In Blissful moments, now and through time,
the heart awakens, endless love, Divine.
Wrapped in union, like a seed,
undying passion, free from need.
Being nourished, the soul on fire,
deeply breathing, filled with desire.
In silence, the darkness of the tomb,
is warm and cozy, like a womb.
In Freedoms joy, as fear does leave,
the birthing cycle, in reprieve.
Enters the light, not from Earth,
creating anew, the, rebirth.

Focus on Your Light
As you Prepare for the winter Months, where there will be a decrease in daylight and increase in darkness, and as you Prepare for the Holidays; Thanksgiving in the United States and Christmas for many of you all around the world, remember the Light that you are, is the Everlasting Light of your Eternal Soul. This is your Lightbody, this is your Immortal Body of Light.
This Light (that you are) is ALWAYS Present for You! And as you consciously live in Harmony, through your Heart, you will experience from moment to moment, more of All That you are, in your conscious Awareness.
The Brilliance and the Luminosity of Eternal Light, may be experienced in many Ways. You may feel this even now, as a glowing warmth within your Heart. You may see this luminous Light all around and within you. You may feel blessed by the Presence of Angels in your Life. And you may be awakening to the Angelic Part of your Eternal Soul. All is Light.
Right Now take a few moments, to center your awareness on your Heart Space. Feel the Love that is overflowing to you as you Breathe in and Out, slowly and consciously.
Feel a Flame of Light within your Heart Space, and feel its warmth. (You may want to pause reading, and light a candle) This may help you to feel and sense the flame within your Heart Space.
This eternal flame is pure Love, it is warm and it is Living.
As you continue to focus on this flame, (within your Heart space) feel the warmth within your Heart Space INCREASE.
Close your eyes gently and pause, as you focus deeper on this flame, within your Heart space, now. Slowly and deeply.
Let this warmth and this Flame of Light, fill ALL of your Awareness with the Beauty of this Light, the warmth of this Light, the Sacredness of this Light, now.
Stay present with the sensations that you feel, as they fill your Body with tingling, increasing warmth and Joy.
This is the sacredness of You.
Feel the Light spread throughout your Body, as the flame increases in size and warmth. As it increases in size and warmth, it fills your body with Joy. Feel Joy spread throughout your body, as you feel the warmth spread.
Feel yourself, surrounded now, in a blazing brilliant flame of Light, that is the Light of You, your Eternal Soul, Your immortal Body of Light. You as an Eternal Flame of Light.
Stay feeling this as long as you can, there is no thing more important than feeling the Sacredness of Your Light, Your Soul, your Divinity.
Now as the days get shorter, and your life gets busier, REMEMBER the Light that you are, and you consciously focusing upon it, is the honouring and sacredness, of inviting within yourself, more and more of All That You Are. Your Divinity, your Sacredness, your Eternal Soul.
And as your Life and all moments, begin to be filled with ever-increasing Joy, Love and Bliss, remember, the Light is You.
You always take your Light with you everywhere you go, it is present when it is dark out, it is present when you are out shopping, when you sleep, it is with you always.
ALL YOU NEED to do to experience this more and more, is to consciously Focus Upon it, through your Heart.
Then you will feel your Light more powerful every moment and increasing in its Luminosity, as you consciously HONOUR YOUR Light and All That You Are.
Practise this consciously, everywhere you go, wherever you are, whether it is daytime or night-time, if you are busy or resting, and soon, every moment, all that you will be aware of, is the Light that You Are.
I am Holding you in the Sacredness of Your Eternal Soul, your Light, All That you Are. This Love that I hold you in, is Eternal Love, Eternal Light and is the everlasting Illumination of Light, that is Luminous and Brilliant, eternal and beyond this World. I love you Sacred Souls!

