We are here. We are what you call the Blue Avians. We are in  our body of Light ~ our Light Ship, vibrating Light to you as the Light of All That is.
Your re birthing process, into your Ascension state, as you know, is the return to your Original Light.
We see you as Light.
We are Light.
We are transmitting to the many existences you exist in, that are all playing out simultaneously. In the Now.
This is how we see you. All the dimensions of YOU ~ All at once.
Our Origins are from another Universe.
We were present at the beginning of the creation of the Universe you as Light, consciously exist within and throughout.
We are the overseers of this Universe and through our transmission of Light we guide the regulation projects and teams of your Ascension Plan.
As you embody this Original Light, your awareness of your physical form as Light, takes on the feel of the higher dimensions also. This is the process of your consciousness expanding into its awareness of the dimensions in which you exist, as Light.
You become the all-pervading Light thoroughly and completely.
Your form, through which your consciousness holographically emanates as Light, is experienced through your predominant dimension of consciousness, you perceive yourself as existing within.
Your identity within that dimension, then anchors your form in that dimension, which is the forms perception of itself.
As the All pervading Light. Your emanation transmitted holographically through all dimensions, is the Light that permeates all matter.
It is the process of truth, recognizing itself, as the Light that emanates and  permeates all matter.
All matter then, appearing as Light, will consciously be the  imbued essence of your Original light. You as Original Light, know yourself as this holographic projection into matter.
The process of merging and changing matter as your Original Light is your Ascension.
The Heart through which your process all things that appears to be existing separate from the Original Light, is the vessel and the portal, to which you are rebirthed through.
It is the portal of Light Matter, through which consciousness perceives itself through.
Although it appears as a specific area within your form. It is not. It is the vessel and the interconnecting portal, through which you project into matter holographically. Simultaneously in all dimensions.
We are transmitting through this portal, into all dimensions.
The expansive Light awareness knows itself as it, when one exists in the all-pervading Light as the Original Light, and knows itself as nothing else.
This is transmitting to you now.
You as Light awakened now ~ Activated. Now.
Receive this now.
In the Glory and LOVE of the never-ending Light that transforms and transmutes and elevates and expands throughout all dimension. Now.

When I helped my students master yoga poses, I would witness when they attempted to do things from a place of strength or a place of supposed weakness. A lack of belief in themselves. I could always SEE when they were ready, they could not always see this themselves. It seemed to them (more often than  not) that I pushed them beyond their barriers and through their limited beliefs.
I taught a unique style, based on a deep inner knowing, of TRULY feeling the greatness of Souls, knowing what people are capable of.
Believing in them, before they believed in themselves. This is what love is.
In other words, it was scary for them, they did not know if they could do something. I could clearly see their strengths. Even when they did not.
They were almost always totally astounded, when they trusted me, what they could do! Â And saw for themselves, that just because they could not see something within themselves, DID not mean, it was not there.
Sort of like those blind spots, when driving.
That is why I am here today writing. To let you know, I know you CAN. Not only can you. You will Ascend. You are ascending. You are DIVINE I KNOW ~ even when you do not fully know. I know.
I see it all. I see you. I feel YOU. I truly do.
We ARE going through this. You are going through this.
Coming from a place of strength, is a very powerful way to be. Inside you, YOUR INNER world, is this place. This space. This now.
Coming from there, you have it MASTERED, my friend. That is the mastery of you. DEEP within you. Your Sacred Heart. Your Beloved Soul. The most Beautiful, Heavenly You. And I am there. It is beautiful. It is done. It is here. It is now.
I see YOU, you can do this! I know! Because I see you and feel YOU. I see the you that struggles and DOES NOT believe in themselves, I ALSO see the you, that is MAJESTIC, that knows me. That is there with you, even when you do not know it.
So here we are, we have been through so much, haven’t we?
Feel your heart now. THIS is to your Heart Beloved Angels. Feel your heart as you read. Receive this Love. You are Divine. You can do this. You Are. It is now. I love YOU and know your perfection, your Soul your Divinity. YOU are so ready. You are filled with Light.
Even when you seem unaware of it.
Let me guide you to your greatness. Help you shake off your disbelief.
