When I kneel before you my beloved, I see as mirrors in your eyes, my soul, deeply submerged, the ecstasy of your timeless, hypnotic, embrace.
Dancing on the screen, sacred images come alive, they fill my heart and body, with divine sweetness and your taste.
The imprint on the chamber, held once so sacred and dear, speaks of light once long forgotten, the distant memory of holy longing and of grace.
The keys once buried, hidden deep within the earth, emerge, as breath rises and it falls, the holy land and temples, well-preserved.
Secrets in a different language, beyond the beginning and the end, dance as starlight, deeply hidden by the day.
Come rise again, my great beloved, your presence is near, the winds that blow in all directions, speak of you.
Resting in the still of night, the angels and the sun, speak of glory and the return of the beloved, known as you.

A Harvest Moon ~ A Benediction
This is the The Full Moon nearest the autumnal equinox.
The Full Moon is a powerful time for romance and Love, as well as a TIME for completion of what was STARTED on the LAST New Moon.
Did you make notes on the last New Moon? Did you set an intention? Did you Program crystals? Do you remember it?
The Full Moon at 27 degrees Pisces moves through the sky with only the Virgo Sun for company.
Water and Earth are strong elements in this Full Moon Chart.
This is a POWERFUL time to Dream a little dream…to LISTEN to that inner voice and practise compassion for you first, then towards others.
This Pisces Full Moon is not encumbered by aspects to other planets. This is a great time to dream a Better Life.
What does your heart desire?
The dreamy aspects of Pisces will be well grounded by the Sun in Virgo.
Virgo’s ruler Mercury, is in Libra and plays a role in this lunation. Mercury is sextile Mars in Leo and square to Jupiter in Cancer. This sextile encourages us to speak directly in a clear way. Jupiter will want to elaborate. Libra will desire fairness.
We have Saturn in Scorpio exactly sextile Pluto in Capricorn. Venus in Scorpio conjoin Saturn. Chiron in Pisces plays a role as it trines Venus ~ Saturn and sextile Pluto which creates a mini triangle.
There is a great potential for the healing Old emotional wounds.

Crystals, Nature and Moon Cycles (a reminder)
Your Crystals Respond to Frequency Also! Let them Listen to My Frequency Transmissions and be Near You During the Daily 3am ADT Queen of Light Transmissions.
After programming your crystals, you can also Have them in water, during the new moon and full moon. Not all crystals like water, MOST do.
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water, or store with Brandy to use as sacred drops..to add to special drinks, etc.
You can bathe in the sacred crystal water, or use for healing.
Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the “Beings” in Crystals are obvious. Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your Emotions…allow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in “alignment” with the current New Moon or Full Moon.
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one) into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do “not” write with) and turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the procedure above EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise. Allow your crystal a “relax” time before programming. Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Stay In Harmony.

Love and Compassion ~ You to You ~ Now!
This is a Shorter Blog Post, in direct answer to some questions I have received overnight. I am always receiving Questions from many of you who are experiencing struggle, yet desire complete Harmony, True Love and Compassion.
If YOU get confused….wonder what it is all about…where to go from Here…
Always ALWAYS go to Your Heart..to LOVE…to LOVING YOU..To Compassion for You! You to You!
If that feels next to impossible and you feel laden with guilt ( as so many of you are experiencing) and anger while JUDGING yourself.. Do Something that lifts you out of that!!
Really Recognize those states of DISHARMONY and Listen to my Frequency Transmissions! Your Dominant Frequency creates your Reality.
As you Shift yourself over and over OUT OF DISHARMONY and Move into HARMONY….SOON your Dominant Frequency will be Harmonious and your REALITY (what appears out there) will Match your frequency and BE GRACEFULLY HARMONIOUS!!
All is Frequency; Frequency Never Lies.
All Those things that you DO TO YOURSELF…you would not want someone to do to YOU!
IN Fact…isn’t that what you are hoping for?
Everyone else OUT there will treat you with the Compassion and LOVE You DESERVE..and then you will be happy?
It does not work like that. Universal Law, the Mirror..
Give to Yourself the Gift of Compassion and Love…then your outer reality..(all though there really is no out there) will match what is INSIDE YOU…
So many send me messages how can I help so and so..or I feel guilty if I do not do this or that to help someone else..
Please do not fool yourself..
YOU CANNOT GIVE TO SOMEONE ELSE WHAT YOU DO NOT COMPLETELY EXPERIENCE WITHIN YOU!
In Fact that kind of focus usually is an avoidance technique to Not Focus on the Here and NOW and YOURSELF which you are dealing with in this Existence called your Incarnation!!!
It is NOT about out there, it is about YOU…you to YOU…Do not blame anything out there.
The “SHIFT” is moving to YOUR Heart…which is always Love…moving out of the dominant focus of Mind….Merging in Union with your Eternal Being, which is Source!!
This Starts with Self Unconditional Love and Compassion for YOU, NOW..Not later…NOW is the time…NOW..in No time.

