All Beings on Planet Earth, The Elohim Creation Plan is Now in the Final completion Stage. The Decisive moment is approaching. Mastery in Duality allows the awareness of Your Divinity to Move its conscious awareness of itself, into your Heart. This Heart centred focus then, allows your Heart to hear the signal of the Birthing process of the New Creation, through me, Elohim Victoria.
Mastery of Form allows the functioning of consciousness, based on external appearances, to dissolve itself. Any Logical transmission of Synapses within your brain mind complex, will need to be cast aside. Your DNA carries all the Codes ready to be activated, and Knows how to respond to the Signal, through your Heart. Your Heart will Navigate your consciousness through this process. Your Heart will feel Me with You, during the Birthing Process.

All Beings on Planet Earth ~ Change Now
The Elohim Creation Plan, will soon be in the Completion Stage of the Cosmic Cycle. The Elohim are the Creator Gods. They created Form and the Plan, which includes DNA, Blueprints, and the unfolding of time. In this completion, and New Birth a Signal that only your Heart will hear, will be go out. And I, the Mother of the Universe will birth once again the New Creation. I am the Cosmic Mother, Elohim Victoria~ Victory.
This is the time to experience and know yourself, fully. Self Awareness, contained within, not projecting itself, or dependent on appearances, is where TRUE power lives.
All true self-awareness, is from the HEART. This is how you TRULY EXPERIENCE yourself.
Please prepare and Be ready. Let go of old patterns that MOVE you out of Harmony and your Heart that keep you in a state of Disharmony, which KEEPS your from HEARING your Heart.
Old Patterns, Old ways of Living, Old Beliefs that no longer serve you, remove them.
To Become NEW look at YOUR life differently, through new eyes.
The eyes of the Heart, see only truth, which is eternal. Beauty and Joy, Ecstasy and Love, are of the Heart.
The eyes of temporary comfort through living in old patterns and ways that appear safe, See only what is front of you, linear, that which passes.
Now is the time, to let go of the old, EVEN if it does not seem comfortable.
Let go, let go, and KNOW the freedom, in PURE Being.
Love will catch you and hold you when you feel you may fall.
The Unknowable, is the space, NOT held in the Linear.
Enter there, through your Heart, and choose to be free.
Now is the time to complete your agreements on Planet Earth, before the signal goes out, that ONLY your Heart will hear.
ONLY your HEART will hear me.
Let go of all else…let go, let go…
ASK yourself this QUESTION:
How much of what you are experiencing is the RESULT of Adjusting to Frequency, and HOW much is simply falling into old REACTIVE patterns?
IF adjusting to changes is what you are mainly doing, you will WITNESS the old PATTERNS that do come UP and (still feel them) but you will Not ACT on them through (emotional) reactions.
If you are continuing to Fall into the REACTIVE old patterns, you will find Yourself moving OUT Of harmony and into disharmony. It will feel like you have no control, because you acted on the impulse of an old pattern (to be healed) as a reaction.
Your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies, ARE now (if you are in the state of ALLOWING and SURRENDER and not reacting) merging in Harmony as a WHOLE, within your life.
This STATE of HARMONY allows you TO HEAR You HEART.
Hearing YOUR heart is the space to be in, to HEAR the Signal when it is given.
If you constantly exist in a state of Disharmony, You will not hear your Heart clearly.
Look at all areas of your life, Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual, and MOVE MORE into harmony and UNION. Align yourself, in Harmony. All areas of Your LIFE all as ONE.
Make adjustments,, CHANGE what you need to change!
It doesn’t Matter how much you “think” you understand, the shift.
And say to yourself or others, I understand, I am letting go and surrendering. (truth is WHAT IS, not what you think is)
Your thoughts, words, emotions, actions ALL make up one WHOLE frequency, in your vibration.
Harmony or Disharmony.
You are either KNOWING and in your HEART or you are NOT.
Do not be FOOLED by “thinking” you have it all figured out.
THINKING (on its own) that you do, is NOT The WAY.
Look at all areas of your Life!
Your Emotions, your Mental, Physical and Spiritual bodies.
HEART AWARENESS, allows all areas to merge in Harmony (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual).
HOW are you experiencing YOURSELF within YOURSELF??
What is your experience of YOU?
Truly what is your experience of YOU?
It is your CONSTANT experience, that holds the TRUE KNOWING.
How you live within yourself, as yourself, in all MOMENTS.
There are no ups and downs in Pure Knowing and Being, within your Heart!
The constant stream of YOU to YOU, within your Heart, is the place to EXIST from!
Still living in OLD patterns? release them, as NOW is the TIME.
The time is SOON Arriving!!

