Enter the Sacred Entranceway
I just finished teaching yoga and as always questions come up about life experiences and Ways of Being. Thinking outside the box; is somewhat helpful in recognizing where you are and the Leap you are taking to the New Paradigm 5th dimension. And although you may conceptualize this, in Truth it is simply shifting from the thinking as the dominant way of being to Living in your Heart.
Stopping the mental chatter; at a practical level may be easier said than done. It is only when the mental chatter is quieted that you will feel the awareness in Your Heart that will guide you to Your Sacred Entranceway.
Meditation and quiet time, spending time in nature, feeling bliss inside of you, will help you to ATTUNE your awareness to the Frequency of Your Heart which will lead you to Enter More deeply. Sexual Bliss and Union also will deepen the frequencies within all of your cells including the Heart. At the level of Union the mind is present and aware allowing the Heart to take the Lead.
My Meditations activate and attune you to Heart Frequency as well as activate your Light Body, Cells and DNA. It is deep within you, not outside yourself that you Wish to enter. When you find this place Within, Time will stop for you and the Ecstasy you wish will be One with YOU.

Ecstasy and Union in Your Cells And DNA
Many have heard me speak on the Cells and DNA. Many of the things I write activate and awaken your cellular consciousness. All of my meditations activate the DNA and cells. Why is that? Everything is frequency, and when your Cells and DNA experience a High Frequency of Source consciousness they attune to the frequency download as New information; New encodings and awakening of what your Soul knows to be true at Soul level for YOU.
My writing, words and Activations are occurring Beyond Time and Space. My energy; although in a body, is transmitted to you, through my meditations etc. from the Central Sun. This is why the Activations at cellular level occur. In the Frequency of the Eternal there is no time, so all who will ever listen to my words, meditations and receive Frequency Transmissions are receiving the frequencies AS IF you were right with me during the transmissions. Whether you listen to them now, or years from now, it is as if you were present with me in the Central Sun receiving the Activations.
Please remember I am not here needing to convince you of anything. I am here sharing my Frequency of Union with you All. That is why I am here, the REASON I arrived in a physical form.
The environment you find your self in influences your Cells and DNA; as well as your own thoughts. Your Emotions have a very powerful influence over your cells and DNA. Accepting what is and Loving yourself is a fast way to move and shift into the awareness of Union and freedom. If this makes no sense to you, please surround yourself with High Vibrations and Frequencies Daily and you will experience a shift in awareness and Frequency. In other words, YOU do NOT need to Believe anything, Try this out and see the results! I am not leaving you alone on your Own; LISTEN to my meditations and commit to daily immersion in the Higher Frequencies and See how your Life will change.
Many questions come to me about Sexual Tantric Experiences of Bliss and Complete Ecstasy through Union. Yes all of this is possible. You ENTER into the Union which includes the Physical Body of both you and your Partner and you allow the bliss and ecstasy to spread through your entire body and enter all the cells. The shaking that may occur during the Sexual Bliss and Union will then move into all the cells which will experience the Orgasm inside them. Full body Ecstasy and the frequency of Union moving deeper into YOUR Cellular consciousness through Ecstasy of Union.
Now there are levels to all of this. So you begin where you are. A Partner that also wishes to experience the Higher levels of Union would be beneficial with Love. Either way, BEGIN moving more Love and Union Frequencies into your cells and DNA today! Prepare for this! Plan this into your day!

Soul Mates, Twin Flames and Soul Agreements
Some of you have had the Experience of having Pleiadian Activations with me and some questions have come up about the changes and shifts you are experiencing with Soul Agreements. Some of you are moving towards the completion of Soul Agreements and some of You are entering into new relationships and ways of Being Beyond the current Paradigm.
All possibilities and potential “futures” (knowing there really is not a future) involving relationships are not mere random happenings. Depending on your Life Plan, or Original Blueprint you are encoded to evolve and experience certain relationships that were agreed upon as Potentials before incarnating into a Body in form.
