Things are not as they Appear on Planet Earth. The Objects around you in your environment are not solid as it seems. Time is not as it seems. You are constantly using your own energy, interacting with all energy, creating your current Reality.
The Picture Above, is a an energy Transference to you of my I AM Presence.
I transferred this energy to many of you on Mu, as the Priest Queen, 550 million Years Ago. This Transference is Ancient and Timeless, yet in time.
My I AM Presence and the Frequency I hold transfers itself to you, through looking at my eyes in the picture above. Many have contacted me and experienced all kinds of experiences by doing so. Many experienced bliss, tears, ecstasy, healing, hearing voices, the picture transforming and moving and synchronicities.

To receive this energy transference, take a few moments, center yourself, breathe deeply and slowly and  focus on your heart. Pause and take some time with this.  Relax your eyes, and gaze comfortably at the above picture, 11 minutes, and receive. When finished, close your eyes, take a few more breaths, stretch, make notes.

Full Moon in Taurus 25 Degrees~ November 17th, 2013 ~ 11:16am AST
During this Full Moon Phase, the Sun in Scorpio is in opposition to the Moon in Taurus. Scorpio represents water and Taurus represents earth.
Taurus energy holds on toâŚ. and Scorpio releases..
You might want to ask yourself during this Full Moon, What are you Attaching your self to? Are your desires for abundance and relationships based on Eternal Love..or based on addiction, fear and pain?
This Full Moon is an ideal time to recognize what “attachments” you have. Look at your Beliefs, your relationships, your fears and your emotions, including repetitive Drama reactions you tend to repeat over and over. Go DEEP into these things as the Full Moon is a powerful time to embrace the deeper, subconscious aspects of yourself.
Letting go of attachments to money and people based on FearâŚFrees up within you the Ability to have a loving relationship to yourself and all aspects of your life, money, people, etc.
This is a Powerful Emotional time!
Look at HOW you are using inner and outer resources. Taurus rules these. This includes your talents, abilities and your investment in time.
How do you flow THROUGH time? Â Are you attached to time in FEAR. Or do you embrace time with love and gratefulness.
If you notice many of your relationships (that includes relationships to money, to people, to things) are FEAR based..hold THOSE areas in Love during this Full Moon.
Taurus ruled by Venus, is now in Capricorn now till March 5th, 2014.
Venus goes retrograde on the Solstice December 21st till January 31st, 2014.
Venus coupled with Pluto and challenged by Uranus at the Full Moon. Because of these deeper aspects, LOOK deep into what CHANGES you need to make DEEP within you.
This is the time to release the Fears you have lived with for a long time. Look at all areas of your life, your work, money, relationships, your entire life.

Here is some helpful information on the many uses of crystals, from programming, to use in water, the Moon and natural cycles.
If you begin working with crystals, Please ALSO use grounding crystals. Consider carrying with you throughout the day a smokey Quartz crystal.

Crystals and Water:
Please do not clean the following crystals by water and have in the Direct Sun for any length of time:
Selenite, Calcite, Celestite and Angelite.
To clear the above crystals, you can please them gently on top of or near Amethyst.
To Charge the above crystals, you place under the Moonlight.
Quartz Crystal love the water, sun and moon.Â

If you are using crystals that LOVE Water, you can do the following:
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water, or store with Brandy to use as sacred drops , adding to drinks and used in ritual and more.
You can also bathe in the sacred crystal water and use for healing.

Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? Â The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When  you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the âBeingsâ in Crystals are obvious. Â Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your EmotionsâŚallow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.Â
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. Â All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in âalignmentâ with the current New Moon or Full Moon.Â
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one)  into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do ânotâ write with) and  turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the  procedure above  EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise.  Allow your crystal a ârelaxâ time  before programming.  Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE Â the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you  and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Â Stay In Harmony.