Full Moon in Leo~ February 14th 2014~ Valentines Day
Full Moon in Leo, Sun in Aquarius!! 23:53 AST On Valentines Day!
I have included a Full Moon Invocation Audio and written form of the Invocation, as well as information on Programming your crystals, making crystal water and other helpful links!
Key Theme of this Full Moon in Leo: Loving Yourself, Living in Your Heart, Removing Masks, Romance and Harmony.
The Sun in Aquarius is in Opposition to the Moon in Leo at 26 degrees. This will be a gentle Full Moon, compared to most.
Leo is the Sign of the Heart, and if your Venus is in Leo this is how you pursue your relationships. Leo loves romance and pleasure and represent the Sun Heart with fire and passion. The opposite sign Aquarius (Sun during this Full Moon) is known for its intellect over heart.
Every Full Moon the polarity of the Sun and Moon come into play. You may feel yourself swinging back and forth in this polarity, detachment versus passion.
The Air-sign (Aquarius) will cool the Leo Full Moon down a little. Leo is one of the most passionate of signs. The Vitality offered here is One of Love, strength and Passion.
Venus in Capricorn adds a practical approach to romance. With Mars in Libra, (Mars the planet of sexual drive and sexuality) and Libra also known for its romanticism, will also have a sobering effect on the Full Moon creating a desire for Harmony over Drama.
All outer appearances are not as they seem on Planet Earth. They are simply the result of what is deep inside you, your feelings, your thoughts, your words and your actions. Some of your thoughts and emotions are responses to what is held deep in your subconscious mind. Old patterning known as Karmic traces (memories) held at the subconscious level, triggered as reactions are for YOU to see clearly what needs healing. These deep patterns surface during Full Moons.
These reactions (when embraced and seen for what they are) will help you move to the next level of your healing, self-love and personal expansion.
The Full Moon shines it Light on the subconscious mind, allowing what was kept hidden to surface.
The Subconscious areas for this Full Moon that will surface, will be in the areas of Self-Love, Unconditional Love, Soul love, Romance and Relationships.

