Self-Realization in Non Duality
Recognizing THAT ALL experience within is simply all that arises within YOU and seeing it for what it is, is part of knowing and experiencing LIVING in your Heart. Living in non duality. Living in the New Creation.
The word Tolerance which means to tolerate, and to put up with conditionally, is not the pure Being of unconditional love.
If you are tolerating something you are not loving it.
Loving something frees you from the resistance to “allowing” all to simply arise. This places the focus on you, on your experience (which is always for you to see) in the present moment.
The Self Realization of “I own this” this is mine, this is within me, what I feel I feel, and knowing at the same time it is always perfect ( how could it not be) is the Awakening in Non Duality. All things are always perfect in the moment, as all that arises is always what arises within the present moment. It is simply what it is.
The Duality of the mind, sees only right and wrong. And in that is the resistance to entering Non Duality and your Heart.
Your HEART feels love and does not judge your personal EXPERIENCE OF WHAT ARISES WITHIN YOU. It is you, it is you, it is you.
Nothing to change within you, only to Love. Being present in love. Being conscious to all that arises within you. This releases judgement and blame, which is a duality based belief system, that creates in your reality a world that always needs fixing. Which then creates more of that.
This does not mean choices do not enter. The choices are made in the non duality REALIZATION “WHAT I CHOOSE TO FOCUS ON” through my free will is THE REALITY I LIVE IN every single MOMENT.
Recognize your thoughts create your reality. If you think something needs fixing you create in your reality the life that always needs fixing.
Simply Being the eternal Love that you are and Allowing all to arise and love it all, (Being Love) creates in your reality the experience of living in your Heart, Living in Loving Divine Presence. Then the magic of flow becomes your reality. You live in the fun of childlike wonder and inner freedom, to simply experience all as it arises. This is Non Duality.
In Relating-Ships, be self-aware and stay present within your Heart. Completely own your own responses and feelings with self-love and allow the other (who you are relating to) to completely feel and experience what they feel and experience. Honour experiences. There is no such thing as “that is over responding” or you should not feel like that.
If you find yourself focusing on the person you are relating to, and their emotional responses, (and judging their experience as reflective of your personal self-worth) place your Attention back on yourself and YOUR experience. In love, allow everyone to experience what they experience, without judgement, with Loving self-awareness and Presence. Taking NO thing in another, and their response, personally.
Practise love and “allowing” for all to arise “as is” when present in your Heart. There is nothing to take personally. What arises is what arises, to be Loved. Live in the Loving Presence of Compassion and pure Being in all of your Relating-ships.
Focus and place your Attention, always on Love.
Enter your Heart, and live through the eyes of Eternal Divine Presence. This does not mean you will not experience DIFFERENT emotions and FEELINGS, it does mean, you WILL NOT JUDGE those feelings within you, and simply ALLOW all to FLOW as experience in the present moment.
Entering your Heart and living in Eternal Divine Presence is ALWAYS present for you, it is simply waiting for your FOCUS UPON it WITHIN YOU. This requires the use of Your Free Will.
Recognize your thoughts, your focus and WHERE you are placing your attention. STAY PRESENT WITHIN YOUR experience. Are you loving all the feelings that come up with you? Are you loving your Life?
Enter NOW your Heart and the Self Realization, it is all Perfect, as it is, as it is what is within you. This is Self Love and Non Duality.

The New Form of Human Species
Entering your Lightbody awareness, your Immortal Body of Light, is the sacred accessing, through your Heart, of your eternal True Being, All That is.
The Great Joy in this, is the experience of the personal Knowing of your Eternal Presence. This Unification is the direct experience, of the Fulfillment of your Soul Purpose, your Divine Union.
Your Divine Union, is the Total and Complete immersion, within your Heart Space, of you as Light, as Your Lightbody, as your Immortal Body of Light. This is the Fusion, of your consciousness, on all levels of Being, as Light.
Embracing NOW, All That you Are AS Light, opens the Doors of communication, through your Heart, with the Light of Your Soul, With your Lightbody, with your Immortal Body of Light.
Everything is composed of Light, and as you access the true nature, of All That is, through your Heart, the Presence of Your Light, becomes the awareness of All That You Are.
The Sea of Light Breathing will help your conscious awareness, to immerse itself and your FOCUS, on you as Light, as will all the High Vibrational Heart Focused Frequency Transmissions, Activations and Initiations.
The Golden Light of consciousness, connects your awareness to All experiences of You Everywhere. Rest deeply through your Heart, in the embracing of Your Soul. Of Yourself as Light.
As the New Form of Human Species is Birthed into the New Awareness of itself, in the New Creation, the awareness of this Light, of the beneficent Light of Source, becomes the awareness of the Lightbody itself. You as this Lightbody, your eternal Limitless Being, is and becomes the Union of All That you Are.
The New Form is Vibrantly Alive, with the Joy and Ecstasy, of All That is, which is the Love and Flow of your Eternal Presence, in your New Form and conscious Awareness.
The New Creation and the New Form of Human Species, will be the Full and Complete Experience of the Eternal Lightbody, the Immortal Body of Light, experiencing the Love, that is the Harmony of Your Soul.
Enter deeply into this awareness NOW, as you embrace, through your Heart, yourself as Light. Know that deep within your Heart, is the full knowing of this, evolution, of you as the Human Species, through the Union of Your Soul, your Immortal Body of Light.
I hold you in Your Light, Your eternal Lightbody, Your Immortal Body of Light, as this the New Template For Humanity, emerges, deep within, as the New Creation!

