What kind of love, do you give,
are there any, strings attached.

Do you give, to give,
or sometimes, hold back.

Words of kindness, reflect the heart,
it is a great way, to simply start.

Look at yourself, when you want to receive,
look at your heart, to see what you believe.

Are you holding on, to old ways,
of being.

Judgements and thoughts,
that give, love, no meaning.

Shine that light, upon yourself,
and see clearly, what you are all about.

To embrace true love, fully,
let go of attachments,
to what you believe.

Let go of all, those rights and wrongs,
and how things should look,
in order, to belong.

Go to places, that feel unknown,
a little scary, but truly home.

As you enter, those hidden places,
embrace your heart, and you will see.

The miracle of love, is always there,
when there is freedom, to truly be.

In my dreams, there you are,
pure ecstasy, our bodies, merged,
as one.

The lovers embrace, the deep passion,
never-ending.

The body screaming in joy, feeling forever,
these moments, will never end.

Loves embrace, who knows this,
who gives this.

As time, seems to come and go,
and you pass through it, I am still here,
holding you.

Do you feel the tears, shed for all the pain,
you feel.

In love, your pain is my pain, your desires,
my desires, too.

Love is forever, do you really know,
what, this means.

As the wind blows, it still moves,
its essence, to its destination.

Is there a destination in love, or simply,
just the pouring through.

There is no escaping, the truth,
love, never ends.

How then, does one live with love,
as pure love, when pain is part,
of its giving.

In the bodies absence, the love,
still continues.

Together, or apart, the heart,
knows only, love.

Is there greater pain, than the pain of,
a broken heart.

The pain, through love, only increases, love itself.

The rewards of love, are great, even through,
the pain.

Love is a gift, love is selfless in its giving,
and free.

Love is priceless, and cannot be bought,
it is the most precious, gift of all.

There is no worthiness in love,
there is only pureness, love only gives,
as, love, itself, is.

Blessed are you, as you love, for it is the pouring through of love,
its essence, that you become,
love itself.

Flowing in Love, the dreams of love follow,
flowing through life,
magic takes place.

Healing your Heart, from all that has hurt you,
leaves you with space,
through the gift of grace.

Space to become you, truly is freedom,
freedom from patterns, old ways,
not in flow.

Being free now, is the way to move forward,
shifting and flowing, through this time-space,
called home.

Flow in the dreams, you are the creator,
your life as you see it, is not how it seems.

Liquid and flowing, all things that appear solid, are easy to transform,
and change, as you choose.

You are the creator, your thoughts, energy too,
manifesting always, through the things, that you do.

The magic of life, is the love that you hold,
embrace it in knowing, only beauty will unfold.

Look deep within you, then you will see,
the use of your energy, free-will,
decided by you.

Being the creator, is the true Divine plan, owning it is, the only challenge,

Move as the ancient winds, wild and free,
powerful and gentle,

Observe, with love, how you flow,

Dance in joy, celebrate, the ecstasy of the living,
the circle of each day,
the holy ritual.

Breathe in and out, one sacred breath, union of the opposites,
and hold as one.

Feel the rising, of the new,
in the pulsing of your heart, a glorious waterfall,
spreading,
throughout your body.

As the fire and the flame, have their holy way,
embrace the moment, in your body,
now sanctified.

Be set free, surrender all, trees moving in a storm,
move and bend, anchored in, your,
new awareness.

Sing in bliss, all the freedom, the secrets held once close,
embracing all, as one depth,

Your Thoughts and Feelings are Waves of Energy

Energy does not get blocked. I know it may feel like that, I will explain.

Remember, Things are NOT ALWAYS as they Appear on Planet Earth…

Things Appear Solid, they are not.
Things appear never-ending, (as in situations in time) they are not.
There may appear to be a distance from Point A to Point B (from where you are to where you desire to be) there is not.

It is all here right Now.

YOU have Greater impact on YOUR Environment than YOU Realize.

It is All Energy, you are Energy.

Know Yourself as Energy and Watch the ever flowing
Light of Your Soul ( through your conscious direction)
Transform ALL things in Your LIfe!!

Many of YOU are receiving my Daily Frequency Transmissions.

It is up to YOU to decide and Consciously direct your Energy focus, that is, your thoughts and feelings that are impacting you and your environment, which creates your Reality.

24 hours each day you are sending out waves of energy, which come back to you as your experience.

As I have mentioned in an earlier blog, ( link below) making notes and being conscious of all areas of your life, mental, spiritual, physical and emotional, and writing out your LIST, is a profound Focusing and ANCHORING Tool, and will create a shift in your awareness and your Frequency; therefore your LIFE experience.

