The Power of Creating, through Desire and Resistance

IMPORTANT NOTE on the Power of creating through the vibrations (conscious and unconscious) of Desire and Resistance!

What you “don’t” want to happen is a powerful Vibrational force creating your reality. It doesn’t feel good when you feel it? Right? That is what resistance is, and fear and resistance are the same thing.

You can VIEW Fear and Resistance, as something to be welcomed, for what those vibrations truly ARE. They are simply AREAS of memory patterns ( karmic traces) not YET released, yet desiring to be released (that is why they come UP). The feedback of Universal Law, of the mirror, truly is your friend. There are no energies that you fall into accidentally, if they come up and you are dealing with them over and over (resistance and fear) it is SO THAT you will “finally” be FREE from those vibrations, that clearly are NOT creating the reality (you say) you truly desire.

This is about Frequency Alignment and Surrender. Alignment with Desire and Surrendering Resistance (fear).

Resistance and desire (both) create your Reality, through your emotions and thoughts, which send out very specific vibrations, which then come back to you as your Reality ( your life).

Be mindful of all moments, of all sensations and emotions, because you are creating in “ALL” moments.

You may want to look closely, at the fears you hold, of the worst POSSIBLE life, and how that would feel if it happened (which you are feeling if you are experiencing resistance) that LIFE scenario that keeps playing out over and over. Make peace with that fear (resistance to it happening) so that the POWER of its vibration begins to weaken as frequency, in your energy field. Then you will be FREE to vibrate POWERFULLY with your Desires, which are always the vibrations of peace, love, ecstasy, you know~ the life you DO Desire!!

This is why so many come close, to the perfect Life, then fall back. They are still HOLDING the powerful Vibration of Resistance to that OTHER undesirable reality. Then that life which you resisted, also shows up (for some people over and over) do you SEE?

The CONSTANT in and out of different realities, (emotions and vibrations) DEPENDS on how much RESISTANCE you hold to the REALITY you do not desire.

When you are FREE from resistance, (through surrender, oh how I love that frequency) you are ALLOWING your DESIRES to come to you! WHY? Because you are not battling with another powerful Creation Vibration KNOWN as Resistance (which for many it is the life you fear will happen).

What your Heart desires, feels so VERY PERFECT (doesn’t it?)
and WHEN you feel that, You are creating that to manifest in a sacred beautiful way! (ahhhh I live there!)

The in and out of different realities ( your life going up and down dramatically) DEPENDS on how much RESISTANCE you hold (not yet surrendered) to the REALITY you do not desire.

So, let go of the powerful vibration of resistance, (that does not feel good anyway) and FOCUS on your desired FEELING (that oh so beautiful vibration of ecstasy) and watch, in Great Awe, your life transform, with Ease and Grace.

I am Holding you there!! in your Blissful, Perfect, Loving, Ecstatic Life, of Fulfillment! That is the Vibration and Frequency of your Soul, in perfect Union!

That Union, oh yes, what every heart truly desires to FEEL in Form, and live there. Why not live there?

Release your fears, LOOK at them, so that you have no resistance within you as Frequency.

Vibrate and Live in your Heart’s Desires, then your Highest Destiny will arrive.

Are you Authentic? Or do you WEAR Masks?

One for your friends, one for Acquaintances?

Trying to IMPRESS? OR choosing to be YOU?

Hiding all that you ARE, including your Truth,
is self-judgment of YOU~

YOU only to YOU!!!

No one to blame, for lack of intimacy, but YOU.

Not RELATING in Truth, is “NO” relationship at all!

No one can relate, to partial truth, the mask is in the way, Not LIVING fully exposed~ is not truth.

Exposing who YOU ARE is the only way to begin, TRUE
Relationship IS TRUTH, the only Place for TRUE LOVE to BEGIN!!

So embrace all that you ARE, including the SCARS too, relate to another, exposing your truth.

THEN you will start, to live as Pure Truth, embracing Authenticity,
a RARE Gift on Earth.

THEN “TRUE” relationship Begins~ first YOU TO YOU!!!

So if YOU desire “True” Love, begin with YOURSELF.

Acceptance (you to you) is key, TO EXPOSE your “TRUE SELF”

Let go of FEAR, the way to BE, being Authentic, living in Freedom, True LOVE and INTEGRITY.

Truth, is with one’s self, or else there is no truth, no REAL LOVE~ Begin with YOU.

