation you have experienced on Planet Earth, incarnating as human. The memory is held in your Blueprint and monitored after each incarnation, and through each incarnation, by your Soul. As a Soul you have a specific design, which is unique. You specific design is your unique Soul frequency.
This is why it will never work to become like someone else, or desire to be what someone else is.
Part of your Karmic traces, always leads back to, your full acceptance of who you are. That is what loving yourself is. Embracing who and what you truly Are. It starts with complete acceptance.
And Knowing or desiring to know, that your “worth” is not based on an outer identity.
Such labels ARE created through mass consciousness and societal norms.
Look deeply into these AREAS (listed below) and see where your identity may have “attachments” in them.
DO you feel better about yourself when you have a specific job?
Do you feel better about yourself when you make a certain amount of money?
You you feel better about yourself if you have a certain type of partner or relationship?
Do you feel better about yourself when you own things?
If so, then you have placed your value, on a false sense of identity.
Remember the beginning key word? “result”
The life you so desire is the RESULT of inner Change. Inner Change = Changed Life. When you love yourself fully and are free from attachments (that means karmic traces of emotional reactions) then the life of Your Dreams pours into your life.
You do understand this? Do you feel the freedom in choosing to let go of old beliefs, attachments to identity (karmic memories, reactions) to freeing yourself from non acceptance of Yourself?
The Inner Change = The Changed Life.
Are you ready to surrender?
Begin by “seeing” (maybe for the first time) all the ways you have identified your worth, to outer appearances. Make a list! Write it down. Be honest with yourself.
Then begin a daily practise, start with small things to surrender.

So ponder these things, start a journal, make some notes, you are WORTH it! Your Freedom from suffering is worth it! Then begin daily, listening to the Surrender Invocation.

New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Scorpio ~ November 3rd, 2013
New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Scorpio 11 degrees, November 3rd, 2013 8:50am AST.
New Moons and Solar Eclipses can appear as open doorways and turning points in your life.
During the New Moon Solar Eclipse the Moon Blocks the Light of the Sun which allows you to delve DEEPER into your own subconscious. This helps to show you, through your conscious awareness, the areas you would like to place your focus and intention.
Also, this time of year the “Festival of Lights” takes place all over the world in different cultures. This is a celebration time of Joy and Light. I will write a Post on this as well.
In India this is known as Deepavali. This is an auspicious time for new beginnings and expanded awareness, as you focus on the Light within You.
With the powerful effects of Mercury Retrograde still in effect, this is a time to slow down!
Move slowly as the subconscious effects of this New Moon/Solar Eclipse are slowly released.
As the powerful transformational aspects unfold for you during this time, embrace yourself as the Light that you are, and allow harmony and flow to be your way of being.
The mysteries surrounding life, death, initiation and sacred sex and any fear you have related to those areas, may come up to be healed.
This may show up as a powerful Clearing time, especially for those of you with Scorpio as your Sun sign close to the degree of the Eclipse, as well as those of You With Taurus near the degree of the Eclipse as well.

Here is some helpful information on the many uses of crystals, from programming, to use in water, the Moon and natural cycles.
If you begin working with crystals, Please ALSO use grounding crystals. Consider carrying with you throughout the day a smokey Quartz crystal.

Crystals and Water:
Please do not clean the following crystals by water and have in the Direct Sun for any length of time:
Selenite, Calcite, Celestite and Angelite.
To clear the above crystals, you can please them gently on top of or near Amethyst.
To Charge the above crystals, you place under the Moonlight.
Quartz Crystal love the water, sun and moon.
I will be writing more on all the different uses and invocations for each type of crystal being.
If you are using crystals that LOVE Water, you can do the following:
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water, or store with Brandy to use as sacred drops , adding to drinks and used in ritual and more.
You can also bathe in the sacred crystal water and use for healing.
Your Crystals Respond to Frequency Also.
Let them Listen to My Frequency Transmissions and be Near You During the Daily 9am ADT Queen of Light Transmissions.
Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the “Beings” in Crystals are obvious. Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your Emotions…allow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in “alignment” with the current New Moon or Full Moon.
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one) into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do “not” write with) and turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the procedure above EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise. Allow your crystal a “relax” time before programming. Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Stay In Harmony.

