New Moon January 1st, 2014~ in Capricorn!
The New Year comes in with GREAT POWER! The New Moon is in Capricorn~ January 1st, 11:14am AST.
The Daily Queen of Light Transmission will be at ~ 11am AST ~ on January 1st, to EMPOWER you during the NEW MOON!!
Key Words: Creation, Change, Initiative, Bold and Destruction.
Capricorn is ruled by Saturn! Even now the EMPHASIS and power of Capricorn is being felt! I recently had my Mars Return, and the alignments, match this New Year, New Moon!
The Uranus-Pluto Square is aligned with the New Moon in Capricorn WHICH is a conjunction of the Sun and Moon, conscious and subconscious drives. The Uranus-Pluto Square potentially has the Power to thrust forward world changes, as shown by the dramatic upheavals you see taking place all around the world. Of course the outer Reality matches always the inner REALITY.
There is always a mix of creation and destruction in the Uranus-Pluto Square, and there is ALWAYS Free will, to choose which way YOU go. There are no victims. Having said that, in the Creation process, there is always the destruction and removal of the old. It is part of the process, you can choose to see this as positive or negative. Letting go and Allowing, (hopefully you have actually been practising this?) will help you to stay in Harmony.
You can step out of mass consciousness, and not follow the herd.
These are the places of the unknown, where fear resides, for those that do so, revolution is possible, this New Moon/New Year!
Ask yourself, Can you face your FEARS? are you living in the Unknown?
Overwhelmed is a possibility if you attempt to CONTROL circumstances, INSTEAD, be in the flow, the PATH of least Resistance! and let the magic begin!
Your New Years Resolutions MAY end Up being POWERFUL responses to Unexpected Circumstances. Now if you have done the work this year, the changes may very well be revolutionary for you. If you have not, be ready for CHANGES, which may involve upheaval, as things change quickly.
For those that are ready, this is a POWERFUL Opportunity for a RADICAL Shift! Of course this may come with lots of Drama for those still living in drama. Of course there are no victims!
PAY close attention, to your emotions, thoughts, words and writing. What ARE YOU In fact creating?
A Better Life? your Shift? Greater Love?
So, CHOOSE wisely, by paying close attention to your actions, reactions, lack of action, thoughts, words and feelings.
Take responsibility for your creations, as you ARE the Creator of your REALITY. And as yourself, Do you TRULY Desire a Radical Shift? If your answer is YES, then, this is what you have waited for!

Some Basics ~ Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz Crystal
Amethyst
Beautiful Amethyst! Key Words: Peaceful, Calming, Quiet. This is a Peaceful and High Frequency Quartz Crystal. It is very soothing. Amethyst Loves the moon. Working with Amethyst can help relieve headaches and stress. And can help with calming the mind, and focusing during meditation. You can place your jewellery on a piece of Amethyst to be charged and cleared overnight. You can place Amethyst in the bath water, by your bed, on your desk, and anywhere you would like the soothing, healing, peaceful, properties of Amethyst.
Rose Quartz
Loving, gentle Rose Quartz. Key Words: Loving, Gentle, Soothing. Rose Quartz is a Beautiful, yet gentle, Heart Crystal. It is soothing to the emotional body, and gently opens the heart chakra. You can sleep with Rose Quartz, and program it for the opening of your Heart. Rose quartz will also gently clear your emotional body. If you are focusing in on a new Love relationship, create an altar and have rose quartz in the center.
Clear Quartz
Clear Quartz Crystal. Clear Quartz crystal loves the Sun and Moon. Key Words: Amplifying, Activating, Energizing. Do not underestimate the “increasing” power of clear Quartz crystal. Consider carefully carrying quartz crystal with you all the time. Do you really desire the your emotional state to be increased? If you are dizzy, if you are in disharmony, it may increase those states. Likewise, if you are in Harmony, your frequency will increase. Programming your quartz crystal with specific intentions, will draw the energy of the program (intention) to you. Recognize the frequency that you are in, when you program your crystal, “influences” what you are drawing to you. It is not your words, but the energy of YOU, that merges and mixes with crystals. Quartz crystal amplifies the Mirror.
Crystals, Nature and Moon Cycles ~ UPDATED!!
Crystals and Water:
Please do not clean the following crystals by water and have in the Direct Sun for any length of time:
Selenite, Calcite, Celestite and Angelite.
To clear the above crystals, you can place them gently on top of or near Amethyst.
To Charge the above crystals, you place under the Moonlight.
Quartz Crystal love the water, sun and moon.
I will be writing more on all the different uses and invocations for each type of crystal being.
If you are using crystals that LOVE Water, you can do the following:
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water, or store with Brandy to use as sacred drops , adding to drinks and used in ritual and more.
You can also bathe in the sacred crystal water and use for healing.
Preparing your Crystals and Programming during the New Moon and Full Moon
Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way, without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering of their program, MAY lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the “Beings” in Crystals are obvious. Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your Emotions…allow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in “alignment” with the current New Moon or Full Moon.
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one) into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do “not” write with) and turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the procedure above EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise. Allow your crystal a “relax” time before programming. Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.