As your Frequency increases, and as You move into Greater Harmony, Being Conscious of HOW you direct all of your Energy ( thoughts and feelings) becomes important if YOU desire to change your Reality, creating, your Heaven on Earth.

By being conscious of HOW you use ALL OF your Energy, your Awareness will INCREASE.

Once your Awareness increases, it is becomes easy to Direct your thoughts, words and feelings.

Energy Flows!

Your thoughts and feelings are waves of energy. Let’s look more closely, as to HOW you are using your energy.

Ask yourself if you “FEEL” blocked, “Is my energy going in the direction” I would like it to?

Energy Follows your Focus. Do you have a Direction that you focus your Energy on?

As ENERGY, you interact with energy all day long through your thoughts, words, emotions and environment.

Thoughts, words, emotions and all environments ARE ENERGY.

Every thought and emotion you have sends out energy waves.

Even if your “environment” is not what you desire it to be ~ HOW you vibrate now, impacts your Environment!!

Let’s look at that now a little more closely. You may want to read this more than once.

When you vibrate in Harmony you create alignment and flow…to what it is YOU are FOCUSING on.

When you vibrate in Disharmony you create pain, and the feeling of separation..to what it is YOU are Focusing on.

Remember, HOW you focus your energy impacts your creations.

Your THOUGHTS and especially your EMOTIONS determine What kind of WAVES of ENERGY you are sending OUT!!

What you send out through your Vibration always comes back, as YOUR REALITY. The Mirror.

The mirror truly is your friend, as it is LETTING you KNOW, what and how you are using your energy.

DIRECT your ATTENTION and INTENTION in a way that is Harmonious ( mentally and emotionally) with what you DESIRE.

Recognize your thoughts (what you pay attention to) and the ENERGY of THEM ( in Harmony or Disharmony) creates your EXPERIENCE and impacts your environment.

There is no block in energy.

Are you aware of HOW you are USING your energy; your thoughts, your emotions.

Every single thing you FOCUS on and Direct energy to, INCREASES in your life. The WAY you FOCUS determines YOUR experience, either more in Alignment with your Desires, or Less in Alignment with your desires.

Begin to be the Observer of YOU. Really do this. Become the inspector of YOU. Watch how you predominantly feel, and notice your thoughts, your attention and intention.

Consciously Connect the AWARENESS of how you predominantly feel, with the EXPERIENCE you are HAVING. (really do this)

Watch your thoughts.

Notice how you FEEL when you think your thoughts.

Take notes. Take a few days to do this.

Then..

BEGIN to consciously direct YOUR Attention and Intention, in the DIRECTION of your CHOICE, CONSCIOUSLY, with the FEELING of Harmony, so that you will be in ALIGNMENT with your Desires.

Stay present in the HERE and NOW. Through observing you, your thoughts, your emotions, your body.

Stay present in YOUR Body, through the FOCUSING in on the feelings in your body.

Paying more attention to YOUR Body, to SENSATIONS, your Breath, CREATES the Powerful anchoring in, of your Frequency.

It STARTS with your Awareness, and continues with your Attention and Intention, Your focus.

How YOU ~ use your ENERGY.

Heaven on Earth ~ Your Shift

Heaven on Earth~ The Shift

This is Truly what you desire, it includes freedom from suffering, living abundantly, having love and living a life of ease.

So how do you get there?

First of ALL write a list…

Title the List..What Heaven on Earth Would FEEL like to me..

Have Four Sections to your List.

1. What would “Mental Heaven on Earth” would be for me

2. What would “Physical Heaven on Earth” feel like for me

3. What would “Emotional Heaven on Earth” feel like for me

4. What would “Spiritual Heaven on Earth” feel like for me

Each section might look something like this, Samples:

1. Mental ~ Greater peace in my everyday life ( as opposed to worry, etc) Then FEEL your life filled with peace…mental tranquility…etc…in ALL situations, work, home, etc.

2. Physical ~ Perfect health (you might feel physical comfort, or other physical things instead) Then FEEL what it would FEEL like to live fully in Health…your everyday life, your home, your body FEELING heal thing..etc

3. Emotional ~ Harmony, Love and Bliss, ( as opposed to disharmony, etc.) Then FEEL what that would FEEL like for you! Feel it at you home, your work, etc.

4. Spiritual ~ Union, Enlightenment, Fulfillment..Then Feel what that would FEEL Like to YOU! In all areas of your life!

Writing something in the physical anchors it into this Time Space Continuum. It is more than simply writing to have a physical record of it, it grounds the information into this frequency.