There is No Thing To Forgive
There is No Thing To Forgive!
The thing is, the very frequency of “needing to forgive” and then TRYING TO DO SO..keeps you in the same Frequency of the Pain and the “Needing” to forgive…
What if you just let it all go? And Lived in the Ultimate Moment.
If you feel YOU are HELD Back Because of NOT Being Able to Forgive…Allow YOURSELF to consider that there is NO Thing To Forgive…THERE is Pain to Feel..Breathe into It…Feel Your Heart..and Allow…it WILL leave..The Pain will Leave..and YOU WILL BE FREE.
I will be writing more on this…I received several messages today alone about “Forgiving” others….
Now there is NO thing to FORGIVE!!
If Universal Law is True ( and it is) what you experience is a result of the Frequency within YOU
TO HELP YOU TO SEE WHAT IS IN YOU!!!
Your Sadness, Pain, loneliness is not caused from anything OUTSIDE OF YOU…
Souls come along…and they actually HELP…by activating and revealing WHAT IS WITHIN YOU!
When you incarnated you had within your Blueprint Frequencies your Soul desired for YOU TO SEE AND Clear…that were PARTS of YOU not YET LOVED by YOU consciously IN Form!
When you meet your so-called enemies on the other side to find they PLAYED a Great ROLE to help you SEE…to be the MIRROR..for YOU!!
It is all The Mirror, there is NO way around the TRUTH.
Change within YOU, your Frequency, your Reality SHIFTS.
Shift your Frequency quickly and you Receive Miracles!
I know this sounds not fair to some of You who are now suffering and feel abused by the world…LOOK closely..it is PRESENT NOW TO BE HEALED…
It actually is a GIFT…in “disguise”..

It was always there…and showed up in different Forms…different people..and continues until YOU fully LOVE YOU..
It is ALL within YOU…No thing outside of you takes Place that is NOT resonating with your Current Frequency.
Monitor Your Frequency!!!
In Harmony you will have a Harmonious existence.
In Love you will experience ONLY Love.
Likewise..
In Fear…
You will have fearful experiences…
In sadness…you will be more sad…
LOOK at the MIRROR…to Be FREE from SUFFERING!

This is Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse is a Powerful time to begin a Pilgrimage of Your Soul.
Allow yourself to Expand in Love, Harmony and Union Consciousness this Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse.
A Lunar Eclipse occurs when the Earth is Between the Moon on One Side and the Sun on the Other Side.
A “Lunar Eclipse” reboots ( updates ) your inner world, your “unconscious drives” and Motivations. The influence is felt for 6 months.
The Earth and Humans are Powerfully influenced by the Moon and its Cycles. The Ancients lived by the Moon Cycle and Honoured its Natural Rhythms.
A Full Moon is a Build Up of Energy since the Previous New Moon.
The “astrological sign” that the Full Moon is in, gives the specifics of the Area of your life that will Shift.

