Surrender; The Coherent Frequency of Harmony.

Ahhhh what is this Surrender thing anyway????

What does this conjure up within YOU? Yes you…Does it feel if you do so…Fully surrender you will lose all?

Are you willing to let GO of all of your mental concepts…of what you are to do..who you are..what you have accomplished..and ARRIVE at a Place of Pure Being?

That includes letting go of Your Past…and letting go of the stranglehold you may have on “How” your future should look..  Will you do this? I mean really, be honest with yourself Now.

After all, it is ONLY in the letting go and surrendering that “Destiny” can arrive for you.

And why is this?

Destiny happens when you are in complete alignment with your Soul while in form…in your body..that includes your Cellular Consciousness and DNA.. It is a Frequency.

So How do you surrender?

Begin to SEE yourself…Notice your actions and  reactions and the thoughts and limited beliefs you have held for a very long time, unconsciously.

Bring them to the Light of Your Awareness, this process alone..will help you become aware of what is truly going on..in this thing called your incarnation, and show HOW you are in FACT creating this..your Reality; the mirror.

Do a “Spring Cleaning” if you would, and remove them with Grace and Ease. The Ease is in the observing…not trying..NO TRYING!

Then Stay focused on Your Heart, your Breath and Being in Harmony. Notice I said focus.

Harmony is the Coherent Frequency of Being when  all of your bodies are in Perfect Alignment; mental, emotional and physical. 

Stay in Harmony!!

If your mental, emotional and physical bodies are out of alignment..LISTEN TO MY FREQUENCY TRANSMISSIONS. They will align your bodies and bathe your Cells and DNA in Divine Love, Union and HARMONY.

I will keep this simple. Observe yourself..your actions and thoughts and beliefs..do NOT TRY to change them, simply observe…let go…then ALIGN…with your Heart…your breath..and then simply Stay in the Alignment and the Coherent Frequency of Harmony.

Is it that simple?

Yes..

Can you do this?

Will you?

Remember your Sacred Presence. The Presence that you ARE Now…has always been and always will be. Is with you Now. My words activate your Knowing and awareness.

Feel the Love flow through you, in all things..Every moment…as if every moment is the Sacred Union with your Beloved in the Here and Now..Now.and Now.

This is Pure Surrender..you Flow, You Are..You allow..Every Moment Sweet Surrender..Now this will be easy in the areas of Natural Love and flow..nature, Sacred sex. In those areas that are still “appearing” as the response to your previous frequency..SURRENDER also…

Surrender all of this in HARMONY…and then as You allow…and surrender.. Your Reality, your Creations..will appear as the great BEAUTY and Sacredness of Divine Union that you (they) are, and that is DESTINY…

Your Highest in Union then cannot help but show up for YOU, Now..as all is Frequency. Your Reality is your Frequency.

This Full Moon in Virgo helps with the process of your  Alchemical Transfiguration with cleansing and purifying your mind, body and spirit.

To Know Yourself. This your incarnation. As the Moon incarnates into You.

Will this full Moon be the Dance into Greater Drama or into Ease of Pure Being?  Will you be True to You.  Do you know at your core what you came to earth to do.  Is it as simple as aligning into wholeness, into the Great Union on all levels.

Embrace your Uniqueness this Full Moon. Embrace the Light of Your Soul. Bring this into your body, into VERY physical Reality, right here right Now reality of the Eternal Moment.

Your Uniqueness does not vanish..when you merge into Greater Union and Being. You BECOME you More FULLY. Have you become? Are you Being? Are you honouring the Purity and Sacredness of who You are..Cherish the Light of Your Own Soul.

Do you prepare for the New Moons and Full Moons?  The New Moon is the beginning of  a  New Cycle in Energy and Frequency and This Frequency Builds up to and including The Full Moon. 

Each New Moon and Full Moon holds a unique Frequency, when tapped into consciously, these cycles will be of great benefit for you and your life and to those around you.

This Full Moon (and the next New Moon) if you are a Lover of Nature and Crystals, Take them out and wash them lovingly. If you have personal meditation crystals make notes on How and When  you programmed and reprogrammed them!

Too many crystals programmed in a personal way without deep connection to them and without conscious remembering will lead to non clear results.

Working with crystals forever, and remembering all the crystals I programmed in Atlantis for here now, has been very beneficial for NOW as the crystals hold their frequency and Love throughout all time and space.

Sometimes the “Beings” in Crystals are obvious.  Angels and Fairies in Devic Crystals also enhance your Deeper Connection to Nature and Moon Cycles. I have many of Beings in my crystals, including Pyramids, Merkabahs and Ancient Symbols.

