What you Focus Upon You Experience. It truly is that simple.
What you May Desire to be aware of, is WHAT YOU ARE “Actually” PLACING your Attention UPON?
Are you Focused on outer perceived Barriers to what you Desire?
Are you focused upon your Fears and have allowed those FEARS to dictate to you, how you will live, who you will be close to or not, based on PERCEIVED ease in the OUTER world?
The Outer World only reflects what you are experiencing within you.
So if YOU SEE limitation and Fear, your world will show you more of THAT.
IF YOU experience EASE and Allowing within you, DESPITE so-called outer Challenges, then your WORLD will begin to show you JUST HOW EASY IT CAN BE. How effortless it is, when you let go.
There is no huge puzzle here to figure out on Earth. It really is SIMPLE.
Focus on the LOVE you Desire, the Lover, the PASSION and the Flow WITHIN YOU. Your Outer world will then be of the PASSION of your Soul, effortlessly playing out as the Holographic Vision it is.
Reality on earth is the perceived substance of Solid Form. It really is NOT.
IT really is the Projection of how you are feeling and experiencing within yourself. This is the SPIRIT of YOU.
When you truly get this, you will go deep within yourself and dream away, in the Beauty of All That Exists, in the Ecstasy of your Soul.
Is this a little like Virtual Reality? Is what you experience the RESULT of your INNER WORLD?
Either your Ecstasy in Limitless Being, or Your Limitation based on doubt, sadness and Fear?
Own it, YOUR INNER WORLD.
SEE IT, Feel it, Taste it. OWN it!
If you get one thing from this, LOOK Deeper within yourself, at your beliefs, your fears, your beliefs of limitation. They don’t EXIST except within yourself.
If you say well it is obvious I have limitations because of this and that, ASK YOURSELF WHY you would believe it? Believe your MIND?
Change your Beliefs. Release outdated modes of Behaviour that simply are you patterns of PERCEIVED mental Limitations. They are NOT YOU!!!!!
And Surrender into the Limitless Nature that you truly Are.
You Truly ARE all that you Desire to Experience ~ ALREADY.
All of the Experiences that you experience are in Alignment with what you are vibrating and experiencing within yourself.
Simply Surrender to the Eternal Flow of Your Heart, to your Immortal Body of Light. And Stay Focused on the Bliss and Ecstasy that you already Are. When you stay focused upon this, your outer world of experience will match it. It is always about Vibrational Alignment!

When you Look in the Mirror What do You See? Do you see Flashes of an Old Belief System, pass through your Awareness?
Do you see the Sadness of a Life of Regrets? Do You See what you DON’T Want to See? Do you See wished unfulfilled? A Body Not Matching What you Desire? Emptiness? Anger?
Pause and take a few minutes, to breathe deeply and reflect on these Questions, allowing yourself to go even deeper, into YOUR OWN Awareness. Breathe slowly and deeply, CONSCIOUSLY. Slow down, there is nowhere to go, nowhere to be, simply Present with what arises.
Entering the No mind (the silent mind) allows the free flow of Pure Awareness to BECOME your experience. Close your eyes for a few moments, See Yourself as Your Immortal Body of Light, Breathe deeply into your Heart Space. See a Golden Flame inside Your Heart, where you exist as Light. Feel the Warmth, Feel the Love, Feel the Peace.
Let this Golden Light begin to Flood your Body, filling your mind also with its Peaceful warm Glow of Eternal Light. Staying focused on your Breathing, and Your Heart and the Golden Light, Feel this Light surround your Body and take on the Shape of Your Physical Form.
Now feel your Physical Body dissolve in the Warmth, and ONLY FEEL yourself as this Golden Light, your Immortal Body of Light. Now see before you a Golden Mirror shining Brightly.
With your Inner SENSES ~ See yourself in this Golden Body of Light (your Immortal Body of Light) in this Mirror.
Now ~ what do you See? What do You FEEL? Have you removed the veil of Limitation? Have you removed Old Beliefs? Are you Now Free from the sadness, the hatred, the pain, the desire to see EVERYTHING that you ARE NOT? Embrace this Moment through your Heart. Feel the Pure Ecstasy and Bliss of Pure Being FLOOD your BODY Now!
