Amdromedans ~ so very close to my Heart. They are VERY high Frequency Beings ~Loving ~ Angelic Like in their Service to the Evolution of the Universe ~Loving All Beings Everywhere, holding all in the One Heart of Divine Love.

Within your Original Blueprint is your personal record of all of your incarnations. Your Blueprint is not part of Mass Consciousness. It is your Soul record. The Arcturians are powerful Beings of Light that exist in High Frequency Dimensions. I have communicated with them and they have visited me, and they have shown up here on Planet Earth. There are many people who went into a Light Ship and have memories of Being with Aliens in a Light Ship. If you have those memories it may have been with the Arcturians. There are many Arcturian Humans, just as there are many Angelic Humans, Sirian Humans, and Pleiadian Humans.
The Arcturians work with their Light shaping reality and are powerful Allies of Light and have played a Huge role in the Shift to Unity Consciousness and Unconditional Love. Â They are advanced Beings of Light, and are Benevolent and Loving.
When they do incarnate as Human Arcturians, they marvel at Human emotions, and study them, and are often very calm. They have mastered observing. If you have had existences or do as Arcturian, you are most likely being watched and observed very closely, by you there, having agreed to be part of their Study. Or your Study.
Arcturians Love Planet Earth and Humans. It is a tremendous place to observe, and they have observed Humans for a very Long time, since the Beginning of Planet Earth.

These Beautiful Beings of Light ~ asked me to enter my Light Body fully and cross the Bridge of Light to meet them. They had been Observing me and wanted me to know that they were present, and that they were observing all the changes taking place within the Hearts of those on Planet Earth.
As I crossed the Bridge of Light, and walked through as Light, they welcomed me to their present home, their place of Being~ in-between dimensions.  This was their world. In dazzling robes of Violet Light they greeted me with Love, and welcomed me with great Joy. They were holding within their Hearts, Love for humanity and Love for all Beings and Hearts and Souls everywhere.
The Great Journey is the Journey of the Heart, they said. It is the most Natural Journey, and yet the most challenging.  One must leave behind the understanding of the Heart through the Mind,  to enter Deeply and fully the experience and Knowing of the Heart.
In the Journey of the Heart there are no regrets, they said. Â We Love over and over, and the pain in the Heart is the Heart stretching to Greater and Greater Love.
Their Love encompassed everything. There was nowhere where their Love was not.
This too, is the Heart Opening like a flower, its Beautiful Presence permeates everything.
Filled with so much Love ~ I knew that is All There Is. Deep in my Heart the Bridge of Light Lives. I travel Often to many worlds, to many temples, every night and Day, and Often I am Present in many all at once.

Activity Viewed from Above Earth ~ and Transmitted To Planet Earth~ From Above!
The large Orbit surrounding the Sun, as shown in the picture (photo taken in April 2015) was a phenomenal Experience of Being Viewed by Beings Behind the Orbit, which also included my seeing Behind the Orbit and the Sun. As you can see there is a Rainbow encompassing the Orbit, the Sun is Pink, with a Blue orb in its exact Centre.
I had to lay down to take the picture, as this Orbit was filling the Entire Sky! This was not flat.
Rays of Blue Light shine out from the Centre as well as Sacred Geometry all throughout the picture, including two inverted Triangles. Some see many Squares, and some see the Kabbalah Tree of Life.
I Heard Sounds as if machinery, of transmission and Knew myself to Be scanned by the Beings behind the Orbit. I Also saw clearly Behind this Orbit ~ Veil. The appearance around me, including the grass, during this Transmission, transformed into multicoloured light.
Behind the Orbit was what looked like to me a Layer of Glass, with Beings Watching and Projecting their Experiences to what was their Interface we call Planet Earth.
Is the Earth really round? Is all of this on Earth not as it seems to be?
Is this the Projection and Holographic Play Ground of the Many Beings, that View Us? Which includes ourselves from Above? As Above so Below!
I know the Watching and the Viewing is part and parcel of the Downloads into the Morphogenic Field (through the Elohim Creator Gods) which REALLY is the Playing out of The Creation itself. in NO TIME experiencing what appears as through Time.
Potentially in Earth time, the Orbit was created thousands or even millions of Years ago, as All things were created, way before the Appearance of showing up, on Planet Earth through time.
