Embracing the Mystical..This may conjure up in your mind what the mystical to YOU means..If you have preconceived ideas you may want to let them go. As the mystical can take on many forms.
Different from fantasy is the Mystical experience. The “senses” and your perceptions change as you embrace the unknown.
Mystical experiences are a result of the alchemy process. This is the  Process you on now, if you are reading this, through this shift. You cannot hurry this process on. The Process is a natural change within your cellular consciousness that includes your brain as well and how you process information and life’s experiences.
As you let go of all of your preconceived ideas, and let go of the hold you have on YOUR idea of reality and its limitations. As you do so you free the old patterns of perceptions within you.
The Seed of Awakening then becomes ripe in the fertile ground of your senses.
Opening the Door to the unknown, unleashing the powers of your subconscious, is a transmutation process. The fears held on to tightly, which show themselves as your “comfort” zoneâŚslowly are faced, released, as you meet YOU to YOU..in compassion and Love through this Alchemical Process.
Desiring to let go of this realm, and embrace the eternal aspect of Your Soul is not an escape route to bypassing what DOES exist in YOU to be cleared.
Old Pains, Old fears, from many lifetimes, then surface from your subconscious, to be cleared, before you can fully embrace the Unknown.
It is the ABILITY to be OPEN to SEE Â Fear that one FACES the fears.
When You fully embrace the far outer reaches of the “unknown” with openness And fearlessness~ You will then recognize your Source Stream..
Fear is the only limitation, to what you truly desire.
You can begin to embrace the sacred in daily life, choosing to see beyond this realm. For many of you this will involve ritual.
Instead of running from your fears, that only hold you back, you can also choose to look at them, then hold them in Love and compassion.
So where to begin?
Do you have fear of the unknown? Â At a very young age I saw what people would call “dead people” they would appear to me from the so-called other side, to me there is no other side, it is all here now. Having a powerful Apparition show up, frightened many people. And although many people say they desire these experiences, truly they do not. Simply because of fear of the unknown. Fear of things having to appear a certain way.
Will you let go of how “reality” should look?
Will you let go of what others think of YOU?
Here is an example of that.
I had a new student come to me, during a meditation part of the class, I opened a students Crown chakra, moving in Gold Light. This student became startled as she felt energy open in her head. This fear didn’t fully stop her though, she was somewhat intrigued. She wanted more. I could see a person close to her that recently crossed over, and although she loved hearing about this, when  she had a vivid dream of her friend that had crossed over that night, she became terrified.  She then out of fear closed the door to further experiences, and could NOT make sense ( in her logical mind) how I could move energy etc.
I have had things appear, disappear and so many say they want that. But truly, can you handle letting go of HOW you process things, and have you cleared away your fears?
Look specifically at ANY FEARS you have about the Other side, about true transformation. And begin to embrace your fears.
Your conscious awareness plays a role in all of this. You can choose to begin letting of all that holds you back, and you can choose to embrace more of the unknown.
Your conscious choices then reflect your “will” in your daily life and how you organize your life.
Are you allowing your environment to be a receptive place, allowing you to embrace the Eternal You?
You can set aside time daily to write in a journal. You can have a space where you commune you to you at a deeper level. In other words, by your actions, you also show to your subconscious mind ( including your fears) YES, I am ready to release what is holding me back, and I do so in Love.
Here is an INVOCATION you can do daily as part of your Alchemical Process. This  will open the doors to freedom from fear, and help move you into the shift in consciousness, the Mystical and the Unknown. First of all, Do not FEEL you have to Have Sacred Sex with someone to help or to experience a Spiritual Awakening.
I write on this, because for many of you, this is a Path to greater awakening.
I have written and taught on the “Tantric” Aspects of this.
Tantric meaning, truly Being fully awake “THROUGH and including the sacredness of THE BODY”..
Rather than use the Word Tantric, it really is the “Alchemy Process”…
This is what goes on, through the body as you access different parts of yourself, that you did not realize were there all along.
The body is part of  this Shift in Frequency. The aspects of the Body being lesser than the Soul, is part of the old Paradigm and is shifting, through Love.
For those of you having Sex, but feel it is not fully all you feel that it could be in a relationship and  to those of you not having a partner at allâŚKNOW that deep within you, is the Seed of Pure awakening and the ability to Love deeply, NOW your sacred partner~ you and your beloved, even if you are not experiencing a physical relationship.  Even if your true partner is on the so-called other-side.
This is part of the Alchemy Process ~ Of Being Present, of Being in tune with Your Body, deep within.
The Full Embodiment of YOUR Divinity includes Your Body, as your Divinity is within your VERY DNA Structure and in the Fluid of your cells.
This Divinity in the Fluid in your Cells is awakening Now.
I recognize many of YOU are going through a clearing of old beliefs in this area of your life. Fear and loneliness is a part of this clearing process as the NEW moves in, as you MERGE in full Union with your Soul, in this your form.
Sacred Sex is the Full embodiment in the present moment in Divine Union, which transcends this illusion. Revealing to you ~ through the body ~ YOU are MORE than the body and the body. Â
Your  body is the DoorwayâŚto the Divine. Your Heart plays a huge role in this awakening.
Your Body is Sacred. Sex is Sacred. If you are NOT with a partner now, you can STILL experience your body as the HOLY TEMPLE that it is.
Be kind to your body, love your body, and know it is THROUGH the Body that you awaken fully.
Your body is going through an Alchemical Process. Even if you are not aware of this, it is. The Frequency Codes released from the Central Sun are influencing ALL Beings on earthâŚpreparing everyone for this shift in consciousness.
The shift will take place fully, regardless if you are conscious of your internal process or not.
You can choose to be consciously AWARE of this Process and help yourself through it.
Helping yourself through it, allows for greater ease and grace through YOUR process.
You are merging in Divine Union. You in form ( your incarnation) and You as an eternal Divine Soul.
The Process is similar to BirthâŚand experiencing Birthing Pain is a potential for many on earth.  However, if you become more consciously AWARE of your Process it helps to make the Process easier.
Resisting the changes, invokes painâŚand struggle and disharmony.
Going with the natural flow, of the seasons, of nature, of your process, is ease and flow.