New Moon in Scorpio/Eclipse October 23rd, 2014!
New Moon in Scorpio October 23rd, 2014 6:57pm ADT with Partial Solar Eclipse at 0 Degrees Scorpio!

Right now during the Dark of the Moon, we move deeper into the quietness of the Soul. The Darkness of the Night. Only to soon emerge within the New Beginning of this New Moon, giving all that we have, to this beginning. Mercury Retrograde in the sign of relationships (libra) has us looking back and standing still. Hopefully also slowing down and going with this flow, till Mercury goes Direct October 26th.
The powerful theme for this New Moon is Death and Rebirth, from Darkness to Light. The Cauldron of the Soul which embraces all that you are, all existence’s, everywhere, Of course the Darkness also contains light. Even your thoughts that seem dark are still composed of Light that you are transmitting and creating your Reality with.
Deep into the recesses of the Soul and subconscious one may emerge as the powerful state of Being that purely Is. All That is. Giving all of your Life, to All That you Are. The energies of Scorpio and the Solar Eclipse provides the stage, for your emergence as the Powerful consciousness and Light of your Soul, that you are.

In the Light of Scorpio embrace Life and Death and the meaning you carry within you about your eternal Soul. We have a powerful Uranus- Pluto Square, which is the reflection of the transformation that is taking place within the Whole. Know that deep within you, the Stars and Their positions in the sky are the reflection of what is…They are not creating these things, they are within You.

Are You Aware of Your Thoughts?
Does something take place and you habitually go into a state of negative thinking?
Which includes worry, fear and thoughts of, I am not good enough, capable etc?
And do you blame those thoughts when you catch them on outer circumstances?
The outer triggers that ACTIVATE within YOU, that which arises, and that which arises is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, for your Benefit!! Helping you to SEE if you will, What arises within YOU.
Stopping the Mind is not the way to go also. Many try to stop the thoughts. IF YOU will observe your thoughts from the space of the neutral Observer, you can see clearly where your energy, your thoughts have taken you and EMBRACE what actually is going on within you and then HOLD THAT IN LOVE.
Once this is mastered within you, the observer, embracing and holding all in Love, you can begin to extend this to Others through communication.
Entering your Heart space means there are no problems, nothing wrong or right, all is experienced as is, for what is actually is. The Flow of the present moment that simply flows through you. You as the Observer, does not RESIST or ATTACH to that which arises.
You simply Be you simply ARE and you simply Embody the Higher Frequencies of the Heart, that always, see NO PROBLEM ever, or RIGHT OR WRONG.
This is how the Angels see things and Other Ascended Beings. It is all PERFECTION In the moment NO MATTER WHAT ARISES in the state of Being in the PRESENT MOMENT through and in the Heart and in Love.
This is Pure Being. All simply Flows through you. This is the New Way of Being in the Higher Dimensional Awareness of consciousness of ALL THAT IS.
Look at that which pours through your thoughts unaware and become AWARE. Embrace in Love from the Place of the Heart. There are no mistakes, no Problems, no good or bad through the Heart.
All simply Arises, in Pure Being which is ALWAYS flow! in the Present moment, no attachment no resistance. SIMPLY PURE BEING in the Now.
Enter the world on NON-DUALITY Dear Souls! And Embrace through your Heart the State of Being Love and enter into your Relationships the way of Pure Being which is the New Reality of Love!