Consciousness Projecting Consciousness, which is the Holographic Vision of What you call Reality, which is composed of the Visuals, that may be termed, Virtual Reality, yet is made of the Substance called ~ Source Consciousness, which is Creation itself, directing its Creation.
Mortal Language does not translate perfectly, This Source Substance is the willed use of your Imagination. This includes thoughts and Emotions!

Awakening to the Now Moment ~ Frees your Conscious Awareness to enter the Fullness of your Alchemical Process of Transformation. Being the Being that you have always been, is your freedom from the entangled web of consciousness, that is the matrix of Mass Consciousness, which is the agreed upon subjection to the Sameness, which is the conformity of a Proposed Reality, based on limitation and untruth of the fullness, that always exists. This is slavery of consciousness, built  upon a limited ideal of being, that is experience of suffering and duality separation.
Because All That is, is truly All That is, the creation of ALL, is Creation. When I say limitation consciousness, I refer to, what appears as truth, but is not fully the wholeness of truth, which is always and has always been, the Limitless Being and Limitless Creation. Even held within this Limitless Being, is the idea of a created Limitation.
When you enter the Now Moment, the fullness of your Alchemical Process of Transformation to the Being of Eternal Light that you are, THAT KNOWS itself as SUCH, is the experience of the fullness of Limitless Being (the Truth) Â that ultimately, your Soul Desires to experience while in form on Planet Earth.
The Alchemical Process itself, is the freeing of your consciousness from the Mass Consciousness idea and impact of belief of limitation and sameness. This process, allows you to experience yourself as Being in a completely different World than what the consensus belief in mass consciousness believes itself to be immersed in.
This functioning outside of Mass Consciousness, is the freedom of Knowing oneself not only as limitless, but also experiencing oneself as Eternal, and seeing clearly what the current fabric of reality is actually made of. Then the conscious awareness of Being the Creator of your Experience on Earth and everywhere, becomes the fluid motion of All Moments, that you create within. The Viewing of Your consciousness impacting Matter, becomes the alchemical marriage, spirit and matter, that you is the Mastery of Duality and Transcendence of Separation consciousness, that knows itself as such.
So listen closely Dear Souls. Set your intention clearly, to Be in the First Wave of Conscious Awareness that knows itself as the Freedom of Limitless Being, that I am talking about. As ALL things are Shifting and the Birth of the New Creation is “imminent” What really is taking Place is the Union of Opposites. We are Returning and reuniting Once Again with the Original Design ~ The WAY it was created to BE. As you view the changes that take place in your outer world, know that what you see through your eyes, is the direct result, of what you are experiencing within yourself. You might say, I would  never have imagined that taking place or this taking place, yet within you, you are creating the this or that. In all moments.
Your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions form your moment to moment frequency vibration, which results in the PERCEPTIONÂ you experience “as” your Reality.
You can carry with you a take it or leave it attitude about what is going on within you, or you may desire to INVEST all of your Being, in paying attention, in observing and Living as a “conscious” Participant, in your own world. The World within.
If there is NO thing outside of Yourself and You Are Creating your Experience, why would you not desire, to fully discover within you, all that is going on?
Are your thoughts, emotions, and imaginings, congruent with what you desire to experience?
Let’s go deeper into this.
As an “example” you say you desire to experience a Loving Close Relationship.
You have day dreamed about this for several days, attempting again, to be conscious of your desires. You started some affirmations, and invocations about this. You go shopping at a local mall, and you see many couples holding hands and kissing. Thoughts start running through your head, oh why is everyone else always getting what they want, why not me? Life isn’t fair, I deserve to have that love relationship I have always desired to have. Then you change your thoughts to your shopping, and you look at those clothes you arrived at the mall to look at. You try on some clothes and Nothing seems to fit, and right away your thoughts begin to take on another form, when will I ever look as good as I can? Why has life sent me a raw deal? Why is it other women or men, have it easier than me and look better than me? You give up shopping for the day, upset at your body, other people’s happiness and the mall itself, and even attempting to get out of bed and do something for yourself. You stop by a drive through, and order double the food you would usually order, which you have managed to curtail the last few weeks, and were feeling really good about yourself about, you eat the food quickly, arrive home and start crying. You lay on your couch, and become angry with the world, ask yourself, why you, if only you would do better, if only you would be like others, like those rare few who seem to mystify the ease of flow in their life, and manifest all they desire. You cry some more, and do not know why you felt so great this morning, and now you feel lonely, isolated, and further away from what you desire. You had believed your were doing great based on how you were managing your external world, or so you thought you were, and now, it feels worse than before.