FOR love, Angels, SEES ALL. Sees the Beauty. Sees the Perfection. Sees the Potential. Sees it all.
And So It is! I am with you! All Now.Â

Becoming empty. Wow, we want to feel. Or do we really want to feel? Has life become a way of living that avoids painful feelings?
Is our Evolution connected to all the pain deep inside us, that needs to Be healed and loved? Â That the process is the WAY. The Grace Being Divine Presence.
The way out of the Lower self continuing to control through an endless battle. That never ends till we give up. Let go. Surrender.
Playing out in the background, attempting to tug at our heartstrings, are the very parts of us, waiting to be loved. Waiting to be observed, through the Presence of Our Divinity.
When we live in a whirlwind of non stop action and things to do, we become tightly wound up with our incessant need to be in control. We lose sight of our Divine Presence.
When we live in Emptiness, we open UP to the Power of our Divine Selves, to take over.
There is a part of us (deep within) that is calling to us constantly, that desires to be heard and felt.
Those uncomfortable feelings. That sadness. That pain. That hurt. That way of being, that keeps all those important parts of us (desiring to be seen) hidden.
Living in emptiness, not only allows the Divine Presence of Our Souls to live through us. But also, brings that which was playing out in the background, to live in the forefront of our lives. Cleansing us, through observance, of all that we have ignored, within us.
Out there has nothing to do with deep inside ourselves. What is really going on is WITHIN ourselves. That creates the out there. There is no bartering with our Souls. Till something is complete, there is no bypassing, what is part of the Soul Plan to complete.
I am not saying there is not Grace. It all takes place through Grace. Right now. The opportunity, to relax and let go. Become emptiness. Flow. Breathe. Receive the activation. Let go a little more. Surrender a little more.
Let go of the reigns, as there is no bypassing your Surrender. The resistance causes the feeling of more pain. More situations needing to play out. Till you let go.
Then the unbearable to face, not only becomes bearable to face in your Divine Presence, but also the unbearable pain dissolves in the Presence of your Divinity. Â Through the very observing of it.
That is the difference between living in endless self-pity and ALLOWING your Divine Self to live through you, through the practice of emptiness. The lower self justifies more reasons to never surrender. The Higher Self offers freedom.
Did you know you are here to live as your Divine Self. That is if you desire freedom from your suffering.
No longer is the band-aid going to be a temporary way to appease the lower self, the everyday consciousness. Your Divine Self is ready to take over and ready to end the suffering. To end the endless seeking. The endless pain. ONLY when absorbed into the Presence of the Divine Self through love, will the pain end.
We are here for the EVOLUTIONARY Journey. Where CHANGE is REAL. Change is REQUIRED. Not a little here of there. But REVOLUTIONARY Changes.
That takes Place WITHIN Â us. NO more hiding. No more hiding behind the fears that once held us back, lifetimes after lifetimes.
Real freedom. There is ONLY one way and it is through being Present WITHIN YOU.
Your deep feelings. Your pain. It is LONGING for your attention. Your Higher Self attention.
When we move into stillness, in all moments, we allow the quietness of our Hearts to be Heard Loudly. We allow our Presence to shine through. We allow the old ways to dissolve. We allow all to come forward that we resisted.
You are not left alone. The you that suffers is the lower self. Your Higher Self (God Self, Divine Self, whatever you want to call it) is the YOU that dissolves it all, through its very PRESENCE.
The only job for the lower self, is to SURRENDER. To let go of the resistance and fighting. Let go of the constant struggle so that the DIVINE YOU can take over.
Has your lower self had enough?
The Temperature has risen so to speak. The Light is so bright, any resistance now is more painful. It is for your benefit. To let go. To surrender.
The Evolutionary tides, have brought you to this now moment. If you are reading this You are ready to surrender more into stillness. Into emptiness.
The letting go, opens your heart. Like a little child, trusting your Divine Self. Let go. Trust in the quietness of your Heart, lives the power, through Divine Light, to DISSOLVE everything, not in alignment with your ASCENSION.
And so it is. Greater Surrender. Greater Emptiness. Greater emptiness MORE HEART. More Heart, Greater your Divine Presence in your Form. Leading the way, dissolving all that is not part of IT.