Stay focused on your Heart, your Breath and You as Your Immortal Body of Light. Feel Pure Unconditional Love as you view yourself in this Golden Light Body (Your immortal Body of Light) in the Golden Mirror and feel the warmth and Love Expand and Increase filling the room you are in. What if, inherently held within every experience you had, the wisdom of your Soul, was functioning in such a way, that there was a profound message for you, even if you didn’t see it?
And what if these messages from your Soul, were conveying the eternal Meaning of ALL of your experiences to you, in a language you didn’t fully understand with your Mind, but was inherently held within all experiences, Themselves?
As if all experience was the VERY Fabric of your Soul, Your Consciousness.
And That YOU (the you in a body on Earth) were not experiencing events AS ACTUAL SEPARATE Things (that they seem to be) but that these experiences, WERE YOU. That is, Your Consciousness itself, VIEWED through your image screen as Experience, is You, experiencing yourself.
Ponder this for a few moments. Ponder what Reality actually is.
That All of your experiences, were actually YOU and because they are You, they are Perfect. After all who is creating it?
Experience are messages, you to you. They are the feedback of your Focus. They are the answers to the questions you were asking. They are You. You are NOT separate from the experience.
So this thing you call Reality, that you exist in, is the Perfect experience in ALL experiences, as the experiences are the Messages, are the Answers of your Soul, and ARE the CONSCIOUSNESS that YOU ARE.
YOUR Consciousness and YOU, your Experiences and YOUR Soul are ONE thing.
You are moving in and Out of many images, (through your image screen) which Are the messages of Your Soul to you, showing YOU, you are One with All experience, with your Consciousness. Even though viewed as if outside of You, is NOT outside of you.
When you let go in Child Like Wonder, and SEE and HEAR, in the recognition, THAT What you See and Hear is YOU, in ALL Experience, you then begin to PLAY in ALL experiences.
The VERY nature of YOU, is then, Full aware of itself, fully awake, and ALIVE, in child like Wonder.
This is You loving You, You loving experience, You loving yourself. You seeing the perfection in All experiences. You seeing yourself, as NOT separate from it.
The CONSCIOUS awareness of this, is the UNION of your Consciousness with the Creative Fabric of Your Soul, With your Image Screen with ALL Experience.
It isn’t Outside of You. You mental image screen ONLY makes it seem like events ARE out there.
When you live in the Truth, that it is YOU, you Live in Union. You live in Love. You live in Child Like wonder. In and Though All Experience, as the very nature of You, Yourself.
Allow yourself, to ponder these things, the Actual NATURE of Consciousness itself. OF your Experiences themselves. See through new eyes the REALITY of CONSCIOUSNESS and EXPERIENCE itself.
And Then, you will see the Beauty in the Simplicity of Living, of Being. And You will live in the Perfection of All Experience, held within the Love, that you ALWAYS, Eternally Are.

Something caught my Attention and I felt Guided to write on Passion and Passionate Love Making.
I have witnessed so many people who seem to be on a perpetual roller coaster ride, that they call relationships.
So many on Earth do not know the difference between Lust, Sexual Addiction, Love and Passion.
Being stimulated sexually, as in the body only involved and the mind, is Not the same as experiencing Passionate Love making.
And who makes love Passionately? What is it?
The Passion of the Heart and Soul may be expressed in many Ways. To experience your Heart filled with Love and Passion in a relationship where PASSION is experienced, is a rare occurrence. And why is that?
Passion itself never dies, or ends, or slows down. It is the eternal Presence of Your Soul.
IT is ALWAYS Present!
Making Love Passionately (as in two people) involves the Heart and Soul, the Mental body, Emotional body and Physical Body of both partners. It is ALL Encompassing and Requires you to Give all of yourself to YOUR BELOVED.
Can I write as if I am making Love? Yes!
My poetry is making Love, with words, that express the Passion of my Heart and Soul, for my Beloved.
I live eternally, in this, my desire, my Beloved.
My Heart and Soul, burns in its longing to show you my Love.
For it is ONLY Your Presence, that I long for and desire, for it is,
All that I know, All that exists, and All that will ever exist.
So many relationships seem to start in an exciting way. A different partner, forbidden sex, no boredom, and maybe the feelings of falling in love.
YET for so many, where does this get them? After a certain length of time, the boredom sets it, the desire wanes, and what is Left? If there was not true friendship present at the beginning, what often occurs, is the so-called Love, turns to hatred.