So you say ( I hear it over and over)

You are not doing this and that for this reason, Oh REALLY?

You are doing this and that for that reason, Oh REALLY?

You are staying in this relationship, for this reason, Oh REALLY?

LOOK at why, YOU are doing these things?

To protect someone else? oh REALLY?

Question YOURSELF, KNOW yourself, LOOK deep into the things you tell yourself.

Everything is up for questioning!

Often times, these masks Protect YOU from Facing your fears. The hidden things you do not want to see or look at.

Unmask YOURSELF, YOU to YOU. Be honest with yourself, why YOU are choosing to DO things!!

Then Hold all of YOU in Love!
Only then can you begin to enter any true relationship, it starts with You to You.!!

Fear and Attachment are not Love

Fear and Attachment are NOT love!! This POST is about How “You” Hold “Reality” either in love and Harmony, or Fear and Disharmony. How YOU hold your Reality, your day-to-day conscious awareness INFLUENCES everything in your life, your finances, your relationships, your health and more.

Please look closely at this, (deep within yourself) especially if YOU are still influenced by old patterns that play over and over in your life, and you would TRULY Love to live the Life of Your Dreams!

Love is flow.

Fear and attachment take place through automatic Karmic reactions (memories) held in your DNA. You can slow down and observe Your Reactions, your patterns if you truly desire to do so! You can release this, and be free from old reactions. When you are, and as you flow in Love..YOUR life TRANSFORMS to Joy, Love, Ecstasy and Abundance in ALL areas of Life and living.

Your Fears and Attachments, that you have around holding on to People and Relationships, Have Nothing to do with Love!!!

Love ~ loves…Desires the Highest, the Greatest and is not “about” keeping things in a Certain “Way”

The Playing out of ones insecurities and pushing them on to a PARTNER is NOT LOVE. This includes children, or any other Soul.

Better to FACE your insecurities, recognize they ARE YOURS, and don’t assert them externally ONTO OTHERS~ your Partner, whoever!!

You do NOT OWN or HAVE anyone!! Even what you feel are your “CHILDREN”

Each of you are SOULS, and if Karma played a role in your relationships for many existences, THEN you are HERE playing out YOUR (not theirs) unresolved PATTERNS that have caused YOU yes YOU to stay in the mode of “suffering”

What you are VIBRATING moves in to the Collective Field and leaves an IMPRINT on MASS Consciousness. This is the TIME for Mass Consciousness to SHIFT. Your VIBRATIONS include your REACTIONS your RESPONSES. Every word, every thought, every emotion.

You are desiring a greater EARTH? Look no further to YOURSELF, to clean up your energy! You are energy vibrating and interacting with all energy!

Freedom is Freedom, no reactions, no attachments, YES PREFERENCES and DESIRES.

SURRENDER everything to BE FREE from SUFFERING!!

And it WAS never about ANOTHER, what they do, or do not do, that is VICTIM MODE, and there are NO VICTIMS.

So PLEASE FACE you ARE indeed Creating your very own reality.

Your FEARS will become your Existence if you do NOT release them and see the truth.

Your incarnation is about you SEEING YOURSELF clearly!!!!!!!!!!

Loving yourself, setting ALL things in YOUR life free!! And Looking deeply, into the eyes of YOU and Loving You.

ONLY then are you able to know true love, then LOVE another!

Ask yourself, Do you truly love yourself?

If you do not, do not expect another, playing out their Dramas, to love you. They too are in a desperate mode of playing out of karmic traces (patterns ~ memories) and pushing them outwards on to others.

You are RESPONSIBLE for your SELF. That is not Selfish. It is the reason you incarnated, to clear your karma, to walk in YOUR TRUTH, to BE set free and Own your Divinity!

The frequency you CREATE through your thoughts, your words, your emotions and actions, create YOUR reality. Continued patterns continue to reinforce themselves into your DNA, which then, reinforce the patterns of karmic traces.

Karmic Traces are your habitual patterns of RESPONSE. As in Attachment or Pushing away.

To clear them, LOOK to you, stop looking at someone ELSE TO BLAME.

Take responsibility for your thoughts, your emotions. You can change anything!

You can live the life of your Dreams! Start by letting go of old self-destructive patterns, that only serve to bring you PAIN so THAT you will see, that needs healing within you. That is why you are here. NOW is the time to complete what you came to complete and BE set FREE!

No Victims on Planet Earth, ONLY Free WILL.