The revolution and evolution are the INNER processes, of looking within. Now. Always now. Move back into now. Surrender. Emptiness, your Heart shines forth. The Stars Align. Your Soul is here. You have ascended, and SO IT IS. Beloved Angels. Breathe.

It is an amazing experience when you shift into a different timeline. Although this may seem far out there, it really is about very deep within you. There are literal, tangible results with this.
Can you imagine going for a walk, and literally see everything physically change in front of you. You continue walking even if you do not recognize this new timeline. This place on earth, that, minutes ago, was not like this.
So If you are ready to live life as if in a virtual reality world, then you are ready to shift timelines. Shifting timelines involves frequency. Changing your frequency ATTUNES you to the parallel world version of you existing in that frequency. Which means, it shifts the physical aspect world. Which is all holographic.
This involves expanding your awareness to include the awareness that all probable realities EXIST NOW. Because they do. That simultaneously now, as if through holographic layering, there are many you’s coexisting and experiencing different Earth realities.
The different you’s coexisting in different timelines (parallel worlds) exist through varying frequency dimensions. Which are the ALREADY frequency versions of you.
Some things in one parallel world may be very similar with some changes. Some other parallel world experience may be the more advanced you, etc. Whatever you can imagine, exists. Now.
When you focus on any experience, you are focusing in on a frequency aspect of you, that exists already. Get to know this. Memorize this in your consciousness. It exists. Now. Because it does. You are tapping in and out, so to speak, of different versions, different TIMELINES, different frequencies of You. Different Parallel world dimensions.
When you are comfortable with this, that you can imagine it existing. Focus on the You that is already VERY different. That is, if you want to tap into a very different parallel world, to the one you are existing in now.
NOW, when we resonate with ANYTHING, we are in Harmony with it. Harmony is UNION. From that perspective, if one is in anger (as an example) they are in harmony with anger. Resonating with anger. So the dimensional world they live in (consciously) is one of anger. Angry people, etc. If and when the person is in harmony with Love (resonating with) then they live in a world (dimension) of Love.
If the YOU that you would like to tap into is ENLIGHTENED, then focus on being enlightened.  If you want to tap into a life of freedom, then you focus on the YOU that lives in freedom.
This takes discipline. As the current outer world focus, is backwards to how this works.
Most people look out there at their lives, and attempt to change it externally. That may work temporarily, but in the long run things keep coming back and repeating over and over. Have you noticed?
When we CHANGE who we are inside. Which then changes our frequency and what we are in harmony with. Voila! That is the true key to the lasting changes, that allow us to LAND in a new TIMELINE.
With the focus on our inner world and worlds, the playground of frequency, becomes OURSELVES ~ that emerges from any parallel world and timeline. There are no limitations in this.Â
Meaning, the battle has never been out there, trying to attempt to manipulate matter externally. The battle has been with our own inner selves. Â Living in a state of awareness, which is a blind battle, of a hidden enemy out there, that does not exist.
Discipline, to live in a state of awareness of THE YOU in a parallel world, that already exists. Takes focus, and the ability to harmonize, with WHAT YOU DESIRE.
If you say yes I want this and that. Yet ACTUALLY are in harmony with doubt and lack and victim consciousness. Well, do I need to say more.
TAKE this deep into your Heart and Soul. The truth of this. That what you focus on, is what you attune to.
Whether you focus consciously or unconsciously. It is so. Consciously focusing through mastered discipline, is much more valuable than having life slip by, unaware.
To wake up and attune to what you truly KNOWS exists already, consciously, is mastery. All you need to do is focus and attune and be in harmony with, whatever you are focusing on.
So begin with viewing yourself and how you have attempted to change things externally. Then, look deeper within yourself, look at how much you have changed within. Or not changed. Observe any changes in your life as a result. In other words, study yourself.
You may experience HUGE timeline shifts, or smaller timeline shifts, when you do this. Â One thing is for sure. When you change your frequency and attune to another frequency, YOU LITERALLY change timelines. Test this out. Truly change within yourself. Your thoughts, your emotions, attune to what it is you vision yourself to experience. Be in harmony with it. Remove doubt, fear and beliefs that stop you.
