Your Light Body, is your Body. Is your Form. It is what is allowing you to INTERFACE HERE. In this Holographic Experience.
Your body is not solid and the awareness of this Shift to Light as your Body is the embodiment of consciousness as Being the Ascended Being that you already are.
You already are. You already are eternal.
You are CONSCIOUSLY shifting (including your DNA) to the conscious awareness of being THAT. That which you already are.
Loving what you feel is YOUR physical body is loving and stepping into the NEW YOU. Resisting, not liking, wishing it was different, comparing and judging, is the realm of the ego wants. Of resistance. Of grasping. Of attachment to the wants of ego.
Loving NOW does not have to mean like.
Loving is BEING LOVING.
Love is Kind. Is gentle. Is compassionate.
Your body when I view you from and through the higher realms, is LIGHT. You already have the perfect Light Body.
That is WHAT is fuelling (keeping animated) your appeared physical form. This is all holographic.
So wow grasp this.
You already are immortal, you have never died. The you that is light after crossing over (so to speak) STILL exists as Light!
The New Way (the old is obsolete yet possible to still choose) is the BODY as LIGHT gets to STAY conscious of ITSELF as EXISTING. SO there is no experience of a Death. Or corruption.
Why? Because it is Light. You are Light.
You are transitioning into the TRUTH of you. The Eternal Truth of YOU and stepping into (this is the important part here) THE CONSCIOUS awareness of WHAT YOU ARE.
ALREADY.
Yes you are going through symptoms of transformation.
Yes your body is changing.
Why? Because your DNA Frequency is changing.
Through your DNA which is made up and programmed through your consciousness ~ SUM, that is, your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.
The WAY through this transformation, through it all. All levels. All experiences of Grace. Is through the PORTAL of your HEART,
Which is LOVE.

Practising your Divinity. This is the state of appearing to be fluctuating between being your Divine Self and still experiencing the attachments and suffering of 3D consciousness.
Really what this is, is your consciousness waking up to the natural state that you as your Soul Star, your Divine Ascended Self, already exist as. It is a merging. An Alchemy. With substances that are you in consciousness, merging consciously into the Eternal Gold of your Soul. There is no higher destiny than this.
That means, letting go of what you want and surrendering what your Soul has desired for you, through all of your varied appearances in a form on planet Earth. What you call here your incarnations.
Being ready to emerge as the Divine You. Is a Divinely appointed moment. Your Soul knows When. Almost like Simon Says. The game. Your Soul calls the shots. Now you may not follow what Simon says, yet it doesn’t get you where you want to go and Be. It is just a futile attempt at resistance.
Return over and over, to the path of Love, through your Soul. Your Blueprint, your Divine Soul Plan, Divine Ascended Self.
Practising Being your Divine Self is as simple in action, as consciously Attended to remember to bring yourself back into the Moment. To choose self-love over and over. And apply his LOVE this compassion to real every day experiences.
It is in those moment to moment decisions, choices and intentions that will increase your focus. And allow you to stay in your Presence. Remember this is what YOU already ARE. So there is nowhere to GO. Just simply be. Simply love yourself through your heart. Even though this does sound simple. IN Action, resistance through your subconscious mind shows up as the rebel. The ego that still will not let go of wanting that perfect relationship, that money that recognition.
Through the humbleness that takes place as you stay present to what your Soul requires through your participation, which may be opposite of what the ego wants, you become the Divine Presence. Listening only and desiring only, what your Soul desires. So this process of alchemy for many may be quite painful to the ego. That knows what it wants and does not want to let go of the reigns and what it desires.
Truly when you follow your Soul through your Heart and let go of the ego demand. You enter your true Destiny. The timing is Divine. Yet the pain along the way may be shortened for you. As you love your ego. Love your pain. Choose consciously self-love in all moments.
What awaits you when you have completed this process, is the Joy, Bliss and Ecstasy of your Divine Presence. Divine Self. God Self.
This is Beyond anything that you can imagine now.
So do yourself a GRAND favour, and let go. Surrender. Let go of your demands of life.
Love yourself. Love the pain. Love your circumstances even if you do not like them. Let go of all demands. Live for Loving yourself. There is no other way. Love yourself. I activate you in this. I hold you in the Divine Light of your Ascended Being, now as you read this and every hour.
This activation is in no time. When you read this you receive. This is the Grace that frees you from your own suffering and returns you in consciousness to your True Eternal Home. The Love, the home, the Now. And so it is Beloved Angels.

