Someone just asked me how do you move from years of Sadness to a state of Bliss.
Start by realizing YOU are not the sadness. Spend time in Silence or meditation connecting to the REAL YOU that is Bliss at the Highest Level.

Your Existences
So many people ask me does it matter if they remember or know their past existences on earth and on other dimensions. Each person and situation and existences are unique. Considering there is no time it gets tricky for humans on earth how to understand the concepts around existences.
If you had past lives on earth and you have released and healed energy associated with them, then most likely it is not imperative you remember. If you accomplished something significant and are here to bring it forward again then yes. All this is in your encodings.
If you have existences on other planets some of you will remember as it may be significant to bring the awareness of the Frequency here Now. Things are always revealed in the perfect timing and are unleashed from the Galactic Center.
As you awaken your DNA encodings then all will be revealed to you and Your Blueprint and Life Plan.

DNA and Cosmic Codes
We are Approaching the New Golden Age of Enlightenment. Your DNA is Activating with the Profound shift in the Planetary Grid and the Cosmic Codes of Enlightenment throughout the Universe. The Queen of Light Holds the Universe in the Cosmic Codes of Love and Union.
When you reincarnated to this Earth Plane you were sent forth with all encoding in your DNA. In Your Life Plan there are encodings that activate and wake up as you continue on Your Journey. Many of you are finding yourself on Your Life Path and are on the fast track to enlightenment.
The Factors influencing your DNA are many. Your thoughts, emotions and your choices all influence your DNA and the awakening or non awakening to your Original Plan Blueprint. You are an encoded Program of Consciousness feeling your way to YOUR next level of expanded Consciousness.
The awakening of your Original Blueprint DNA and Your Union with the Cosmic Codes is the reason you are here. There are many levels to this and all Blueprints are a unique individuation of Source Frequency. You are a DNA encoded Blueprint awakening to Experience Your own awareness of Yourself.
The Frequency of Harmony and Love aligns you with Union of your Own Awakening. Harmony is experienced through present moment awareness. Life events are triggered to take place based on how far or how close you are to your Orignal Plan and Blueprint.
Activating the consciousness of the persons DNA and Blueprint awakens The consciousness to the next level. There may be a series of events that wish to be played out in the Life Design. All the external happenings show up to move The consciousness to get access to the next level. You are a DNA encoded consciousness expanding and awakening to your next level.

The Vision was Always Held
Love to You All Now from the Center. Open your Hearts to receive the Brilliant Diamond Light that is forever flowing to you in Eternity. Eternity is drawing her to you in Union with Divine Love. The Queen of Light holds the Universe as a Mother holds her child. She is the Mother of the Universe.
The Love is always flowing from the Center; Holding you, drawing you to your Center. Can you feel this Now.
Breathe in this Love into all of your Cells and feel the Divine Love that has always been flowing to you Now.
Eternity has NEVER stopped. It is All Flow. It is All Love. It is all Grace. It always is and always will be.
Love transforms. The Vision was always Held! It is released Now from the Center. Feel this Now.

Embodied Presence
The Body is your Friend in Your Awakening!
It is easy in the frequency of the earth to have your consciousness on points of reference outside the body. On my Journey as a Yoga and Spiritual Teacher I have found most people want to go up and up and expand. I help them to first see they are not Here yet. They are at their jobs, or their past or their future. I Help them to get “inside” themselves. The Gateway is here in the present moment through the Body.
Be Present Now. Then the expanded awareness you wish to experience yourself AS; Becomes You.
The essence of the physical nature of the body also shifts as the Cells hold more Light Consciousness.
If your focus is continually on those things outside of yourself you become Less and Less aware of yourself as a Spiritual Being. You become Less present in the awareness of Your True Nature.
Embodied Presence is Enlightenment in a physical body. Consciousness Fully awake and Present in your physical Body. I suggest you become more aware of your own breathing. Listening to any of my meditations will shift your awareness to the Present Moment inside your body. Feel deeply when you feel. Sense deeply when you sense. Become alive with your Love.
You are Loved and Held in Eternity. Feel this Love for you Now. Feel this inside your body anywhere. Be present and expand into the body sensations.