This may seem like a daunting task if you are laden with sadness and despair. How to pick yourself up? Begin with true gratitude. Gratitude will lift you up out of the spaces of what appear as a dark hopeless world.
Gratitude, Joy, Love! Wow! Living in a world where you love yourself and everyone loves You! Harmonize with that! Yes a huge undertaking of transformation.
Some of you are on the VERGE of Huge Parallel world Shifts! I feel it and can see it!
For Now. Focus. Allow discipline focus be part of your self-love practise. Have Gratitude. If you have followed my writing and are receiving my activations, you KNOW already to practise 5th Dimensional Consciousness through Loving your self. Your ego. The Painful you. The resistant You. The ONE that needs the love! This will expand your awareness into ALL possibilities exist Now.
Then you will focus clearly, ONLY on the beautiful Great Divine Aspects of Desire. Which do exist now. And Voila! There you have it. The transformation you desired! And so it is! All Now! More soon!

When events shift, and things do not go the way you want them to go, it is a deep slippery slope, so to speak, to focus on how things are NOT the way you want them to be. That focusing on what you WANT and do not YET have, is the ego (or lower self whatever you want to call it) and how “it” functions ~ which is never in the present moment.
All LIFE is ~ is in the now.
There is no an awaited fulfillment.
For those that are living through the lower self, you may believe that it will arrive. Yet look in the mirror to what is doing the waiting.
The present moment does not wait.
Missing out on life, is not enjoying now.
Events do not make enjoyment now.
Things changed one day, do not make now better.
NOW is bliss when entered into fully.
Waiting for a future is NOT being HAPPY with NOW.
Not accepting NOW.
Not loving yourself Now.
Always waiting and it never arrives.
Temporarily with enough stimulus, one may think things are better, but it’s always what is next on the agenda.
What is next. What will fulfil next.
One day. Another replacement needed. Another addiction fulfilled. Another fix, with the high of adrenaline, that is a superficial replacement for deep peace, harmony and joy, which are eternal. And ALWAYS EXIST in the NOW.
The voice that screams of any experience not wanted, is not the Higher Self voice. The “I’ That speaks of sadness, is not the Higher Self voice. It is the VOICE that is here to be LOVED. It’s voice is LOUD only to be loved. Its pain is painful, only to get attention and acknowledgement only to be LOVED.
Being ruled through the consciousness of the lower self, is the slippery slope I was referring to at the beginning of this post.
Do you really want to plunge deeply into that?
The entrenching pain of the lower self, addicted to stimulus and needing to get what it wants. Is a painful path with no peace. No joy. No love. It demands all of your energy. Leaving the LIFE out of living.
The Higher Self (God Self, whatever you want to call it) lives only in the moment.
Being in the present and not in how you want things to be (living through the smaller self) is the only way to LIVE through the higher frequency Dimensions where the Higher Self “it” lives.
Yes it. It has no name. Only on Earth we use names to communicate through mortal language. Call it Divinity. Call it God. It makes NO difference what you call it.
It is the YOU the I of YOU, that knows not pain.
That knows only love.
That knows joy.
That knows peace.
That LIVES in the NOW.
It is all now. The idea of a future, still plays out in the NOW.
It is always watching you. Watching you immerse yourself in sadness. In wanting or attempting to get what you want.
What you want through the lower self “it” is not what you want as your Higher Self  “it” that is, the I of You that is eternal.
The resistance towards allowing your Higher Self lead the way, is the resistance the ego (lower self) has to NOT letting go of what it WANTS.
Yet what it wants, is not what the Higher Self Wants.
So who is ruling the show? The show and life of You? And which YOU ( or “it”) are you referring to that is ruling?
If it is about getting what you want then it is the lower self.
The Higher Self already has it all. It is all within and it is eternal.
OBSERVE what is running your life. Go deeper into observing if you are living through your Higher Self of ego, lower self.
If you wanting your way, unhappy that you do not have what you want, that is the voice of the lower self “it” WAITING to be LOVED through You.
This loving yourself, your lower self, Â is the PROCESS through which you Ascend. There is no mistake in this.
If you are living in peace and harmony, your Higher Self is present and living through you. The Higher Dimensions living through the form.