The Transformation of the human self into the Divine Self has been the focus of all mystery schools since the beginning of time. How do we take what is the flesh with all its desires, our thoughts our actions and merge all of this with our Divine Self. God.
Our entire belief system is dissolving on Planet Earth.
To bring in the New Consciousness the old must dissolve.
The collective and personal belief systems are going through the threshold of Love to be transformed. The old ways are ending.
Alchemy requires the old within you dissolves. This dissolving is the birthing pains you feel.
The symptoms of your Ascension.
It is something you ARE Going Through.
The threshold.
The portal.
The Transformation.
The Ascension.
Recognize the flow of this. We have arrived at this place and space, where the old is ending, so THAT the New Begins.

In other words you wear those training wheels.

Love that you never knew existed before.
This love does not judge.
It truly JUST LOVES.
That is unconditional Love.
It is not dependent on whether others accept you. In fact it doesn’t care. If it did it would not be true love.
Love with attachment to outcome is not true love.
Love just is.
Feel this. Love just is. Right now. Are you in the Portal?
Are you being held in the THRESHOLD of LOVE.
It is up to you.
You can go kicking and screaming. You will still go through this.
Enter gently. Look deeply at how you may be more gentle with yourself.
That is the New Way.

Mercury Retrograde, April 28th till May 22, 2016. Are you feeling it yet? Mercury is the closest planet to the Sun. When Mercury speeds past Earth, three to four times per year, that is when we experience a Mercury Retrograde period.
Mercury rules communication, speaking, writing, listening, reading, learning, selling, buying, negotiating, contracts, leases, documents, wills, term papers, electronics, travel and more. That includes your personal computer, printer and vehicle. Put off repairs or have them done before Mercury Retrograde.
Put off major decisions. Avoid starting anything new. Sign papers after Mercury Retrograde is over. Begin something new after Mercury Retrograde. Anything that has to be done, emergencies yes DO and take care of them. There are always exceptions.
So where does this leave you as far as your Transformation go.
You may find yourself revisiting old wounds, old pain you had “thought’ was gone. You may appear to go a little backwards in what you thought was your advancement.
Mercury Retrograde is for your benefit. Practise Being your Presence. Being Present. Being Now. Being in love with LIFE. With Yourself. Now. As is.
To pay attention more. To be clear in your intentions. To stay focused. More than ever before. To be present in the moment. This time then, when it feels as if things have slowed down. Or if you continue to attempt to speed ahead, Mercury Retrograde will slow you down. This Is for your benefit.
Where you want to go, slow down. Breathe. Feel now.
Love yourself Now.
You with You. Now.
How you want to feel, go deeper into your Heart.
Love yourself NOW for where you are and who you are now. Not HOW you want to BE and where you want to go. NOW.
See the blessing in Mercury Retrograde.
The effect often times, when we do not slow down, wait and still attempt to jump forward, is a backlash affect, that just forces us to re-do those choices, over again. Not because there is a nasty punishing Mercury when it goes Retrograde. Because there is a natural rhythm when attuned to within, BECOMES a FLOW.
This flow is like going with the flow of a river. When we go against the flow and we attempt to go against it. It becomes challenging. Hard. Painful. When we simply go WITH the FLOW (the natural rhythm within) it all just takes place easily. Have you noticed?
So Beautiful Angels, enjoy this slowing down and letting go of plans for the future.
Stay present. Love yourself more. Love now more, even if you do not like it.
This will allow you to naturally be in the flow. This flow is the magic of Living.
It is where the magic is. Those special moments, you know when time stopped? That is Now and you have access to all moments being like that. All Now.
Know that even if some things (especially during Mercury Retrograde) appear as if they are taking so long to shift. Know that just like in the winter, the seed, in the Spring, becomes the rose.
Nature, plants, Love, the Sun. All natural and now. Just like You.
It is a natural process. Your transformation is a natural process. Allow it to be. To unfold for you. As you stay present and in the flow.
As the hourly Activation continues, its momentum and frequencies continue to increase. This is for your Transformation. I am holding you in love as you continue to MAGNIFICENTLY awaken to the Glory of your Divinity!