First of ALL write a list…
Title the List..What Heaven on Earth Would FEEL like to me..
Have Four Sections to your List.
1. What would “Mental Heaven on Earth” would be for me
2. What would “Physical Heaven on Earth” feel like for me
3. What would “Emotional Heaven on Earth” feel like  for me
4. What  would “Spiritual Heaven on Earth” feel like  for me
Each section might look something like this, Samples:
1. Mental ~ Greater peace in my everyday life ( as opposed to worry, etc)  Then FEEL your life filled with peaceâŚmental tranquilityâŚetcâŚin ALL situations, work, home, etc.
2. Physical ~ Perfect health (you might feel physical comfort, or other physical things instead)  Then  FEEL what it would FEEL like to live fully in HealthâŚyour everyday life, your home, your body FEELING heal thing..etc
3. Emotional ~ Harmony, Love and Bliss, ( as opposed to disharmony, etc.) Then  FEEL what that would FEEL like for you! Feel it at you home, your work, etc.
4. Spiritual ~ Union, Enlightenment, Fulfillment..Then Feel what that would FEEL Like to YOU! Â In all areas of your life!
Writing something in the physical anchors it into this Time Space Continuum. It is more than simply writing to have a physical record of it, it grounds the information into this frequency.
Then, Take a few breaths, center yourself, and fill in the list.
Please stop and create this list now! ( after you have centered yourself)
NOW KEEP that list with you..and FOCUS daily as many times as you can On HOW this FEELS for YOU.
Really FEEL IT.
This is NOT simply a manifestation technique. You are Frequency and YOU are constantly sending vibrations out as Frequency Waves. Many of you go up and down in frequency, it is like walking in and out of different potentials and alternate realities.
You may feel a releasing of the old thoughts and patterns.

I literally see people walk in and out of their Highest Destiny then back to another reality and alternate future.
The reason for many of you, that the experiences that YOU DESIRE have NOT showed up is because your frequency is FLUCTUATING so much.
Back and forth, SENDING out different frequency waves, moves you literally in and out of the many potential futures.
It would be best if you could stay steady in the frequency of WHAT you desire to FEEL, experience and LIVE.
For those of you that experience a challenge to stay in the Frequency you Desire, there are many frequency Transmissions, etc. that will HELP you to vibrate to your Highest Frequency, to the Feelings that are the Highest Vibration for YOU, that you Choose to experience and live in.

First of all, Do not FEEL you have to Have Sacred Sex with someone to help or to experience a Spiritual Awakening.
I write on this, because for many of you, this is a Path to greater awakening.
I have written and taught on the “Tantric” Aspects of this.
Tantric meaning, truly Being fully awake “THROUGH and including the sacredness of THE BODY”..
Rather than use the Word Tantric, it really is the “Alchemy Process”…
This is what goes on, through the body as you access different parts of yourself, that you did not realize were there all along.
The body is part of  this Shift in Frequency. The aspects of the Body being lesser than the Soul, is part of the old Paradigm and is shifting, through Love.
For those of you having Sex, but feel it is not fully all you feel that it could be in a relationship and  to those of you not having a partner at allâŚKNOW that deep within you, is the Seed of Pure awakening and the ability to Love deeply, NOW your sacred partner~ you and your beloved, even if you are not experiencing a physical relationship.  Even if your true partner is on the so-called other-side.
This is part of the Alchemy Process ~ Of Being Present, of Being in tune with Your Body, deep within.
The Full Embodiment of YOUR Divinity includes Your Body, as your Divinity is within your VERY DNA Structure and in the Fluid of your cells.
This Divinity in the Fluid in your Cells is awakening Now.
I recognize many of YOU are going through a clearing of old beliefs in this area of your life. Fear and loneliness is a part of this clearing process as the NEW moves in, as you MERGE in full Union with your Soul, in this your form.
Sacred Sex is the Full embodiment in the present moment in Divine Union, which transcends this illusion. Revealing to you ~ through the body ~ YOU are MORE than the body and the body. Â
Your  body is the DoorwayâŚto the Divine. Your Heart plays a huge role in this awakening.
Your Body is Sacred. Sex is Sacred. If you are NOT with a partner now, you can STILL experience your body as the HOLY TEMPLE that it is.
Be kind to your body, love your body, and know it is THROUGH the Body that you awaken fully.
Your body is going through an Alchemical Process. Even if you are not aware of this, it is. The Frequency Codes released from the Central Sun are influencing ALL Beings on earthâŚpreparing everyone for this shift in consciousness.
The shift will take place fully, regardless if you are conscious of your internal process or not.
You can choose to be consciously AWARE of this Process and help yourself through it.
Helping yourself through it, allows for greater ease and grace through YOUR process.
You are merging in Divine Union. You in form ( your incarnation) and You as an eternal Divine Soul.
The Process is similar to BirthâŚand experiencing Birthing Pain is a potential for many on earth.  However, if you become more consciously AWARE of your Process it helps to make the Process easier.
Resisting the changes, invokes painâŚand struggle and disharmony.
Going with the natural flow, of the seasons, of nature, of your process, is ease and flow.