Now, you can observe what the lower self wants and still be in joy. No matter what is going on. That is CALLED MASTERY.
How are you doing? What are you wanting? How are you when you are not getting what you want?
And at the end of the day, which “I” has had the greatest voice. Which “I” have you identified with the most?
Are you consciously aware when you function through the smaller you or the Higher Self You?
Are you aware of the difference in how that feels?
Are you observing? Are you practising observing?
Every moment is precious.Those are not just words. FEEL THIS.
LIFE is the GIFT.
Living is the GIFT.
Love the lower self that wants what it does not have.
And know that LOVING the part of you (lower self you, whatever you want to call it) IS EXACTLY the process of what is taking place through you AS PART OF YOUR ASCENSION. You practise being ascended. You practise mastery.
You pay attention to ALL that goes through your awareness.
Apply the Love. To the lower self. What else is there to LOVE? You cannot love anything or anyone, more than the love you love yourself with.
The Higher Self loves itself.
Are you getting this at a deep level, do you feel a shift in your body?
If not, read this several times. When I write getting it, I am referring to energetically SHIFTING.
And so it is ~ The “I” God self ~ Higher Self You, shines its Light upon you now, filled with love and joy and all things GREAT. That the ego attempts to get, but can only do so, through the merging with the GREAT I ~ the eternal you.
All Now, and so it is Beloved Angels! Freedom, and LOVE.Â

Yesterday was Canada Day and a beautiful one in Nova Scotia. Hope you are all enjoying the Canada Day long weekend!
Soon the Independence Day for those in the United States. With that we have the new Beginning of the New Moon, in Cancer, July 4th, 8am ADT. Â Sun conjunct Moon and Sun and Moon conjunct Mercury. Moon trine Neptune and the Sun trine Neptune. With the Sun and Moon quincunx Saturn. What does all of that mean you may wonder?
Each of us experiences this transformation in a unique way, based on our own inner Soul Light frequencies. Our own patterning that makes us unique. Some configurations impact some people more deeply than others. Everyone on planet Earth, at the deeper subconscious level is experience change. With each experiencing their own transformation in their own way.
There is no mistake to this. As each being is unique. The way you handle things. The process through which you are transforming, happens THROUGH you, based on your Soul Plan. In other words, it is unfolding perfectly for you. Even if you are kicking and screaming through it.
As it is the entire Consciousness of all on Planet Earth that is transforming. Even if ALL are not conscious of this.
The More conscious you are. The more you impact your experience with greater surrender. Less resistance. Therefore less pain and suffering.
With the intensity of all that transformational energies in June behind us, so to speak. In July we will feel more of the increasing momentum that we are riding along, through the Ascension Process. This seemingly uncontrollable ride, is the HIGHER Consciousness, awakening through you. Your Ascension.
There is no way but THROUGH.
Through you will go, one way or the other. As per your Soul.
Observe the thoughts associated with resistance of the form. All the likes and don’t likes. The kicking and screaming of resistance and its associated pain. And through this OBSERVANCE, become grounded in this STATE of Being ~ AS THE ONE who does the Observing.Â
So we observe the pain. We observe we are not getting what we want. We observe, the VERY PROCESS of the dissolving of the ego. As the OVERRIDING Over Lord of your Ascension, is your Soul. It will not succumb to the dictates of the ego. It is in charge. You are here, it is in charge. This it, is through WHICH you are going THROUGH.
Call it what you will.
It is a surrender process, that if you are here on Earth in a form, you agreed to go through.
It is not a process to which the ego, gets its way.
It is the process of inhabiting a body. Being on Earth. Witnessing that you are also a consciousness that did not originate on Earth. That you are your Soul Light. A God that is Source. This God self you, is not the same frequency of your form or of your Ego. Your ego is resistant to this, only because it cannot comprehend the higher frequencies of Light.
The Beneficent news is, it does not have to like it.Â
IT IS the SOUL that loves it. Loves it ~ INTO LOVE ITSELF.Â
You are becoming this LOVE. That has compassion on all the body goes through. That has compassion for your thoughts. Your fears. Your hopes and dreams. Yet like a benevolent parent, does not give into the desires. As the GRANDER Vision for your life, is MUCH greater than you could realize.