What has really happened here?
Are any thoughts, emotions, repetitious behaviours the “result” of what you “see” through your eyes as outside of you?
Is your loneliness and lack of self-love because of anything you “see” through your eyes?
Is your sadness because of The food you eat? Or do not eat? The clothes you have or do not have?
Do you not have that perfect love because of Your body? Your size, how you look externally?
Add anything that you feel is going on in your life, Is anything the result of your Your money or your lack of money?
Is ANYTHING outside of you the result of the way you feel or think within yourself?
Are you attempting to CONTROL your outer world to make changes within YOU?
Or is how you thought YOUR REALITY to be, to be caused by, the COMPLETE Opposite of How you think and believe it is taking place?
Are you believing in an external system and keeping it alive within you, through the beliefs you have? The beliefs that tell you, this is how reality runs, DESPITE acknowledging, it never works, it never arrives, it never is as you desire it to be.
Have you noticed all of your attempts to control how you feel about yourself, through the control of your outer world, never works, it always comes back to the same results, and you cannot figure out, why these things keep happening, why everything you think you desire, never comes into being?
Are you looking out there? and BELIEVING that is creating your reality?
That LIFE IS HAPPENING TO YOU?
Have you invested all of your energy into a belief system based on an illusion (non truth) of what reality is?
Instead of Knowing “I am  Creating This thing Called Reality” and I am DOING SO, THROUGH my every thought, every emotion AND every imaging I have, in Every MOMENT.
LOOK deeply at this thing you BELIEVE as YOUR REALITY and ITS Creation, MOMENT to MOMENT.
OBSERVE YOURSELF and YOUR responses, reactions, thoughts, emotions, imaginings and perceptions EVERY single MOMENT.
Is this possible to do? Yes it is, This is called, Being Present.
Begin to be the observer, of you EVERY thought. Your every imagining. Your Every Emotion.
Do not wait, till days after, as an example, that mall experience, when you are suddenly depressed, and do not know why.
Follow your Life, follow your Heart, be present Now. Observe, awaken, be Living truly with all that you are, within this experience you call Living. That is not to be grasped or understood out there. But instead, embrace all of yourself, within you, exposing and examining, all thoughts, all imaginings, all feelings and emotions.
You are in for some amazing surprises, How your thoughts ARE actually creating your experience. How your Emotions ARE creating what you perceive as your outer reality. When you notice these things, Then what happens?
You take responsibility for all that is going on within you.
You take responsibility for all that you Create.
You know that it is you, doing this.
And you Wake up, inside this living dream scape called Reality on Earth, and You change all that is going on within yourself. You change your limiting beliefs that were not based on anything real, you notice what you are imagining into existence, you notice your emotions, and gently and lovingly move your FOCUS to a gentle approach of loving yourself, through compassion, and things begin to change.
You have changed your perception of reality on earth, and how it functions, and you have changed how you feel about yourself. You now feel good about yourself. You notice your thoughts and emotions begin to stabilize themselves in a congruent harmony with what you truly do Desire. And now let’s see what happens when you go visit that mall again.
You enter that mall, you see couples together, and you notice, now instead of it bothering you, it makes you happy, you notice how your thoughts have changed. You think isn’t that just so beautiful, Love is just so beautiful. You go shopping for those clothes, and everything fits perfectly, and you notice you look so much better and feel so much better about how you look. Your notice your thoughts turn to your happiness, they are in harmony with a beautiful life and you just feel so joyful to be alive. You even feel bliss.
What will continue happen in this life, if your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and imaginings, are IN HARMONY with what you Desire? If you really change the “belief” you have functioned within, from  the belief “life is happening to me” to “Life is happening THROUGH me” and is the DIRECT result, moment to moment, of what is going on within me.
What would happen?
Life would become more and more Joyous, Happy, Fun, Blissful, Ecstatic, and would increase, in Every Moment.
