CORE 3D Programming consists of
BELIEFS in:
 
1. They have harmed me
2. I have harmed others
3. I have the power to change others and or/ need to change others
4. That deaths are random acts
5. That there is NO Higher Power orchestrating MONUMENTAL shifts and events on Earth (including what humans call death)
6. I am a victim
7. They are victims
These beliefs are the cause of suffering along with resistance to letting go of those beliefs and attachments to the suffering process.
 
With NO resistance and NO attachments we live in freedom and
as if by magic ~ Voila! Change instantly happens ~ as it is consciousness that is always CREATING reality!!
The consciousness that creates your reality is a frequency and includes the frequency of your thoughts, emotions, your actions and your beliefs. As well as the hidden baggage of fear, held in the subconscious mind, and the resistance to facing this.
These frequencies create HOW you experience your reality. 

SO let us be conscious of this programming and LIVE outside of the 3D beliefs and mass consciousness.

As it is through the heart that one knows all truth.

It is the eternal SOUL and life plan ~ through reincarnation ~ that has SET UP the details, situations and circumstances that unfold. It is all through agreement, prior to incarnating.