The Purpose of life is not about the ego getting what it wants. That is how you know if you are functioning through your ego, also. As the ego always wants something that is not present. It is never satisfied with NOW. What is. It is always seeking and searching for something more.
What about Now?
Is this enough for You?
Yet, through the processes you are going through and what may seem painful, is the process of letting go. Once you have let go of your attachments and the desire of the wants no longer guiding your life, then you are free from the suffering, that ultimately, your desire to be free from.
That is why it seems so backwards. As if what you want is painful. Yet it is not the desires that are painful, it is the constant endless never being present. Never appreciating what is. In the appreciating what is, comes the KNOWING and appreciation of the Soul.
That something far greater than your ego “wants” is running the show all along.
The pain is only there when we “believe” we are those wants, and perceive the Universe and our Soul as a killjoy to those wants. This of course is the victim consciousness, still prevalent and that cause of most suffering.
Not that getting what you want is bad.
In trusting your Soul, and knowing that the ego wants are not necessarily what your Soul desires for you.
Instead of a list of your wants. Why not try, letting go and being present.
What you see and your Processes are what your Soul is DOING through YOU.
Why not love that?
Let go of the struggle to “get” what you want.
Rest in your Heart and trust your Soul.
It is all doing it anyway. Even those struggles, even those fights against the Soul. Even the demands of the ego and what you continue to go through as you still hold on to living through your ego. Your Soul still has a master plan that THROUGH those experiences that appear not as the Soul, your Soul works through that.
Like a loving parent that sees the far greater picture.
It is almost as if the ego just sees the tree. Your Soul sees the whole forest.
What your ego does not see, your Soul Does, and like it or not it is ultimately in charge. Hence those repeat experiences, over and over. Your Soul is drawing you back, like a loving parent, gently guiding you. Allowing you to make those decisions etc, that will cause you pain. Only for you to learn and eventually when you have had enough pain. To let go.
To surrender.
For your will to be the will of your Soul. Your Blueprint. Your plan.
What you have to go through to get where your Soul wants you is not to be compared with others plans. Your Soul and what you go through is unique to exactly what triggers you. What awakens you. What helps you to eventually come to the place of surrender.
Where all you desire is to trust your Soul. Where you do trust your Soul.
Even when it makes no sense. Even when it seems like you will lose it all. Even when you have lost it all.
Deep within you, you know there is a reason and you trust.
Ultimately this is the place to live within. Within your heart that just knows, trusts moment to moment. Even where there are no answers. No guarantees.
It is BEING brought to this POINT that is the Ultimate place to live within. AS it is at this space and place and point of living in the moment, that the Highest Destiny comes forth. As far greater than you could have ever previously imagined.
Sure you can try to get things with your ego. It will not get you to where ultimately your Soul is leading you, to this place of trust.
Where you are “actually” truly ready to receive.
Truly ready to live as your Soul. United. As there is no inner battle going on about who is in charge. Then, the magical amazing miracles of your Soul lead the way. As you live the life of the greatest dreams imaginable.
Truly trusting life. Truly trusting all moments, not caring if you know anything or why.
Trusting your Soul. And so it is. Open to receive.

Deep within your Heart your Connection to feeling Heaven within you lives.
Bypassing thoughts on what Heaven is and entering the deep feeling of love within you, opens you to the power of love. The pain longing to be loved within you then releases itself within this love. As it is the love, that it was always waiting for.
Try it now. Open as wide as you can to all feelings within your Heart. Breathe into your Heart. Feel your Heartbeat stay present there. Intend to open your heart wide, to the Love pouring to you now.
Feel Your Presence, waiting to love and heal all within you. Now.
Yes it may be cathartic and powerful. Yes you may feel pain. Yet the pain that comes up in the presence of this love, feels beautiful as it is released. It can go. It now may be transformed. It is safe now, to release it.
Open up more. Desire and intend for all pain to surface in the presence of this LOVE NOW. I am transmitting Love to you now, for this.
Breathe and feel. DEEPLY.
More deeply than you ever have before.
Intend this.
Welcome this, a release and an opening of your Heart.
As pain is released, your heart opens more.
It is only the tightness of holding on to pain that has kept your heart closed.
Feel, cry, and love.
All that you are. All that comes up.
Heaven, often referred to the afterlife, or between lives, is the place of frequency where freedom from the tightness of pain, hurt, regrets, is washed away as the form is let go. There is no pain, after crossing over. No sadness.
It is held in the cellular structure of consciousness.
It is released on earth while you are in your form, for you to experience HEAVEN here.
You do not have to wait to cross over to be free.
You can feel heaven now.
You can let go now.
It not only is safe, it is welcomed as the Highest experience of love, you to you.
Allow, let go, open up, receive. Breathe. Feel your Heart.
The Divine timing is now, I feel so many of you now as this activation is pouring through me, to YOU. For YOU. Yes You. This is for you Dear Angels. For your freedom, your Heaven now, while in form.
I hold you as all is released. This moment is special, sacred, as you are. The Eternal Light that desires to know love and full freedom in that love, while in form.
And all the Angels in Heaven rejoice in this. And those you know in Heaven are watching to. It is a frequency that you are. Minus the tightness, the holding on to.
The freedom that you know, when you let go of all that you have held on to. And you open, fully, to the Love that is present for you NOW.