If you cannot see clearly the Being in your Crystals, Know they are there. Each Crystal has its own Spirit or Deva.

I have helped many who did not feel anything from their crystals BEGIN to connect with The Crystals Deva, or Spirit.

The New Moon and Full Moon are good times to clean and prepare your crystals.

This is a Great way to Honour the Moon Cycles and the Natural Rhythms in Nature.

The Full Moon may also be a great time To Look Back and if need be, Reprogram some of the crystals that you may have forgotten about or to simply Infuse the crystals with powerful Full Moon Frequencies.  Cleanse and restore them and clearly pick the most special crystal to you and program it, spend time with it and get to know it on a personal level.

Not all crystals love the sun, some love the moon more.  All Quartz crystal Love the sun and the moon.

Wash some crystals, and sit with them One at a time as close as possible to the exact time of the New Moon, or Full Moon and sit quietly holding your crystal.

Listen to the Sound of your crystal, hold it up to your ear.

Breathe in and out and center yourself.

Focus on your Heart.

Focus on the want and wish you have that is in alignment with the current New Moon or Full Moon. This Full moon in Virgo Represents Knowing you and Being True to You. Knowing what you came to earth to do. It is all about the wholeness, the Union on all levels.

Focusing clearly ~ Breathe Your desire into your crystal several times through your Breath. Breathe on our crystal. Do not rush this part. Then holding the Point if there is one into the palm of your non dominant hand ( the hand you do not write with) and  turn the point of the crystal in slow clockwise circles (slowly) till you feel the crystal tighten. When it tightens stop.

Then hold your crystal up to your ear and you will hear a higher pitched tone once programmed. If you do NOT, simply repeat above and Turn the Point slowly once again.

To deprogram  a crystal Focus on releasing the Program and Begin the  procedure above  EXCEPT turn the crystal counter-clockwise.  Allow your crystal a break before programming.    Listen to the New Sound of the Crystal.

Then stay close to your crystal or crystals. Love them.  Make notes and INCLUDE  the date of the Programming or Reprogramming.

Know that crystals are Loving Beings. They really are alive. They have a Sacred Deva or spirit. If they seem dormant it is only because perhaps they were in boxes in the dark for a while. Show them love and care. As you Love them, they open up in Love and respond.

Prepare for Each Full Moon and New Moon.

Acknowledge the Moon and the Frequency it holds for you as the Sacred Rhythm of Nature itself.

Surround your Home in Higher frequencies. Play my Frequency Transmissions overnight and throughout the day.  Your space will hold the Higher Frequencies of Love and Union.

Above All, Love yourself.  Stay In Harmony.

This is the Perfect time to focus on Harmony, Union and Love.

Following the Natural Cycles and Rhythms are always highly beneficial ~ during the Mercury Retrograde ~ is conducive to embrace  your inner processes.

Focus NOW in Inner Harmony, Not on Outer Circumstances.

Mercury Retrograde occurs  3 times a Year and Lasts approx. 3.5 weeks. This current Mercury Retrograde begins February 23rd – March 17th, 2013.

Focus During this Mercury Retrograde On YOU.

How are you doing emotionally? mentally? physically? Look deep within yourself and then deeper.

Focus and check your Frequency. Are you in Harmony? are you remembering your Breath? Are you present within your Body..

This Retrograde Assists you in YOUR inner depth of Focus. Embrace this time as a Friend. A Friend who gently keeps guiding you back to YOU.

Outward Focus and Outward success are  not Promoted during the Mercury Retrograde. That is why you hear or have experienced so many things not working out well “outwardly” during this time.

I Have experienced most things work out with GREATER EASE during the Retrograde! Why is that?  Because I function from Deep within.

This is great practise for YOU!! Allow yourself to move, breathe and BE  from your “inner stillness” that place of allowing and Pure Being. Then you will find this is a great time for you on Many levels. And a Great Practise.

And what Greater Practise? To always be in Harmony, flowing and Pure Being.

Mercury Retrograde takes you gently, or not so gently..over and over into inner Awareness..if you simply Allow.

Below are some practical suggestions for you during  the Mercury Retrograde.

The Planet Mercury although appears moving backwards during the Mercury Retrograde,  is not. Mercury is slowing down in its elliptical orbit around the Sun and as The Earth continues to spin on its Axis.  The Planet Mercury looks as if it is moving backwards.

There are known Psychological effects during this time. The Benefit to knowing and observing the rules of the road during Mercury Retrograde will help you get the most out of this time period in your life and help you to avoid the pitfalls.