And After the partaking, the deeper longing of the Soul Expression remains. The Hunger of the Soul, The Passion of the Soul ~ To BE Expressed!
Is this part of the Part Ups and downs of life on earth? Part of the experience? Still searching for love? Always seeking never finding?
The Love that is truly of the Heart and Soul is Passionate.
This Passion is always present, and does not go away, after Sexual Union and Making love. The Fulfillment is in its expression of itself.
It is never quenched, and truly at its core, Desires UNION itself, at all CREATIVE levels of Awareness and Being. Passion in Union with Passion. Passion expressing itself.
Passion gives ALL of itself, for its EXPRESSION, it is of the Heart and Soul and LIVES in mystical realms of experiences that many LONG for, yet rarely is experienced.

You do not need to wait till the perfect relationship shows up.
As you become Consciously Filled with True Love and Passion, your Outer Reality will match your inner reality, in Fact, the inner and outer are One.
As a Passionate Being of Love, there will be NO Shortage in the way you will be able to express your Passion.
In every breath, my Beloved, you are with me.
I smell you, I taste you, we are forever One.
Look deeply at Yourself, KNOW yourself, and above all else, KNOW and Live in your Heart. There is the Passion of Your Soul. There is Eternity, and they are ONE.

Everything is energy, and the master number 11 represents an Opening, a Portal of Divine Consciousness.
This Portal of Love is the Opening of Consciousness through your HEART.
Where does this opening in Consciousness take Place? Everything is within you, and this Opening in Consciousness is through your Heart.
As the Template of Humanity is CHANGING, even as I write this, Begin to relax, Breathe slowly and deeply, and Focus on your Heart space, the area of your Physical Heart. BEGIN to feel your Heart Beating.
Slow down your Breath. Pause, and focus on the sensations you feel, within You, within your Heart.
Place your attention on the Vibrations you feel in your Heart. Feel Warmth radiate from your Heart, notice how your mind quiets. FEEL the warmth spread throughout your body.
Stay present with this for several minutes….Breathe, Relax, and FEEL DEEPLY.
Do you feel a shift within you as you Place your Attention, even for a few minutes on Your Heart Space? Can you consciously stay present within your Heart? Throughout your day?
This is the Portal of Love, which you have access to in every moment! Your Form although it seems solid, is not, it is composed of Light. Your Vibration is slow enough that you SENSE yourself as Solid. You are Light, you Are Eternal Light, you are Your Immortal Body of Light.
When you increase your Vibrational Awareness, through your Focus on the Higher Frequencies of your Heart, the Portal of Love, you Begin to experience yourself, as the timeless, eternal Being that you are.
You are Light, everything is Light. Even in the Darkness there is Light. You are NOT SEPARATED from this Light. You have only taken your attention of YOURSELF as Light. You can NOW stay focused on your Heart, on yourself as Light, on YOU Eternal Sacred Divinity.
Many of you on Earth today existed and exist as Angels, Beings of Light, from the Angelic Realms. And you are here on Earth, now, bringing your Light consciously, into your embodiment on Earth.
Breathe into your Heart space, daily.
Take time out daily, to feel the Higher Vibrational Frequencies of Love, that align you with your Soul, with your Divinity, With All That is.
This Living Light is always present for you, through your Heart!
This is your Portal, your Opening, to All That is.
To All That you Are.
Practise Daily, slowing down, feeling your Heart, Being present, and FEELING through your Heart the Feeling Nature of Consciousness. This is the feminine receptive Principle.
When you Open you RECEIVE.
When you Open your Heart (truly open your heart) you Surrender ( you let go of the habitual thought patterns) and you Let go of the need to be in charge, the need to be right, the need for security. And you enter, the Eternal Space of Sacred Pureness and Innocence, which is the Sacred Divine Light of your Eternal Soul.
Can you Feel your Presence? Can you feel your Soul? Can you feel your Angelic Self? Your Eternal Presence is NOT SEPARATE from YOU.
Stay present within Your Heart Space, within your Portal of Love, through FEELING within you, the Vibrations and Higher Frequencies that are the Warmth, the Love, the Illuminating Light of Your Eternal Soul.
When you DO THIS, Love fills you in Such a way, that you Awaken to the Limitless Being that you TRULY ARE, Eternally!
Live in Harmony, with All That is, with All That arises within you!
