The Sea of Light Breathing
You as Light., are made of Light.
This world as you know it is also made of Light. Everything is Light energy, interacting within Light Energy. Photons with Photons. Light with Light.
Sense this now, within your Heart. You in a Sea of Light, as Light.
Swirling, interacting with Light, everywhere.
Breathe it in through Your Heart and breathe it out through your Heart, light in, Light out.
Now notice, that as you breathe the light in and out, it is One.
There is no difference between the Light that you breathe into your Heart and the Light you Breathe Out from your Heart
This is you in the Sea of Light.
In the Center of the Sea of Light, is the core of you, you as Golden liquid Light.
Now draw each breath from the Center, into your Heart and as you exhale, exhale back into the center.
Notice how this Light stays the same, within you and outside of you, the same Light. Continue taking your breaths drawing from the center of the Sea of Light on your Inhales, and exhale back into the Center of the Sea of Light.
You are One with the Center of the Sea of Light. You are in the center, part of it, and you draw from it, with every breath. Feel the ecstasy of this, now. In the Center of the Sea of Light, enveloped within this Light at the Center, is Love, Ecstasy, Joy and Bliss.
Breathe this in and Out. Notice how you are not separate from this Center Sea of Light, that is Love, Ecstasy, Joy and Bliss. Practise this consciously, as often as you can throughout your day.
You will soon find your conscious awareness, conscious of you in the Center, breathing from the center and back into it. You will consciously recognize, bliss, joy, love and ecstasy are a part of you. This Light that is Love, Joy, bliss and Ecstasy is Light and you are not separate from it.
You are in it and it is inside you. There is NO Separation.