Important NOTE for those of you that are sending me questions about “WHEN WILL THE OUTER World” SHIFT!!!!
You Have Forgotten YOU are a CREATOR and that what you see through your eyes AS OUT THERE…is simply the mirror of your Frequency, Harmony or Disharmony.
There is no good or bad, simply pleasant and unpleasant, Harmony or Disharmony.
All that you see THAT you have created is FOR YOUR BENEFIT, for THE REMEMBRANCE of YOU as Creator.
You Went over this thoroughly before your incarnation. Now is SIMPLY the time to remember.
You probably Know your frequency CREATES your reality….so NOW live it constantly, if you are truly desiring the changes you say you desire!!!
Meaning when you TRULY are in Harmony always…
or almost always….YOUR life THEN becomes Harmonious..
In Harmony, Everything works in FLOW…through Grace..
Now here is the challenging Part:
Usually ones current circumstances are a result of Living in DISHARMONY for lifetimes, including THIS one..
So….
One needs to hold harmony even through the circumstances that were CREATED DURING the periods of DISHARMONY…
To change your life you change it fully within…by living in Harmony, allowing..flowing…accepting grace and trusting your SOUL.
THEN the outer Life circumstances shift…..
If you manifested changes so far (the mirror)
Then simply stay in Harmony….in your Heart..move out of the constant chatter of your mind, that says Life should be this way, Life should be that way, etc.
If you are still experiencing Disharmony over YOUR CURRENT circumstances……this will CREATE MORE disharmony…more outer circumstances that bring you greater disharmony…
As Above, So Below, as WITHIN SO WITHOUT….
YOU MUST SHIFT INTO HARMONY..
YOU Truly create your Reality.
Trust your SOUL…..NOT the appearance of the outer….
RECOGNIZE and take responsibility for your Emotional and Mental States of Being…and KNOW YOU ARE CREATING your Reality..there is no out there…it is simply a reflection…of what you hold within YOU, the MIRROR!!
For those of you who keep forgetting this, PLEASE make notes to yourself, journal…
Keep reminding yourself, focus inward….CONSTANTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE! For you and for the WHOLE!

What has changed? What has Manifested..Give THANKS…as the Days grow shorter, and the depth of Winter…allows the deep silence to grow and build..till the Newness of Spring Arrive Once Again.
During this time on Planet Earth, September 22, 2013 ~ There are many changes taking place in consciousness. Your DNA is shifting, your Cellular ability to hold Light is increasing. The Substance of your Essence in your Awareness is increasing.
The Planetary, Galactic and Cosmic Codes for you are Being released for this Shift in Consciousness.. The time was always Now!
How are you doing with life?
Your life may seem more hectic, and may include greater anticipation of a time when you feel greater peace.
Peace and Harmony are available to you Now!
You do not have to wait!
STOP looking outside of you for the Shift to occur.

Processing EMOTIONS does NOT mean you are out of Harmony…Be Present to the truth of your Experience, and even if it looks like all HELL HAS broken loose, stay with it. Stay with Your Heart, Your Breath and your transition will be smooth.

Crystals, Nature and Moon Cycles (a reminder)
The Programming of Crystals also applies to the New SEASONS…Be mindful of the Nature of the Moon, and the Season.
Your Crystals Respond to Frequency Also! Let them Listen to My Frequency Transmissions and be Near You During the Daily 3am ADT Queen of Light Transmissions.
After programming your crystals, you can also Have them in water, during the new moon and full moon. Not all crystals like water, MOST do.
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water, or store with Brandy to use as sacred drops..to add to special drinks, etc.
You can bathe in the sacred crystal water, or use for healing.
Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the “Beings” in Crystals are obvious. Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your Emotions…allow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in “alignment” with the current New Moon or Full Moon.
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one) into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do “not” write with) and turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the procedure above EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise. Allow your crystal a “relax” time before programming. Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.

Preparing For The Shift!
The Rebirthing of You is The Shift in Consciousness into a New Dimension!
This includes Your Physical Body!
How are you Feeling? The intense energies of the three eclipses will continue to play out for a little while..
Anything that comes up, do NOT close Up…Notice when your body tightens or you withdraw energetically and as MUCH as possible RELAX and Breathe instead of closing up..
Stay relaxed, Open and free from “reaction” as much as possible!!
As things shift on a huge scale, RELAXING will be KEY. This allows your DNA to receive the Cosmic Codes with Ease.
Begin to practise this Now. When you would natural tighten up (watch yourself) relax instead!
Notice how many times in a day YOU tighten up..and are not relaxed..
Observe YOU!
Not someone else, Focus on YOU.
Then notice what happens when you relax…instead.
I will be writing more on this and sharing it with You as we Approach the Great Shift in Consciousness.
The Body, Your Mental and Emotional Bodies and your Cellular consciousness are Aligning in Harmony for this Transfiguration.
Allow, Relax, and BREATHE..as much as possible, every moment!

Ponder that over and over. Take those words deep into your Heart Space Now. Breathe and Relax as Codes of Light are Activated in Deep Truth with Your Soul.
It is a gift as it gives you the opportunity to relax and move into Harmony in a way that is NOT dependent on what is going on around you.
Really take this in. Look at Your Life and Notice when you react…when things seem not as you would like, according to your mind.
And Relax!!!
