Uranus Direct/Solstice/New Moon December 21st, 2014
As I Sit here with candles lit surrounding me, amidst the hustle and bustle of the Christmas Season, I feel the warmth of the Sacred Light within. In the Stillness within, the Sacredness of Life and Its meaning, Graces my surroundings, as it organizes itself, as Light, around and within me. Filled with overflowing love, I feel all of you that will read this. Holding you in my Eternal Presence.
Light as Divine, as Source, as All, emanates within You,
as multicoloured Flames of Glorious Light, beckon you,
this day and Solstice Night.
Embracing the Darkness in the Light, in Stillness,
and quiet, emerging as new, in the New Moon ~ Light.
As the whispers of Angels, summon you, Now,
remembering your plan, your Divinity, your Vow.
Before Earth was created, you existed as Light,
synchronized, entrained, in timeless, Holy Delight.
For what you are, you will forever Be,
embracing your transformation, your Destiny.
As Uranus steps forward, the rebel of change,
enter your Heart, immersed in your Ecstatic, Soul Flame.
For, as Light you exist, in Heavenly Bliss,
in Love ~ Unite, with your Soul, this Solstice and Christmas.
This Powerful initiatory Phase you will be entering into, Begins with:
Uranus in Aries going Direct at 6:45pm AST. Expect Sudden Shifts and Changes.
Then the Solstice Begins on December 21st, 2014 at 7:03pm AST. Embrace the Dark as you emerge as Conscious Light.
Then the New Moon Begins on December 21st, 2014 at 9:36pm AST in the First degree of Capricorn. Look deeply into what your experience is Now and your New Intention, which is always You.
This Powerful initiatory Phase into the revolutionary changes, experienced within, is a Powerful New Beginning, and involves within you, the releasing of old patterns and ways, that you no longer desire, to hold within you.

Being Your Immortal Body of Light
When you Look in the Mirror What do You See? Do you see Flashes of an Old Belief System, pass through your Awareness?
Do you see the Sadness of a Life of Regrets? Do You See what you DON’T Want to See? Do you See wished unfulfilled? A Body Not Matching What you Desire? Emptiness? Anger?
Pause and take a few minutes, to breathe deeply and reflect on these Questions, allowing yourself to go even deeper, into YOUR OWN Awareness. Breathe slowly and deeply, CONSCIOUSLY. Slow down, there is nowhere to go, nowhere to be, simply Present with what arises.
Entering the No mind (the silent mind) allows the free flow of Pure Awareness to BECOME your experience. Close your eyes for a few moments, See Yourself as Your Immortal Body of Light, Breathe deeply into your Heart Space. See a Golden Flame inside Your Heart, where you exist as Light. Feel the Warmth, Feel the Love, Feel the Peace.
Let this Golden Light begin to Flood your Body, filling your mind also with its Peaceful warm Glow of Eternal Light. Staying focused on your Breathing, and Your Heart and the Golden Light, Feel this Light surround your Body and take on the Shape of Your Physical Form.
Now feel your Physical Body dissolve in the Warmth, and ONLY FEEL yourself as this Golden Light, your Immortal Body of Light. Now see before you a Golden Mirror shining Brightly.
With your Inner SENSES ~ See yourself in this Golden Body of Light (your Immortal Body of Light) in this Mirror.
Now ~ what do you See? What do You FEEL? Have you removed the veil of Limitation? Have you removed Old Beliefs? Are you Now Free from the sadness, the hatred, the pain, the desire to see EVERYTHING that you ARE NOT? Embrace this Moment through your Heart. Feel the Pure Ecstasy and Bliss of Pure Being FLOOD your BODY Now!
Stay focused on your Heart, your Breath and You as Your Immortal Body of Light. Feel Pure Unconditional Love as you view yourself in this Golden Light Body (Your immortal Body of Light) in the Golden Mirror and feel the warmth and Love Expand and Increase filling the room you are in. Take some deep Breaths, Feel the warmth, feel the Love, feel your Light.
As you change your Perceptions to ONE of Limitation to Limitless Being, Know that everything that you SEE changes. The Next time you Look in the Mirror, See YOUR LIGHT and Feel the Warmth, within your body and in your Surroundings, of the Eternal Sacred Anointed Light of your Immortal Body of Light.