When I say Potentials I am saying this since Free Will is a very Real factor in the choices and the Allowing of Soul Agreements to actually Unfold. No relationship happens against your will. Although if you are desiring a New relationship it may seem so for a while.
I would like to clarify I am not speaking of earthly man-made agreements; that may resemble the Eternal Soul Agreements, I am speaking of the Soul. Some of you Desire a Life Long relationship and this may very well be also the wish of YOUR Soul.
Many ask me about the Pleiades and the relationships there. Although they have relationships that may seem not the Usual compared to here; the Pleiadians also have “when the desired frequency is right” a Soul Partner they stay with. All is frequency and when the Desire of the Soul is Very clear Union is present.
Back to earth life, since you are here and you have a body and most likely want companionship and may have the sense of the ideal and some inherent romantic notions around this. The Ideal Twin Flame or Soul Mate may be on your mind and heart.
Everything has levels. Everything is frequency. If you are in a relationship; and some of you are, that you feel is ending, remember all is frequency. At an energetic level something is still playing out. Most of you are experiencing Soul Agreements in the relationships you are experiencing which helps the “other” to expand in certain ways which were agreed upon.
Your life experience may be a series of Soul Agreements through relationships, many of those may be called Soul Mates; as you have an agreement to take on this role before coming to Earth. Some may be short, some may be longer in what appears as time. At the frequency level the encodings are playing out the Soul Lessons that you came to earth to experience first hand. Some of you continue to experience and learn over and over some of the lessons you came to master with the same people over and over. When mastered and completed at some level; new choices may emerge. These choices are not random, again they are in your Original Blueprint and part of your Life Plan. Although you are in a body the agreements and the Life Plan in your Original Blueprint are energetic encodings and frequency.
Ok so you may be wondering where is the Good Stuff? Where is the Soul Bliss through Union you are experiencing the desire for? Perhaps the Sexual Ecstasy beyond all ecstasy? Now if you have a Deep Heart Desire for the experience of this Union it is very likely you have these encodings in your Blueprint.
What do you in human awareness feel that this is? Are you truly aware of what it really is you Desire? You go through relationships and most are fully in the ego or linear dimensions of awareness. These at Soul Level are the Agreements that you experience as lessons.
You say you wish the Higher more perfect Union relationship; perhaps Twin Flame. Looking through they eyes of Linear this may seem the answer to all of your seeking.
At Soul level, when you become TRULY you; your Soul embodied as your PRESENCE within the Form you draw to YOU your frequency match of your Soul.
This relationship is not at the linear level. Although all relationships are Soul agreements and planned out, the Experience of Experiencing your ideal frequency match is held only in the vibration of the expanded Soul Awareness. Meaning in practicality of physical form you truly are desiring what resonates with your current frequency. So if you are not near the level of approaching your completion in form, you will be drawing to you “what may seem” as painful lessons in the form of relationships. Those painful lessons are in fact what your Soul Desires to experience and learn from. You may be repeating same past life relationships attempting to go somewhat higher in the advancement of your Soul.
Now I realize I am only touching the surface of this topic. And many of you as I receive your questions are constantly desiring to experience through what appears as the “Other” the Perfect ideal.
Know if what you are experiencing is NOT the ideal, it is in fact something you are learning from and is an agreement in your Soul Blueprint. When the lessons are learned and the frequencies are raised there may be a so-called ending in the Linear which may take many forms as far as the playing out of it in Earth time.
Some of you have been alone and mastering the levels of self-awareness and self-love and have readied yourself for the completion of your form in physicality. Before you may find suddenly the Soul Frequency match you have waited for in time. Know also at Soul level there is never separation.
Some of you have been with your True Love and one has crossed over. Know also there is no distance to the Soul of with Love.
Know you are not alone, you are always Loved and forever held in the Eternal Love that has no bounds and Knows no limits.