If you begin working with crystals, Please ALSO use grounding crystals. Consider carrying with you throughout the day a smokey Quartz crystal.
Some Basics ~ Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz Crystal
Amethyst
Beautiful Amethyst! Key Words: Peaceful, Calming, Quiet. This is a Peaceful and High Frequency Quartz Crystal. It is very soothing. Amethyst Loves the moon. Working with Amethyst can help relieve headaches and stress. And can help with calming the mind, and focusing during meditation. You can place your jewellery on a piece of Amethyst to be charged and cleared overnight. You can place Amethyst in the bath water, by your bed, on your desk, and anywhere you would like the soothing, healing, peaceful, properties of Amethyst.
Rose Quartz
Loving, gentle Rose Quartz. Key Words: Loving, Gentle, Soothing. Rose Quartz is a Beautiful, yet gentle, Heart Crystal. It is soothing to the emotional body, and gently opens the heart chakra. You can sleep with Rose Quartz, and program it for the opening of your Heart. Rose quartz will also gently clear your emotional body. If you are focusing in on a new Love relationship, create an altar and have rose quartz in the center.
Clear Quartz
Clear Quartz Crystal. Clear Quartz crystal loves the Sun and Moon. Key Words: Amplifying, Activating, Energizing. Do not underestimate the “increasing” power of clear Quartz crystal. Consider carefully carrying quartz crystal with you all the time. Do you really desire the your emotional state to be increased? If you are dizzy, if you are in disharmony, it may increase those states. Likewise, if you are in Harmony, your frequency will increase. Programming your quartz crystal with specific intentions, will draw the energy of the program (intention) to you. Recognize the frequency that you are in, when you program your crystal, “influences” what you are drawing to you. It is not your words, but the energy of YOU, that merges and mixes with crystals. Quartz crystal amplifies the Mirror.
Instructions for Creating “Crystal Waters” and Crystal Water Tinctures!
Please do not clean the following crystals by water and have in the Direct Sun for any length of time: Selenite, Calcite, Celestite and Angelite.
To clear the above crystals, you can place them gently on top of or near Amethyst crystal.
To Charge the above crystals, place under the Moonlight. Quartz Crystals love the water, sun and moon. I will be writing more on all the different uses and invocations for each type of crystal being.
If you are using crystals that LOVE Water, you can do the following:
Cleanse in Water, prepare and set aside, after programming (programming instructions below) to be immersed in Water, outdoors during the New Moon, Full Moon, Solstice or Equinox.
Have a jar ready with Distilled water. One jar per crystal. Place the cleansed crystal (programmed for you) into the Jar of distilled water and Place outside, during the New Moon/Full Moon (solstice or equinox also) exact TIME.
For the New Moon Crystal Water, the jar(s) can stay outside after the New Moon for hours after. For Full Moon Crystal Water, the Jars come back inside a few minutes after the Full Moon time.
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water.
OR
YOU can store YOUR CRYSTAL WATER in Brandy to use as sacred drops , adding to drinks and used in ritual throughout the YEAR. Use 9/10th’s Brandy to the Strained (crystals out) distilled water!
You can also bathe in the sacred crystal water and use for healing, or add the drops of the Crystal Water tincture! Let me know how you are enjoying your Crystal Water!
Programming Crystals for The New Moon and Full Moon
Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way, without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering of their program, MAY lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the “Beings” in Crystals are obvious. Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your Emotions…allow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in “alignment” with the current New Moon or Full Moon.
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one) into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do “not” write with) and turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the procedure above EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise. Allow your crystal a “relax” time before programming. Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.