Self-Realization in Non Duality
Recognizing THAT ALL experience within is simply all that arises within YOU and seeing it for what it is, is part of knowing and experiencing LIVING in your Heart. Living in non duality. Living in the New Creation.
The word Tolerance which means to tolerate, and to put up with conditionally, is not the pure Being of unconditional love.
If you are tolerating something you are not loving it.
Loving something frees you from the resistance to “allowing” all to simply arise. This places the focus on you, on your experience (which is always for you to see) in the present moment.
The Self Realization of “I own this” this is mine, this is within me, what I feel I feel, and knowing at the same time it is always perfect ( how could it not be) is the Awakening in Non Duality. All things are always perfect in the moment, as all that arises is always what arises within the present moment. It is simply what it is.
The Duality of the mind, sees only right and wrong. And in that is the resistance to entering Non Duality and your Heart.
Your HEART feels love and does not judge your personal EXPERIENCE OF WHAT ARISES WITHIN YOU. It is you, it is you, it is you.
Nothing to change within you, only to Love. Being present in love. Being conscious to all that arises within you. This releases judgement and blame, which is a duality based belief system, that creates in your reality a world that always needs fixing. Which then creates more of that.
This does not mean choices do not enter. The choices are made in the non duality REALIZATION “WHAT I CHOOSE TO FOCUS ON” through my free will is THE REALITY I LIVE IN every single MOMENT.
Recognize your thoughts create your reality. If you think something needs fixing you create in your reality the life that always needs fixing.
Simply Being the eternal Love that you are and Allowing all to arise and love it all, (Being Love) creates in your reality the experience of living in your Heart, Living in Loving Divine Presence. Then the magic of flow becomes your reality. You live in the fun of childlike wonder and inner freedom, to simply experience all as it arises. This is Non Duality.
In Relating-Ships, be self-aware and stay present within your Heart. Completely own your own responses and feelings with self-love and allow the other (who you are relating to) to completely feel and experience what they feel and experience. Honour experiences. There is no such thing as “that is over responding” or you should not feel like that.
If you find yourself focusing on the person you are relating to, and their emotional responses, (and judging their experience as reflective of your personal self-worth) place your Attention back on yourself and YOUR experience. In love, allow everyone to experience what they experience, without judgement, with Loving self-awareness and Presence. Taking NO thing in another, and their response, personally.
Practise love and “allowing” for all to arise “as is” when present in your Heart. There is nothing to take personally. What arises is what arises, to be Loved. Live in the Loving Presence of Compassion and pure Being in all of your Relating-ships.
Focus and place your Attention, always on Love.
Enter your Heart, and live through the eyes of Eternal Divine Presence. This does not mean you will not experience DIFFERENT emotions and FEELINGS, it does mean, you WILL NOT JUDGE those feelings within you, and simply ALLOW all to FLOW as experience in the present moment.
Entering your Heart and living in Eternal Divine Presence is ALWAYS present for you, it is simply waiting for your FOCUS UPON it WITHIN YOU. This requires the use of Your Free Will.
Recognize your thoughts, your focus and WHERE you are placing your attention. STAY PRESENT WITHIN YOUR experience. Are you loving all the feelings that come up with you? Are you loving your Life?
Enter NOW your Heart and the Self Realization, it is all Perfect, as it is, as it is what is within you. This is Self Love and Non Duality.

The Mystery and Magic, of Love Divine,

Realization of The Heart
Enjoyment is Temporary and Fleeting and is often mistaken for True Happiness which ALWAYS ~ ALWAYS, Lives Within The Heart.
Whether Storm or Valleys, Rainbows or Sunshine, True
Happiness, Bliss and Joy Lives in every moment in every Breath, within.
It is never Found as a result of enjoying anything external.
It’s FOUNDATION Is Not of This World, it’s Foundation is Eternity itself. It is Unshakable and Unmovable. It lives to be the Truth of Itself.
It Stands Firmly as its Own. It is Not dependent on anything, any enjoyment or circumstance.
It is the Foundation of All life, All Living Everywhere.
It is As it is. And it is always Present and Perfect in Each Moment.
The Realization of the Heart, is the Self Realization of the awareness of the Bliss that is Always Present, always awaiting the Focus upon it, as the Divine Eternal Presence, That it is.