Loving Yourself ~ Consciously!
1. Talk to yourself in a very kind loving way…ALWAYS! no exceptions!
2. NEVER put yourself down ~EVER ( that mean never -ever)
3. Be gentle to yourself, Always!
4. Show compassion on yourself and YOUR physical body just like you would an injured animal that needs love and caring, or a newborn baby.
5. Do things that help you to feel great, create a LIST, so that you always KNOW what you can do for you at any time. Write that list today.
6. Take time for YOU!!! Daily, and never forget.
7. Write daily in a journal. Write down your feelings about what you are going through..as if you were writing to a BEST friend.
8. Recognize YOUR INCARNATION is important!
9. Make a date with yourself, to spend time with YOU, daily!
10. Don’t do things that YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO~ Ever!
11. Honour your EVERY breath, recognize your Divinity, your Sacredness.
12. Make it a priority to Love yourself~ and recognize your relationship with Yourself is the Most important relationship you will EVER have during your incarnation. Everything else in your life reflects the relationship you are having with yourself. When you FULLY Love yourself~ then your True Love will show Up ~ Your Sacred Twin Soul!
13. Write down things you don’t like in your life, be honest with yourself, and then burn the list safely, do this MONTHLY.
14. Honour all the things you DO LIKE to do and experience and FEEL Gratitude for your life and all of Your desires Daily!
15. Write a list of the things you do like, love and desire, and POST that list up in a place you will see daily!
16. Honour your Uniqueness ~ there isn’t anybody like YOU!!
17. Never compare yourself to ANYONE ~ Ever!
18. Celebrate your life, Daily!
19. Surround yourself with Beauty, and see the Beauty of You within Yourself, your Heart!
20. Tell yourself you love yourself ~ many times a day! Do this every morning as you look into a mirror!
21. Decide to Begin, Now to Love yourself!
22. Spend time in silence daily, feeling your Presence.

Oh my the Mind is cunning….This Post is in response to several Questions I have just received.
Watch out for the subtle “I should really do this”
“it must include that”…..
Watch closely the mind when it tells you what you “should do” or “Must” do…it is relentless in keeping you repeating the same old “Non-Loving” actions towards yourself.
There “ARE NO RULES MY FRIENDS”
No rules at all….do NOT BASE what you choose to do on what your mind tells you and “JUDGES” is so…
Freedom in the Moment is BEING in the right place at the right time!
In Every MOMENT!!
Yes that is POSSIBLE, every moment!
Living in Your HEART is Living in Love.
You listen to your Body..what moves you into Harmony, Joy and Bliss. You Follow that. You Listen within. Watch for the signals…Notice which thoughts..take you out of Harmony and which Ones move you deeper into it! Pay close attention to YOU..get to Really know yourself.
Do not judge what that is for you! Looking at a sunrise, being alone, being with someone…etc…it DOES NOT HAVE TO LOOK A CERTAIN WAY. What you choose to do or do not do.
There are no RULES about what is Perfect for YOU.
You will know when you are In the Perfect Moments. You will be in Flow.
You will be in Harmony, Love and Ecstasy….
This is LOVING YOU. Listening to you, choosing what feels the best in every moment.
This is about UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for YOU.
So many say what about relationships?? Isn’t it about focusing on that??
Oh my, there is No Greater RELATIONSHIP to Get RIGHT than the one YOU have with YOURSELF.
So Begin Once again, listening closely to How you feel..and If they are out of control emotions of great sadness or whether they are subtle and slowly pull you away from joy, PAY attention closely.
If in sadness and depression look at “where” and “what” signals you are not listening to in your life. The Ones that are pointing the way to greater happiness. Can you Love you? This is what I ask you.
Can and will YOU love you. It starts there. There is No other thing to do but that.
You Love You. Listen to you as you would your most cherished Lover. Really Listen.
Take the time for silence in your Heart Daily. Listen to my Transmissions they move you into Harmony and Hold you in Grace from the Pleiades.
I hold you in Love. I am here for You. You are a Sacred Soul of Light. I hold you in the Sacred Light of Your Soul on the Pleiades and On Earth. I love you!
This is the New Era of Light and You are the New Human of Light.