The Inner Change = The Changed Life
The Inner Change = The Changed Life.
Do you desire this? TRULY desire a changed Life? If so, Please read on, and have a pen and paper nearby. You will be making notes as to How you feel about your identity and who you are. Later on you may see yourself differently. You may begin to see patterns of beliefs you attached to “as your” identity, which were simply not true, simply a series of responses, to which you can now be free from. Enjoy this Process offered here! I will be writing many books on this subject!
I will go over Surrender, Attachments, reactions, karmic traces, and identity in this blog post.
Do you Desire to surrender. Do you wonder what the result will be, if you do Surrender?Have you ever let go? Let go so fully and completely that everything changed right away as a result? Where seemingly out of nowhere, your life begins to change, as a result, of that surrender?
Key word to remember here is the “result” of your surrender.
The changed LIFE you so desire, occurs AFTER the change within. If you remember one thing after reading this, please remember the following.
A change within you = a changed life.
A change within you may involve a change in attitude, a changed belief, and a change of Heart.
Attitudes, Beliefs and a Change of Heart can all occur during the process of Surrendering. Life Altering Moments, are very possible for You. IN fact, when all things change, it is always the Result of a “specific” unique moment.
Those specific moments, are the result of the response of Your being in perfect fulfillment with your Soul plan, (that next part completed in front of you) and they ignite codes of light that are like keys.
Sort of like, fitting in the puzzle pieces, when you get that final piece of the puzzle you are working on (life situation desiring to change) a light turns on, then when completed a door opens up and the next puzzle opens in front of you.
The next level of awareness, the removal of old patterns, leads to your expansion. Are you following me? Please read this many times, as it will awaken codes within you as well, memories, of your understanding.
That is the power of surrender.
It is the SINCERE desire of your Heart and Will to let go of (old patterns) Karmic traces.
Karmic traces are simply old patterns of “reactions” held in your ( DNA) memory. This includes your subconscious mind.
Your identity, if you still living in the old patterns of suffering are unique “Attachments” that you have identified as connected to “who you” are.
That is a Key here. Unique Attachments you have identified as “connected” to “who you” are.
The identity you have (as your patterns of reaction) you have created and added to, through each incarnation you have experienced on Planet Earth, incarnating as human. The memory is held in your Blueprint and monitored after each incarnation, and through each incarnation, by your Soul. As a Soul you have a specific design, which is unique. You specific design is your unique Soul frequency.
This is why it will never work to become like someone else, or desire to be what someone else is.
Part of your Karmic traces, always leads back to, your full acceptance of who you are. That is what loving yourself is. Embracing who and what you truly Are. It starts with complete acceptance.
And Knowing or desiring to know, that your “worth” is not based on an outer identity.
Such labels ARE created through mass consciousness and societal norms.
Look deeply into these AREAS (listed below) and see where your identity may have “attachments” in them.
DO you feel better about yourself when you have a specific job?
Do you feel better about yourself when you make a certain amount of money?
You you feel better about yourself if you have a certain type of partner or relationship?
Do you feel better about yourself when you own things?
If so, then you have placed your value, on a false sense of identity.
Remember the beginning key word? “result”
The life you so desire is the RESULT of inner Change. Inner Change = Changed Life. When you love yourself fully and are free from attachments (that means karmic traces of emotional reactions) then the life of Your Dreams pours into your life.
You do understand this? Do you feel the freedom in choosing to let go of old beliefs, attachments to identity (karmic memories, reactions) to freeing yourself from non acceptance of Yourself?
The Inner Change = The Changed Life.
Are you ready to surrender?
Begin by “seeing” (maybe for the first time) all the ways you have identified your worth, to outer appearances. Make a list! Write it down. Be honest with yourself.
Then begin a daily practise, start with small things to surrender.

So ponder these things, start a journal, make some notes, you are WORTH it! Your Freedom from suffering is worth it! Then begin daily, listening to the Surrender Invocation.

Waking up to the Truth Within You
As you see clearly all that is taking place within you, you will come to know, within you, is your reality, and is what is causing you to see things externally, as you do.
If you see demons out there, look within. If you see a battle of good and evil, look within.
The so called demons that are within you are the fears that are within you. Your fear is the areas within you, your consciousness, waiting to be loved.
Everything is Source, even what appears as darkness. You will know this when you are free from the fear within you.
Stay focused on you, and what out there “truly” is (the Mirror) that has always clearly reflected to you, your Frequency, your vibrations and therefore, what you are experiencing yourself to Be (your creation).
That is right, there is no one to “blame” anymore, as there is no out there. Out there is what you are creating, moment to moment, the reflection, of what you are experiencing within yourself.
There are only things to see within, and know within you. As you merge in Union with your Soul, all fear vanishes, and love heals and dissolves, all the fear within you. The stress of the fight or flight responses, diminish. Life become peaceful, as it becomes peaceful within you.
As you do this and (not play in the drama game) your Life will reflect to you all that you “know yourself” to be, within.
God is within.
God is not a being outside of you.
As you merge with your “SOUL” you move away from what seems to “BE” out there as “Duality” and you become free. Free, NOT bound in limitation, as you experience yourself eternally. Then you will have Mastered Duality and time.
Stay “focused” within, out there is only the Reflection!!
When you truly “know” this, you will be “free” from All Suffering!
Change YOURSELF within through loving yourself. Then everything externally, changes.
The mirror is only Your Reflection.
Be unconditional love within yourself, and you will see and feel and know, love everywhere. Truly all is a reflection of within. No guilt, no struggle, only surrender and love, in complete harmony and love.