Which World are You Consciously Focusing Upon?
Many Worlds are merging in the Now, in the conscious awareness, of All That is.
With great awe, within your Heart, embrace the Beauty in the unfolding of the EMERGENCE of the merging Parallel Worlds, that are taking place, with great Ease and Flow.
There are many worlds which you may inhabit within your conscious awareness. To which world, do you find your consciousness awareness and FOCUS?
Do you live consciously in a world that is always wrong and needs fixing?
That world is duality, dear Souls.
Do you exist consciously in a World where everything is neutral? Where nothing needs fixing, and all is Neutral?
Or do you exist in a World in which Ecstasy and Bliss, Fun and Play, is all That is? The Magical Realm, of Pure Divine Being and complete Union?
The world of Duality exists within the mental state of Union with Disharmony, to which the emotional Body, and physical body, also exist within. This state of Being has within it conscious awareness of Suffering.
The Neutral World exists within the emerging state of being, that is free from Disharmony as the dominant state of conscious awareness. Suffering is not present, neither is Joy and Bliss.
The World of Pure Being, the New Creation, exists in the Emerging and unfolding of All That is within the conscious Heart Centred awareness. This Bliss filled New World, includes within it the Harmonization within all bodies, which is the full completion of duality, which exists in consciousness as a disharmonious state of being.
Embrace where you truly have your freedom of choice Dear Souls. SEE where you are constantly choosing and focusing your Awareness.
Are you entertaining the world of Duality through your mental focus?
Are you entertaining an Neutral world, that is neutral in your observance of it?
Are you entertaining the New Creation of Bliss and Ecstasy, through the allowing of your Heart Focus within you upon it?
BE CONSCIOUS and AWAKEN, to that which you are using the POWER of your FREE WILL and FOCUS!!
BE CONSCIOUS and AWAKE and AWARE Dear Souls!
Know that I hold you in the Eternal Bliss and Love that is always the awareness of your Eternal Soul, Dear Souls! Your Immortal Body of Light exists within this state of Completion, of Divine Union with the Bliss and Ecstasy of Your Eternal Soul. You as Light, as Pure Love, as Divinity and All That is.
Do you desire to place your Attention there? Then do so. It is as simple as That. You do not need to complicate things. Complication and striving EXIST ONLY IN DUALITY.
Flow with the natural Rhythms that live within your Heart. Be consciously AWARE of all that you do, and think, as that is where YOU ARE FOCUSING your attention and free will!!
If you find yourself inside a constant state of disharmonious awareness in a world that is conscious only of Duality consciousness, begin to love yourself enough to listen, Dear Souls, to the Frequency Transmissions and Activations, that are available to YOU. They are the frequency of Ecstasy and Bliss, of the New Creation, and contain within them the Harmonization of Unconditional Love, for you, within you.
Listen Daily, and you will awaken to your Hearts Longing, your Soul Desires and your Destiny that is the PURE CONSCIOUSNESS and KNOWING of All That is, within your Heart.
And in that AWARENESS lives the LIMITLESS awareness of ALL THAT IS. That you Are, when you are consciously AWARE of It!
Embrace yourself as your Immortal Body of Light, live within your awareness, as the Being that is Eternal, that You Are! I hold you three, and there we will Meet in the New Creation!!

How are you Living as Light?
Are you taking time out every day acknowledging yourself as Light? As the Divinity that the Living Light Represents? That lives within you every moment. This is the sacred space, created through your Free Will, that speaks volumes and allows you to walk the talk so to speak.
Or are you focusing on what you are not experiencing, what you don’t have, all those things that are not living your Divinity and Light in the present moment?
Are you escaping to the future, putting things off in the Now, living in the past, saying to yourself, I wish, I want, why Not, why me, that all seem to represent. The Victim attitude, that is very common on Planet Earth, which seems to say, this is all happening to me, I have no control over this, my life. Why me.
Instead of taking the responsibility, as an incarnated being on Planet Earth, that always lives as light, to see clearly, you are the creator of your Reality. What seems beyond your control is simply the resistance within your mind, to the surrendering and letting go of the Plan of your Soul, in its unfolding.
Spend time every day, feeling the energy of Light, that you are. Attuning your conscious awareness to the Light that lives within you. The Soul speaks quietly, if you are waiting for Lightning bolts come and hit you from the sky, well, why are you waiting? Why not now, why not be present with what is NOW.
As you take this sacred time acknowledging your Immortal Living Light, your Immortal Body of Light, you attune your awareness to All That is. This is the Bliss of The present Moment, that you always are, that you simply have not yet fully focused your attention upon.
Listening to my sacred Transmissions, Light Language and Initiations Daily awaken within you the awareness consciously of the attunement with your Soul, and Immortal Body of Light, that already exists, within you. These are timeless eternal frequency transmissions, that exist beyond time and in time, as you flow through it.
What is it that you do daily? How is your focus? Have you given all that you are, to THIS? To your fully remembering and experiencing all that you are?
Or do you still live in the victim mode, of I am powerless? Which is always suffering.
OR
Are you ready to live in the POWER and Presence of Your eternal Light? Which is ALWAYS Bliss, Joy and Love!!
Your Eternal Light. Your Eternal Soul. Your Immortal Body of Light. And stand for your Soul all the Way. To be living in the New Creation, the Creation of Love and Soul Truth and Power, that never was a victim, ever. That is the very Power and Light of All That is!!
Set time apart for you, for this DAILY. This is part of loving yourself. And part of your Being, part of Heaven on Earth, now!