Walk-in Soul Exchange
I am writing in response to some personal questions I received about the experience of being a walk-in. I first would like to mention this is NOT about YOU believing that my experience is true or not, I really do not care if you believe me. I do not expect you to fully understand either; it would be next to impossible to relate to all worlds accessed Now if this was not your experience. I do ask you if you are reading this to allow your mind to open to the possibility of other worlds; even better Feel from your Heart what this may mean to you in a physical Body.
It is not news to you that you are an Eternal Soul in a physical body. Most of you get that much; experiencing your truth around this as Direct Knowing is truly what you wish and why PERHAPS my experience may be somewhat appealing. Like a science fiction novel perhaps leading the way to potential new worlds and ways of being that can be accessed Now.
To some of you the Desire may be fully with awareness to connect back to your Source or your God. The name you give to YOUR Eternal Source of Being does not matter and certainly does not matter to you as an Eternal Being. Existence is much more humorous than you May yet realize. One day you will have a very good laugh of How serious you took all of this Play and Drama. Until then continue to hold on tight to your seats; one day you will see the Best Part to Come is very funny indeed.
Every walk in experience is as Unique as Every Soul. Although we are Connected as One we each are a unique individuation of Source.
I was shown and able to re-live that actual moment of the walk-in experience. Faster than the speed of Light I was in the body just as the Soul left. It was a flash of Light and immediate grounding as a landing in consciousness in the physical form. The feeling some of you might relate to is coming back into the body after astral projecting, this is not the same, the sense of moving into the body though may help you reference what this may be like. Or perhaps dreaming you were falling then feeling the landing as a Bang in the physical body because of its density in this dimension. The Landing was Light, and awareness as Light in form was immediate.
The agreement and the Plans for the agreement were ready prior to the moment of Soul exchange. I was sent from Andromeda, and arrived instantaneously. The Agreements are encoded in the Original Blueprints as energy. EVERYTHING that appears physical has its ENERGY Blueprint held in the Center. Everything that is physical including your body has its energy counterpart; encodings held in your Energy Blueprint, Soul Blueprint and Fabric. Your physical body is a projection of the true ENERGY substance of your Soul encodings; if you can sense that, you may be able to develop new reference points while in this 3-d Earth experience that may help you to experience Eternity Now. The agreement was then encoded in the Blueprint (Soul Substance Beyond Form) and the DNA in the physical form immediately began to shift in frequency resonating with the New Soul walk-in as per the Agreement.
The Agreement as an energy contract was completed. I then began a New Walk-in Experience. Not a Soul Exchange. A Full Merge began; an incorporation with all My Existences.
Love to you all Now. Diamond Frequencies of Light Surrounding you Now. You are Loved and Held in Eternity in the One Heart.

Aliens On Earth
Aliens arriving on Earth?? The Aliens are already here my friends. Since the beginning of the creation of the Species Human. There are different views on which combination of DNA the human species were created. Some say Sirius with Annunaki mix, some say other mixes. Either way Humans are a unique species. The first humans made from Source were a created Unique Species. The Angels are another Species. One and on the many species. Prime Creator is a Creator God of the Elohim and a Key Player in the Planning of Worlds and Species. Some may call them the Game Players.
Now for those of you that believe in one God; this does not go against your Beliefs. Above Prime Creator is the Universal Source of all existence, you may prefer to use the name God. On earth because of the male and female polarity there are those holding the female polarity that prefer Goddess. One Source that all originate from and are One with at Soul level.
Does it really matter? If we are all from One Source, We are all part of ONE Eternal Living Source of Being. Those who prefer scientific terms would prefer Zero Point Field; Consciousness in the holographic Field.
You are Consciousness beyond the form and you also are Light and originate from Source.