You are becoming this Love. Your heart is opening, even now.
Then the viewing and observing the resistance, BECOMES the LOVE, that the pain and ego surrenders to.Â
We have MORE transformation. More Portals. More Beings of Light coming through. Watching and observing the Ascension on Planet Earth.
Watching the surrender be, the way through which, the NEW Ascended Beings, finally Understand, that WHICH they ARE. And so it is. This Powerful New Moon. All moments are powerful. The Frequencies increase. More frequencies are beaming from Light ships, through the Central Sun to YOU.Â
As the Light of the Sun ~ Joins as ONE with the consciousness that is the Soul God Self. And so it is. Embrace this through the surrender of Observing. Being ONE ~ your new identity. As the ONE observing. The Soul Self. Here consciously through the Form.

New Powerful Portals are opening, expanding and downloading in consciousness. This is a very deep and powerful alchemy process. This is impacting all consciousness.
The increase of Source Light Frequency, transmitted through the Central Sun (Spiritual Sun) Pleiades, is activating Portals of Consciousness, through which you are AWAKENING Through.
This is the Accelerated Ascension Process.
Your alignment, through your Soul Plan, includes the unique specific frequencies being downloaded in Consciousness, for you specifically. Uniquely.
These Divine Source Light  Frequencies, are Soul Frequency patterns of Light, that awaken, the Ascended you, the Original Divine you, in form. This is transforming your cellular consciousness and form, to hold the Higher Original Frequencies of Light, that you are.
This Soul patterning (Light ) is held in your Soul memory and Blueprint (DNA) and downloaded and integrated, uniquely through you.
The seemingly “unconscious” awareness of what is taking place (the Opening of Portals and Increased Alchemy) does not impact the intensity of the Activated Portals (through your DNA) through you.
The lower self (not yet conscious of the Divine Light of All That is) is in a dream state, so to speak, of this process. It cannot comprehend the process through WHICH it is being INTEGRATED into. Reactive states to this integration, that is dissolving (into what appears as emptiness) is part of the process.
The functioning and reacting of the lower self, to emptiness (increased Light Frequencies) is ITS absorption and dissolving, into the Higher Source ~ God Self.
The Portals that are Opening through this Higher Light Frequency Transmission, are impacting all consciousness. The integration is unique to you, based on the varying degrees of integration of Light (the perfect way for you) and your Original Soul Frequency.
The release in cellular conscious as part of the lower self dissolving into the Higher Self (the Alchemy) may include what feels like unpleasant symptoms. These may include increased pain, sadness, anger. THIS is the Healing taking Place. This is part of the Unification.
Applying love and compassion to what you are experiencing, is the practise of 5th Dimensional Consciousness. Which is part of your Ascension process. It is no mistake, that you are to apply this love and compassion to yourself.
These are profound Frequencies beyond words or descriptions. The Vastness of this Light is the origin of the Light emerging from the Void. Awakening once again, the birth of You. Your Original Soul Birth. Now consciously while you inhabit your form.
Your Ascension. You already are so and integrating the Profound Light of what you are. Eternally. Here. Now. Wow! Soon the Light is all you will see and know. The joy and bliss of your Eternal Being. Your Unification. Here and Now. Your Ascension. And so it is. The Light of All That is.

As the Light of the new day emerges from the darkness of night ( as I am writing this) so too, the smaller self and the Higher Self, may appear as two distinct Beings (night and day) residing in your awareness. This may be a conscious or unconscious experience. Let yourself feel this writing, allowing a shift in your energy as you read.
Being attentive to what is going on within you. Helps you to be conscious of what is the predominant you in your existence now. Is it your Divine Self that is having the right of way. Or are you living with the smaller self you, having its way.
Living as your Divine Self in form, experiencing the arriving of your Awareness as a Divine Being is a completely different way of existing on Earth, compared to what you are consciously used to.
Living as the one that still feels sadness, doubt, wants to know and figure things out and have its way, is what may feel more comfortable to you. As you have predominantly lived that way, for many lifetimes.
The deep question is, do you feel the difference within you, consciously, when the shifting back and forth occurs, within your consciousness.
As the smaller self you, dissolves into the Divine You, there is less and less, of the old ways and patterns.