So all of this begins, as to where you are? Where are you? Are you here? Now?
When I taught publicly years ago, I would observe no one was present. Their thought would be turned to the past, or the dinner later on, and on what they want to get, based on what they do not have, all based on an illusion that an external world exists, through the eyes.
I helped People, first, to become aware that they Are existing, and to observe this thing called existing, through the thoughts that pass through ones awareness, emotions, feelings and imaginings.
So begin today, where you are. Perhaps you are aware of most that goes on within yourself. And you are ready to go deeper into the consciousness of you as an active participant in your creations.
Or maybe this is foreign to you and you have not seemed to figure out a way out of the hell, you seem to always find yourself living in, over and over. Your suffering.
If you are present you know what to do. Go deeper, spend more time reflecting, observing, and changing those limiting beliefs.
If you are living in disharmony, if all that you desire to experience seems to feel always out of your grasp and life is happening to you. SPEND time daily, quietly. Listen to my Audio Frequency Transmissions, Activations, Initiations, Invocations, they will allow all of your Bodies, Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual to Harmonize with your True Desires. With Your Eternal Soul. Your Frequency will change, your thoughts will change, your Life will change. And you will Know the truth of your existence, that you Are, and that no thing was ever outside of you. You only were needing to vibrate to it now, not in the future, through external attempts to change things. But that it always was you, within you, that you were desirous to experience. To ultimately know, that you exist and you are creating your reality and your perceptions of it, moment to moment.

Whatever Relationship you Are in, Were in, or are Desiring to Be in. What you create, comes down to the frequency of the Union, (yourself and your partner) which creates, how long the Heightened Feelings of “Being in Love” will last (happily ever after) or whether it turns into, what feels like, a relationship from Hell.
A relationship truly made in Heaven, stays in Heaven, and is the Happily Ever After, so many desire, yet so few, experience.
Many relationships do live in the frequency of Hell on Earth, and that is the result of the personal hell, or disharmony, one lives in, lived in, and continues to live in “Within” Oneself.
Heaven and Hell exist, not outside of yourself, but within You.
When one lives in Heaven, within oneself, TRULY Happy with oneself, Truly Loving Oneself, then ONE is ready to  begin a “Match made in Heaven” relationship, with another, who also is truly Happy, who also loves themselves. Some refer to the relationships as Twin Flames, whatever the name, which is simply mortal language, the truth is, the eternal Existence of Love, does exist, eternally.
These heightened Love Unions, True Love, Twin Soul, never desire the ‘Other” to be something they are Not. True Love, Loves without conditions.
Now that does not mean, you do not choose wisely, who you decide to be with. You are responsible for your choices. You choose the perfect match for you, if you are not in a relationship, someone who can Love, how you love.
If you are living in Disharmony, DO NOT expect a relationship to MAKE you happy, That is never the case. Your Own happiness and HARMONY is within YOU, or it is not. You cannot give something that you are Not.
The many duality games, many people play, based on a belief that someone else will make me happy, keeps most in a living hell, that they never look at, within themselves. Manipulation is the daily game, based on a deep hunger that CAN NEVER be satisfied “Outside” of Oneself. Yet the game is to control and weaken, the object of ones desire. This sick Love, is the Living Hell, which is the Frequency of Disharmony, that only, breeds contempt.
So start with YOURSELF always, whatever situation you are in. In a bad relationship? Looking for one? In a great one? You can always experience increased Joy, Bliss, Ecstasy and Love, including those “In Love” feelings, as YOU increase the Love for Yourself.

Whatever name you choose to call your “Sacred Relationship” a name or title is simply a definition used in mortal language, it never makes something so.
It is the Frequency Vibration of the Relationship “That is What it is” That MAKES IT ~what it is. Not the TITLE or Definition you decide to give it! This is Where Honesty with yourself, comes in.
And of course this PERFECT LOVE always Starts with you. Be truthful and Honest, with Yourself, First.
That which is Eternal in Unnameable. True Unconditional Love is a Frequency, a Vibration.
Either the Frequency you vibrate to is Harmony ~ Heaven on Earth, Perfect Union, perfect Love.
Or the Frequency of Hell ~ Disharmony, which include Fear and Separation.