I am not here to convince you of my truth, if what I say does not resonate with you please look for what you resonate with. My reality is NOT an option and I speak of my Reality as a Being in a body which did not originate through the Normal Human birthing Process. I walked-in from another Galaxy. And if it is your belief that you cannot believe such a thing, please know I am not here to change your beliefs. Love to you and all of YOU. My experience and reality is normal to me. Humans are Fascinating beings that are waking up and realizing they are part of the Whole and One with Source.
The Aliens from other planets have always arrived, some have stayed, and some have walked in human bodies to be here Now. They were around in Atlantis, Egypt, Tibet, as well as dispersed throughout the Planet Now.
Some Alien Beings live inside the Earth, Middle Earth Beings. They are alive and real.
The Angels visit also as well as the Devas and Fairies. They are not that different from some Alien Species.
The frequent Alien species you may have heard of visiting earth are the Greys. They have shared some technology with some governments. They are not “bad” they are most like humans in that they too are shifting out of duality. As well as the reptilian races of Alien. They too are looking forward to the shift and Union.
The Beings called Pleiadians never experienced Duality, they hold Love with Union for all existences and Hold the Blueprints for the Designs in the Central Sun on Alcyone. All Ascended Beings and Masters send their frequencies from there.
Most other Beings NEVER experienced Duality. Almost all are UNION based Frequencies. Just a few species that are merging from the experience of Duality to Perfect Union with Source.
When the majority of the Human Species have shifted their frequencies to Love and Union then all will clearly experience and see all the Loving union with the Star Beings; the Aliens and the Angels. The Earth will not have the same frequency at that time, it will not be like a casual day on Planet earth and stay looking like Planet Earth. There is a frequency shift and ALL will Appear Different to Those Who merge with the Universal and Cosmic Union of Source as Source.
To me they are with me everywhere, the Angels the Fairies and Aliens. The Pleiadians, Andromedans, Arcturians, Alpha Centurians and many other Alien Species have formed an Intergalactic Alliance that has representatives that ALL WORK in UNION with Source and in union with THE shift for the Universe. All galaxies are shifting throughout the Entire Universe.
Earth is a small part of the Universe. Very important, but small in comparison to the Whole.
They are present now, and you will all see clearly when the veil of illusion is lifted from your eyes. Your DNA is being updated constantly with as much frequency as you can hold without damage to your cellular structures. As well as the Crystal Grid throughout planet Earth. There is not a moment that you are not receiving frequencies from Source.
The Earth may seem that it is dying. It is not; it is transforming, Earth is shifting also and preparing.

Manifesting as a Standing Wave
There is so much talk about manifestation via the thought process. Although the Thought process that is usually unconsciously dominant Does create some of what appears as your Reality; it is Your Emotions that are the Dominant force of Vibration in the creation process. Either Harmony or Disharmony with your Blueprint.
The most powerful vibrations are in the Heart frequencies and in the Emotions. The Frequency of Harmony Resonates with the Center and carries the frequency that accesses the Field; manifesting the Highest Destiny for the Life Stream. Harmony is the vibration that activates your DNA with your Original Blueprint.
In states out of Disharmony your DNA is Deactivated. In Harmony your DNA is activated in Union with your Original Blueprint.
You visually see something, experience the emotions; then think about the emotions, labeling them as good, bad or indifferent. The labelling of the emotions through the thought process creates Beliefs that are held in the Cellular memory. Each time an emotion is experienced and reinforced through the thought process, the deeper the patterning in the cellular consciousness.
These patterns and holding in cellular consciousness also activates or deactivates your DNA as well as the patterning in your Blueprint and encodings.
The release of thought patterns triggered through emotions will have a disabling effect on the held Belief in cellular consciousness. Allowing you; the Standing Wave to consciously choose your creations.
Your thoughts can change the patterning of held beliefs. Your thoughts are in response to your emotions.
So what does this all mean in relationship to your day-to-day existence?