Then, Take a few breaths, center yourself, and fill in the list.

Please stop and create this list now! ( after you have centered yourself)

NOW KEEP that list with you..and FOCUS daily as many times as you can On HOW this FEELS for YOU.

Really FEEL IT.

This is NOT simply a manifestation technique. You are Frequency and YOU are constantly sending vibrations out as Frequency Waves. Many of you go up and down in frequency, it is like walking in and out of different potentials and alternate realities.

You may feel a releasing of the old thoughts and patterns.

Tears are the releasing of thoughts and emotions in their crystallized FORM as salt…in tears.

YOU want to stay FOCUSED on the feeling of the REALITY you decide you DESIRE to experience and FEEL.

MANY potential futures exist for all of YOU!!

Your Heart and FEELING Nature create the UNIFICATION of all of YOUR Bodies in this Feeling Process, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Which reality comes into your physical reality is the reality YOUR vibration is vibrating to Predominantly.

Make a Conscious CHOICE to Decide the FEELING of the reality YOU WOULD like, the Highest for you is YOUR Heaven on Earth…

Stay FOCUSED on those Feelings, carry your List with YOU!

I literally see people walk in and out of their Highest Destiny then back to another reality and alternate future.

The reason for many of you, that the experiences that YOU DESIRE have NOT showed up is because your frequency is FLUCTUATING so much.

Back and forth, SENDING out different frequency waves, moves you literally in and out of the many potential futures.

It would be best if you could stay steady in the frequency of WHAT you desire to FEEL, experience and LIVE.

For those of you that experience a challenge to stay in the Frequency you Desire, there are many frequency Transmissions, etc. that will HELP you to vibrate to your Highest Frequency, to the Feelings that are the Highest Vibration for YOU, that you Choose to experience and live in.

Doing this draws to YOU all the YOU Desire to Feel, Do and Live, and the FUTURE you Desire to experience, which is YOUR Shift! Heaven on Earth for YOU!!

IT is up to YOU to stay Focused, Remember and RECOGNIZE you are the Creator of YOUR existence.

Embracing the Mystical ~ Releasing Fear

Embracing the Mystical..This may conjure up in your mind what the mystical to YOU means..If you have preconceived ideas you may want to let them go. As the mystical can take on many forms.

Different from fantasy is the Mystical experience. The “senses” and your perceptions change as you embrace the unknown.

Mystical experiences are a result of the alchemy process. This is the Process you on now, if you are reading this, through this shift. You cannot hurry this process on. The Process is a natural change within your cellular consciousness that includes your brain as well and how you process information and life’s experiences.

As you let go of all of your preconceived ideas, and let go of the hold you have on YOUR idea of reality and its limitations. As you do so you free the old patterns of perceptions within you.

The Seed of Awakening then becomes ripe in the fertile ground of your senses.

Opening the Door to the unknown, unleashing the powers of your subconscious, is a transmutation process. The fears held on to tightly, which show themselves as your “comfort” zone…slowly are faced, released, as you meet YOU to YOU..in compassion and Love through this Alchemical Process.

Desiring to let go of this realm, and embrace the eternal aspect of Your Soul is not an escape route to bypassing what DOES exist in YOU to be cleared.

Old Pains, Old fears, from many lifetimes, then surface from your subconscious, to be cleared, before you can fully embrace the Unknown.

It is the ABILITY to be OPEN to SEE Fear that one FACES the fears.

When You fully embrace
the far outer reaches of the “unknown” with openness
And fearlessness~
You will then recognize your Source Stream..

Fear is the only limitation, to what you truly desire.

You can begin to embrace the sacred in daily life, choosing to see beyond this realm. For many of you this will involve ritual.

Instead of running from your fears, that only hold you back, you can also choose to look at them, then hold them in Love and compassion.

So where to begin?

Do you have fear of the unknown? At a very young age I saw what people would call “dead people” they would appear to me from the so-called other side, to me there is no other side, it is all here now. Having a powerful Apparition show up, frightened many people. And although many people say they desire these experiences, truly they do not. Simply because of fear of the unknown. Fear of things having to appear a certain way.

Will you let go of how “reality” should look?

Will you let go of what others think of YOU?

Here is an example of that.

I had a new student come to me, during a meditation part of the class, I opened a students Crown chakra, moving in Gold Light. This student became startled as she felt energy open in her head. This fear didn’t fully stop her though, she was somewhat intrigued. She wanted more. I could see a person close to her that recently crossed over, and although she loved hearing about this, when she had a vivid dream of her friend that had crossed over that night, she became terrified. She then out of fear closed the door to further experiences, and could NOT make sense ( in her logical mind) how I could move energy etc.

