Well here we are! Spring is almost here. Are you ready? Are you present in every moment. Are you observing and noticing how you feel, without shying away from those uncomfortable feelings that keep arising within you?
Are you ready to be completely transformed?
That is, to live in each moment in the awareness of All that you Are.
Free from the ideas or concepts of separation.
Maybe you have believed that one day you will merge and become your Higher Self.
At some levels, such as 3D that belief applies. As in 3D all there is seeking. Seeking that which you feel, believe and think, that you are apart from.
The only reason you felt apart from all of yourself, is that you had not fully arrived here. You had not yet entered the present moment.
It is as simple as that.
3D you are not present and always seeking.
When the mind rules that heart, you live in the wanting, the searching the never arriving state of being. Which is suffering.
When the Heart rules the mind, you live in the present moment.
YOU access living in your Heart through self-love.
It is a full-time experience, not a temporary sentimental thing.
It is the portal of acknowledgment that blows away all the old 3D teachings of becoming your higher self and becoming ascended. And teaches the higher truth.
You are ONLY Waking up, through your Heart, to the present moment, where you then recognize your own Divinity.
Where you live as your Divinity.
Where you live as the awareness, that what you sought in 3D was always present. You simply were living through the dictatorship of the mind, not governed by your Heart.
Again, when your Heart governs your mind, it is all Harmony. It is all Bliss. It is all You. The Pure You.
There never was anything else.
When living through your heart in 5th Dimensional Consciousness you have arrived in the moment.
You then hold the “awareness” of what was ALWAYS SO.
Nothing to attain, only to Be.
You were always your Higher Self, your Ascended Self.
You just did not live through the portal (your heart) that gave you your conscious access of Knowing and Being, it. In all moments.
So back to Spring, here we are.
Intend to receive this knowing and activation fully.
Soon I will speak to you live, and you will receive live downloads and activations, that will quicken your awareness, through your Heart, of your own Divinity.
Intend to awaken. Like the Spring. The newness. The Heart of it all. As pure as the Garden of Eden. We have arrived.

When you leave Behind your Beliefs in Lack and your associated thoughts upon it (3D consciousness) you may fully set up within your Being (your consciousness) a foundation that knows only Abundance as its Source. This is 5th Dimensional Consciousness. And this Well-Spring, becomes then, the way that you Are, the way that you Flow, WITHIN. You are never-ending, and eternal, so is the Source of You. The Source of your Eternal Self has No Beginning or End, and always will exist. This 5th Dimensional Consciousness then, (words only point to the experience) Opens YOU up to YOU. The Miracle of You. The Abundance of YOU, as the Foundation that you rest in.
This Opening Up to you, is what you Draw Upon, within Yourself. You know you are infinite, you know you Are not separate from anything. So all that you Desire is YOU. You in your infinite capacity…
Tuning into your body, now ~ sense deeply within you, your breath and the Heart of You, your Heartbeat, and the Heart of your Soul. Slow down, even more, feel your Presence. And in this Presence of the Eternal YOU, feel emanating from your Heart, the Light and sacred Flame, that is your Heart Centred Awareness, that emanates as Pure Being. Feel this deeply as you slow down and Breathe and relax.
Let go of any concerns, breathe, slow down and arrive, Be Present Now. Feel the Shift within you.
The Self Love that you give yourself through compassion and acceptance, is the application of 5th Dimensional Consciousness that dissolves all Pain. This dissolving of Pain, is forgiveness, which takes place within ourselves. It is not an external thing, or words spoken. It is a DEEP process of feeling the Pain, which then releases through being loved.
Feeling Great about yourself, within you, is YOU loving yourself, unconditionally, whereby insecurities no longer become the lingering fear, held in the background of your awareness (subconscious) that have kept you from the moment to moment recognition, of YOUR Divine Being.
You loving yourself, is you Loving the fear, the sadness, the loneliness, the hurt, the pain, those parts of you (that feel unreached) that are there waiting to be loved. With great compassion, you love yourself, nurture yourself, into the wholeness that you already are. This is the Freeing of your subconscious mind, from the conditioning, that only certain things (conditional) deserve to be loved. No more victimhood. No more waiting to love yourself. No more blaming others, for not loving you.
Stepping fully into Being your Presence, although may feel like a great Leap to take, really is, the UNVEILING of the YOU that is LOVED unconditionally, which is free…
Freedom from the emotional backlash, of the harbouring of grudges, guilt, not feeling good enough, the self-made prison, of 3D.
The pain of suffering. The pain of disharmony, within.