Are you ready to tangibly feel the Presence of Your Soul Star Matrix? If so, you may want to read this through once. Then slowly follow the instructions. Practise this daily and feel the POWERFUL Shift within your own awareness and within your life and body. I am with you through this.
This will open your Heart to the Eternal Love that you ARE. Already.
There is no time in timelessness and in this eternal Luminous Light, that is your Soul Star Matrix. Let us being, shall we.
Take a few slow breaths, consciously.
On the inhale feel the air move into your nostrils slowly filling your abdomen, and feeling your belly slowly expand. Pause, before exhaling. Then gently and slowly exhale, feeling your belly lower and more towards your spine. Pause again. Continue for a few minutes. Inhaling and exhaling this way.
Now as you inhale, breathe also into your crown.
You are drawing air not only through your nostrils, but also through the top of your head. Stay with this, till you sense and feel air also moving into your head from the top of your crown.
Then while exhaling, feel your belly draw closer to your spine and air moving out of both nostrils and out through the top of your crown. Stay with this till you feel it.
Now relax for a minute.
Now sense and feel light above your crown, a Golden Luminous Glowing light. I am with you during this, moving light above your crown also. It is beautiful Star ~ Source Light.
There is no time, in the present moment, I am present with you, when you desire for me to be so.
Breathe this LUMINOUS light into your body on the inhale, as if like through a straw, drawing the Light down into your body, INTO YOUR HEART.
Pause feeling this Luminous Light in your Heart. Stay present and really feel this.
Then exhaling, slow release the Light from you heart down into your Lower pelvis, then out your body down into the core of the earth.
Pause feeling this Luminous Light in the core of the Earth.
Then Inhaling slowly draw this light up into your Heart, feeling the Luminosity increase and expand your Heart. Hold as long as you can.
Then Exhaling this Luminous Light, up through the top of your Head, into your very own Soul Star Matrix.
Do not be concerned if your mind does not know where your Soul Star Matrix is.
The Light is the Luminous Soul Star Light, it knows the Heart of your Origin.
After All all of this is within you. Your Blueprint.
You hold the codes and the frequency of Your Soul Star Matrix, already, even now.
When you feel the Luminous Light Settle somewhere, pause before exhaling, and again, feel this Light expand even more so, in size and luminosity as it connects with your Soul Star Matrix.
Inhaling the Light down, in through your crown into your Heart, again, pause, NOW feel your HEART!!!
The key here is FEEL.
As you focus on feeling this Luminous Light, through this breathing, you awaken more and more, your feeling nature. Your subtle awareness. The Luminous YOU. You then open to receive more and more of your Soul Star Matrix, that is, the Light and Presence of the Divine You. In your body and in your Life. In all moments.
This is your Divine Presence. Your Original Light. Your Soul Star Matrix.
This is the Ascended you.
Your Light will continue to increase in your awareness and your conscious connection with your Soul Star Matrix will profoundly bless your awareness with the comfort and Love of your Soul Presence.
This is amazing isn’t it? Are you feeling this? Remember I am with you, guiding this Light. Increasing this Light in your awareness. Even NOW.
Stay with this as long as you can.
If you practise this and call upon me, you will feel many areas of your consciousness shift, even after the first time you practise this.
You will begin to feel more of your Soul Presence. Feel this Activating more and more powerfully for you.
This is an activation.
The miraculous power of your Original Light, your Source Soul Light, will be felt around you and within you tangibly.
As you now practise ever more deeply, feeling, sensing, merging consciously, with this your Soul Star Matrix and Luminous Light, the intensity will increase.
You are merging with your Original Light. This is part of your Ascension Process.