Mercury governs communication and communication devices;  computers, printing, telephone, and transportation.

It would be best if POSSIBLE to avoid during Mercury Retrograde any repairs that involve communications and transportation, etc. As well as avoiding making any decisions that involve communication and new agreements.  During Mercury Retrograde things repaired often need repeating.

While planning  repairs Choose if  possible to AVOID Mercury Retrograde. If an  emergency comes up, of course YES go ahead and repair!

It would be helpful to slow down your speech and writing speed.  Take more quiet time and continue with projects you have already begun. Allow humour into your DAY as you see the Glitches that may happen during this cycle.

Master the Constant Frequency of Harmony within You, and all will Simply Flow with Ease.

Remember  it is Paramount during the Mercury Retrograde to embrace YOUR INNER Focus.

Entering “Eternity Now” is the Highest Destiny.

You entering Destiny; Eternity Now. This is your Highest Destiny. How to get access to that Now, how to enter, is what I will share with You here.

So many are reaching, holding, grasping and resisting what is…they are literally blocking the codes of awakening to their Highest Destiny.

Delaying the Desire of the Soul for Union.

No wonder you are always searching?

Searching is not the way my friends.

Aligning is; WITH WHAT IS – ALREADY.

Eternity exists Beyond time. Eternity exists before time began and continues long after time ends. You can feel that in those Sacred Moments, those glimpses…those places you long to always be.

All the Plans for YOU as your Soul are  in Your Design Before Time began; in Eternity. Your Highest Destiny was also created in that Timeless state of Being, in and through your Eternal Soul.

So how to get access to Eternity Now, your Highest Destiny Now, and Know that it has Arrived and Arriving.

First, what is Highest Destiny. Highest Destiny is always about Union. Your Soul Longs for this perfect Union. This is About  You arriving in the Perfect Alignment with you and your Soul while in Form on Planet Earth.

So how to get access to this? this perfect Union, to live fully in the Desire and Longing of your Soul, as Union itself. And if One has a Soul Twin on Earth, this includes that perfect Union, that already exists Now.

As you stay in the Allowing and unfolding Way of Being; your Highest Destiny cannot help but arrive and  land on Planet Earth. This allowing and unfolding always includes Harmony…this state of Being and  Aligns YOU with Your Soul in Eternity.

Instead of seeing life’s hardships as lessons, why Not Embrace the Knowing, that it is Alignment that is taking shape, taking place, for the Arrival and Arriving of Your Destiny. Fully Embrace this Now; and see what happens.

No thing Wrong, no thing to Change…Accepting, Having  patience…Allowing…AS  the VERY “FOUNDATION ITSELF” THAT ALLOWS YOU TO MAINTAIN THE ABILITY  to STAY in Your Alignment. 

Please read that again, and again, Really let it sink in Please. Have YOU?

Could it really be that simple?  The original Plan of Alignment?

The letting go of needing to figure out, of deciding how it should look, the ending of judgement, and the release of  the need to control the PROCESS OF GETTING OUT OF THE WAY, is what I am talking about.   I mean completely out-of-the-way! Your Soul will accept no thing Less!

When you are living in that space, having patience, allowing, being in Harmony; Destiny Arrives, it simply shows up!

How can it NOT?

You are then in complete Harmony, Union and Alignment with your Souls Highest Destiny. It is Alignment with what is! Eternity is Now. You accessing Eternity Now while in Form. All those in a Body on Planet Earth are here for this Perfect Union, the greatest Alignment.

Merging Beyond time, Into Time.. NOW and NOW!!!!  Do you hear Me? Do you  Really?

Some of you are there, some of you are almost there and some of You are beginning to enter. Take my hand and feel my Love. I am an eternal Being who arrived on Planet Earth to help you with Great Love and Ease; merge into YOUR UNION.

Can you feel me. You can bypass your mind and the reactions that have etched their way into your subconscious. More on that soon, in my Teaching Series..

I see “dead” people.  

Well you know there are no dead people.

There is No veil. Your Beliefs, your frequency create your reality. That is the Mirror. What you believe and vibrate to is YOUR reality.

So what am I really talking about here?

The Ability to communicate with Beings, Souls, Angels in other dimensions beyond the frequency of  Planet Earth. This also includes the ability to not be limited by time, as there really is no time. Moving and merging beyond time and space NOW.

I  walk in Atlantis and my temple now.  I  visit M51 where I also exist over 20 million Light years away. How is this possible?

Why is this?

