Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? Â The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When  you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the âBeingsâ in Crystals are obvious. Â Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your EmotionsâŚallow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.Â
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. Â All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in âalignmentâ with the current New Moon or Full Moon.Â
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one)  into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do ânotâ write with) and  turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the  procedure above  EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise.  Allow your crystal a ârelaxâ time  before programming.  Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE Â the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you  and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Â Stay In Harmony.

Romantic Love…Immersed in Eternal Union…
Romantic Love…Immersed in Eternal Union..the best of both worlds?
Neptune and Venus…Blissful Union and Beauty and Romance..in the day-to-day..in the NOW moment.
 It has been a while since I have written about relationships…Romantic Love..Twins..so many questions I receive. In Fact it seems to HOLD great importance to Humans. Union and Romance..a Life Partner, a special ONE to share your existence with.
And the Movies? how they portray this..I find VERY fascinating. The picture and view of a Love lasting forever..is VERY appealing to many ( not to all I might add)..
Yet, how many experience this? for REAL?
And if you could? would you EVEN Recognize it..it MAY not show up as a Lightening Bolt from the Sky or as an Arrow from Cupid Straight into Your Heart..and Why is this? Â When all the Movies show such phenomenal love stories.
Reality as most of YOU know..is a reflection of Your consciousness..of YOUR Frequency.
The Polar opposites..Masculine and Feminine..are Very Opposite and Different, even if in the Same Sex..Experiencing and Creating Union..with your opposite frequency is very appealing. It is a powerful draw on Planet Earth…a Polarity Planet.
As you Know Union begins and takes Place within You. You merging in the Fullness of YOU.
Yet, what are YOU Truly Seeking in the OTHER. Your Twin..your Beloved?
And are you Seeking?
Your experience and Beliefs around Romance and Union are most likely VERY unique to YOU. As Unique as Your Frequency.

Eternal Love and Union..takes place in eternity. Grounded in your Causal body and Bliss body, and is Subtle in its expression. It is the Voice of Your Heart. You dissolve and Become ONE..the Foundation, YOU are ONE first and NOW.
Romantic Love. For some of you this conjures up visions of Flowers and gifts..for others sweet Love letters.. Yet what is this Feeling that we call romance, what are YOU looking for? Anything? Someone to cherish YOU? Above all others? To show signs of Love? that are tangible in daily life? What if life was Beautiful beyond description Now. And Beyond the day-to-day chores and drudgery ( for some not all) there was a world you could enter, which would Be ONLY BEAUTY for YOU..That the Expression of Love from Your Partner was ONLY Beauty.
Here we Enter the Territory of the BELOVED. The Beloved is the Sacred Cherished Love and Ecstasy in and of this UNION. You can use the title Twin here also.. What happens when the honeymoon is over? Â Did the Beloved Fade away? Â Or perhaps like UNION…is it something ONE can enter with ONESELF then SHARE this with a PARTNER that also has and is experiencing the Beloved, the Sacredness, the tenderness of this UNION NOW.
The Beloved NOW. Romance and appreciation for LIFE NOW…the Little things. Union Now…spending time and feeling the Heart Space and the Sacredness of the Soul NOW.
If you TRULY desire forever, the Union, the Romance, do NOT enter Lightly..
ENTER FULLY.Â
ENTER DEEPLY.
ENTER WITH ALL THAT YOU ARE.
NOW.Â
Not one day, or someday. NOW.
What do you have to lose?