To Begin with, with a partner or not, HONOUR your body and recognize the Love and compassion you show for your body, your life, is the PLACE to start.
Prepare for your day honouring your body.
Disconnection with the body is the old Paradigm.
The New Paradigm is Full Embodiment through the Alchemy Process~ Divine Union.
The VERY cells of Your Body are changing and shifting to this New Paradigm.
Love you and Your body, like never before. Then you will see a new Path opening up to you, the Path of Ease and Grace.

Release all attachment to  wanting things this way or that way,
letting go of mental constructs, of this is good or this is bad.
You will know when you are free, as you will be in  flow.
Accept all feelings and thoughts with compassion.
There truly is no right or wrong.

So you are with that special Someone…how can you tell if your Relationship is Perfect Union, or in duality? and in the Lust of sex….and what would be the difference?
Of course there is no right or wrong.
Passion is  enduring Love through feelings of the Heart.
Trust and deep connection enhances this between the two in true relationship.
If one chooses a relationship to feel safe…that soothes the ego mind, there is potentially MORE to experience.
True relationship includes trust,  friendship, caring and the passionate Love…that slowly releases itself…in truth and honesty.
So your sex life is it sacred?
Are you caught  up in fantasy alone. By fantasy I mean, repetitive drives, that once are satisfied…end in that moment.
True love and passion continues on and on….
Allowing the passion in your heart to build, even if alone, and staying focused on the FEELINGS in your heart, while being present, is a great way to start.
Tantric Sex, which I call Sacred Sex, It is moving into Union.
If you are in UNION with Yourself and your Partner is in Union with him or herself, together you can move to great spiritual Heights during Sacred Sex.
Now I am NOT saying you must have Sacred Sex to move to great Spiritual Heights. I am saying that certainly is a Path and a Divine Sacred Way.
During Sacred Sex, the orgasm is not the Main focus…
Staying in the beginning, allowing the passion to build, through eye contact, slow loving touch….time together..and then FEELING DEEPLY TOGETHER…is where you want to place your attention if you desire to experience SACRED Sex and Beyond.
By Beyond I mean Multidimensional Sex. This is Sacred Sex moving into all realms.
Literally a vortex opens in the Moment of the sacred Union…and all experiences through and beyond time and space are possible.
Past lives together with your partner may unfold in that altered state of Sacred Sex, since there are no barriers of TIME in TRUE UNION.
So look closely at your relationships, what you TRULY desire within your depths and bring this to your present moment focus.
Now if you are not in a relationship, you can still do this Now.
If you are in a relationship where you no longer feel closeness, look to you, and feel the closeness within you, you to you, start there.
I am experiencing some exciting times of Great Love in my life and allowing all to unfold.