If you are held in repeating patterns of emotions and mental reactions then you are Unconsciously CREATING with the frequency of Disharmony. That means you are out of alignment with your Highest Destiny. You are a Standing Wave and the Vibrations you send out always come back to you as your Reality.
If you Exist in the Frequency of the Harmony vibration you align yourself with your Original Blueprint and your Highest Destiny; THE REASON YOU are Here.
Accessing the Vibration and Frequency of Harmony is simple to do, yet challenging to experience.
Being Present in the Moment aligns you with the Frequency that Moves you to Your Center, activates your DNA in alignment with your Orignal Blueprint and DRAWS the Frequency of your DESTINY to you; with Ease and Grace.
Being Present as the Observer, is the Frequency of Harmony. Harmony is your Center. Harmony is Union with you and your Highest Destiny and YOU and The All. Harmony will relinquish the Hold of unconscious cellular programming.
To enter Harmony, enter your Heart and Be Present as often as you can with WHAT IS. Simply observing, Being.
Practise this daily and it will become easier and easier to stay focused in your Center, IN Harmony and Union.
Your Breath is a POWERFUL anchoring tool that will anchor you in the PRESENT MOMENT.
You are a Standing WAVE. You are always creating. Choose consciously WHAT Frequency you are creating From. What is your Frequency as you the Standing Wave?
I am not talking about how High your frequency! Everyone has at their Center the frequency level of their Soul. Every Soul came here to manifest their Highest Destiny. It is only in the Frequency of Harmony and Union that you will Experience the Reason you are Here.
Some may call this Self-Actualization. Some may call this enlightenment. Some may call this shifting in frequency to the 5th dimension. Whatever you want to call it, call it.
My wish for you ALL is that Move into the state of Grace through The frequency of Harmony, and you experience the Union your Soul desires while you are in a body on Earth. A Standing WAVE in Harmony and Union with Source as One with The All.
Love to all of YOU IN Union with the Cosmic Code DNA in Harmony with The All.

Enter the Doorway to Ecstasy in Timelessness
The Perception of Beauty can be experienced through the Heart and through Eyes of the Soul at deeper levels into Eternity.
To open yourself up to greater and greater depths of Beauty, Open your Heart through Stillness. Nature often opening you to stillness reaches you on different levels. To sit with a Sunset, or to Look into the Stars offers a sense of Vastness beyond the Physical through the Awe of the Present Moment. Most people will experience this awakening in the present Moment through Nature.
Some of You it may be your animals that touch your Heart and awaken you to greater Beauty.
Babies also awaken the vastness in Eternity in the Present Moment.
The Sexual Experience of the Orgasm also moves Most people briefly into the awareness of the present Moment, which is Ecstasy.
Does it need to be brief though?
Can YOU enter into the state of awareness which is Like a constant Orgasm throughout your cells on a deeper level? Yes you can.
The Ecstasy of the present Moment experienced in Great Depth Deep Within You, can be accessed and recreated and held in YOUR cellular memory.
So all these great things are wonderful and beautiful. Even if you are Not presently experiencing Beauty you can enter into your memories and recreate the Awareness of Beauty throughout your day.
The perception of Falling in Love is also the awareness of Beauty beyond the Physical.
Moving your awareness into the Timelessness of Beauty awakens you to Greater and Greater Depths of Love and Beauty.
What to do if you are not experiencing Love, or feel you have no Beauty around you?
Can you look into the mirror and see the Beauty of YOU?
Love is experienced as Awe and Beauty in Timelessness. Can you see your Soul in your own Eyes and in the Eyes of Others?
I often have my students look into each others eyes as part of one of my Meditations. The results are always profound.
If you are reading this, Please look into YOUR eyes today in the Mirror. Allow yourself to relax and Look deeper and deeper. Wait, breathe and Look deeper. Have compassion for Yourself and Love while you Look Deep within.
Back to experiencing The State and Awareness of Love and Beauty at all times. More Ecstasy throughout your Day. It may take some practise if you have not been experiencing the awareness of Beauty Daily.