This Full Moon is On Earth Day! April 22, 2016 at 2:23 am ADT. The Sun in Taurus and the Moon in Scorpio, 2 degrees. There is also a trine to Neptune at 11 degrees Pisces. This will be powerful! Death and rebirth, potential.
The culmination (since the New Moon) and opposition (Sun in Taurus Moon in Scorpio) is for your transformation.
Mars and Pluto work close with Scorpio and will be at the beginning stages of retrograde during this Full Moon. Mars ( retrograde April 17th) is the Lord of War and Pluto (retrograde April 18th ) is the Lord of Death and Rebirth. The intensity of this is immense.
Scorpio lives for the extremes of intensity, seeing how far it can go. While Taurus lives for security and keeping things the same. These opposites may be activated within you, as what arises, through feelings, thoughts and circumstances. Especially if you have areas of fear and unresolved pain and sensitivity with these areas within your subconscious mind.
When these intense feeling and emotions come up, stay present within yourself. Know that it is not the external things that bring this to the surface. Instead areas within you, that become activated, for you to embrace and love. Arriving at the peace and harmony, that is no longer reactive to the pain and fear within you. As you love yourself so deeply, all is ok and all is to be loved. Never judged.
With this Full Moon release that will only settle for the unknown to be known. All bets are off so to speak. For Scorpio and its rulers Mars and Pluto, there are no limits to what may take place. War, Death and Rebirth, are simply the means for the ends. That is, whatever you go through, is for You. As these Giants of Transformation, have their way in activating within you. All that needs to be seen, known. loved and transformed.
How you handle this intense energy, is how you love yourself. As love is the glue that holds all together. Love is what transforms, in the face of any adversity. Self Love is the true Love that allows you to love another. Without self-love there is no love.
Earth Day also, is a time to ground your awareness deep into this your existence, the now moment. The love for yourself spilling out to the Earth and all of your surroundings. As everything that you experience, impacts the whole.
Love yourself.
Honour yourself.
Be present as much as possible with what arises.
Slow down, breathe and relax. Whenever you can and enjoy the moment.
That is all there really is.
As all of this unfolds through you and your Blueprint and Life Plan continue to bring experiences to you that highlight those areas to be loved. Remember, it is unfolding through you. Nothing is happening to You. The level of non attachment to this process, creates the ease and freedom you desire.
In this Love, ease and freedom is the Grace, that is your Enlightenment and Being Ascended. That you already are, yet transforming consciously as.

You as Light. Everything is Light. You are light. All that appears solid within you, is simply a network of interlacing Light particles, joined by loosely fitting threads of lights.
This Light is Source.

Your consciousness inhabiting your form, emanates through your Light Body, into this time space continuum. This current time space continuum, appears to be limited by space and time.
The expansion of your consciousness into the conscious embodiment of Light, as Light, takes you out of this time space continuum. Out of perceived density and limitation.
The form you inhabit in 3D appears solid. The same form (your vehicle of consciousness) in higher frequency dimensions, appears only as Light. You exist in all dimensions all at once.
Yet your consciousness, appears to be catching up, with the reality that occurs beyond time and space, yet lives also within it. As there is nowhere you do not exist. As Light, that is.
You consciously connected with the Light Body you in higher frequency forms, is the duplicate of what appears as you in a solid form. Consciously participating in your transformation of consciousness opens you up to all possibilities. Landing consciously, so to speak, in a different time space continuum, is an option.
Existing in a different time space continuum than the one you believe you are in now.
Understand every thought you have, impacts the whole.
Every feeling.
Every level of awareness you embody, IMPACTS all of you. This includes YOU in other worlds, universes, paralleled worlds, different time frames, and the many parallel versions of those different time frames.
The new time space continuum that you may begin to embody consciously, may be a you in a parallel world. One similar to this.
It is through your Light Body that begin to visit these parallel worlds.
When you consciously inhabit your Light Body, and consciously travel to another time space continuum, whether perceived past (Atlantis as an example) or a future timeline, you change here.
I have visited consciously many parallel worlds and exist simultaneously in many, worlds, many existences, All At once.
When I consciously focus on fully being in a form in a parallel world, or different time space continuum, when I shift my awareness back to here (which appeared vanished while fully embodying another form in another world) things change here.Things Shift here as a result of shifting the frequency there.
Your embodiment of your frequency, impacts all that you look upon, focus upon and is continuously signalling to the many versions of you, the information as Light that you are processing and functioning through as your frequency.
Focus on you as Light. Because you are. Focus on you and your form as Light. Focus on this Light being love, because it is.
Many of you I have met in parallel worlds and I have welcomes you into one or several of the Temples of Light I exist in.
Now the shift in your consciousness, is the expansion of your awareness. That takes place through the releasing of all of your stories, and attachments. Which allows you to connect more deeply with the Light You.
Which is your freedom to the worlds of Light within you. In which you as Light, embody. This Light is your Divine Light.
This Light is your Original Light.
This Light is Source.
This Light is Eternal.
This Light is Divine.
This Light is Unconditional Love.
In this Sacred Light I hold you. In the Hourly Activation “Divine Ascended Being” you are held in the Origin of All Light, that you are.
You receive frequencies of Light, that your DNA being to resonate with. This Light is the eternal Light, the Divine Light. The Source Light, that you are. That you are beginning to consciously, VIBRATE AS. That is the Divine You, The Eternal You and the Ascended You, Being. Fully embodying the Light that you are.