We have been there, and we have stepped out of the pain. As a Phenix rising from the Ashes. We not only have survived, we have risen, into the New Paradigm of Consciousness, we know the freedom, we know the Love, we know the Bliss. 5th Dimensional Consciousness.

As the Universe conspires to help you in so many ways and as your consciousness continues to expand, observe the synchronistic events, that help you to magnify your awareness of how everything that takes place is on your behalf.
Pay attention.
This is a Light Activation for you, appearing as words.
Observe and stay consciously aware of all that is unfolding, for you and through you.
That is, the you, that is your Soul consciousness, itself.
You as a Divine Ascended Being.
You as original wholeness.
That which You Are, already.
Through the setting of your intention to observe, pay attention and be attentive to all that unfolds through you, the outpouring of unconditional love, through your heart, becomes your Balm of Gilead, so to speak, that frees you from the pain and stress of the reactive fight or flight response. This expands your own consciousness and frequency to levels now unimagined.
When the stories of the suffering dissolve through that conscious application of unconditional love, it as though, huge amounts of space open up like magnificent doorways that lead your awareness into vast worlds upon worlds.
This dissolving is the automatic clearing that releases the pain from your cellular consciousness. From your DNA. The 3D cellular debris, is then washed away. As each cell has its own consciousness.
When your cellular body is free from holding old pain, harmony then reigns, as the alchemy of death and renewal.
Your intention, your consciousness, beliefs and fears, all have programmed your cells and DNA.
The crystalline water that surrounds your DNA is very responsive to your emotions.
Feeling of sadness, pain, depression and anger, that are repetitive and ongoing, are literally held in the consciousness of your cells.
Likewise, happiness, joy, love and bliss (ongoing) are also held as the consciousness of your cells and DNA.
Your Intentions and through the releasing of what the outcome play out, is a powerful awareness tool, bringing to light, how you are Being. How you are accepting, how your Soul is doing all of this through you. Source. The Universe. God-Consciousness, whatever you want to call this. It is the Pure Eternal you.
It is the Divine You.
The Eternal You that is pure and innocent.
Showing you also, through your “non-resistance” to how this is unfolding through you, that you are connected to everything.
That synchronicity is the Divine You, showing you its Presence.
Your intentions then become the awareness, you are the intentions themselves.
You are energy.
You are Light.
When you are free from long-held pain (which frees you from the reactive responses) and the doorways open up for you, you will see the Divine Glory of this. How it is all orchestrated for you and through you.
The one in pain, the inner child, that only wanted acceptance and love, then becomes, the joy, the love, the playing ground of you, that is eternal.
This is all for you.
This is an activation.
You are already, all of this and more.
You are simply awakening to the Love that you already are, as the pure innocent, Divine You, that is eternal. You as the Divine Ascended Being. Forever, in love, always.
It has been a while since I have written on Sacred Sex ~ Divine Sex. I have written about Tantric Sex and on Eternal Union, the Dominant and Submissive, and of course on Sacred Sex and Twin Flames. I will be writing more on all of this!
What I have observed, with so many of my students, that there are deeper aspects of all of this, to be experienced. Unheard of and unknown to many.
This makes sense for many reasons, as even though it may appear I am writing and have written about ‘forms” involving two bodies, really this terrain is of the spiritual realms. That is, the deeper depths, of consciousness, where Union exists, already.
Experiencing oneself as a finite being, in 3D consciousness, attached to believing it is only form and the thoughts and feelings associated with the form, is the limitation experienced in awareness, I am referring to.
The Mystical Realms of Sacred Sex, that so many desire on so many levels to experience, is the merging of consciousness, masculine and feminine, through hearts awakened, through Souls that are One, already.
The 3D ways of trying, in 5th Dimensional Consciousness does not apply in 5th Dimensional Consciousness. So all of those old ways, which we may be thankful for, have done their job in getting you to the threshold of Being, where you exist already, as an Eternal Being of Light. That you know yourself to Be eternal, and in this Union State (Twin Flames experienced on Earth) already.
How can you know something that you have not experienced yet consciously. This isn’t about wishing you knew or experienced earlier either. This is about Now. Opening up through your Heart, walking through and into the full Mystical State of Being, Already in Union with your Soul. Your Soul is One. To incarnate masculine and feminine appear in forms. As in their forms. Yet, consciousness is consciousness, and doesn’t have a gender. Consciousness, same Soul (Twin Flames) agreed to play the game of reunion, in a Polarity World that experiences itself, through this polarity.
If there wasn’t polarity, why would we even be here?
