Hopefully by now you had added some colours and natural items in your surroundings. Some of you may have updated your altar or created your first one. Remember everything is frequency and your surrounding vibrate as well.

The rituals I suggest here are not some sort of magical incantations. The “sacredness” that you long for is within you. So I will suggest some daily rituals that will help you to tune into the very source of sacredness itself.

Waking UP

When you first wake in the morning, begin your day from your heart. “I am filled with frequencies of Love, and my day will be beautiful, my surroundings sacred, and the connection to my heart fulfilling” Please do not say the words quickly, try to slowly say and feel the words.

Going About Your Day

Begin each new task with your breath. Instead of multitasking, pause and take a breath between each new activity you pursue. “I am connected deeply with my breath in all I do”.

Showering

Feel the energy of water permeate your being. Feel deeply, breathe and be present with the water. “I am thankful for the blessings of this water, My heart and Soul are Sacred”

Walking

Feel each step as if it was your first step. Breathe deeply and feel the sun shine upon you. “I am filled with sunlight my Heart is so Blessed”

Going To Sleep

Take a few minutes to lay down before complete exhaustion. Lay there and feel your breath, focus deeply on your breath. “As I slip from one level of consciousness to another I am held in the arms of Angels”

All this may sound to simple or easy. If you focused on becoming more aware and present with these rituals your sense of yourself and your Heart will increase. If you forget that is ok. Intend to remember. And when starting something new it is always beneficial to write when you start and keep track of your experiences a long the way!

Creating Sacred space can be a fun activity and even feel like a celebration. Why not make it special? and sacred to you. Almost like a ritual or incorporate ritual into the process.

Creating an altar is very Sacred, and one does not need to be religious to do so. The focus of intention is what this is all about, which includes you developing a closer relationship to your Soul. So choose the colours, and your focus! Is it healing? is it developing closer relationships? or new ones? You decide your focus. In a the third part to “Creating Sacred Space” I will include some rituals. For now begin with your altar, creating it Special for YOU.

So find a special place, could be your dresser, or a simple spot and begin to create your focus there. Add some colours that add to your intention, as I mentioned in part 1.

Now we will focus on crystals. I could write books and books just on crystals, and may begin to do that. So many of you are becoming interested in crystals. I remember my time in Atlantis and my temple which included working closely with crystals. They are powerful, so a word of caution, know what you are doing and never under-estimate the power and influence crystals may have on you and those arround you.

Quartz crystal is perhaps the most thought of crystal when I speak of crystals, however there are literally thousands of type of rocks and crystals that carry specific energy. How to use them is what this is about. The crystal to choose for your altar is important. I will explain briefly.

Quartz crystal, milky or clear increases energy. If however someone is overactive in some area that they are clearing, this is not the crystal of choice. As it will increase the energy surrounding the intention.

The colour of the crystal has an impact of the energy associated with it, but that is NOT the only influence to consider. Each crystal has a spirit connected with it, a blueprint. And each piece of the same Type of crystal is also very different. Just like I see every persons Original Blueprint is different so is each piece of crystals energy unique. Respect your crystal, even if you cannot feel its spirit, that is the beginning of opening yourself up to the energy that is already there in the crystal.

Programming your crystal I will write about on another post. For now if your choice of intention is to increase the energy surrounding your intention choose clear quartz crystal. Spend some time with your crystal washing it before placing on your altar.

Some basic crystals and their main energy:

Quartz crystal: increase in whatever form of intention the crystal owner has, or in energy in general.

Smoky quartz: clearing, which includes the potential healing reaction from this crystal.

Citrine: Clearing, increase and joy.

Turquoise: higher heart, inner power.

Black tourmaline: protection, clearing.

Rose Quartz: softening of the heart, also releasing of heart issues..

So remember the above, if you are in a situation where you are experiencing increased thoughts or heartaches a certain type of crystal may increase those very same symptoms. So choose carefully. I will write more in-depth information on crystals soon.

Have fun! Celebrate your life with an altar, a focus of your intention! Choose the colours and crystals carefully!

Everything is energy. You, your surroundings, even what you may believe are inanimate objects. Since all is energy, everything vibrates at a frequency. Sending out waves of frequency is not only what you do, but also all the people and all the objects do in your surroundings.

Look around your space right now. What colours do you see? What objects? Do they have meaning for you? When the people, objects, and things around you have personal meaning to you, then can potentially uplift your frequency.

Has your Intention for your life changed? Have your priorities shifted? If so, have you UPDATED your surroundings? This can mean different things to do different people. If your main focus and intention is for health, placing objects around you that represent health to you will begin to uplift your frequency towards greater health. Try adding to your surroundings some healthy plants, flowers, and or crystals and then notice the difference. Experiment and play with this!

Also consider the prominent colours in yours surroundings. Red will boost vitality. Orange will boost creativity. Yellow and Gold will boost motivation. Green will boost energy of Love and help open your Heart Chakra. Turquoise will boost unconditional love, for yourself and others. Cobalt blue will boost your intuition. And violet purple will expand your awareness to all things spiritual. These colours hold a frequency in themselves. Consider also the colours of the foods you eat and your clothing.

So start with Colour and add some natural items that hold meaning to you. Begin today.

Miracles, What are they?

The most frequent comment I hear about Miracles is that they are a rare occurrence and only happen when absolutely needed such as life and death emergencies. And although those miracles stand out with great drama, they do begin to question the view of everyday reality to those that witness those events.

Let’s examine briefly what miracles are currently believed to be. Most people believe they are events that occur that do not fit or follow the “normal rules” of the way earth reality exists. They usually include one or more of the following, visions, healing or manifestation.

Most people on earth also currently believe they are from an outside force, separate from themselves. So they pray, ask, and hope for miracles. As if it is beyond them.

I see miracles every day. I see transformation in front of my eyes. So to me miracles are not only common, but easy to manifest. Why? I know within myself I am one with all existence, One with Source which is the creative power that creates, manifests and forms reality.

What if all experiences that have manifested that appear to need a miracle, are in fact based in a reality that believes miracles are not possible? What if the frequency of creation and knowing all realities are possible can create any reality? One in fact where the situation needing a miracle never did exist. A miracle simply being a change in frequency creating a new desired reality based on all possibilities.

You may call this a reality shift..a shift to another frequency where that reality includes never experiencing the need for a miracle.

I know this brings up so many questions. What about children, innocent people, etc?

We are all consciousness and before your life on planet earth you made an agreement to be here. This agreement and plan is held in your Original Blueprint. So you carry an encoding in your DNA that carries all your past experiences and also your current awareness of the reality you believe in. All of you had the intention to remember your true self. That you are Source. To wake up and remember.

Life appears not always easy. And many times in the drama it feels too difficult and real to even desire to continue on the path of original intention made by you your Soul.

The great news is the energy of Miracles is available today. Miracles are the frequency that bypasses the reality that was created to a new reality MORE in alignment with your original blueprint and the agreements and intentions you originally made as your Soul before your sojourn to earth.

Not too long from now Miracles on planet earth will be common place, the New reality, the New World will simply be in alignment with all original Blueprints, including that of Planet Earth. We all simply shift to a reality in consciousness where this is so.