When you move into patterns of Disharmony KNOW that is what is causing your illnesses, depressions, etc.

MOVE into HARMONY. Do all you can to keep your emotions filled with LOVE at all times! I have included some links that will HARMONIZE your DNA and help YOU to release old freedoms.

It comes down to this QUESTION:

Do YOU REALLY want to be free from SUFFERING or NOT? It is truly up to YOU to Decide!! Grace was always ready for you! Always waiting for you to SAY YES!!!!

Love, Karmic Traces (memory) and Mastering Duality

Important Note on Falling in Love, Karmic Traces (memory responses) and True Love!

There is a lot of FALSE information out there about Falling in Love and Romance, most of the information is BASED on DUALITY and DRAMA.

For many the “high” and the drama of falling in love, is in fact THE block to TRUE Love. And for many, when the falling in love stage, is over, the relationship ends.

What goes up, must come down!!!

When one has mastered Duality, there no longer is the SAME need or desire for drama and the resulting fluctuation of Emotions.

For many these ups and downs (dramatic duality) are the “addictions” of grasping, and they create a vicious cycle or pattern that appears hard to be free from.

Those “addictions” are karmic traces, memories that are repeatedly played out, until one is free from identity attachment.

The karmic traces (memories) continue to be triggered as response patterns (unconsciously) in duality. Until one becomes conscious of Ones consciousness through focused attention.

In freedom, there is a flowing, state of Being, that is NO LONGER influenced by OUTER events, or triggered by them.

The Love is Felt and experienced WITHIN.
And shared, and FREELY Given.

In the Higher state of Being, Love simply is and flows. No thing or person, can influence or change that state of Being.

In other words, This Pure STATE of Being is the FOUNDATION for TRUE Relationship!!!

Before Mastery in Duality, there is the coming and going of emotions and dramatic responses (as Karmic traces, memory) that is a Basic IDENTITY Attachment.

Two PEOPLE who are fully open in their HEART in True Love (for self first, one cannot give what one does not experience first) who have mastered Duality, together, ARE the MOST powerful Force, as it is ETERNAL UNION, what they are experiencing in the here Now (first separately then together) while on earth.

Don’t look for that DRAMATIC, if you are entering into new relationships, instead look for TRUTH, Honesty, Integrity, and Loyalty.

If you do not value those things, YOU will not Like those values in others.
Instead you will go for the drama, the HIGH, the Thrill.

If you are CONSTANTLY suffering in relationships, the ups and downs and the feeling OF loss when the attachment ends (really it is your identity you have attached to it) then BEGIN to LOOK deeply within you, and LOVE YOURSELF.

Then Love, true love, will always be in you, flow through you and as the mirror, you will see this love everywhere.

Your Reality ~ and Meaning

As the Creator of your reality, it is important to Look deep within yourself, and look at the Meaning you give to those things you Desire to Have and Experience and to those things NOW in your life.

Some of you have created your “List” from my Heaven and Earth Blog Post.

You can apply the “meaning” you give to things, which include, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, desires.

Now take that a little DEEPER. Look at your List and see the meaning YOU have given to those things on your list!

When you Observe your experiences as you pass through time ~

~ RECOGNIZE ~ (take some time with this, make some notes)

That YOU are the one that gives “MEANING” to all the events and experiences you have had, and that you also Place the “meaning” to all the experiences you WILL HAVE (including those things you desire, but do not yet have)~ that is ~ your Reality.

Seeing CLEARLY that You are the ONE that has placed the importance and significance upon EVERYTHING in your life, helps you to understand some of the “experiences” you have had, and helps you to “Recognize” more and more, you “TRULY are the Creator” of Your Reality.

I receive questions like this often:

“This was so important to me” why did it turn out this way?

Looking deeply into this, you will see, it was the MEANING that YOU placed (importance) and attached to the experience (personally) ~ THAT MADE IT IMPORTANT to YOU. And NO~ thing else.

What if the person above lessened the importance to them? Suddenly they would, see, it was ONLY themselves, that made it important.

This is a VERY Valuable thing to see (how you place meaning) and APPLY to your life.

It will also help you to see, others SIMPLY have placed “meanings” in a very different way than you.

Then you will begin to TAKE things less personally. And recognize, EVERYONE is creating their reality, and have placed different meanings on the same things.

You can lessen any current “pain” and heartache you experience, by recognizing these things.

To each person, all things have greater and lesser importance. The meaning is consciously or subconsciously chosen.

