Are these traditions Based on Love, and finding ones Mate?
And Just what is a “Mate” these days anyway?
With Traditional Values, based on Outer Perceptions of an external World, and a world filled with Lonely people, one might ponder, what is the meaning of all of this ~ including the meaning of love and life itself.
As we adopt the values of a world filled with limitation, one might ask oneself, what is left to experience, that has not yet been experienced? What is New?
Do you long for that perfect One? That Perfect Love?
Do you Live a Life of Love, and Know for yourself, what true Love actually is?
And is true Courtship and Romance, experienced only by the lucky few, what true love is really all about?
And if so, what would this even look like? Do you know?
Has the world bought into values, and beliefs, inherent within them, the “limitations” of an existence not questioned or even looked at? And if so, why?
And this is about Love ~ Or is it?
Self Love is a very neglected subject on the to do list of the average Human caught up in the drama of daily living.
And yet why is this? Are you as a Human here to experience All there is to experience? And isn’t Love the Very Foundation of that ~ Living?
And Yet this “Elusive” Love and Happiness that everyone desires, starts within oneself.
Yet how many seem to understand this, or even care?
Fast instant gratification, through anyone or anything that will fill that vacuum within themselves, that is like a hungry monster, waiting to receive its next meal, is what many settle for, and call Love.
Imagine Hallmark selling “Self Love” day cards for those truly creating the foundation within themselves, to be the Perfect Lover, to be the Perfect Love, to Be All That They are, creating the foundation through Unconditional Love of the Self.
Truly, is there really anything outside of oneself? Can you look for love out there? Really?
The very looking for it out there, changes the focus from Self-love, to a place outside of oneself that simply does not exist. One cannot experience something outside of oneself that is not already within oneself.
So why keep looking?
If You are Being Pure Unconditional Love, all the experiences of that Perfect Love are experienced by you, and come to you and through YOU, as your Experience!
If you are Lonely within yourself, no amount of substitutes, whether sex, partners, money or power, will replace your loneliness, and will only serve to mask the deep pain within yourself, driving the experience of being lonely, deeper and deeper into your consciousness. Your identity then that you identify within yourself, based on this pain, acts like a silent partner always looking for ways to feed this illusion and identity ~ always grasping for love and happiness outside of oneself. A dead-end street.
Do not get me wrong, Perfect Love Exists Now, and all those things connected to what fun Love is at the Highest, can all be experienced. What I am saying is the foundation and experience of Love and Happiness is within You. And to truly Experience ALL the Love you Desire, the experience of Love starts with Yourself.
If you feel empty, lonely, sad, because you do not have a “mate” Look to yourself to fill that void, and Love yourself, because no one will love you if you do not love yourself.
A void within oneself can never be satiated by external means. This is how many addictions begin, which only serve to create a self-perpetuating emptiness, never filling that void. That Hunger, that desire, for Self Love, True Love, is the Only way to be Whole.
Celebrate Valentines Day, Celebrate your Love or Lover, your Mate, and know in all Moments, the Love begins with You.
How much you Love yourself is the Amount of Love you receive. How much you Love yourself, is How much you can Love another. Do not fool yourself, Look deep within yourself, and love yourself.
For those of you alone and lonely, fill this Void within yourself. Love yourself as the Foundation for Life on Earth. To be All That you Are, To Love with all of Your Being, to live a Life filled with the Beauty of Perfect Love.

As you view the changes that take place in your outer world, know that what you see through your eyes, is the direct result, of what you are experiencing within yourself. You might say, I would never have imagined that taking place or this taking place, yet within you, you are creating the this or that. In all moments.
Your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions form your moment to moment frequency vibration, which results in the PERCEPTION you experience “as” your Reality.
You can carry with you a take it or leave it attitude about what is going on within you, or you may desire to INVEST all of your Being, in paying attention, in observing and Living as a “conscious” Participant, in your own world. The World within.
If there is NO thing outside of Yourself and You Are Creating your Experience, why would you not desire, to fully discover within you, all that is going on?
Are your thoughts, emotions, and imaginings, congruent with what you desire to experience?