Which World are You Consciously Focusing Upon?
Many Worlds are merging in the Now, in the conscious awareness, of All That is.
With great awe, within your Heart, embrace the Beauty in the unfolding of the EMERGENCE of the merging Parallel Worlds, that are taking place, with great Ease and Flow.
There are many worlds which you may inhabit within your conscious awareness. To which world, do you find your consciousness awareness and FOCUS?
Do you live consciously in a world that is always wrong and needs fixing?
That world is duality, dear Souls.
Do you exist consciously in a World where everything is neutral? Where nothing needs fixing, and all is Neutral?
Or do you exist in a World in which Ecstasy and Bliss, Fun and Play, is all That is? The Magical Realm, of Pure Divine Being and complete Union?
The world of Duality exists within the mental state of Union with Disharmony, to which the emotional Body, and physical body, also exist within. This state of Being has within it conscious awareness of Suffering.
The Neutral World exists within the emerging state of being, that is free from Disharmony as the dominant state of conscious awareness. Suffering is not present, neither is Joy and Bliss.
The World of Pure Being, the New Creation, exists in the Emerging and unfolding of All That is within the conscious Heart Centred awareness. This Bliss filled New World, includes within it the Harmonization within all bodies, which is the full completion of duality, which exists in consciousness as a disharmonious state of being.
Embrace where you truly have your freedom of choice Dear Souls. SEE where you are constantly choosing and focusing your Awareness.
Are you entertaining the world of Duality through your mental focus?
Are you entertaining an Neutral world, that is neutral in your observance of it?
Are you entertaining the New Creation of Bliss and Ecstasy, through the allowing of your Heart Focus within you upon it?
BE CONSCIOUS and AWAKEN, to that which you are using the POWER of your FREE WILL and FOCUS!!
BE CONSCIOUS and AWAKE and AWARE Dear Souls!
Know that I hold you in the Eternal Bliss and Love that is always the awareness of your Eternal Soul, Dear Souls! Your Immortal Body of Light exists within this state of Completion, of Divine Union with the Bliss and Ecstasy of Your Eternal Soul. You as Light, as Pure Love, as Divinity and All That is.
Do you desire to place your Attention there? Then do so. It is as simple as That. You do not need to complicate things. Complication and striving EXIST ONLY IN DUALITY.
Flow with the natural Rhythms that live within your Heart. Be consciously AWARE of all that you do, and think, as that is where YOU ARE FOCUSING your attention and free will!!
If you find yourself inside a constant state of disharmonious awareness in a world that is conscious only of Duality consciousness, begin to love yourself enough to listen, Dear Souls, to the Frequency Transmissions and Activations, that are available to YOU. They are the frequency of Ecstasy and Bliss, of the New Creation, and contain within them the Harmonization of Unconditional Love, for you, within you.
Listen Daily, and you will awaken to your Hearts Longing, your Soul Desires and your Destiny that is the PURE CONSCIOUSNESS and KNOWING of All That is, within your Heart.
And in that AWARENESS lives the LIMITLESS awareness of ALL THAT IS. That you Are, when you are consciously AWARE of It!
Embrace yourself as your Immortal Body of Light, live within your awareness, as the Being that is Eternal, that You Are! I hold you three, and there we will Meet in the New Creation!!

How are you Living as Light?
Are you taking time out every day acknowledging yourself as Light? As the Divinity that the Living Light Represents? That lives within you every moment. This is the sacred space, created through your Free Will, that speaks volumes and allows you to walk the talk so to speak.
Or are you focusing on what you are not experiencing, what you don’t have, all those things that are not living your Divinity and Light in the present moment?
Are you escaping to the future, putting things off in the Now, living in the past, saying to yourself, I wish, I want, why Not, why me, that all seem to represent. The Victim attitude, that is very common on Planet Earth, which seems to say, this is all happening to me, I have no control over this, my life. Why me.
Instead of taking the responsibility, as an incarnated being on Planet Earth, that always lives as light, to see clearly, you are the creator of your Reality. What seems beyond your control is simply the resistance within your mind, to the surrendering and letting go of the Plan of your Soul, in its unfolding.
Spend time every day, feeling the energy of Light, that you are. Attuning your conscious awareness to the Light that lives within you. The Soul speaks quietly, if you are waiting for Lightning bolts come and hit you from the sky, well, why are you waiting? Why not now, why not be present with what is NOW.
As you take this sacred time acknowledging your Immortal Living Light, your Immortal Body of Light, you attune your awareness to All That is. This is the Bliss of The present Moment, that you always are, that you simply have not yet fully focused your attention upon.
Listening to my sacred Transmissions, Light Language and Initiations Daily awaken within you the awareness consciously of the attunement with your Soul, and Immortal Body of Light, that already exists, within you. These are timeless eternal frequency transmissions, that exist beyond time and in time, as you flow through it.
What is it that you do daily? How is your focus? Have you given all that you are, to THIS? To your fully remembering and experiencing all that you are?
Or do you still live in the victim mode, of I am powerless? Which is always suffering.