Consciously CHOOSE the meaning of ALL things in your life!

Now, look closely to see the benefit, if you consciously choose, HOW you would like to experience your Life. The things you desired, did not have that WERE SO IMPORTANT. Perhaps now, you can choose, those things NOW are not that important, etc.

Things you gave no meaning or importance to, NOW you can. Look at what areas in your life, that would be beneficial for you to do so.

All experiences and Events are NEUTRAL. They are energy. All energy is Neutral.

YOU place and Attach by giving the Meaning and Significance to All Energy.

Since you can DECIDE for yourself what is important and not important to YOU, YOU can also Consciously place “ANY MEANING” to ANY event and experience that occurs and will occur in YOUR Reality~ your Life, in ALL moments!

Try this and See for yourself, the Benefits, of owning, WHAT is and WHAT is NOT significant and important to YOU.

Consciously Place CLEAR meanings to all of your relationships, experiences, and objects in your life. Including those “things” you are desiring to manifest and come into your life.

Create a Meaning List for YOU.

As you DO this, you will see clearly, ALL things will shift in front of Your Eyes, in your life.

Since, of course, YOU are the CREATOR.

Miracles Flow, and are not found,
They live deep within you.

Trust the flow, the testing too,
and keep your steady focus.

Deep within your heart,
the life force lives, always to remind you.

All that you desire, will come to you,
beyond what you can imagine.

Let if flow, your “love” the focus,
and, you will see.

All great things, WILL come to you,
effortlessly, in the moment.

only things to see.

There is no awakening,

when filled with fear.

Let go of who did this,

who did that.

Only distractions of the mind, keep you,

from you.

You will one day stand, before your Soul,

seeing clearly,

your creations.

Begin today, this now,

there is nothing in your way,

you are free to choose.

Embracing the unknown, in loves embrace,

will free and awaken within you,

your true Heart space.

Your Heart holds the answers,

and is the key.

Live in Love, fully,

Heaven on Earth ~ Your Shift

Heaven on Earth~ The Shift

This is Truly what you desire, it includes freedom from suffering, living abundantly, having love and living a life of ease.

So how do you get there?

First of ALL write a list…

Title the List..What Heaven on Earth Would FEEL like to me..

Have Four Sections to your List.

1. What would “Mental Heaven on Earth” would be for me

2. What would “Physical Heaven on Earth” feel like for me

3. What would “Emotional Heaven on Earth” feel like for me

4. What would “Spiritual Heaven on Earth” feel like for me

Each section might look something like this, Samples:

1. Mental ~ Greater peace in my everyday life ( as opposed to worry, etc) Then FEEL your life filled with peace…mental tranquility…etc…in ALL situations, work, home, etc.

2. Physical ~ Perfect health (you might feel physical comfort, or other physical things instead) Then FEEL what it would FEEL like to live fully in Health…your everyday life, your home, your body FEELING heal thing..etc

3. Emotional ~ Harmony, Love and Bliss, ( as opposed to disharmony, etc.) Then FEEL what that would FEEL like for you! Feel it at you home, your work, etc.

4. Spiritual ~ Union, Enlightenment, Fulfillment..Then Feel what that would FEEL Like to YOU! In all areas of your life!

Writing something in the physical anchors it into this Time Space Continuum. It is more than simply writing to have a physical record of it, it grounds the information into this frequency.

Then, Take a few breaths, center yourself, and fill in the list.

Please stop and create this list now! ( after you have centered yourself)

NOW KEEP that list with you..and FOCUS daily as many times as you can On HOW this FEELS for YOU.

Really FEEL IT.

This is NOT simply a manifestation technique. You are Frequency and YOU are constantly sending vibrations out as Frequency Waves. Many of you go up and down in frequency, it is like walking in and out of different potentials and alternate realities.

You may feel a releasing of the old thoughts and patterns.

Tears are the releasing of thoughts and emotions in their crystallized FORM as salt…in tears.

YOU want to stay FOCUSED on the feeling of the REALITY you decide you DESIRE to experience and FEEL.

MANY potential futures exist for all of YOU!!

Your Heart and FEELING Nature create the UNIFICATION of all of YOUR Bodies in this Feeling Process, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Which reality comes into your physical reality is the reality YOUR vibration is vibrating to Predominantly.

Make a Conscious CHOICE to Decide the FEELING of the reality YOU WOULD like, the Highest for you is YOUR Heaven on Earth…

Stay FOCUSED on those Feelings, carry your List with YOU!