What is Sacred Sex? Why is Being in Your Heart something you would even want to do? After all, isn’t sex about the orgasm? I hear this often from my Students.
It is not “style or content” as this can vary from person to person. There are NO rules here.

Sacred Sex is entering Union with another Being who has also entered Sacred Space; Union.
Can One person Enter Sacred space and Union and Not the other person? Absolutely.
Just as every breath is Sacred to me and I am breathing with someone else in Unison does not MAKE their experience Sacred to them. It is within You. Yes, there are techniques to HELP bring you to the Sacred Space within….and since all is Frequency, it is a matter of simply vibrating in Union with YOUR Soul Frequency.

Does ONE person going deeper into the experience “help” draw another to sacred space? Most definitely. All is Frequency and “The Heart of it All” is the HEART of SACRED SEX.
Since you cannot control another what you can do is focus on OPENING your HEART. What does this do? It moves you into the Light of Your Soul. It creates the Knowing and experience of Your “Presence” and Opens your awareness to the “Presence” of another.
I mean “True Presence” Soul Presence. Presence is SACRED.
So what does your Heart and Your Soul have to do with Sacred Sex? After all it is your body experiencing the Sex.
It is through the body that YOU Move into Union in the first place. Your body is the doorway to your HEART. Your Body you AWAKEN IN.
It is not through escaping the body!!
Many of my students were always reaching up for expanded experiences. I would say, first Be HERE in YOUR Body..SIMPLY ARRIVE. They were always somewhere else, creating the shopping list for the day, in the past or future. NEVER here in the Body. BE here to enter. Love your Body. Embrace your Body. Love and Worship the Sacredness of the Vehicle with your Soul Lover.
It is a Journey deep into the depths of Your Soul. Letting go of limitation and Fear allows you easy entrance to the depths of YOUR Soul. The “Depths” hold All. You may call this the Underground or Underworld and the Upper Worlds, which includes All Realms of existence.
I may have Sacred Sex and Suddenly be aware of being in Atlantis aware of having sex there Sacredly at the same time, or Egypt…etc…while still fully present in the Body here in this experience. With the same “other” I am having Sacred Sex with there. There is No time my friends. When I say all is possible Now, I MEAN ALL IS POSSIBLE NOW.
In fact ONLY when you OPEN to “ALL that is POSSIBLE” will ALL experiences and YOUR awakening fully OCCUR.
There are many Part-time awake people. If things are going well..they are awake. If things do not meet the desired expectations all hell breaks loose. KNOW that is the “old program” of MENTAL EXPECTATIONS.
Now over the years I have taught and spoken to many of my students on Sacred Sex. I have found out of all “areas of life and existence” there is a deep desire to know more about Sacred Sex. This is the PRIMAL FORCE. Love the Primal Force. It is not about good versus bad, it is the EMBRACING OF IT ALL.
As One.
Yet why is this? Such a natural act of Love isn’t it?
Your past experiences,the Old Programming and the consciousness in your Blueprint and DNA carry all memory. This INCLUDES past lives. This incarnation…is the time to release the old programming.
Sacred Sex is Such a vital experience and opportunity for many because of the Potential for Expanded Consciousness and Heart awareness, leading to the Full experience of Divine Union.
There is “much” controversy about “Twin Flames” these days. When I speak of Twin Flames…it is not about your “Desired” partner that I am speaking of. I am speaking about your “Counterpart in Frequency” you and your polar opposite yet same “Soul Signature”. This does not always include “desired” partner which is often based on your current set of expectations. IN fact the opposite is often true. You may not recognize the OTHER YOU…as YOU may not actually even Love yourself.
IF you do not love yourself and hate your life, how ON EARTH is it possible to love “another” YOU???
Really…YOUR perfect MIRROR could be a “Nightmare” from Hell or a “Miracle” from Heaven based on your current level OF SELF Love. Unconditional Love of Self or complete lack of Unconditional Love creates your Experience.
One does not usually meet their twin till the Love of self is unconditional. How on earth could you truly love someone if you do not love yourself. Impossible.
Now, begin Loving YOU. If you have “allowed” life situations to NOT confirm your love for YOU…move into greater love of YOU, the eternal YOU in form NOW.
And PLEASE, I am not advising people to have Sacred Sex or suggesting it for COMPLETION. I have received many questions along those lines from people when I have written about the benefits of Sacred Sex and UNION..There is No need to have Sacred Sex, or any sex. That is simply your Choice in Life.
There are many paths.
So where to begin.
Begin with your Heart, your Frequency.
Know your “Soul Presence” so you will recognize your Soul. Live in your HEART SO THAT YOU CAN FEEL IT. Embrace each breath with the LOVE and ECSTASY that it is.
From there, with a partner..enter that Sacred Space. Holding, loving, Feeling deeply. And stay present THERE. Have no goal of orgasm. OH I hear you saying what the? Have no goal to experience the SACREDNESS of Your Soul through Sacred Sexual Union. Stay in the Beginning, Always.
Allow the UNFOLDING OF “LOVE as YOUR PRESENCE” be your awareness. And allow the unfolding of your Partners “Presence to MERGE with YOURS”.
In the Sacredness of Love and UNION You then Enter BEYOND TIME AND SPACE.
What you have entered is ETERNITY.
There is NO fulfillment on EARTH that is anything less than Eternity. There you will find me. There you will experience the Eternal Beloved. You and Your Twin Flame. It is not in the passing of time that you enter. You move and breathe Beyond Time and Space, as ONE.
And then you “KNOW you KNOW” eternity While in Form. All things entered into in ETERNITY continue ON into Eternity. They TRULY NEVER END.

This Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio on April 25th, 2013 will have a powerful “Cause and Effect” influence.
We have the Watery Element of Scorpio which will bring up Powerful Emotions. We have the powerful Full Moon energy itself bringing up all the emotional patterns needing healing. This Lunar Eclipse emphasizes closing One door and opening another.
With Saturn in Scorpio Retrograde which closely aspects The Full Moon in Scorpio, We have a powerful “karmic” feel to this intensity.

The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature.
The Full Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful Full Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
This Full Moon is in Scorpio with the Added intensity of the Lunar Eclipse is POWERFUL. Powerful Cleansing of Karma is at hand.

Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
Breathe in and out and center yourself.
Focus on your Heart.
Focus on the want and wish you have that is in alignment with the current Full Moon or New Moon.
This Full Moon in Scorpio is Powerful for the final closing of repetitive pattens that “keep” showing up.
Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point if there is one into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do not write with) and turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the procedure above EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise. Allow your crystal a break before programming. Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal.
Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them. Make notes and INCLUDE the date of the Programming or Reprogramming. I cannot emphasize enough to make notes.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day. Your space will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Stay In Harmony.

Does Karma Exist?
Does Karma Exist?
Well I would like to start with what Karma really is..
Karma is Cellular Memory held in your Blueprint that ignites Reaction; Attachment and Resistance.
In the Old Program Karma was VIEWED AS punishment for good or bad. Is that even true?
Well NO not really.
However; if ONE perceives Separation as TWO forces GOOD and EVIL opposing each other, then the idea of reward or punishment follows. Your Perception does create Your Reality.
Does that perception CHANGE anything to do with the RECORD of YOUR SOUL?
NO it does NOT. Memory is MEMORY. It is Neutral.
You have AN AMAZING RESPONSE SYSTEM BUILT in your Blueprint, therefore in your Cellular Consciousness and DNA.
Karma is Your Blueprint Memory and you can Begin to take responsibility for your REACTIONS rather than blame a punishment system outside of yourself.
Now I am NOT writing this to upset any ones belief systems. However; If You prefer to live in a Reality of Heaven and Hell, Go for it!!
If you would Like freedom from suffering, receive the Grace and Love Now.
There is no ONE in the sky judging you. Punishing You. It is simply your encoded memories you EITHER CHOOSE TO take “responsibility for” or to stay in “victim mode” over. Really take that in.
Now the Frequency is Available to FREE ONESELF from repetitive Memory Programs. If you want to call those Memory programs Karma, then YES you can FREE yourself NOW Completely from ALL Karma.
You might want to ask yourself, Do you “Love your suffering” so much you do not want to let it go?
Be Honest with yourself Now.
If you choose Freedom know that it will take you “outside of your comfort zone”… It takes you to Your edge.