If you give all to Union and the Beloved Now..all you have to Gain is Union and the Sacredness of the Beloved within and the Sharing of this Sacredness with another..in The Holiness of Divine Union. When entered into, it Cannot END. Its nature in fully giving all is ETERNITY.
Do not shortchange yourself through impatience. Or give up because of sadness. Take responsibility for your VERY existence and settle for NO THING LESS.
ETERNAL DIVINE UNION.
SHARED SACREDNESS OF BEING.
CHERISHING THE BELOVED…AS THE ALL..NOW!!!!!
This fills your life with Beauty NOW.
This OPENS you up to the Sacredness of the Beloved NOW.
This takes you out of sadness and a life of drudgery…and ALL THINGS BECOME BEAUTIFUL HERE.
The Price? Give ALL... Hold No thing Back. How else can you ENTER IF NOT FULLY?
Be ALL.. Put your HEART completely into all that you do, that you are and that you Desire! NOW!!!
Then your Frequency Shifts and you Resonate with the Ancient Eternal Beings of Profound Love. That speak LOUDLY..it is NOW it is Now it is NOW! Hold no thing back.
Pour your Heart on the Altar of Sacrifice, Leave behind your Judgements and Sorrows, RETURN once again to the Beginning. And there your Beloved is there with You all the time, before time and NOW..in time.
No thing to lose only heartache, everything to Gain..Eternity NOW..Divine Union, Romantic Love..Sacredness in the Sharing of the Beloved.. the ONE that is ALL.. the ONE that you have searched For.. the ONE that is ALL..the Eternal Sacredness of YOU shared with a HOLY other..in Eternity for YOU NOW…
Open your HEART!!!!! Open Your Heart.. Enter there every MOMENT. Let the tears flow as the Ocean flows, your Beloved Tastes your Tears. The Scent of Eternity is in the Air and will fill your nostrils for eternity. Take hold of the Body that is near and Dear to YOU…and Honour the Divine Sacredness that is  YOU. The Gift is the “ALL” no thing less will DO..
Enter NOW.
Every Breath Captures in it the Heart of the Beloved.

How can anything be More BEAUTIFUL THAN BEAUTY AND TRUTH? It is impossible…this is a Revealing…you know..a revealing…
Suddenly the Curtain is withdrawn…and what is there is what was there all along…Beauty and Truth. PURE BEING.
The Truth is CONSTANTLY revealing itself!!!!! isn’t that beautiful????
isn’t EXISTENCE IN ITS SIMPLICITY….ALL THERE IS?????
I mean what else are you doing here in a body..if NOT BEING….??
So Your purpose is ALWAYS PRESENT..it FINDS you and Responds Perfectly to the Frequency you are PUTTING OUT…which is YOU…
There is nothing to search for..there is something to experience..
There is nothing  found that you do not already own.
There is ONLY the Revealing..of The Truth and Beauty that Already is…and the KEY to remove the Curtain is YOUR Heart…

This is The Great Entrance into the Reality of The Beloved.

How do YOU desire the shift to take place for YOU?
The World of Consciousness is shifting The World of Form…Now as I write this.
There is no Good or Bad, Right or Wrong..It is All One, just different ends of a Frequency Spectrum..perceived the the Frequency of YOU.
Now there will be a Moment..where ALL Time does Stop..And Suddenly you will be Transformed. Â This is a Natural Process for YOU as the Frequency of its occurrence is held as Codes in your Original Blueprint waiting only to Be activated through Frequency.
Trusting the Divine Timing, which also is Frequency..will Help you let go of mental perceptions which may add to the sense of worry for the future…