Let’s go deeper into this.
As an “example” you say you desire to experience a Loving Close Relationship.
You have day dreamed about this for several days, attempting again, to be conscious of your desires. You started some affirmations, and invocations about this. You go shopping at a local mall, and you see many couples holding hands and kissing. Thoughts start running through your head, oh why is everyone else always getting what they want, why not me? Life isn’t fair, I deserve to have that love relationship I have always desired to have. Then you change your thoughts to your shopping, and you look at those clothes you arrived at the mall to look at. You try on some clothes and Nothing seems to fit, and right away your thoughts begin to take on another form, when will I ever look as good as I can? Why has life sent me a raw deal? Why is it other women or men, have it easier than me and look better than me? You give up shopping for the day, upset at your body, other people’s happiness and the mall itself, and even attempting to get out of bed and do something for yourself. You stop by a drive through, and order double the food you would usually order, which you have managed to curtail the last few weeks, and were feeling really good about yourself about, you eat the food quickly, arrive home and start crying. You lay on your couch, and become angry with the world, ask yourself, why you, if only you would do better, if only you would be like others, like those rare few who seem to mystify the ease of flow in their life, and manifest all they desire. You cry some more, and do not know why you felt so great this morning, and now you feel lonely, isolated, and further away from what you desire. You had believed your were doing great based on how you were managing your external world, or so you thought you were, and now, it feels worse than before.
What has really happened here?
Are any thoughts, emotions, repetitious behaviours the “result” of what you “see” through your eyes as outside of you?
Is your loneliness and lack of self-love because of anything you “see” through your eyes?
Is your sadness because of The food you eat? Or do not eat? The clothes you have or do not have?
Do you not have that perfect love because of Your body? Your size, how you look externally?
Add anything that you feel is going on in your life, Is anything the result of your Your money or your lack of money?
Is ANYTHING outside of you the result of the way you feel or think within yourself?
Are you attempting to CONTROL your outer world to make changes within YOU?
Or is how you thought YOUR REALITY to be, to be caused by, the COMPLETE Opposite of How you think and believe it is taking place?
Are you believing in an external system and keeping it alive within you, through the beliefs you have? The beliefs that tell you, this is how reality runs, DESPITE acknowledging, it never works, it never arrives, it never is as you desire it to be.
Have you noticed all of your attempts to control how you feel about yourself, through the control of your outer world, never works, it always comes back to the same results, and you cannot figure out, why these things keep happening, why everything you think you desire, never comes into being?
Are you looking out there? and BELIEVING that is creating your reality?
That LIFE IS HAPPENING TO YOU?
Have you invested all of your energy into a belief system based on an illusion (non truth) of what reality is?
Instead of Knowing “I am Creating This thing Called Reality” and I am DOING SO, THROUGH my every thought, every emotion AND every imaging I have, in Every MOMENT.
LOOK deeply at this thing you BELIEVE as YOUR REALITY and ITS Creation, MOMENT to MOMENT.
OBSERVE YOURSELF and YOUR responses, reactions, thoughts, emotions, imaginings and perceptions EVERY single MOMENT.
Is this possible to do? Yes it is, This is called, Being Present.
Begin to be the observer, of you EVERY thought. Your every imagining. Your Every Emotion.
Do not wait, till days after, as an example, that mall experience, when you are suddenly depressed, and do not know why.
Follow your Life, follow your Heart, be present Now. Observe, awaken, be Living truly with all that you are, within this experience you call Living. That is not to be grasped or understood out there. But instead, embrace all of yourself, within you, exposing and examining, all thoughts, all imaginings, all feelings and emotions.
You are in for some amazing surprises, How your thoughts ARE actually creating your experience. How your Emotions ARE creating what you perceive as your outer reality. When you notice these things, Then what happens?
You take responsibility for all that is going on within you.
You take responsibility for all that you Create.
You know that it is you, doing this.