Allow Yourself to experience your Life as Timeless Beauty. Look for the Beauty around YOU and Within You. And Surround yourself with the Awareness of Beauty. If you go through times throughout the Day that you feel are far from Beauty or Ecstasy; remember that sunset; those moments when you experienced Love and Beauty. This is not the Same of thinking of past events; Love and Beauty are Held in the Heart of Timelessness.
The Feeling created through the experience of Being in Love is always the Present Moment Timeless Love of Beauty.
Fall in Love with YOU. Fall in Love with YOUR Life. Fall in Love with Nature; The Stars and the Ocean. Then Fall in Love with All Beings Everywhere. With all Life and All Existences.
Then you Enter to Doorway to Eternity.
Ecstasy Awaits you in Eternal Beauty, Enter Now.
Love to YOU all in Timelessness in Eternity and Beauty.

Predictions of Disclosure Dates
I was recently contacted and asked to make a statement on the Prediction of a Disclosure Date.
It is my understanding that Any Date is POSSIBLE. When the Frequencies are right All things will Shift.
The Pleiadians, Andromedans, Arcturians and the Queen of Light that I work with Closely are NOT giving me a specific DATE.
Being not from Earth, my existence is in Light Frequencies and DNA encodings in the Cosmic Awareness of Union. I am not Earth Focused; although I am here to help with the Universal Codes of Union with the Center for All in the Universe. I am a representative of a Different Time Space continuum that Humans are Shifting to in Union with the Cosmic code.
Your awakening is Not Dependent on a Date of Disclosure, or Disclosure.
The Aliens have been here for a long time since the beginning of the Human Species.
They are Here Now.
Focus on Knowing this within yourself.
Feel your connection to All That is. Stay Focused on Your Heart.

Paramount in The Paradigm Shift
I will begin to write and share my awareness and Knowing through direct experience of the Chakras and the Bodies. I know there are different views of looking at the bodies as well as different names in different systems. I will eventually cover all of them.
Right Now I am receiving questions from people suffering with emotional despair.
I CANNOT emphasize ENOUGH the need for you to Understand THE Following:
THE frequency shift if YOU are NOT in YOUR CENTER will show to you all of YOUR imbalances, as well as bring up all of YOUR Fears.
You are entering a new Paradigm; A NEW WAY of EXISTING.
This requires a NEW focus, awareness and WAY of Being.
It is PARAMOUNT if desiring Ease and Grace that you Stay centered. Stay Focused in Your Heart.
When the Emotional Body is running the show it will move all the chakras and the mental body into DISARRAY. The Functioning in the state of disarray switches gears into the Fight or Flight response. This further deplete the physical body depleting the reserves of prana and the disharmony moves deeper into STRESS states.
By staying in YOUR Center the shifts in frequency can be experienced as EASE and GRACE.
I am not saying this is Easy!!
I am saying it is doable.
Do you want this difficult? or do you wish to shift easily? The choice is yours.
Even though the world may seem to be falling apart around you, if YOU stay centered you will move into greater and greater levels of Peace and Harmony.
I KNOW people and without mentioning names Who go for days listening to my meditations and a day or so not. The Days they listen they feel so much more able to stay in the process of the SHIFT.
The days they do not they can be thrown deeper and deeper into Disharmony.
The Reason for this is the Frequency in my Meditations are the Frequency of Source, of Harmony of the Center. Your Cells and DNA as well as the Subconscious respond to this NEW Frequency. You may experience Vibrations and an awakening. You may see Light. You may experience huge breakthroughs for longer periods of time.
Do not stop. commit to YOU, Yourself shifting with GRACE and EASE.
The Balance of the Emotional Body and the Mental Body in HARMONY and UNION with the Heart CENTER, will Move you through This Shift in Frequency and Allow you to Enter the New Paradigm of Being with Grace and Ease.
