If you have karmic memory and areas held hidden within you that are non loving, then many things will arise. YOU must hold this awareness through all THAT ARISES without judgment. This is the only way to know mastery.
In other words, you become the DIVINE SELF.
The only purpose of meditation is a practice to help you always be in a state of awareness. It was never meant to be temporary but to be a state of being that aligns you with your DIVINE SELF.
MASTERY of form, means you master your thoughts, your awareness and you hold all things, in all moments through the Divine Self in LOVE through your heart.
There are many levels to this freedom of mastery through the heart.
Begin where you ARE.
Commit yourself to your mastery of Form.
To BEING the flow of the Divine Self in which you observe and are present through all moments. In love.
To Being that which you are Eternally and NOW and conscious of this in all moments. In love we activate YOU.

LIVING BEYOND THE ONCE IMPOSSIBLE
We exist consciously in many WORLDS and Universes and we ARE present here NOW. YOU may sense us through the Golden Light we are transmitting to you now.
Slow down, and feel your breath as this helps you to feel the subtle energies. Feeling is key.
The form or body is not what you THINK it is.
You are not your body. You have many existences and bodies that coexist all now.
Playing out holographically are all worlds held within a hologram of light consciousness and frequency. This includes many universes.
All memory is held within this frequency DNA system and transmitted through ALL thoughts, feelings and actions.
Not one thought is private. It is not hidden to those who are awake.
Light ships are light and are present now. They see and know all thoughts.
All form/creation is made of this light frequency; which includes what you think of as inanimate objects.

This NEW MOON on Friday May 22nd, 2020 at 2:38 pm ADT in Gemini, is a profound NEW 28 Day Beginning. NOW we have VENUS Retrograde which started May 13th, 2020 and lasts till June 25th, 2020.
During this Venus Retrograde we enter a FATED period and experience potentials related to karma, past life memories and either the return of people into your life or possibly someone new.

DNA Frequency And Reality
DNA is frequency and light.
Consciousness is a frequency.
You are in a holographic world and reality.
YOUR vibration ALONE creates your reality.
There is nothing solid.
YOUR DNA shifts through frequency.
Your beliefs are the number one frequency that programs your DNA.
Not the physical external world UNLESS You believe that. Your beliefs, thoughts and feelings create your reality as they are a frequency.
The HIGHER shifts in DNA take place through the frequency of the heart.
When the physical body dies the eternal light body continues on. AS WHAT YOU ARE is light, not what you believe the physical body to be.
DNA is a frequency tool that vibrates and sends out signals EVERYWHERE as there is no distance or time. This is NOT dependent on your beliefs. This is how the UNIVERSE operates.
When the vibrations in your DNA shift ~ so also your thoughts and mental patterns and heart awareness.
The dimensions are not places to go on a plane and fly to.
They are LEVELS OF FREQUENCY that you attune to or NOT. They still exist NOW.

I have swam in the winter beyond what would be physically possible to survive and I have.
The living or not living ~ the beautiful life or not beautiful life is only through the consciousness of the being it flows through.
I am in joy whether tortured or live in Luxury ~ I am what I am vibrating AS!!!!
Either way fear TO or fear not To of anything is one and the same.
Since when did giving away your power to live your truth become reliant on FEAR ~ on the external and HERD MENTALITY/consciousness.
YOU do create your experience of your REALITY. Fear or no fear.
IT IS what you believe you know.
ALL that is simply that ~ your reality is what you believe.
It all lays in the minds and hearts of those WHO exist. AS TO WHAT IS.
If you believe the boogie man is out to get you, so be it. IF you do not, so be it also.
Pay attention ~ to this yourself.
EXAMINE YOURSELF.
Wake up.
If you are meant in this incarnation to be from age old fear ~ during this the most significant consciousness shifts on Earth to date ~ then you will.
The term be free has many meanings according to the level of consciousness you are existing through.
One could be free to promote fear.
One could be free from those that promote fear.
The question is ~ What are you BEING and what are you PROMOTING?

FULL Moon in Scorpio, May 7th, 2020 ~ Monumental SHIFTS
This profound intense FULL MOON/Supermoon is in SCORPIO on Thursday May 7th, 2020 at 7:45 am ADT.
A Positive SHIFT is on the table for those who are ready to shift. That is; for those whose memories and hidden fears from past lives have been cleared through pure self love and transformed into the neutrality of the eternal Divine God Self.
All potentials are just that. The frequencies within and held in the BLUEPRINT are part of the readiness to master FORM. Through love.
All frequencies interact with YOUR frequencies which in turn create the perceptions you experience as your REALITY.
Greater self acceptance and love are part of this potential SHIFT. AS you move into your heart with greater acceptance of NOW in the present moment.

The FULL Moon opposite Mercury ~ confusion as in the difference between your thoughts and your feelings, will be pronounced in and as much as the discrepancy exists, hidden of otherwise.
The FULL MOON trine Neptune ~ reduces potential inner anxiety will serve for many as a relief from constant analyzing and questioning anything and everything. The mind that is active if accessing these frequencies of relief ~ becomes the opportunity to enter the HEART and therefore present MOMENT with greater ease.
Mercury sextile Neptune ~ will potentially increase sensitivity. Now if someone is in fear, this potentially may help EASE the levels of fear.