Your Soul Blueprint (which is being activated now) contains within it, all of your incarnations, which includes the many “you” experiences, in parallel worlds, including the frequency of the “you” that appeared to you as your missing part. It is you, in a different form. You could say He is the masculine you, she is the feminine you. Whatever words you want to use. Either way, the truth is the truth at the eternal level, where it is all created.
Welcoming your twin then, is welcoming the other you, that agreed to meet, and merge in consciousness and through the polarity forms, for fun, bliss and ecstasy, and to initiate you even more deeply, into the Union State. The Mystical State, of Pure Love, where you abide as the heart of hearts, eternally. The All That is.
Two Beings, in their Hearts, in the moment, may enter the realms of Mystical Union, while simultaneously merging the polarity of the forms (Sacred Sex) “through the consciousness” where the Union exists already (Twin Flames) as One.
Preparing yourself for this State of Pure Love, living in the awareness of this Eternal Union, is what draws this to you. Not the 3D wanting, begging the universe to give it to you, will do. This is not because the Universe is mean. It is because you are unable to fully receive this, till you are ready.
Being in the Moment, living in your Heart, Embracing the Union, that exists already, is the state of Being, where you exist as it, within it. and always, the external matches your frequency.
Going deeper into the Sacred Sex then, is the surrender to the Beloved, to this Union. Again, where you exist already. That exists already. Where you were always one. In the consciousness, where you were never apart. The Polarity of Earth, just happened to be the meeting ground, so live out the Divine Ascended Being State of Consciousness (5th Dimensional Consciousness) where this already exists.
It Exists Now. You existing in this state, even on the Earth (although Parallel) exists now. You are already playing out fully, your ascended state of Being. Your Union. Your Mastery. Your merging with your Twin Soul (the other You in a different form) all Now. These are not just words, I see and exist there already. Just as I exist on the Pleiades, on Atlantis, it is all Now. You will soon know and see.
The physical “act” of Sacred Sex (Divine Sex) breathes through you and your Beloved. As the energy of the entire Universe and Creation flow deep within you and your Beloved. You awaken submerged in the alchemy of Love, held within the void, held in the depths of the eternal Ocean of creation and in the blazing Light of the eternal Sun.
Your consecrated Love then, merged into form, your Holy Union, is the alchemy of spirit into form, above and below as one, within and without, as One. Masculine and Feminine (Twin Flames) One, as you have always, been One, in perfect Union.

The interplay of Divine Self, the use of your will and ego, are the playing out of your consciousness, your frequency. Life on Planet Earth, although may be perceived as an interlude from your Divine Self, is really not. All is present. Your experience is more about the frequency you are holding, which determines, that which you perceive.
I will share with you an experience I had, that shows a perception of experience from a pure state of consciousness. Reality that is through the Divine Self. Reality that is the Frequency of Harmony, with all parts of Being, as One. This will plant seeds in your own consciousness, that will activate and help you to connect more deeply, with the Divine You. The Divine You that is always present.
It was a beautiful hot summer day, I was wearing shorts and sandals, and was carrying water, enjoying the hot sun, walking. With each breath, I was breathing in deeply, the surreal nature of being on Earth in a form. Watching each step, and feeling the magic of each breath, I began to see rainbow light, dancing, sparkling, like mana from heaven, blessing everything, everywhere. My Light was glowing around me, and inside my head, a brightness of Light, that transcended any idea of anything being mundane. The ecstasy became so overwhelming, I felt I could lay down, anywhere, to take in the surrender of the moment, and dissolve completely into the bliss.
Immersed in bliss walking, I began to see ahead of me, a man at a distance, on a sidewalk urinating on the sidewalk. To me this was so surreal, and in my child like nature, this was so surreal, as I had never witnessed such a thing. This was broad daylight, sunny, gorgeous and beautiful out.
As I continued to walk closer, I was able to see the man was wobbling, back and forth, and appeared drunk. My first response in awareness was (thoughts that passed through my awareness) was to stop and help him get home. I continued to walk closer towards him.
When I was three steps away from standing beside him, time stopped, completely. I did not stop. This was all taking place, as I was walking those last steps.
Then in a flash of light, like life flashing before me, that if I stop to offer him help, that there was a long piece of heavy metal at my feet (which I then looked down and saw at my left foot) he would hit me with it on my head, and drag me to the forest to the right, and he would murder me. And if I continued to walk and walk past him not stopping, he would be ok and get home safely.
The most important part here, is in my experience, of it. Which I will go into greater detail, after I finish explaining what took place. Remember, all of this was going on while my physical body did not stop walking, there was no halt, this all happened in a moment.