Immersed in time, lifetime after lifetime, waiting for that moment,
that look, that kiss, that gift, that reaches deeper into the silence, of words
not needing expression.
Still motion, time stopping, like a movie paused, waiting in anticipation,
for the next scene.
Borrowed words, empty spaces, forever waiting, through that long trip,

The meaning, pleasure or pain, why do we give it, locked only in the mercy of time,

The Planetary, Galactic and Cosmic Codes for you are Being released for this Shift in Consciousness.. The time was always Now!

 Crystals, Nature and Moon Cycles (a reminder)
The Programming of Crystals also applies to the New SEASONS…Be mindful of the Nature of the Moon, and the Season.
Your Crystals Respond to Frequency Also! Let them Listen to My Frequency Transmissions and be Near You During the Daily 3am ADT Queen of Light Transmissions.
After programming your crystals, you can also Have them in water, during the new moon and full moon. Not all crystals like water, MOST do.
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water, or store with Brandy to use as sacred drops..to add to special drinks, etc.
You can bathe in the sacred crystal water, or use for healing.
Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? Â The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When  you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the âBeingsâ in Crystals are obvious. Â Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your EmotionsâŚallow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.Â
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. Â All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in âalignmentâ with the current New Moon or Full Moon.Â
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one)  into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do ânotâ write with) and  turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the  procedure above  EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise.  Allow your crystal a ârelaxâ time  before programming.  Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE Â the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you  and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.

So Your purpose is ALWAYS PRESENT..it FINDS you and Responds Perfectly to the Frequency you are PUTTING OUT…which is YOU…
There is nothing to search for..there is something to experience..
There is nothing  found that you do not already own.
There is ONLY the Revealing..of The Truth and Beauty that Already is…and the KEY to remove the Curtain is YOUR Heart…

This is the Perfect time to focus on Harmony, Union and Love.
Following the Natural Cycles and Rhythms are always highly beneficial.
Mercury Retrograde ~ is conducive to embrace  your inner processes.
Focus NOW in Inner Harmony, Not on Outer Circumstances.
Mercury Retrograde occurs 3 times a Year and Lasts approx. 3.5 weeks. This current Mercury Retrograde begins June 26th and ends July 20th, 2013.
Focus During this Mercury Retrograde On YOU.
How are you doing emotionally? mentally? physically? Look deep within yourself!
Focus and check your Frequency. Are you in Harmony? are you remembering your Breath? Are you present within your Body..
This Retrograde Assists you in YOUR inner depth of Focus. Embrace this time as a Friend. A Friend who gently keeps guiding you back to YOU.
Outward Focus and Outward success are  not Promoted during the Mercury Retrograde. That is why you hear or have experienced so many things not working out well âoutwardlyâ during this time.
I Have experienced most things play out with GREATER EASE during the Retrograde..Why is that? Â Because I function from Deep within. One can still experience the Outer flow..as you come from the PLACE and Space of Your Inner Flow.
This is a Great practise for YOU!!
Allow yourself to move, breathe and BE Â from your âinner stillnessâ that place of allowing and Pure Being. Then you will find this is a great time for you on Many levels. And a Great Practise.
And what Greater Practise? To always be in Harmony, flowing in Pure Being.
Mercury Retrograde takes you gently, or not so gently..over and over into inner Awareness..if you simply Allow.
Below are some practical suggestions for you during  the Mercury Retrograde.
The Planet Mercury although appears moving backwards during the Mercury Retrograde, Â is not. Mercury is slowing down in its elliptical orbit around the Sun and as The Earth continues to spin on its Axis. Â The Planet Mercury looks as if it is moving backwards.
There are known Psychological effects during this time. The Benefit to knowing and observing the rules of the road during Mercury Retrograde will help you get the most out of this time period in your life and help you to avoid the pitfalls.
Mercury governs communication and communication devices; Â computers, printing, telephone, and transportation.
It would be best if POSSIBLE to avoid during Mercury Retrograde any repairs that involve communications and transportation, etc. As well as avoiding making any decisions that involve communication and new agreements.  During Mercury Retrograde things repaired often need repeating.
While planning repairs Choose if  possible to AVOID Mercury Retrograde. If an  emergency comes up, of course YES go ahead and repair!
It would be helpful to slow down your speech and writing speed. Take more quiet time and continue with projects you have already begun. Allow humour into your DAY as you see the Glitches that may happen during this cycle.
Master the Constant Frequency of Harmony within You, and all will Simply Flow with Ease.
Remember  it is Paramount during the Mercury Retrograde to embrace YOUR INNER Focus.