I literally see people walk in and out of their Highest Destiny then back to another reality and alternate future.

The reason for many of you, that the experiences that YOU DESIRE have NOT showed up is because your frequency is FLUCTUATING so much.

Back and forth, SENDING out different frequency waves, moves you literally in and out of the many potential futures.

It would be best if you could stay steady in the frequency of WHAT you desire to FEEL, experience and LIVE.

For those of you that experience a challenge to stay in the Frequency you Desire, there are many frequency Transmissions, etc. that will HELP you to vibrate to your Highest Frequency, to the Feelings that are the Highest Vibration for YOU, that you Choose to experience and live in.

Doing this draws to YOU all the YOU Desire to Feel, Do and Live, and the FUTURE you Desire to experience, which is YOUR Shift! Heaven on Earth for YOU!!

Embracing the Mystical ~ Releasing Fear

Embracing the Mystical..This may conjure up in your mind what the mystical to YOU means..If you have preconceived ideas you may want to let them go. As the mystical can take on many forms.

Different from fantasy is the Mystical experience. The “senses” and your perceptions change as you embrace the unknown.

Mystical experiences are a result of the alchemy process. This is the Process you on now, if you are reading this, through this shift. You cannot hurry this process on. The Process is a natural change within your cellular consciousness that includes your brain as well and how you process information and life’s experiences.

As you let go of all of your preconceived ideas, and let go of the hold you have on YOUR idea of reality and its limitations. As you do so you free the old patterns of perceptions within you.

The Seed of Awakening then becomes ripe in the fertile ground of your senses.

Opening the Door to the unknown, unleashing the powers of your subconscious, is a transmutation process. The fears held on to tightly, which show themselves as your “comfort” zone…slowly are faced, released, as you meet YOU to YOU..in compassion and Love through this Alchemical Process.

Desiring to let go of this realm, and embrace the eternal aspect of Your Soul is not an escape route to bypassing what DOES exist in YOU to be cleared.

Old Pains, Old fears, from many lifetimes, then surface from your subconscious, to be cleared, before you can fully embrace the Unknown.

It is the ABILITY to be OPEN to SEE Fear that one FACES the fears.

When You fully embrace
the far outer reaches of the “unknown” with openness
And fearlessness~
You will then recognize your Source Stream..

Fear is the only limitation, to what you truly desire.

You can begin to embrace the sacred in daily life, choosing to see beyond this realm. For many of you this will involve ritual.

Instead of running from your fears, that only hold you back, you can also choose to look at them, then hold them in Love and compassion.

So where to begin?

Do you have fear of the unknown? At a very young age I saw what people would call “dead people” they would appear to me from the so-called other side, to me there is no other side, it is all here now. Having a powerful Apparition show up, frightened many people. And although many people say they desire these experiences, truly they do not. Simply because of fear of the unknown. Fear of things having to appear a certain way.

Will you let go of how “reality” should look?

Will you let go of what others think of YOU?

Here is an example of that.

I had a new student come to me, during a meditation part of the class, I opened a students Crown chakra, moving in Gold Light. This student became startled as she felt energy open in her head. This fear didn’t fully stop her though, she was somewhat intrigued. She wanted more. I could see a person close to her that recently crossed over, and although she loved hearing about this, when she had a vivid dream of her friend that had crossed over that night, she became terrified. She then out of fear closed the door to further experiences, and could NOT make sense ( in her logical mind) how I could move energy etc.

I have had things appear, disappear and so many say they want that. But truly, can you handle letting go of HOW you process things, and have you cleared away your fears?

Look specifically at ANY FEARS you have about the Other side, about true transformation. And begin to embrace your fears.

Your conscious awareness plays a role in all of this. You can choose to begin letting of all that holds you back, and you can choose to embrace more of the unknown.

Your conscious choices then reflect your “will” in your daily life and how you organize your life.

Are you allowing your environment to be a receptive place, allowing you to embrace the Eternal You?

You can set aside time daily to write in a journal. You can have a space where you commune you to you at a deeper level. In other words, by your actions, you also show to your subconscious mind ( including your fears) YES, I am ready to release what is holding me back, and I do so in Love.

Here is an INVOCATION you can do daily as part of your Alchemical Process. This will open the doors to freedom from fear, and help move you into the shift in consciousness, the Mystical and the Unknown.