If Karma is simply Memory…Neutral, then there is No good or Bad. Just the recording of the memory. This Space where all memory is held is known as The Akashic Records, the Book of Life, or The Cosmic Mind.
Your Soul is ONE FORCE, ONE POWER and there is NO Separation. Good and Bad ( the perception ) are simply EXPERIENCE.
What does this do to the old concept of Karma?
It creates the space of ACCEPTANCE, ALLOWING and NON JUDGEMENT to BEGIN the process of taking “Responsibility” for ALL CHOICES, ALL Reactions, all Resistance and all Attachment.
Wow, what would THAT World look like my friends?
Seeing things as they are, PURE experience.
Everyone taking responsibility for their reactions, their memories. No judgement.
Seeing all things in Harmony as a “perfect functioning” WHOLE.
It is here and available Now.
Begin by Watching your Reactions.
Then Move your awareness to YOUR heart when YOU feel the Feeling behind the Reaction (when you do this you will “KNOW it is Memory” and not based in the NOW) and Relax, Feel and Breathe.
Through Unconditional Love you FREE yourself from past responses, reactions and suffering.

Capital Y ~ YOU
Have you felt the re-birth of you yet?
Or are you still in the way?
The small you (y) in the way of the Capital Y ~ You (the eternal You)?
I have heard from so many of you that are going through tremendous challenges..
Please consider the following..
Can you see and Feel yourself as PERFECT NOW?
Can you let go of Your need to cross your t’s and dot your i’s?
That Being nice is keeping you small?
And That Being Perfect NOW has NO thing to do with your preferences and HOW nice or NOT nice you in fact really are?
Pause and reflect on this..
Have you considered perhaps that all the “challenges” “heart-breaks” and “disappointments” in your so-called life ( that may have made you hate even God)
were in fact and simply ARE “Part of the PROCESS” of removing you (small y) out-of-the-way so THAT ~
YOU (capital Y) could come in Fully? (really ponder this)
After all, left to your own devices…weren’t you thinking and imagining and wanting fairly small?..( and better yet consider ~ aren’t you? )
I have observed that “when the small y, of you”…gives up completely ( and that may include no longer wanting to live) having lost all faith..and lost the sense of “personal honour”..(that is small p)…
ALL that you were “TRYING” TO DO…(even working hard to do, can you imagine that? working hard? )
That then and ONLY THEN THE capital Y..of YOU… STEPS IN!!!
And then you wake up one day…only to realize that all those things (that appeared bad, is there such a thing as bad? ) had to take place to GET YOU to where YOU are NOW…the small you removed out-of-the-way..
What a realization!!
You then Recognize It was ONLY the small y of you that “was in the way” of the GREAT PLAN…the Great Destiny…and “if you had of had your own way” what a settling for less that would have been.
So thank all of those screw-ups in your life..the things that did not happen..( I screw-up often, ask him ~ a new t-shirt design) that you have made along the way..
And Bless them as the “gifts from the Higher capital Y”- YOU…that they are.
As the built-in mechanism that prevented you from settling for less than the Greatest and Highest Destiny..(rejoice! )
Welcome them and Bless those Hardships that blocked what you wanted..(Amen )
And Embrace the New You..that will Now walk through Destiny’s Door..
And there is a Celebration throughout the Universe that accompanies you..
So many celebrating..You…small you finally Allowing in THE GREAT PLAN!
