I Rest in the Gentle Waves of Your Caress
As I Pour all of myself out to you,
My Beloved, you fill me with the ecstasy,
that lives now and in eternity.
Forever the same, yet always,
freshly revealing yourself, like the leaves that turn colour,
in the Autumn air, and in the powerful ancient winds, of old.
I am immersed in the Glory of You, my endless Love,
as you gently awaken me, ever so tenderly,
with your Presence, in all moments, beyond time.
You live within me my Lover, as a Majestic Living Star of Light,
that shines light through all the hidden recesses,
of my consciousness, everywhere, as I surrender myself,
deeply to you.
Flooded with Joy, I rest in the gentle waves of your caress,
that whisper, the deep longing, of the depths that we share,
in the hidden Ocean of Creation, submerged within us.
All and All, Rising in the Light that we are, my Beloved,
I am embraced in the Beauty, and the sacredness, of our Wholeness,
as the Living Light, that we are, always, Forever, One.

Many Worlds ~ Many Universes
The Term Universe means One “Uni” There are many Universes, Omni-Verses!!
I also exist in other Universes.
This Universe includes Duality and Non Duality. In Duality Time and Distance are experienced. It is a measurement tool, which measures change.
As an example the M51 Galaxy, where I also Exist appears to be over 20 million Light Years Away. Yet to me, there is no distance between here and there. I experience myself, here on Planet Earth and there, simultaneously. I experience myself on all Dimensions, Worlds and Universes all at once, consciously.
The very nature of Consciousness itself, includes within it, the awareness of All That is.
Awakening to Full Consciousness, through the Heart, is the Portal of Awareness, that exceeds the expectations and limitations, of the mind and Duality.
The mind awareness will move in flow and Harmony, when one enters Fully, into the awakened consciousness of All That is, within and through the Heart.
To be aware of other worlds, Parallel worlds, other Universes and Beings in other Dimensions and between Dimensions, one simply enters the consciousness of All That is, through the Heart.
When you connect to your Soul, in full Union, the total experience of you that is eternal, which includes existences, experiences, itself.
Is this not what Mastering Duality is for? To Know the True You? The Eternal You that has never been cut off from the Awareness of ALL THAT YOU Are?
Pause and Breathe for a few Moments. Center your awareness on your Heart and relax.
Recognize there is a “YOU” that exists, that knows all of this. This ‘YOU” is Light.
There is a “YOU” that exists, that has never NOT known your Full Conscious Union as a Soul, Everywhere!
This is where my words are leading you to.
To the Fullness of You, The personal Experience You, of All That is, consciously. You as Light, you as an Eternal Soul, You as your Immortal Body of Light.
This is what consciousness is.
AWARENESS of Itself.
When you awaken, you awaken. There are no parts held back.
You are not cut off. Connect THROUGH YOUR Heart. When you return the Source awareness of You as a Divine Being of Love, through Your Heart, you have found your Way home. You have completed Duality. You have Mastered Form.
Spend time CONSCIOUSLY moving deep within your Heart. Be clear with yourself on your TRUE Desires, of the Heart.
Stay present in Harmony and be aware, consciously, when you move into Disharmony and consciously move back into your Heart, Your Eternal Presence, into Harmony. This is the Coherent Frequency that ALIGNS you and all of your bodies, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, with your Eternal Soul, the you that KNOWS itself, everywhere.

let go and surrender, the truth instills.

Mystical Moons, and endless Bliss,
the end of time, with your sweet Kiss.
Rushes wildly, like a river,

In the world of dreams, my love,
there we meet, in tender embrace.
The magical realms, untouched by fear,
we play and dream, the now and here.
Worlds colliding, in unseen ways,

our love’s passion, is heavenly imbued.
Before creation, we planned it all,

Everything is Energy and Everything is Light
Your thoughts, your emotions, your words, your actions are signalling Light photons into this Sea of Light, and back to you. You are it, you are it. This is a constant stream of Liquid Light.
All of Your existences are doing the same. They are all connected.
Your Immortal Body of Light has within it, your Mastery in Duality, which is consciously accessed through a coherent frequency, within your Heart space.
Breathing in and Out of your Heart space, and consciously connecting to the Center of You, the Sea of Light, aligns your conscious awareness, with your eternal self, which is your Mastery.
As you Align your thoughts, emotions, words and your actions, through your Heart. with your Immortal Body of Light, you become your Immortal Body of Light, CONSCIOUSLY, here, Now.
This is the LIMITLESS You!!
The You you know that existed, yes felt out of Your reach, consciously.
When you rise in the Morning and throughout your day, breathe deeply the Sea of Light Breathing, and recognize yourself, as Light. Connected to Light in this constant stream, in all things that you do!

The Sea of Light Breathing
You as Light., are made of Light.
This world as you know it is also made of Light. Everything is Light energy, interacting within Light Energy. Photons with Photons. Light with Light.
Sense this now, within your Heart. You in a Sea of Light, as Light.
Swirling, interacting with Light, everywhere.
Breathe it in through Your Heart and breathe it out through your Heart, light in, Light out.
Now notice, that as you breathe the light in and out, it is One.
There is no difference between the Light that you breathe into your Heart and the Light you Breathe Out from your Heart
This is you in the Sea of Light.
In the Center of the Sea of Light, is the core of you, you as Golden liquid Light.
Now draw each breath from the Center, into your Heart and as you exhale, exhale back into the center.
Notice how this Light stays the same, within you and outside of you, the same Light. Continue taking your breaths drawing from the center of the Sea of Light on your Inhales, and exhale back into the Center of the Sea of Light.
You are One with the Center of the Sea of Light. You are in the center, part of it, and you draw from it, with every breath. Feel the ecstasy of this, now. In the Center of the Sea of Light, enveloped within this Light at the Center, is Love, Ecstasy, Joy and Bliss.
Breathe this in and Out. Notice how you are not separate from this Center Sea of Light, that is Love, Ecstasy, Joy and Bliss. Practise this consciously, as often as you can throughout your day.
You will soon find your conscious awareness, conscious of you in the Center, breathing from the center and back into it. You will consciously recognize, bliss, joy, love and ecstasy are a part of you. This Light that is Love, Joy, bliss and Ecstasy is Light and you are not separate from it.
You are in it and it is inside you. There is NO Separation.

I am holding you in the Eternal Light of Your Soul! In the Ecstasy, Joy, Bliss and love that you eternally are. That you have never been separate from!

The Outer World is a Reflection of Within You
When you are battling things out with the mind, hearing thoughts such as:
it needs to be like this, I want things to be that way, it should be like this, not like that, this isn’t how it should be, RECOGNIZE that is the Old way of being and that is the mind.
When the MIND has full Reign as the dictator of your experiences BASED on APPEARANCES, although there may APPEAR to be a temporary relief with each new thing, it ALWAYS leads to suffering.
When you live in your HEART, you flow, you surrender, you let go of the need for outer appearances to appear a certain way.
You RECOGNIZE the outer is simply the reflection of what is within you, WHAT IS TRULY going on WITHIN YOU.
You keep your awareness within your Heart, and you stay focused on what is REALLY GOING on within you,.
Harmony within is Harmony without.
Disharmony within, (which the mind loves to exist in) is Disharmony without.
When will YOU LET GO of functioning BASED on OUTER appearances?
All this change you DESIRE is the CHANGE within you, moving from functioning from your Head to your Heart!
Remember, The Outer World is a Reflection of the Experience WITHIN YOU!!