Release Fear Consciously
Love to You All in the Now!
As the frequencies INCREASE so will the RELEASE and the awareness of fears; appearing as dreams, situations and thoughts. My suggestion to you if YOU are experiencing moments of fear, is this: Write out all your thoughts of fear including situations and dreams you are experiencing including those about your future and your past. Do NOT judge yourself about having them. You are releasing yourself from the frequency of Duality. Then safely burn the list. You will be making a Conscious connection with your subconscious and superconscious mind of YOUR Awareness you can NOW let those fears Go! After burning your list, listen to the Heart Frequency meditation or simply relax and FEEL Love. Let me know how you are doing after this!

End of Suffering
Do you Feel the Love this morning in Your Heart?
What if you felt this Love so Much, it was all you Began to see everywhere? And what if all the Situations that appeared as Ego Based around you Began to appear Different. What would change for YOU?
All Humans have been immersed in suffering. That is what all HUMANS have in common. You can give the Suffering titles; Churches, Governments, Money, Illness, Relatives, Enemies, etc. But in truth it is all just suffering, an experience of Separation.
The END of suffering for all humans is upon us all. It is the Return to Love. And it truly Begins with YOU. Can you handle this much Love? Will you move to this Place of Grace with a tremendous Heart Opening? Will you Receive this Now?? The Unconditional Love that merges you in UNION is what you have searched for.
Can you begin to be filled with so much Love for yourself that you Become Free? Free from self Judgement, free from condemnation. Returning to the Love that has always been yours and has Never left YOU is Present Now for YOU in this Moment.
The Queen of Light Surrounds the Universe in Diamond Light frequencies of the Highest Love and Grace for YOU Now. Open your Heart to receive this Love.
The eyes of Love that you Are wish to experience this shift through YOU. Awaken to the Highest Love. Feel this Now. It is Eternity Present for you Now. You are always held, always Loved, in Eternity. Feel this Now.

Frequency of Harmony
When you are Living in the Present Moment you Begin to Center yourself in Your Heart. You then Begin to experience everything through the Eyes of Source. You feel the Harmony that is always present within You. Your thoughts become Source. Your Actions become Source. Your Desires are Source. Life then Becomes moment to moment Ease and Grace.
You may be asking yourself, why am I not there? Why am I struggling with life? Experiencing one Drama after the Other.
All is Frequency. In the Frequency of Harmony; being centered in Our Hearts, we STEP out of Ego Consciousness, and move into Source Consciousness. Ego consciousness creates Disharmony. Ego consciousness means struggle.
Most people do not like the word Ego. The moment it is mentioned if one is not in their Heart a defensive reaction is set in motion, fight or flight. Why?
All Reactions and Actions are Based on Frequency.
The dominant Brain Centered responses (ego) are the Frequency of Disharmony. The ego creates Stress, confusion. Ego is the Frequency of Disharmony.
The Dominant Heart Centered Frequency is Harmony. Harmony creates present moment awareness. Harmony is the Flow of ease and grace. Heart Centered awareness is Harmony.
How do you go from point A. Ego Consciousness to point B. Heart Centered Awareness. You Begin to Notice your Very Own Self. You Begin to Observe yourself. You also begin to spend time with Yourself Daily without distractions; where you can enter into your own heart.
If you feel Harmony for a while then suddenly Disharmony, KNOW this is a Frequency Shift. KNOW you have Moved from Heart Centered Awareness to Ego consciousness. Observe yourself. How your moods and experiences may shift throughout your day. Make a to Do List that SAYS: I will Watch Myself All Day Long today and NOTICE my Frequency Shifts. Keep the To Do List with you. Post reminders! Do this everyday. BEGIN this moment; today, to Observe Yourself.
You will soon see clearly when you Change Frequencies. Everyone desires Coherency; Harmony. Once you recognize Disharmony you will move quickly to Harmony.

Walking in All Worlds
When we are Present we Open up to All That Is.
When I walk by a river I see the Sprites and they talk to me. Angels walk by my side. Beings from Other Planets visit me. Crystals they talk to those that can hear them. The Dolphins they surround me . All Worlds are here Now. In linear there is “The Beyond”. All That Is is Here Now.
There is nowhere I am Not as All is Here Now.
Although it may seem you are on Earth, this is just a small part of Your True Being.
All the Worlds, all the Beings, are Here Now. There is true Magic in everyday existence all around YOU Now. It is all Play.
When we are in the Present Moment we Connect with all That Is in the Now.
Everything is Fluid and Flowing in the Now. All is Here Now. There is No separation.
Vibrate at the frequency of Union. Be Love. Be Harmony Now.