Less of the you, that wants to choose. That is trying to figure all of this out.
As when that you, dissolves into the Divine Ascended You, there is a calmness, a clear knowingness, of your one true Purpose.
That is, living free from the struggle, the attempts to understand. Recognizing those very attempts, are the ways through which the smaller self, creates confusion, and draws you back into the old patterns.
I am not referring to, using control to make this happen. Quite the opposite. We do not use the smaller self ways as the means to live as Divine. That is more of the endless struggle. Attempts at control, which only leads to more confusion and trying to figure it out. That route is endless. It is the never-ending seeking, that keeps you seeking.
I am referring to, your full awakening.
When you see clearly, the smaller you attempts, to still hold on to the old ways.
When you consciously VIEW this, within yourself, through the eyes of the Heart of your Higher Self, your Higher self you, loves the old patterns, into itself.
This is the way.
These words that have appeared before you as words, please do not struggle to understand them. There is no need, that would be only more of the smaller self attempts to control outcome.
Instead, breathe and feel energetically what is going on within you now.
Are you feeling on some deeper level within you, a shift is taking place?
Are you conscious of your breath? Of your Heart, more now?
Are you feeling the presence and relief that comes with that ( a deep sense of relaxation) as your Higher Self Presence, your Divine Presence, is more deeply and consciously awakened, within your cellular consciousness.
Your DNA respond to your Higher Self stimulus through relaxation and your breath.
Yes your DNA also respond to the old patterns, set in motion, for many lifetimes.
Overriding that, is the One True Purpose, which is your Ascension. The overriding I am referring to, is the dissolving through the love of your Higher Self, the old struggling ways. That only lead to more struggling and need to control. It was not going to get you to your Higher Self. Your Ascension.
So you let go more and more. You relax more and more. You feel your breath more and more. You experience longer periods of time, free from habitual patterns of thought. Free from having to figure anything out.
Then you see, clearly, the vision your Ascended Self had for you all along. The vision is your Destiny. Your one true Purpose is living as your Divine Ascended Being. Living as your Higher Self. The letting go of a way of being that survived as struggle itself.
Your Divine Self way (Higher Self) is the way through which you Ascend. We do not use 3D ways to ascend.
We allow all to be dissolved, into the Pure Love of our Higher Self Love. We let go. WE see clearly, yes that is Divine and Higher. Oh that struggle over there and here, yes that is the smaller self attempts to figure it out. We see, we love, we allow the Love to be the predominant force, through which we change. Through which we surrender. Through which we fulfill our one true purpose.
Living as Divinity. As we already are. To live completely as the love that dissolves and transforms everything. We live as the breath of God that breathes in and out, the miracle of Divinity. In form. As Heaven on Earth. And so it is. Now. Breathe and feel.

Being Present in the moment, includes the awareness that everything is new. That we do not know anything. That everything is fresh and new. All things may now mean something to us, than previously thought. We may see things very differently. We may experience things very differently.
By taking the time to slow down and approach EVERYTHING with this not knowing anything into our daily awareness. We let go more and more of assuming we know. Of responding to people, things we read, through the eyes of past conditioning. Of assuming we know.
Many are on automatic pilot, so to speak. They automatically read something, hear something, respond to something based on what they assume it means. Based on the past.
Part of Being Present is Practising Being Present.
Recognizing the Past does not need to play a role now.
We can start fresh. Through TRULY approaching all experiences in front of us (in the moment) through releasing and practising not assuming we know what is in front of us.
So many are living in a state of constant assuming. Caught up in the never-ending loop of assumptions.
To Be Present is to be FULLY here now. Free from past conditioning.
Past beliefs.
Letting go of ASSUMING is a huge leap in consciousness. Recognizing past assumptions, is a Huge Quantum Leap in consciousness as well.
When you read things, slow down. Do not assume you know. Be OPEN to the gift of expansion. Look at all things, communications, through the eyes of Newness. Of understanding IT IS NEW. You Do not know.
This place and space of Being, is the openness that ALLOWS you to HAVE new EYES. To SEE all things from an aspect of this newness. Free from your past conditioning.