Are you ready to live in the POWER and Presence of Your eternal Light? Which is ALWAYS Bliss, Joy and Love!!
Your Eternal Light. Your Eternal Soul. Your Immortal Body of Light. And stand for your Soul all the Way. To be living in the New Creation, the Creation of Love and Soul Truth and Power, that never was a victim, ever. That is the very Power and Light of All That is!!
Set time apart for you, for this DAILY. This is part of loving yourself. And part of your Being, part of Heaven on Earth, now!

Thanksgiving and Gratitude
Being Thankful, and counting our Blessings, is a Sacred Way,
to Be very present in the Now Moment.
Having Gratitude for All things, allows the flow of Grace to be ever-present, in your Vibration, Awareness and Consciousness.
Focusing Daily on Thanksgiving and Gratitude, increases the flow of Abundance in your Life. The areas that you place the focus of Gratitude and Thanksgiving on, are the areas where greater Flow of Abundance becomes your Reality.
Be conscious of this, DAILY, and notice the areas you are most comfortable giving gratitude for, and those areas you are not naturally Grateful for.
If you PRACTISE Being grateful in those areas you are NOT YET EXPERIENCING what you Desire, you will witness an increase in the Magic of Manifestation, of GRATITUDE in those areas.
Be sincere, do not say words, that you do not feel in your HEART.
TRULY be GRATEFUL and observe and witness the INCREASE.
EVERYTHING you FOCUS ON INCREASES.
Whether that is disappointment or gratitude.
So why not Love yourself and open the floodgates of the Gratitude within your life. Practise this starting today!!!! NOW!!!!
Feel your Heart Open as you do this. YOUR HEART OPENS in Gratitude.
So although Canada is Having their Canada day tomorrow, RECOGNIZE truly every day, is a Day for Gratitude and every moment, also.
I Give Thanks for All I am, For All That I Am,
is All that I Have.
There is no thing outside of Me, it is all within,
present in the Now.
I rest my awareness, on the abundance of Life,
for living, truly is a Dream.
In Thanksgiving and Love, I open the Door,
to the magical realms, deep within.

Many Worlds ~ Many Universes
The Term Universe means One “Uni” There are many Universes, Omni-Verses!!
I also exist in other Universes.
This Universe includes Duality and Non Duality. In Duality Time and Distance are experienced. It is a measurement tool, which measures change.
As an example the M51 Galaxy, where I also Exist appears to be over 20 million Light Years Away. Yet to me, there is no distance between here and there. I experience myself, here on Planet Earth and there, simultaneously. I experience myself on all Dimensions, Worlds and Universes all at once, consciously.
The very nature of Consciousness itself, includes within it, the awareness of All That is.
Awakening to Full Consciousness, through the Heart, is the Portal of Awareness, that exceeds the expectations and limitations, of the mind and Duality.
The mind awareness will move in flow and Harmony, when one enters Fully, into the awakened consciousness of All That is, within and through the Heart.
To be aware of other worlds, Parallel worlds, other Universes and Beings in other Dimensions and between Dimensions, one simply enters the consciousness of All That is, through the Heart.
When you connect to your Soul, in full Union, the total experience of you that is eternal, which includes existences, experiences, itself.
Is this not what Mastering Duality is for? To Know the True You? The Eternal You that has never been cut off from the Awareness of ALL THAT YOU Are?
Pause and Breathe for a few Moments. Center your awareness on your Heart and relax.
Recognize there is a “YOU” that exists, that knows all of this. This ‘YOU” is Light.
There is a “YOU” that exists, that has never NOT known your Full Conscious Union as a Soul, Everywhere!
This is where my words are leading you to.
To the Fullness of You, The personal Experience You, of All That is, consciously. You as Light, you as an Eternal Soul, You as your Immortal Body of Light.
This is what consciousness is.
AWARENESS of Itself.
When you awaken, you awaken. There are no parts held back.
You are not cut off. Connect THROUGH YOUR Heart. When you return the Source awareness of You as a Divine Being of Love, through Your Heart, you have found your Way home. You have completed Duality. You have Mastered Form.
Spend time CONSCIOUSLY moving deep within your Heart. Be clear with yourself on your TRUE Desires, of the Heart.
Stay present in Harmony and be aware, consciously, when you move into Disharmony and consciously move back into your Heart, Your Eternal Presence, into Harmony. This is the Coherent Frequency that ALIGNS you and all of your bodies, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, with your Eternal Soul, the you that KNOWS itself, everywhere.
Listen to my Frequency Transmissions and Initiations, they ALL will help move you deeper into your Heart, into Harmony and into Alignment with your Soul. Your Immortal Body of Light.