And you Wake up, inside this living dream scape called Reality on Earth, and You change all that is going on within yourself. You change your limiting beliefs that were not based on anything real, you notice what you are imagining into existence, you notice your emotions, and gently and lovingly move your FOCUS to a gentle approach of loving yourself, through compassion, and things begin to change.
You have changed your perception of reality on earth, and how it functions, and you have changed how you feel about yourself. You now feel good about yourself. You notice your thoughts and emotions begin to stabilize themselves in a congruent harmony with what you truly do Desire. And now let’s see what happens when you go visit that mall again.
You enter that mall, you see couples together, and you notice, now instead of it bothering you, it makes you happy, you notice how your thoughts have changed. You think isn’t that just so beautiful, Love is just so beautiful. You go shopping for those clothes, and everything fits perfectly, and you notice you look so much better and feel so much better about how you look. Your notice your thoughts turn to your happiness, they are in harmony with a beautiful life and you just feel so joyful to be alive. You even feel bliss.
What will continue happen in this life, if your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and imaginings, are IN HARMONY with what you Desire? If you really change the “belief” you have functioned within, from the belief “life is happening to me” to “Life is happening THROUGH me” and is the DIRECT result, moment to moment, of what is going on within me.
What would happen?
Life would become more and more Joyous, Happy, Fun, Blissful, Ecstatic, and would increase, in Every Moment.
So all of this begins, as to where you are? Where are you? Are you here? Now?
When I taught publicly years ago, I would observe no one was present. Their thought would be turned to the past, or the dinner later on, and on what they want to get, based on what they do not have, all based on an illusion that an external world exists, through the eyes.
I helped People, first, to become aware that they Are existing, and to observe this thing called existing, through the thoughts that pass through ones awareness, emotions, feelings and imaginings.
So begin today, where you are. Perhaps you are aware of most that goes on within yourself. And you are ready to go deeper into the consciousness of you as an active participant in your creations.
Or maybe this is foreign to you and you have not seemed to figure out a way out of the hell, you seem to always find yourself living in, over and over. Your suffering.
If you are present you know what to do. Go deeper, spend more time reflecting, observing, and changing those limiting beliefs.
If you are living in disharmony, if all that you desire to experience seems to feel always out of your grasp and life is happening to you. SPEND time daily, quietly. Listen to my Audio Frequency Transmissions, Activations, Initiations, Invocations, they will allow all of your Bodies, Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual to Harmonize with your True Desires. With Your Eternal Soul. Your Frequency will change, your thoughts will change, your Life will change. And you will Know the truth of your existence, that you Are, and that no thing was ever outside of you. You only were needing to vibrate to it now, not in the future, through external attempts to change things. But that it always was you, within you, that you were desirous to experience. To ultimately know, that you exist and you are creating your reality and your perceptions of it, moment to moment.

So much information is out there about the Twin Flame relationship, and since the area of relationships is obviously a source of Great Joy and Harmony, and likewise for many Disharmony and Sadness, it makes sense, for many to intend to understand more in the areas of Love, especially when it comes to that ONE intimate relationship so many desire, yet so few experience.
All experiences on Planet Earth, appear as solid, the Other person, the desk or chair you are sitting on, as you read this. Those things are not solid, just as your emotions and feelings are not solid. It is all Light. Sound is Light, Emotions are Light, Thoughts are Light, Objects are Light, your Body is Light.
The Vibration that you carry within your cells and DNA “THROUGH” your emotions and Thoughts and Intentions, send out a signal of Light Frequency, that impacts the Whole.
There is NO Hiding, that which you think of and feel, from the Vibrational frequency, that you are constantly emitting.
So to pin point a specific moment, where you INTEND to Be Loving, You Intend to Be Romantic, You Intend to be Intimate, although Powerful, takes away from the Truth THAT you are always sending out a specific Signal of Light Frequency, and that nothing is ever hidden.
So when You desire to be close and intimate and romantic, this coming Valentines day (as an example) the total of all of your now Vibrations, shines through you as you, in every moment.
All those so-called hidden, thoughts that are less than loving, that are less than Harmonious, influence all that you send out as YOUR signal, as YOU cannot give what YOU are NOT.