I was aware that in my next step, I would be beside him, with him facing me, and in that step, as I stepped, I chose to keep walking and not stop. When that step took place, I saw my Light increasing, and saw through his eyes, his viewing of me. In that moment of decision, I saw, he saw me through his eyes, as an Angel of Light. And in that moment of choice, as he saw me as an Angel of Light, he transformed.
Now, as I mentioned in the beginning, I am sharing this experience (and there are countless more to share with you) to show you what life through the Divine Self, is. Therefore, activating within you, the awareness also, what life through the ego is and what the power of your will, your choices, really are.
While I was walking in bliss, and witnessed what I saw, and viewed that flashes of what played out before my eyes, the two options, my ecstasy and bliss, did not stop, or shift in any way. Viewing being hit over the head and being dragged into the forest and murdered, was just as blissful, as choosing to continue to walk past him. My experience was, the observing, the bliss and the choice.
The “constant” me, my Divine Self, which I am, is always ecstasy, love and bliss. This is my state of consciousness. In moments of near death and death, and severe pain, I am still my Divine Self observing.
There was no difference in what I would choose. It was just a choice. Literally. All was ecstasy, all was experience. The choice was simply the awareness of my will, deciding. There was no difference, in either experience. In either outcome, it was all ecstasy. This is my true Divine Self.
I have attempted to explain the consciousness of the Divine Self, for many years. Not many understand the state of being in bliss and ecstasy, and knowing love as the way you are being. There are no words to explain this. Through the sharing of my experience, I activate you, into your own deeper awareness, of this eternal state of Being.
This brings me now to share with you what the ego is, what the will is and what the Divine Self is.
The ego is that which attaches meaning to external events and feelings, labelling them good or bad, wanting more or less of, and which believes itself to be the only “self” that is experiencing. The ego through its attachments to the meanings it gives to these events and feeling, attempts to dictate to the will, through fear, and the flight or fight reactions, that which it wants more of and that which it what wants less of.
The will is that which chooses. It chooses a moment to moment, based on the frequency of the consciousness. Ego, through fear and likes and dislikes, or Divine Self, simply that which it chooses, not based on anything, but the awareness of choice.
The Divine Self is the witness, the observer, the experiencer, the Being Self that is Eternal. It is neutral in its awareness as it views everything being experienced through its observation. The Divine self is love, is bliss and ecstasy, in its PURE state of Being. It does not know anything else. It is just itself, being itself, being Love, Being Bliss, Being Ecstasy, just experiencing, its own presence. It does not label things good or bad. It’s All that which it experiences, nothing more nothing less. It just IS the Pureness of Itself, being aware of itself, as Love observing, itself.
Even when the ego is struggling with this, hates that, wants this, all that it does not have, the Divine Self is still present. Even when the choices that you choose, appear to be driven by what the ego wants and doesn’t want, your Divine Self is still present.
When the Divine Self, is all that there is, the ego, dissolves into the Love and ecstasy of the Divine Self.
The “will” then, through the Love and frequency of the Divine Self, merges also with the Divine Self, and the choices are naturally made in harmony with the Divine Self. The choices then, are simply the choices of the Divine Self, Will, in its Pure, child like, innocent way.
In the process of this alchemy, the ego, slowly surrenders its perceived “I” power, fear and attachments to what it wants and doesn’t want, to the love of the Divine Self.
This surrender is a death and a rebirth.
The Divine Self was always present in all moments.
The frequency of consciousness that existed and exists in 3D is that which the ego knows itself as existing within, as its way of Being. It does not exist in 5th Dimensional Consciousness. Not as the way of Pure Being.
In this Alchemy it dissolves into Love.
This Alchemy is the Union, I have written about for four years now. This is the eternal state of Being, a Harmony, that unites all within you, as the Divine Self of You, Being in form. This is also the Ascended you.
I have activated humanity for years now, through all that I have written and through my audio activations. They are both Light. Light Activations of my Divine Self. The eternal Love, Bliss and Ecstasy that only knows that state of Being. That walk, talks and breathes, as the Love of Source, of Eternity, of All That is.
This alchemy does not kill the ego, or label the ego bad. The Divine Self does not know any of that. It is simply being itself, which is love and bliss.
Enter deeply the Love within your Heart. Know that even now, as you are reading, my Divine Self is awakening within you, your Divine Self. The Divine self is always present, it is coming to the forefront of your awareness through this alchemical process of love.
I am the Love that holds you. That frees you, that awakens, all that you already are.