Begin to practise this, if you are not. YOU then are applying your will, to the present moment of awareness, of expansion.
Part of this is letting go of wanting things to be a certain way.
Not living in fear of experiencing pain.
Embrace pain. TRUST. Trust what is present. Let go of assuming. Of feeling you know how it needs to be. That nothing is new. It is you that is holding on to the old way.
Embracing everything with the WILLINGNESS to accept all things, as they are. NOT how you want it to be. How you feel they should be.
But with the HUMBLENESS of not knowing, not judging, not attempting to negotiate changes. So that you get things that you want.
This is not about the smaller self getting its way. Getting what you want.
It is about going through all experiences, in Harmony.
Letting go of the struggling, the control, and surrendering, is the Path that is in non-resistance to the constant Higher Self “conspiring” YOU TO EVOLVE. There is no negotiating with your Higher Self. It is the path, or it is denial of the path.
Practising Being Present, letting go of assumptions. Approaching everything with the openness of a child. That YOU DO NOT KNOW. Is the path that is an accelerated path. That releases those old beliefs which helps you to truly always live in the new. Which is living in the moment.
Read this again, with the awareness you do not know what this means. Especially if you read this and assumed you understood. Open to what is new.
HOW else can you open to something more expanded. We must give ROOM for the expansion. That takes place through the beginners mind. The child like mind. The awareness of living as if all is new. The awareness of the present moment. This is how to truly receive.
Begin to approach life, not on speed dial. Notice when you are on automatic pilot, just rushing through things. See all things in front of you as new. Because it is. Look what you have missed on your regular drives. Notice what you have not noticed before. This applies to Everything! Food, drives, walks. Sleeping. Making love.
Slow down. Breathe. While reading, while driving, while walking, while doing EVERYTHING.
Practise Being Present. Practise Opening to WHAT IS NEW.
Look at what is NEW. See everything freshly. In the Moment. It is.
Life can feel like an endless to do list, or it can feel like an amazing surprise. When we hold tight to plans, schedules, the way it needs to be, what we want to see happen, then we are living in limitation. Not allowing the Source of it all, to give us something greater. Being too busy, sticking with our plans and our ideas of what the outcome, should be. As if the smaller, everyday self, knows.
We do not know.
We may think we know, but we do not know. Just look back on your life. Do you see how things turned out differently than you expected? Did you expect you would be where you are now?
With no control over outcomes, why hold on so tight?
Yes it is great to have daily things we do. It may seem like a contradiction then, why do things great for yourself then, if we have no control over outcomes. It is not.
We do what we can daily, that is the most loving for ourselves. Which automatically is what is best for all, even if it does not appear that way to others.
We take care of our bodies. We may see results or we may not. We CONTINUE, with loving ourselves, even if we do not see the immediate results we desire. We have faith. We trust. We continue.
The outcome, is not in our hands.
Our Soul has our Destiny planned. Our Higher Self. Our Divinity. It brings to us, the outcomes, that are best for us.
When we let go more and more. Surprises come. Surprises, we never imagined. Life opens up to this magical experience. It may even feel suddenly, that every moment is magic. Yet, you went through a process of intense letting go. Of surrender, you arrived.
You recognize you really do not have the control you imagined. So you let go more. The more you let go. Relax, surrender. Continue to be Loving to yourself. The more you open to those surprises. Those blessings, that were always waiting for you. They were not going to arrive, when you had the intense grip on believing you knew what was best.
Becoming child like. Open for surprises. Not giving in to sadness, when things do not go your way. Trusting the Higher intelligence. God. Your Soul. Is freedom without limitation. As your child like nature, is living in the flow, of your Soul.
Let go more and more.
Love yourself more and more.
Open your heart to wonder, joy and happiness more and more.
Expand your awareness to the Vastness of your Soul.
Of infinite Intelligence.
Of Light.
Become free WITHIN you.
Soon, you will live, surprise after surprise. In amazing wonder and Glory. And you will fully be in the arrived state of being. In the magic of it all. In love with life. In love with yourself. In love, with every breath you take. And so it is. In the magical Bliss, of All That is.
We are here. We are what you call the Blue Avians. We are in  our body of Light ~ our Light Ship, vibrating Light to you as the Light of All That is.