What this means is OVERALL transformation of your thoughts and emotions to the Light Frequency of Love and Union, is WHERE you want to place your Attention if you Are Desiring Deeper intimacy, whether that is creating something New or In a relationship and experiencing each moment as NEW (as it is) always new.
Back to being romantic and intimate. Your True Feelings and emotional body, opens when you are in the Presence of True Love, and of course no thing that appears outside of yourself, can take the place, of within you.
If you are NOT truthful and loving with yourself, and your desires, how can you ever communicate this with another. If you do not know yourself, how can you share yourself.
Being in the Perfect Love relationship, whether you name that your Twin, your Beloved or your Soul mate, are all names used a form of communication on this Earth Plane of Frequency Vibration, at the higher levels of Frequency, these names as concepts do not exist.
Yet the Experience always exists, and it is nameless.
The One you feel is the closest to you, your PERFECT counterpart, your Twin Flame, already exists Now. This exists now, in the PURITY of your Soul. To Live as your Highest Love (yourself) you must first be a Master of self-love as you only Draw to you, what you ARE consciously.
So many say they have found their Twin Flame, and yet, living in Disharmony, creates only more Disharmony. This is where being honest with yourself comes in. Are you Happy? Are you Fulfilled within yourself? Are you seeking something outside of yourself?
When you live in Harmony within yourself, you attract to you, that which you are, which is the coherent frequency of Harmony ~ Which is Divine Union.
Disharmony is Union also, do not get me wrong here, the question is what do you want to be in Union with, your experiences are CONSTANTLY showing to you, what you are in union with, harmony or disharmony, happiness and joy or sadness and depression.
So first, get your act together (as one would say on earth) within yourself. Truly Love yourself, and Know that you are capable of accessing everlasting Love, and it exists now, waiting for you to Experience it.
In the matters of Love and capturing those moments, that capture the Heart of another, know that you have done this many lifetimes before. The Natural connection of the Heart through many existences does NOT exist in some faraway place, that many would have you to believe.
It is NOW it all exists Now, just waiting for you to be conscious OF IT NOW.
Open your Heart Wide to Surrender, be Truthful with Yourself, admit your insecurities, be HONEST with Yourself, and then when you share yourself, this truth and Openness is the SPACE of MEETING within the realms of Intimacy with another, that you are already in UNION WITH.
Breathe into this space of Union, and Live from this space of Union within You, and the Love of Your Life, that is lasting and stays in the Forever state of Passion and Love through your Soul, will show up, at the moment, least expected, and Open your Heart even Wider, as You have surrendered to Yourself, to your Soul, and all that exists in this Frequency Vibration of Light, is UNION and is the Fulfillment of your Hearts Desire, your True Love.
Show and give your love to yourself, in tender loving ways. Share your life and inner experiences, with the One you trust as being Loving also, and Open your Heart to being in Love with Life, with yourself, with another, and allow the beauty of the MOMENT, guide you, to show your love, in new, and ever-expanding ways, through your Heart.
Dance the dance, write those words, share your heart, open your life, surrender and be vulnerable, as you step into those areas within yourself, which is just outside of your comfort zone, and there lives, the New way of Being, the Change you desire, through the Light of Your Sacred Soul and Heart.
Draw through your Heart your Perfect Counterpart, as you Live in the TRUE Self Love, that you are. You then draw to you, the ONE who also lives as Self Love, and there you live, in the eternal Garden of Eden, that is the Utopia, that EXISTS right Now, just waiting for you to Enter. This is Your Happily Ever~After, that was always waiting for you, to be conscious of, and live through your Heart, within.
There the Beloved within, is with you Now, and what you call the external World, is the Play of Life, that on earth is called Reality. It all exists Now, in the Eternal Being in Love, with the Beloved, your Counterpart, that exists now within.
So open wide, even more, as you read this, to the Allowing and stepping into the Fearlessness of your Soul, which enables you, to play the Dream, with all of your Being.
It is all Now, share your Heart, share your Soul, share the Highest that you Are, now. First to you, to your Beloved, as if, nothing else exists.
