Love, Karmic Traces (memory) and Mastering Duality
Important Note on Falling in Love, Karmic Traces (memory responses) and True Love!
There is a lot of FALSE information out there about Falling in Love and Romance, most of the information is BASED on DUALITY and DRAMA.
For many the “high” and the drama of falling in love, is in fact THE block to TRUE Love. And for many, when the falling in love stage, is over, the relationship ends.
What goes up, must come down!!!
When one has mastered Duality, there no longer is the SAME need or desire for drama and the resulting fluctuation of Emotions.
For many these ups and downs (dramatic duality) are the “addictions” of grasping, and they create a vicious cycle or pattern that appears hard to be free from.
Those “addictions” are karmic traces, memories that are repeatedly played out, until one is free from identity attachment.
The karmic traces (memories) continue to be triggered as response patterns (unconsciously) in duality. Until one becomes conscious of Ones consciousness through focused attention.
In freedom, there is a flowing, state of Being, that is NO LONGER influenced by OUTER events, or triggered by them.
The Love is Felt and experienced WITHIN.
And shared, and FREELY Given.
In the Higher state of Being, Love simply is and flows. No thing or person, can influence or change that state of Being.
In other words, This Pure STATE of Being is the FOUNDATION for TRUE Relationship!!!
Before Mastery in Duality, there is the coming and going of emotions and dramatic responses (as Karmic traces, memory) that is a Basic IDENTITY Attachment.
Two PEOPLE who are fully open in their HEART in True Love (for self first, one cannot give what one does not experience first) who have mastered Duality, together, ARE the MOST powerful Force, as it is ETERNAL UNION, what they are experiencing in the here Now (first separately then together) while on earth.
Don’t look for that DRAMATIC, if you are entering into new relationships, instead look for TRUTH, Honesty, Integrity, and Loyalty.
If you do not value those things, YOU will not Like those values in others.
Instead you will go for the drama, the HIGH, the Thrill.
If you are CONSTANTLY suffering in relationships, the ups and downs and the feeling OF loss when the attachment ends (really it is your identity you have attached to it) then BEGIN to LOOK deeply within you, and LOVE YOURSELF.
Then Love, true love, will always be in you, flow through you and as the mirror, you will see this love everywhere.

Changing Consciousness and the Converging of Realities
The “Blueprint” for Humanity is literally shifting into a New Level of Consciousness. This is part of the Plan of creation, since before time. The Elohim (The Creator Gods) are awakening the Codes into the Morphogenic Field. How “You” specifically WILL be Impacted/Activated, is already in place within your Souls Blueprint/Plan.
What appeared and appears as the Way one functions on Planet Earth, is changing. And you know this.
And as always, this will BE unique to Your Consciousness and your Specific Plan.
The awareness that you bring to your current “consciousness” is simply your experience as you pass through time.
Time is literally still.
The Breakthroughs in your own awareness, will match the New Downloads in the Quantum Field, the New Blueprint.
Testing out this new reality, will continue to increase what appears to be the speed of your passing through of time. As the future will also appear to be moving towards you at an increased speed.
The converging of Realities that also now, Co-Exist.
How did you expect to meet up with the you in the Shift?
It simply is the Now you, meeting the so-called future you as per the Plan, the Shift, and it all coming together, as One.
Entering this Shift in your consciousness, will be much like riding a bike for the first time. Until you get it, it will appear to not work well. Once you get it, it will be easy and take no effort.
So many ask me “will we all Shift” now the answer will be specific to the Reality you have chosen. You are creating this. Have you chosen to leave behind traces of your old way of living? Or have you chosen, to go all the way, and choose the focus of your consciousness to be in an entirely new scenario.
Now if you feel you will be leaving someone behind, who is to say, in another reality, they are not with you there. If they have chosen that, they will be.
And why not? There are many co-existing parallel realities even now.
Just because you have not fully accessed the New Consciousness in your Current form of consciousness, does not mean you are not already accessing it in the so-called future.
How else could your future self come to you?
In order for the Plan to go smoothly, it will go smoothly. Does that make sense?
Every one, will choose the reality they desire, and yes even children, remember they are SOULS too, and have a Plan also. As do you beloved pets, who almost always, go where you choose to go in all realities.
So, as you embrace the blessings of 2014, and open to the New World of Possibilities, that are here Now, know that as you let go of this current reality, the jumping of so-called time, is really not that at all.
It truly is You meeting You, in the CONVERGING of Realities, as per the Plan, (your plan) into One.
I am here for YOU! As per my agreement, in the Cosmic Cycle. Holding you in your Transformation!
Please Stay focused on all that you TRULY Desire. And Above all else, Know yourself, know your heart and know what you truly Desire. This is an exciting time, The Cosmic cycle meets itself, full circle.