To Begin with, with a partner or not, HONOUR your body and recognize the Love and compassion you show for your body, your life, is the PLACE to start.
Prepare for your day honouring your body.
Disconnection with the body is the old Paradigm.

The VERY cells of Your Body are changing and shifting to this New Paradigm.

Deepavali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is a Celebration of Light. This sacred time is a celebration throughout the world by many traditions. In Many countries Deepavali is a National Holiday.
I have in front of me, as I write, Â a beautiful Lakshmi Statue sent to me from a beautiful Friend from India specifically for this Deepavali.
This is a time to celebrate Light, even if you have not traditionally done this before.
November 3rd, 2013 you can celebrate this! Â This is a New Moon and Solar Eclipse also.
The celebrations can ALSO last up to 5 days and may involve a Puja to different Gods and Goddesses. These may involve offering, prayers  and dedications to specific Gods and Goddesses.
To begin with I would suggest a clearing of your space and Lighting of candles. If you have oil lamps that can burn for a long period, you may want to burn them also. Clear any crystals you have. Call in the Light, Your Light, Eternal Light for Blessings.

The New Moon represents renewal and the beginning of a cycle. During this Period of time, the Moon and the Sun create a conjunction. This creates powerful force as they converge.
Libra now takes her powerful place in the Astrological Cycle.
Libra is a very balanced sign and its ruler is Venus.
Libra and the hard aspects of this New Moon influence  do dramatically alter the gentle aspects of Libra. Venus opposed by Uranus at 10 degrees Aries and squared by Pluto.
Pluto is a transformational Planet. It does not care what is blows up in its path.
As you stay in Present in your Being, the dramatic influence will be minimal.
If One is in a constant state of Disharmony, one can expect some rather explosive events to take place. Pluto clears what is in the way of Pure Being. Think of the Tower Card in the Tarot.
Uranus is  change.

Crystals and Water:
Please do not clean the following crystals by water and have in the Direct Sun for any length of time:
Selenite, Calcite, Celestite and Angelite.
To clear the above crystals, you can please them gently on top of or near Amethyst.
To Charge the above crystals, you place under the Moonlight.
Quartz Crystal love the water, sun and moon.Â

If you are using crystals that LOVE Water, you can do the following:
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water, or store with Brandy to use as sacred drops , adding to drinks and used in ritual and more.
You can also bathe in the sacred crystal water and use for healing.
Your Crystals Respond to Frequency Also.
Let them Listen to My Frequency Transmissions and be Near You During the Daily 9am ADT Queen of Light Transmissions.
Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? Â The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When  you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the âBeingsâ in Crystals are obvious. Â Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your EmotionsâŚallow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.Â
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. Â All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in âalignmentâ with the current New Moon or Full Moon.Â
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one)  into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do ânotâ write with) and  turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the  procedure above  EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise.  Allow your crystal a ârelaxâ time  before programming.  Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE Â the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you  and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Â Stay In Harmony.