This is the Perfect time to focus on Harmony, Union and Love.
Following the Natural Cycles and Rhythms are always highly beneficial.
Mercury Retrograde ~ is conducive to embrace  your inner processes.
Focus NOW in Inner Harmony, Not on Outer Circumstances.
Mercury Retrograde occurs 3 times a Year and Lasts approx. 3.5 weeks. This current Mercury Retrograde begins June 26th and ends July 20th, 2013.
Focus During this Mercury Retrograde On YOU.
How are you doing emotionally? mentally? physically? Look deep within yourself!
Focus and check your Frequency. Are you in Harmony? are you remembering your Breath? Are you present within your Body..
This Retrograde Assists you in YOUR inner depth of Focus. Embrace this time as a Friend. A Friend who gently keeps guiding you back to YOU.
Outward Focus and Outward success are  not Promoted during the Mercury Retrograde. That is why you hear or have experienced so many things not working out well âoutwardlyâ during this time.
I Have experienced most things play out with GREATER EASE during the Retrograde..Why is that? Â Because I function from Deep within. One can still experience the Outer flow..as you come from the PLACE and Space of Your Inner Flow.
This is a Great practise for YOU!!
Allow yourself to move, breathe and BE Â from your âinner stillnessâ that place of allowing and Pure Being. Then you will find this is a great time for you on Many levels. And a Great Practise.
And what Greater Practise? To always be in Harmony, flowing in Pure Being.
Mercury Retrograde takes you gently, or not so gently..over and over into inner Awareness..if you simply Allow.
Below are some practical suggestions for you during  the Mercury Retrograde.
The Planet Mercury although appears moving backwards during the Mercury Retrograde, Â is not. Mercury is slowing down in its elliptical orbit around the Sun and as The Earth continues to spin on its Axis. Â The Planet Mercury looks as if it is moving backwards.
There are known Psychological effects during this time. The Benefit to knowing and observing the rules of the road during Mercury Retrograde will help you get the most out of this time period in your life and help you to avoid the pitfalls.
Mercury governs communication and communication devices; Â computers, printing, telephone, and transportation.
It would be best if POSSIBLE to avoid during Mercury Retrograde any repairs that involve communications and transportation, etc. As well as avoiding making any decisions that involve communication and new agreements.  During Mercury Retrograde things repaired often need repeating.
While planning repairs Choose if  possible to AVOID Mercury Retrograde. If an  emergency comes up, of course YES go ahead and repair!
It would be helpful to slow down your speech and writing speed. Take more quiet time and continue with projects you have already begun. Allow humour into your DAY as you see the Glitches that may happen during this cycle.
Master the Constant Frequency of Harmony within You, and all will Simply Flow with Ease.
Remember  it is Paramount during the Mercury Retrograde to embrace YOUR INNER Focus.

This Full Moon So Close to the Solstice is POWERFUL. This is the Closest Supermoon/ Full moon of 2013 and the second one of this year.
Capricorn  is about Getting down to Business…To be organized…and that MAY Be sorting out your emotional Energy as well..and for THAT…Capricorn SERVES as an AMPLIFIER.
The Illuminating rays of the Moon’s Light will shine  brightly on YOUR hidden subconscious feelings DURING A Full Moon phase.
This is the time to make choices!!
The configuration between Saturn in Scorpio-RX/Neptune in Pisces-Rx and Sun in Cancer  WILL emphasize LETTING your EMOTIONS Out and emphasize DO NOT resist what is..
Earthy  Capricorn adds Stability and Strength to this configuration. This will be highly useful in creating the space for intimate emotional expression with yourself and or with another.Â

Crystals, Nature and Moon Cycles ( a reminder)

Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? Â The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When  you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the âBeingsâ in Crystals are obvious. Â Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your EmotionsâŚallow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.Â
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. Â All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in âalignmentâ with the current New Moon or Full Moon.Â
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one)  into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do ânotâ write with) and  turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the  procedure above  EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise.  Allow your crystal a ârelaxâ time  before programming.  Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE Â the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you  and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Â Stay In Harmony.

Summer Solstice, June 20th-21st, 2013 ~ Relationship to The Sun!
Summer Solstice, June 20th-21st, 2013.  21st  2:04 am ADT ( which is 5:04 UTC )
Winter Solstice for Those in The Southern Hemisphere.
The Term Solstice is derived from Latin sol (sun) and sistere ( to stand still).Â
INCLUDED BELOW ARE  some PRACTICAL things below you can do to CAPTURE the Essence of The Sun  during this Powerful SOLSTICE Time, whether you are Celebrating The Beginning of Summer or Winter.