I have had things appear, disappear and so many say they want that. But truly, can you handle letting go of HOW you process things, and have you cleared away your fears?

Look specifically at ANY FEARS you have about the Other side, about true transformation. And begin to embrace your fears.

Your conscious awareness plays a role in all of this. You can choose to begin letting of all that holds you back, and you can choose to embrace more of the unknown.

Your conscious choices then reflect your “will” in your daily life and how you organize your life.

Are you allowing your environment to be a receptive place, allowing you to embrace the Eternal You?

You can set aside time daily to write in a journal. You can have a space where you commune you to you at a deeper level. In other words, by your actions, you also show to your subconscious mind ( including your fears) YES, I am ready to release what is holding me back, and I do so in Love.

Here is an INVOCATION you can do daily as part of your Alchemical Process. This will open the doors to freedom from fear, and help move you into the shift in consciousness, the Mystical and the Unknown. Sacred Sex, Alchemy and Divine Union

First of all, Do not FEEL you have to Have Sacred Sex with someone to help or to experience a Spiritual Awakening.

I write on this, because for many of you, this is a Path to greater awakening.

I have written and taught on the “Tantric” Aspects of this.
Tantric meaning, truly Being fully awake “THROUGH and including the sacredness of THE BODY”..

Rather than use the Word Tantric, it really is the “Alchemy Process”…

This is what goes on, through the body as you access different parts of yourself, that you did not realize were there all along.

The body is part of this Shift in Frequency. The aspects of the Body being lesser than the Soul, is part of the old Paradigm and is shifting, through Love.

For those of you having Sex, but feel it is not fully all you feel that it could be in a relationship and to those of you not having a partner at all…KNOW that deep within you, is the Seed of Pure awakening and the ability to Love deeply, NOW your sacred partner~ you and your beloved, even if you are not experiencing a physical relationship. Even if your true partner is on the so-called other-side.

This is part of the Alchemy Process ~ Of Being Present, of Being in tune with Your Body, deep within.

The Full Embodiment of YOUR Divinity includes Your Body, as your Divinity is within your VERY DNA Structure and in the Fluid of your cells.

This Divinity in the Fluid in your Cells is awakening Now.

I recognize many of YOU are going through a clearing of old beliefs in this area of your life. Fear and loneliness is a part of this clearing process as the NEW moves in, as you MERGE in full Union with your Soul, in this your form.

Sacred Sex is the Full embodiment in the present moment in Divine Union, which transcends this illusion. Revealing to you ~ through the body ~ YOU are MORE than the body and the body.

Your body is the Doorway…to the Divine. Your Heart plays a huge role in this awakening.

Your Body is Sacred. Sex is Sacred. If you are NOT with a partner now, you can STILL experience your body as the HOLY TEMPLE that it is.

Be kind to your body, love your body, and know it is THROUGH the Body that you awaken fully.

Your body is going through an Alchemical Process. Even if you are not aware of this, it is. The Frequency Codes released from the Central Sun are influencing ALL Beings on earth…preparing everyone for this shift in consciousness.

The shift will take place fully, regardless if you are conscious of your internal process or not.

You can choose to be consciously AWARE of this Process and help yourself through it.

Helping yourself through it, allows for greater ease and grace through YOUR process.

You are merging in Divine Union. You in form ( your incarnation) and You as an eternal Divine Soul.

The Process is similar to Birth…and experiencing Birthing Pain is a potential for many on earth. However, if you become more consciously AWARE of your Process it helps to make the Process easier.

Resisting the changes, invokes pain…and struggle and disharmony.

Going with the natural flow, of the seasons, of nature, of your process, is ease and flow.

To Begin with, with a partner or not, HONOUR your body and recognize the Love and compassion you show for your body, your life, is the PLACE to start.

Prepare for your day honouring your body.

Disconnection with the body is the old Paradigm.

The New Paradigm is Full Embodiment through the Alchemy Process~ Divine Union.

The VERY cells of Your Body are changing and shifting to this New Paradigm.

Love you and Your body, like never before. Then you will see a new Path opening up to you, the Path of Ease and Grace.

For those of you in partnership, as YOU love you and Honour your body, also Love and Honour your partners. You cannot give what you do not already embody yourself.

The Passion lives on forever, form to form,

heart to heart.

This kind of passion, never dies.

Through the eyes, an enduring trance,

hypnotic and true,

imbued through you.

Take your partner as you,

and all divinity, embrace,

the sacred bodies, as Source,

you will find.

The Union you desire, it truly never ends,

and through your heart, there is an altar,
