We are vibrating pulsations of LIGHT emitting our frequency which is CONSTANTLY signalling OUT and creating a feedback loop.
The Earths magnetic fields; anchored by the North and South Poles and they ARE shifting. What was once the North Pole will become the South Pole.
Our electricity and satellites are connected to this. There have been recently disruptions in the internet and there will be more as these shifts continue.
More importantly, OUR CONSCIOUSNESS and our Ascension are connected to these magnetic fields. These fields are shifting.
Deep within the Earth many intense changes are taking place.

As I sit here, amazed, bathed in the heat and sun of summer in the air and on my skin, I know that very soon, the Fall Equinox will arrive. I am in the Northern Hemisphere and here our equal days and nights, takes place at the beginning of Libra, astrologically. The Balance, the scales.
As the daylight becomes shorter and almost becomes the same length as the night-time, we celebrate the Harvest, the beginning of Fall. September 22, 2018, 10:54 pm ADT. Equinox ~ equal light. As the daylight becomes less and less, and the darkness becomes greater, we then celebrate the shortest day of daylight, the winter solstice and the return to greater light.
For those in the Southern Hemisphere, you will too be celebrating equal days and nights, although for you, it will be the beginning of spring, leading up to the summer solstice, the longest day of day light.
Why the seasons and why the changes? It is a rhythm, a shift. It is symbolic of the moment to moment shifts we experience.
The deaths and rebirths. From the Years, the seasons, the lifetimes, to the daily births and deaths as we go through daytime into nighttime and awaken each day, to a new page, a new life, in this journey we experience on Planet Earth and its program.
Rebirth into greater light after the darkness. We evolve.
Even this too is symbolic of the deeper subconscious nighttime and dreams to the every day consciousness, we dream awake.
As we dream more and more awake, during daylight and during the night, we merge with our greater awareness that never sleeps. That knows only Light. That is always constant.
Through the symbolic nature of the seasons, of nature, of day and night, light and darkness, we awaken after being submerged in non awareness to awareness. A death and rebirth, every lifetime, every season. every day and in every moment.
Symbolically every breath becomes our death and rebirth. The exhale a death, the inhale a rebirth. Feel this now even, as you consciously become aware of your inhale and exhale. Making them even in length, we balance the hemispheres of our brain and we attune to this the equinox and its equal day and night.
Back to the summer heat here, where I am, it is funny saying that, as I am speaking of physicality of my form. I am consciously throughout the universe, yet the hand that type these words and the body that feels the sun, is in a place. A location on Planet Earth experiencing all of this.
When I link to the symbolic nature of all of this, I recognize the story, the page of each day, the rhythm of each breath and I recognize the eternal and the Divine, THROUGH this.
I am surrounding this, yet everything through this form is flowing through me. WE are here to be the eternal, linking the day and night. The summer and fall, the lifetimes, into ONE. The eternal.
WE do this consciously through the breath. Breaking this down to the simplest moment to moment POTENTIAL of eternal union as the ONE that is flowing through YOU. Your Presence.
Can you feel this now through your breath?
Will you celebrate this rhythm,. this connection, this symbolic nature of eternity playing out through you? Now and in all moments?
Your death and rebirth and consciously UNITING in your awareness you with the ALL of you throughout the Universe including parallel world versions of YOU, is what this is for.
You exist in all dimensions NOW and you came to earth descending through the dimensions, to ONCE again hook up consciously to your ORIGINAL and eternal Light.
Let us celebrate this Fall Season, the balance. The going deeper and descending deeper into our subconscious during the winter.
TO Once again ARISE into the BIRTHING process.
We do this every day, every moment. BRINGING all lifetimes, all years, all seasons, all months, all weeks, all days, all moments INTO the conscious awareness of it BEING ONE. We do this through our Breath. Our breath makes us conscious when we are conscious of this.
Your Heart then leads the way, the mind will be in awe and dumfounded of the greatness of all of this. That is the beauty of it, THIS IS total Awe of the beatific glory of the Plan. Of the deaths and rebirths. Of the Ascension, of YOUR ORIGINAL light. Of Light and of the consciousness that is uniquely yours that NEVER sleeps. ALL one….ALL NOW. Death and rebirth, bring it on. In all Moments! Happy SACRED pages…of your story. OF all of them, in all parallel worlds and dimensions.

In the book I am writing, I am deep into Atlantis and the work I did there with crystals, in a temple created outside of the main area on Atlantis.
A lot of DNA information downloaded to these crystals are surfacing on Earth now for the transformation and Ascension occurring NOW.
My Atlantean Self who then travelled to Egypt is in close communication with me, AS she ~ me, communicated with the me now in the so-called future.
Of course all of this is TIMELESS as all co exists NOW.
As I began writing about the temple, in detail and the crystals, some Auralite 23 came to me.
These crystals are older (Earth so-called time) than MU. Over one billion years ~ Earth years. They hold the energy of 23 Earth Elements and Minerals. Some of those are: Titanite, Cacoxenite, Lepidocrocite, Ajoite, Hematite, Magnetite, Pyrite, Geothite, Pyrosulite, Gold, Silver, Platinum, NIckel, Copper, Iron, Limonite, Sphalerite, Covellite, Chalcopyrite, Gilalite, Epidote, Bronite and Rutile.
Beings appeared to me that are a group of Beings that called themselves the Norfolk.
After I received these crystals, they came to me and told me their energy is in and was in (in so-called time) in the cave in Canada where Auralite 23 was found.
IMany of these are Elestials, Record Keepers, Trigonics, Channellers, Transmitters and more. Polished, natural wands and elestials with ancient etching carrying specific frequencies for transformation and ASCENSION. Red tipped, snow-covered, gold tipped, purple tipped and more. This is Profound and magical!