Attaining Happiness in Duality
Are you wondering why you are here? Why you cannot just leave?
Believe it or not, your Soul had a plan, for this your incarnation. That is, to Master Duality, in form.
The challenge YOU, set before YOU, (yes you your Soul) was not without help along the way. To receive this help, you must let go of all of your grasping and resistance.
So many feel, if I have this, or that, then I can FOCUS on me. It does not work like that. When you are TRULY ready, to end your suffering, the path will open, YOUR heart will open, within you.
Planet earth is not the place to hold on to things, in duality.
I hear often stories like this: I have my house paid off and have the support of my husband, etc. Most often, this is simply the grasping of security in duality. Or, I will be happy when this happens.
When you are Happy, in the NOW, all things come to you.
So how can ONE attain, this happiness, NOW?
First ask yourself, are you really willing to let go of your suffering?
Suffering may feel like a blanket of protection, from facing ones fears. At least suffering is KNOWN.
The Unknown, the unknowable, is the place where you hold your fear.
Attaining happiness now, requires of YOU, that is right, of YOU:
To face your true fears
To accept the unknown
To let go of ALL attachments to beliefs and security of identity
To live in the present moment, letting go of How things should be to be happy.
NOW, I recognize, by doing the above, FEARS will come up, as you will be stepping into the Unknowable.
I am here to bring the Love of the Unknowable. Yes, that is true, ONE can LOVE the Unknowable. The far-reaching places and spaces, that OPEN you wide!! to all that is for YOU, to all that you came here to BE!!
Please write down the above, make a list in your Journal ( I know I have asked you make another list, your list of Heaven on Earth) PLEASE, make this list. Leave spaces for your responses within YOU. I CANNOT do this for you.
Title your Question and pondering list:
“Am I willing to Attain Happiness in Duality”
1. Will I face my true fears?
2. Will I accept the unknown?
3. Will I let go of ALL attachments to beliefs and security of identity?
4. Will I live in the present moment, letting go of How things should be to be happy?
NOTICE the words “Will I” in those questions above. Through your will you can choose to Focus and Choose happiness and freedom, freedom from ALL SUFFERING.
Look deep into the areas that are comfortable for you Now, are you growing through those areas? Or are you SIMPLY holding on to them, to feel safe, to NOT face the unknown?
Show compassion on yourself, as you MAKE changes, and let go of old beliefs and patterns that NO longer serve you.
And of course, ONLY you can decide if you are willing to make changes, if you are willing to be Happy, now.
Please stop and write this List, and take your time to PONDER your ANSWERS.
Writing this out, will release a flooding of events, that will also show YOU, you to you, the truth in Freedom, the truth of attaining happiness in Duality.

Watch out for this Full Moon!!!
Stay Aware, Stay Focused, Now is the time!!
The POWERFUL focus of this Full Moon, will be on communication, what you think, what you say, and your beliefs. Look closely, as I have suggested, at Yourself. Observe your thoughts, your beliefs, what you say and write.
The Moon in Gemini will be opposed by the Sun in Sagittarius. Add Uranus going direct in 8 degrees Aries on the 17th as well, and you have the potential for great Transformation. Uranus represents rebellion.
Key Words: Overwhelmed, Revelation, Excess, Rebellion.
All Full Moons are a culmination of a cycle. This full moon is a buildup of the secrets, words, things kept hidden, that will now be released. A Flooding of Communication.
Because the rebellious nature of Uranus comes with a powerful impact, YOU may want to STAY very aware of this Influence. The long-awaited conversation, may NOT go as planned. Being in Harmony, will help you through ANYTHING that may come up for You.
As always, STAY aware of YOURSELF. Your Feelings, thoughts and Words, create your Reality.
Stay Centered and grounded, no matter what is going on around you.
The Sun in this opposition will be on the star Aculeus in Scorpio. This may come into your life as a threatening event, or challenge, however, as you stay FOCUSED, and Present, you may very well Benefit, and expand THROUGH this.
If you ARE threatened or challenged during this Full Moon, you can either face it, look into your fears and move into GREATER Harmony and EXPAND in Conscious Awareness.
Or you can ignore your fears, which may lead to a MORE challenging time, later on, in dealing with your fears.
This shift has always been about facing your fears, looking deep into your own thoughts, emotions, and TAKING Responsibility for the Reality you are in truth Creating.
You are the Creator of Your Reality.
How YOU respond, to any challenge that comes up, is WHAT this is about! Free Will, always rules. You can also use your WILL, to stay focused.
Face your FEARS.
This will truly be revealed more than EVER, to those that see.
Take up this challenge, stay in the KNOWING of Your Heart, and Victory will be yours.