This is a very important day for the entire Planet Earth. There are Two Solstices on June 20-21st 2013..During the Solstices the Rays of The Sun will Strike One of the Two Tropical Latitude Lines.
In The Northern Hemisphere this Will Herald the Summer which will Begin June 21st 2:04 am ADT.
In The Southern Hemisphere this Heralds the beginning of the Winter. See the Diagram Below.
The Seasonal Movement of The Sun’s Path Stands Still before reversing Direction during the Solstice.
The Sun is Sacred, whether you are celebrating the Longest Day or The Shortest Day. Both represent the Reverse…The Winter..the Return of Greater Light, The Summer Days ahead with less light, preparing for The Harvest and Winter…
Depending on Whether you are in The Southern Hemisphere or Northern Hemisphere this marks either the Longest Day or The Shortest Day of the Year.
These Days are also known as Midsummer or Midwinter. All of The Solstices and Equinoxes Mark the Seasons of the Year.
In the Constellations, The Northern solstice moved from  Taurus in December 1989 and is expected to pass into Aries in year 4609. The Southern Solstice passed into Sagittarius in year 130 and is expected to pass into Ophiuchus in year 2269.
Celebrating The Sacredness of the Sun in Your Daily Life is of Great Importance. The Physical Sun is the Representation of the Spiritual Sun, The Sun behind the Sun.
To Celebrate The Summer Solstice celebrate the Longer Days of Sunlight. Spend More time in the Sun, in Nature.
To Celebrate the Winter Solstice, Celebrate The Return of The Sun by placing candles indoor  in Sacred Ritual to Honour The Light of The Spiritual Sun.

Here are some things you can do!!
The Following Preserved water mixed with Alcohol as a preservative is a TINCTURE. When complete Put in dropper bottles and is BEST to use Only a few drops at a time. If you have concerns with even a drop of alcohol you can Put in a Hot tea and this will evaporate the Alcohol!!
1. The Day of The Solstice have Glass Bottles of Water ( Transmission Water from The Night Before) and place out in the Sun with quartz Crystals in Them.
Then Strain the Transmission/ Solstice Water ( the next day) that you had crystals in (that you had out in the Solstice Sun) and Preserve your Summer Solstice Sacred Water with 9/10ths  Brandy in glass jars.  Cognac, double distilled Brandy is more Pure.
You can THEN add THE SOLSTICE WATER to Your Tea, Bath water…and Use in Your Sacred Space..to  Honour to the Spiritual Sun within You.
2.Spend Time Outdoors!
3. Make Notes of the Above with dates and times..

Sunlight Fluid and Your Immortal Body of Light
Sunlight Fluid and Your Immortal Body of Light.
This SunLight Fluid is Known to The “Ancients” by Many Names..Many Practises were kept secret by “The Ancients” and guarded as Valuable.
Some of these names include:
The Living Light, The Central Sun, The Spiritual Sun Behind the Sun….Christ Consciousness…The elixir of Immortality..The Holy Grail..Soul Substance..Source..
When the Pineal receives Sunlight Fluid, Ambrosia substance begins to drip..as sacred Golden Drops of Light. This is NOT received through the Physical Sun..This is transmitted to You..as Spiritual Light from The Spiritual Sun, The Central Sun. These drops then mix with the Rising Primal Force and result in the Divine Marriage…The marriage of the Lamb. The merging of the Divine Feminine and Masculine within. So THIS IS THE TIME to raise your Frequency. To Vibrate MOST harmoniously with WHAT YOU TRULY Desire!!
Gemini’s Ruling Planet is Mercury and Mercury and Mercury is travelling through The sign of Cancer during the time of the New Moon. This is THE opportunity to respond and think with YOUR HEART not your mind.
Mercury is also forming a Powerful T-Square to Uranus and Pluto at the time of the New Moon. This Could be BRILLIANT BREAKTHROUGHS or the Scattering of Energies all over the place because of Lack of Focus.

Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? Â The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When  you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the âBeingsâ in Crystals are obvious. Â Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your EmotionsâŚallow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on the Emotional Body.Â
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. Â All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in âalignmentâ with the current New Moon or Full Moon. This Full Moon in Sagittarius is Powerful for manifesting âExpansionâ ~in all Areas ~ and deep within.
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one)  into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do ânotâ write with) and  turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the  procedure above  EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise.  Allow your crystal a ârelaxâ time  before programming.  Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE Â the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you  and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Â Stay In Harmony.