After walking in, I spent some time at a person’s place with someone I knew from school. Upon arriving, I saw in the corner of One Room a Being, a woman dressed in a summer dress, polka dots, and her left hand raised from the elbow up on Fire.

Now things like this were not new to me, telling people and their responses WERE.

I immediately mentioned to the young man at the house, did someone just cross over?

He immediately started to cry. After a VERY short time, asked people to leave. Then the next day by the young mans Mother, who asked if I would mind coming over for  a visit.

No, problem. Once arriving she led me to the Kitchen table and had a large Photo album in front of her, Closed.

She asked me all the details, what she looked like, what she was wearing, all about the arm from the elbow up I saw on fire.  After  a little while, she opened her photo album. She turned to page after page…she showed me HER, and wearing that same dress, her favourite, exactly as I saw her!

She then said now, look closely at these pictures! Notice how in every picture, here one arm from the elbow up is either covered or held behind her Back!

I did.

When she was little, her arm from the elbow up burned badly in a fire.  She always hid it.

The woman then started to cry, she was happy that her Mother was around and alive, despite her physical death three weeks earlier.

For many years, everywhere I went, to a grocery store, in the line-ups the cashiers would have some loved one by them, asking me to relate messages to them, and I did for many years.

I also would hear everyone’s thoughts, and believe me, you do not WANT to know everyone’s thoughts. How their energy and words do NOT match their thoughts.

I also would suddenly know everything about them, their entire life and their past lives.

When I meet people now, shortly after I usually have visions. A short example, meeting a woman a couple of years ago, suddenly in the room, I am in Atlantis and see her there with me and REMEMBER her. Then back to here.

Shall we enter the other Worlds my Beloved?

The worlds we bravely dreamt of.
Where we enter the endless Void ~ that draws us eternally ~ to our Being, that lives as forever One.

Immersed in breathtaking ecstasy, feeling us.

We are pure awareness and surrender, submerged deep in the flow,
the other worlds, so very real, that we breathe and know.

The primal dance of long ago, you and I.

As we initiate ancient rituals.

We flow in passionate fire, pure naked HOLY desire.

Our sacred Heaven lives in our giving and receiving,
the pureness of who we are.

Held embraced in our Divine wisdom; the key to full surrender, the primal power that floods the Ocean of our Soul.

Forever Liquid Light.

I bow within the altar of my heart, deep within, merged in beatific glory, in holy union.

What will be will flow and flow,  kindled in the flame of our eternal love.

Included in this Post is a Process for releasing Fear consciously. My Presence is also with you in this writing as encoded Frequencies for You and your transformation.

Please read this fully ONCE before moving into the Process. Then choose a quiet place and time, giving yourself at least 15 minutes to complete the Process.

To the Deepest Darkest recesses of Your Mind?

The Place where all those unconscious Fear are hidden, the ones you avoided to feel deeply.

If I hold your hand are you willing? If my presence was with you would it be easier?

Well I am here with you. I feel you Now and all of you who will ever read this. Feel me with you.

Look deep into your own fears.

Imagine you are in the Arms of Your Lover..(maybe your favourite lover) in a Loving Pure Embrace.

A time when you felt fully embraced in the Presence of Love. Held in Eternity. These are moments. Remember a moment.

Feel yourself  fully present, Loved and filled with Passion..Stay there..

Take some Breaths. Slow Deep Breaths.

Stay there for a few minutes.

Fully Present, Feeling your Breath, Love and aware of Your Heart Space. I do mean your Physical Heart Area.

Focus. Relax, Breathe and Feel Deeply.

Breathing and focusing in on Your Heart Space..filling yourself with the awareness of Love.

Continue.

Now I am with you.

Now Allow a recurring FEAR that you have avoided to face come up within your mental awareness.

WHILE staying focused on your Heart and Breath. Body still bathed in Love awareness.

Feel your Fear Deeply..if visions of the Worst case scenario show up – let it flow and FEEL Deeply your Fear – While Still Feeling your Breath, Your Heart Awareness and the Fear.

You are Feeling the Fear…maybe the physical responses in your Body..adrenaline…the breath may want to change. STAY Breathing consciously..slowly and Deeply AWARE of your Physical Heart Space.

Continue a little longer, Hold as long as you can.

Stay Present.

Now Please do this with One Major Fear at a time.

Observe The Level of Fear Prior to doing this and Afterwards. Fears RELEASE consciously through the Maintaining of Harmony and Love in the PRESENCE of Your Fears consciously.

Fears remain hidden in the Darkness of the Unknown till you consciously embrace them as You Would Your Lover.