If you begin working with crystals, Please ALSO use grounding crystals. Consider carrying with you throughout the day a smokey Quartz crystal.
Some Basics ~ Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz Crystal
Amethyst
Beautiful Amethyst! Key Words: Peaceful, Calming, Quiet. This is a Peaceful and High Frequency Quartz Crystal. It is very soothing. Amethyst Loves the moon. Working with Amethyst can help relieve headaches and stress. And can help with calming the mind, and focusing during meditation. You can place your jewellery on a piece of Amethyst to be charged and cleared overnight. You can place Amethyst in the bath water, by your bed, on your desk, and anywhere you would like the soothing, healing, peaceful, properties of Amethyst.
Rose Quartz
Loving, gentle Rose Quartz. Key Words: Loving, Gentle, Soothing. Rose Quartz is a Beautiful, yet gentle, Heart Crystal. It is soothing to the emotional body, and gently opens the heart chakra. You can sleep with Rose Quartz, and program it for the opening of your Heart. Rose quartz will also gently clear your emotional body. If you are focusing in on a new Love relationship, create an altar and have rose quartz in the center.
Clear Quartz
Clear Quartz Crystal. Clear Quartz crystal loves the Sun and Moon. Key Words: Amplifying, Activating, Energizing. Do not underestimate the “increasing” power of clear Quartz crystal. Consider carefully carrying quartz crystal with you all the time. Do you really desire the your emotional state to be increased? If you are dizzy, if you are in disharmony, it may increase those states. Likewise, if you are in Harmony, your frequency will increase. Programming your quartz crystal with specific intentions, will draw the energy of the program (intention) to you. Recognize the frequency that you are in, when you program your crystal, “influences” what you are drawing to you. It is not your words, but the energy of YOU, that merges and mixes with crystals. Quartz crystal amplifies the Mirror.
Crystals, Nature and Moon Cycles ~ UPDATED!!
Crystals and Water:
Please do not clean the following crystals by water and have in the Direct Sun for any length of time:
Selenite, Calcite, Celestite and Angelite.
To clear the above crystals, you can place them gently on top of or near Amethyst.
To Charge the above crystals, you place under the Moonlight.
Quartz Crystal love the water, sun and moon.
I will be writing more on all the different uses and invocations for each type of crystal being.
If you are using crystals that LOVE Water, you can do the following:
You can drink the water the next day, add to your bath water, or store with Brandy to use as sacred drops , adding to drinks and used in ritual and more.
You can also bathe in the sacred crystal water and use for healing.
Your Crystals Respond to Frequency Also.
Let them Listen to My Frequency Transmissions and be Near You During the Daily 9am ADT Queen of Light Transmissions.
Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons? The Full Moon is a build up of energy since the New Moon.
Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.
This Moon Cycle, if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When you programmed and reprogrammed them! Please do not skip making notes. You will be very pleased you did.
Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to vague results.
Working with crystals and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here NOW, has been very beneficial for NOW as crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space. Crystals Hold conscious Memory.
Sometimes the “Beings” in Crystals are obvious. Angels and Fairies in Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols. Each Crystal has its Own Crystal Deva.
Look Deep and Lovingly into your Crystals as the Sacred Beings of Nature that they are.
If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there.
Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.
I have helped many who did not feel anything from their personal meditation crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit. Love and Respect for the Sacredness of Nature is paramount to experience this true deep connection.
The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.
This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature. The Earth is Sacred and all that are upon it. Honour the Earth and You will be Honoured.
The New Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful New Moon Frequencies. Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.
Stay present with your Emotions…allow and Stay in Harmony.
The Full Moon has a Powerful influence on YOUR Emotional Body.
The New Moon is about Beginnings.
Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more. All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon. If you have any questions on your Crystals please let me know.
Instructions
Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your sacred crystal.
1. Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.
2. Breathe in and out and center yourself.
3. Focus on your Heart.
4. Focus on the want and wish you have that is in “alignment” with the current New Moon or Full Moon.
5. Stay Present with your Emotions and Allow.
6. Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point (if there is one) into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do “not” write with) and turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.
7. Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.
To deprogram a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the procedure above EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise. Allow your crystal a “relax” time before programming. Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal after the deprogram procedure.
8. Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.
9. Make notes and INCLUDE the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.
Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or Spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond to you and your Frequency.
Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.
Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.
Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day to shift the Frequency of your Space. Your surroundings will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.
Above All, Love yourself. Stay In Harmony.

What seems real on earth..
What seems real on earth, is not so real above,
when they merge together,
victory, is finally won.
Focus on the sacred, bring it here to earth,