Self-Realization in Non Duality
Recognizing THAT ALL experience within is simply all that arises within YOU and seeing it for what it is, is part of knowing and experiencing LIVING in your Heart. Living in non duality. Living in the New Creation.
The word Tolerance which means to tolerate, and to put up with conditionally, is not the pure Being of unconditional love.
If you are tolerating something you are not loving it.
Loving something frees you from the resistance to “allowing” all to simply arise. This places the focus on you, on your experience (which is always for you to see) in the present moment.
The Self Realization of “I own this” this is mine, this is within me, what I feel I feel, and knowing at the same time it is always perfect ( how could it not be) is the Awakening in Non Duality. All things are always perfect in the moment, as all that arises is always what arises within the present moment. It is simply what it is.
The Duality of the mind, sees only right and wrong. And in that is the resistance to entering Non Duality and your Heart.
Your HEART feels love and does not judge your personal EXPERIENCE OF WHAT ARISES WITHIN YOU. It is you, it is you, it is you.
Nothing to change within you, only to Love. Being present in love. Being conscious to all that arises within you. This releases judgement and blame, which is a duality based belief system, that creates in your reality a world that always needs fixing. Which then creates more of that.
This does not mean choices do not enter. The choices are made in the non duality REALIZATION “WHAT I CHOOSE TO FOCUS ON” through my free will is THE REALITY I LIVE IN every single MOMENT.
Recognize your thoughts create your reality. If you think something needs fixing you create in your reality the life that always needs fixing.
Simply Being the eternal Love that you are and Allowing all to arise and love it all, (Being Love) creates in your reality the experience of living in your Heart, Living in Loving Divine Presence. Then the magic of flow becomes your reality. You live in the fun of childlike wonder and inner freedom, to simply experience all as it arises. This is Non Duality.
In Relating-Ships, be self-aware and stay present within your Heart. Completely own your own responses and feelings with self-love and allow the other (who you are relating to) to completely feel and experience what they feel and experience. Honour experiences. There is no such thing as “that is over responding” or you should not feel like that.
If you find yourself focusing on the person you are relating to, and their emotional responses, (and judging their experience as reflective of your personal self-worth) place your Attention back on yourself and YOUR experience. In love, allow everyone to experience what they experience, without judgement, with Loving self-awareness and Presence. Taking NO thing in another, and their response, personally.
Practise love and “allowing” for all to arise “as is” when present in your Heart. There is nothing to take personally. What arises is what arises, to be Loved. Live in the Loving Presence of Compassion and pure Being in all of your Relating-ships.
Focus and place your Attention, always on Love.
Enter your Heart, and live through the eyes of Eternal Divine Presence. This does not mean you will not experience DIFFERENT emotions and FEELINGS, it does mean, you WILL NOT JUDGE those feelings within you, and simply ALLOW all to FLOW as experience in the present moment.
Entering your Heart and living in Eternal Divine Presence is ALWAYS present for you, it is simply waiting for your FOCUS UPON it WITHIN YOU. This requires the use of Your Free Will.
Recognize your thoughts, your focus and WHERE you are placing your attention. STAY PRESENT WITHIN YOUR experience. Are you loving all the feelings that come up with you? Are you loving your Life?
Enter NOW your Heart and the Self Realization, it is all Perfect, as it is, as it is what is within you. This is Self Love and Non Duality.

Realization of The Heart
Enjoyment is Temporary and Fleeting and is often mistaken for True Happiness which ALWAYS ~ ALWAYS, Lives Within The Heart.
Whether Storm or Valleys, Rainbows or Sunshine, True
Happiness, Bliss and Joy Lives in every moment in every Breath, within.
It is never Found as a result of enjoying anything external.
It’s FOUNDATION Is Not of This World, it’s Foundation is Eternity itself. It is Unshakable and Unmovable. It lives to be the Truth of Itself.
It Stands Firmly as its Own. It is Not dependent on anything, any enjoyment or circumstance.
It is the Foundation of All life, All Living Everywhere.
It is As it is. And it is always Present and Perfect in Each Moment.
The Realization of the Heart, is the Self Realization of the awareness of the Bliss that is Always Present, always awaiting the Focus upon it, as the Divine Eternal Presence, That it is.

Are You Aware of Your Thoughts?
Does something take place and you habitually go into a state of negative thinking?
Which includes worry, fear and thoughts of, I am not good enough, capable etc?
And do you blame those thoughts when you catch them on outer circumstances?
The outer triggers that ACTIVATE within YOU, that which arises, and that which arises is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, for your Benefit!! Helping you to SEE if you will, What arises within YOU.
Stopping the Mind is not the way to go also. Many try to stop the thoughts. IF YOU will observe your thoughts from the space of the neutral Observer, you can see clearly where your energy, your thoughts have taken you and EMBRACE what actually is going on within you and then HOLD THAT IN LOVE.
Once this is mastered within you, the observer, embracing and holding all in Love, you can begin to extend this to Others through communication.
Entering your Heart space means there are no problems, nothing wrong or right, all is experienced as is, for what is actually is. The Flow of the present moment that simply flows through you. You as the Observer, does not RESIST or ATTACH to that which arises.
You simply Be you simply ARE and you simply Embody the Higher Frequencies of the Heart, that always, see NO PROBLEM ever, or RIGHT OR WRONG.
This is how the Angels see things and Other Ascended Beings. It is all PERFECTION In the moment NO MATTER WHAT ARISES in the state of Being in the PRESENT MOMENT through and in the Heart and in Love.
This is Pure Being. All simply Flows through you. This is the New Way of Being in the Higher Dimensional Awareness of consciousness of ALL THAT IS.
Look at that which pours through your thoughts unaware and become AWARE. Embrace in Love from the Place of the Heart. There are no mistakes, no Problems, no good or bad through the Heart.
All simply Arises, in Pure Being which is ALWAYS flow! in the Present moment, no attachment no resistance. SIMPLY PURE BEING in the Now.
Enter the world on NON-DUALITY Dear Souls! And Embrace through your Heart the State of Being Love and enter into your Relationships the way of Pure Being which is the New Reality of Love!
I love you and Hold you in the Bliss that is Eternal, which is the very Presence of Your Soul! Where lives the reality NOW of no problems, no right or wrong, simply the BLISS of PURE BEING.