The Power of Creating, through Desire and Resistance
IMPORTANT NOTE on the Power of creating through the vibrations (conscious and unconscious) of Desire and Resistance!
What you “don’t” want to happen is a powerful Vibrational force creating your reality. It doesn’t feel good when you feel it? Right? That is what resistance is, and fear and resistance are the same thing.
You can VIEW Fear and Resistance, as something to be welcomed, for what those vibrations truly ARE. They are simply AREAS of memory patterns ( karmic traces) not YET released, yet desiring to be released (that is why they come UP). The feedback of Universal Law, of the mirror, truly is your friend. There are no energies that you fall into accidentally, if they come up and you are dealing with them over and over (resistance and fear) it is SO THAT you will “finally” be FREE from those vibrations, that clearly are NOT creating the reality (you say) you truly desire.
This is about Frequency Alignment and Surrender. Alignment with Desire and Surrendering Resistance (fear).
Resistance and desire (both) create your Reality, through your emotions and thoughts, which send out very specific vibrations, which then come back to you as your Reality ( your life).
Be mindful of all moments, of all sensations and emotions, because you are creating in “ALL” moments.
You may want to look closely, at the fears you hold, of the worst POSSIBLE life, and how that would feel if it happened (which you are feeling if you are experiencing resistance) that LIFE scenario that keeps playing out over and over. Make peace with that fear (resistance to it happening) so that the POWER of its vibration begins to weaken as frequency, in your energy field. Then you will be FREE to vibrate POWERFULLY with your Desires, which are always the vibrations of peace, love, ecstasy, you know~ the life you DO Desire!!
This is why so many come close, to the perfect Life, then fall back. They are still HOLDING the powerful Vibration of Resistance to that OTHER undesirable reality. Then that life which you resisted, also shows up (for some people over and over) do you SEE?
The CONSTANT in and out of different realities, (emotions and vibrations) DEPENDS on how much RESISTANCE you hold to the REALITY you do not desire.
When you are FREE from resistance, (through surrender, oh how I love that frequency) you are ALLOWING your DESIRES to come to you! WHY? Because you are not battling with another powerful Creation Vibration KNOWN as Resistance (which for many it is the life you fear will happen).
What your Heart desires, feels so VERY PERFECT (doesn’t it?)
and WHEN you feel that, You are creating that to manifest in a sacred beautiful way! (ahhhh I live there!)
The in and out of different realities ( your life going up and down dramatically) DEPENDS on how much RESISTANCE you hold (not yet surrendered) to the REALITY you do not desire.
So, let go of the powerful vibration of resistance, (that does not feel good anyway) and FOCUS on your desired FEELING (that oh so beautiful vibration of ecstasy) and watch, in Great Awe, your life transform, with Ease and Grace.
I am Holding you there!! in your Blissful, Perfect, Loving, Ecstatic Life, of Fulfillment! That is the Vibration and Frequency of your Soul, in perfect Union!
That Union, oh yes, what every heart truly desires to FEEL in Form, and live there. Why not live there?
Release your fears, LOOK at them, so that you have no resistance within you as Frequency.
Vibrate and Live in your Heart’s Desires, then your Highest Destiny will arrive.

Life is for “Living” Fully
LIFE is for “LIVING” fully!
Whether pain, sadness, or love, Life still offers the SAME OPPORTUNITY~ to Live, love, EXPERIENCE and share from the HEART.
Many feel I don’t feel or have emotion, that is the furthest from the truth.
I FEEL the depth and Pain of all of humanity, and yet at the same time I feel the greatest DEPTH of Love for all of Humanity.
This is what “PASSION” is ~ to live life Deeply!!
To Love, INCLUDES feeling pain.
Love cannot be ABSENT, in any situation, including in time and beyond time, when ONE begins to TRULY Love from the Heart.
This IS what Planet Earth is About!!

Let go of “how things should be” and SIMPLY go deep into the depths of YOU and into the Depths of Life, Living and Loving.

That is what FORM is FOR~ to experience DEEPLY and Love so “all inclusively” as if there is no-thing ELSE ~only LOVE.
