Looking into a Mirror, what do you see? This is your self-image.

Look into the mirror naked, and what do you see. And even more importantly, what are you saying about this image. As you look at what you see, notice your thoughts and emotions.

Are you Being Loving? Is this a Healthy self-image you are living with? Spend time with this, daily. Until you have transformed your self-image. This is not about tallying up all that you have done good or bad. Or deciding if you match what you want to look like.

Loving yourself completely, becomes the TRUE Honest reflection of the INNER you, that is LOVED.

Love the parts of you that are not loving “you” and that are not compassionate, and judges yourself and others, based on the status quo.

When you look in the mirror and only feel love and you only SEE Love, Divine Love, then you have a 5th Dimensional Self Image, that is a self-image, based on self-love.

You cannot receive love from another if you do not love and accept yourself. As it is you, deep within you, that decides to love what is (or not) and no one else can give you the feeling you desire, that is, to feel loved, if you do not feel this LOVE within you first. Likewise, you cannot love another, if you do not love yourself. 

Love in the present moment. Love is in the present moment. Love is being present.

Feel good about yourself.

Make peace with yourself.

Make peace with your self-image.

Transform your self-image, to be the Loving 5th Dimensional You. That Loves You.

Be the Transformed You, that NOW Loves. That has let go of, if I get this or that, if I look like this or that. Let GO and LEARN to Love yourself.

As PURELY as you desire to be LOVED. (There is no faking love)