Going deep into the energies these last few days, it is astounding to observe the levels of expansion and the increases in CONSCIOUS Light Frequencies.

The qualities and virtues that TRUE Love embodies, involves true caring, being respectful of others boundaries, is kind, gentle and is selfless.
When I say selfless, do not misconstrue that with the ideas of allowing abuse. This is not what I am referring to.
IN fact, NOT allowing oneself to be abused and treated without respect and love is loving oneself. I have been there, done that.
This is where it starts. Self love is the cornerstone of all love.
Many people in relationships on Earth involve the playing out of baggage or past life memories, which become the stepping stone to honouring true self-love.
The love that first honours themselves, that can then love, honour and respect the other.
THIS INCLUDES allowing whatever is BEST for the Other (not what we think is best) what THEY feel is best, and giving the space and respect to honour them, their wishes, their desires.
Does love blame someone else for hurting our feelings?
Does love Blame someone else who does not live up to our demanding ideal?
Are those ideals created only as an excuse to not look at ourselves?
Our own actions?
Our own awareness to be in the state of Love? Our own level of qualities and virtues of love?
Love never blames, never demands.
Anyone who attempts to tell you what is best, or they had your best interests at heart, yet ignore your desires, not only does not feel good. But is a crossing of boundaries, is a disrespect to their very own free will. That is not love.
Love allows, trusts, the other, even if that means it does not include a life with them. The common type of co dependency relationship is exactly the opposite.
Holding on, manipulating, judging, assuming, as a cover up for getting what we want, is NOT LOVE.
Love is SELFLESS.
So if you are in the process of learning and applying self-love, examine yourself. Your qualities, your virtues.
Do you always respect other people’s boundaries?
Do you care so much for the other, that you are willing to let go and stop demanding?
Do you respect their own private space?
Have you stopped badgering others for more time?
Do you need MORE from others?
Do you watch the clock and attempt to control what they do and when?
Do you invade others privacy? Or attempt to? To see who they are communicating with? And attempt to judge or control that?
These are the basics to look at within.
Love is not winning someone.
That SELF LOVE is self-love, it doesn’t judge or demand anything from oneself other than allowing, not judging, ACCEPTING and being truthful with what is, within.
Then mastery leads to giving the same loving, accepting, non controlling TRUE love to others.
We do not demand others to do what we want in love. We cherish and respect every moment for what it is.
The opportunity to LOVE ~ to be in that state of Love.
To be pure, to be totally accepting of the moment.
Trusting it is unfolding as it is, loving IT.
Loving all MOMENTS as they are.
Any resemblance of attempting to change what is in the moment is nothing less than ego still having its way. Protecting inner turmoil from surfacing before one is ready to deal with these past life memories.
It is the same with what one calls, the veil. It is a protection mechanism of the subconscious for the FEAR level in the buried memories, till it is safe enough (based on The Soul Plan, what level) for things to be revealed. Purely as they are,
If you find yourself caught up in an abusive relationship, please make it a priority to leave. There will be a way.
If you find yourself in old patterns that are not loving, PLEASE make the conscious effort to be present and begin loving yourself. It will take practice. LETTING go of control is not something the ego wants to do, it feels scary because of the fear held as energetic memories in the subconscious.
Start slowly, address these things that are NOT self-love, lovingly. Gently.
Trust the process.
IT IS ALL for being Love, that is it. Loving truly. Being True Love. Being the embodiment of TRUE LOVE.
Selfless, respectful of others boundaries, non judging, gentle and kind. That is Love, anything else is not true love.

A New Beginning. An expansion in consciousness. A timeline Shift. What is it ~ that you are ready for?
Within your consciousness lives the FLAME of your Eternal Being. As Living Light you are radiating your frequency in all moments. What is it you are sending out? How much of this are you consciousness of?
This New Moon (as all New Moons) are new Beginnings, that unfold in frequencies till the following New Moon.
When we begin anew; whether that is in each moment, each rising of the Sun, each new season, new year or new Moon, we have the potential to OPEN ourselves, our Hearts to more of the eternal.
Opening to more of our Divine Ascended ~ Original Light ~ God Selves, we CONSCIOUSLY embrace ~ the truth of our existence, what we ARE and why we are here.
With so many things taking place in the news, within countries (Canada and the Cannabis Act ~ yay!) or the G7 Summit involving tense discussions between countries, or the news of celebrities committing suicide, we may wonder, what is going on and how do we think about this, as Loving Beings, radiating our Light.
Trusting that events are not happenstance, and that at the Higher levels, ALL is well with the SOUL, we embrace greater Harmony and align ourselves more consciously with our Divine Higher Selves.
It is this alignment, and the peace within that this radiates, that is like a soothing balm, to those thrust into the throes of suffering.
Setting our intentions, based on whatever state of consciousness we are experiencing ~ for each day, for this New Moon, we guide our frequencies to flow as that….that which we radiate.
Setting intentions to LIVE as Harmony through our Heart is a great place to start, as it points the finger where it matters, at us. Taking responsibility, to consciously be that eternal FLAME, of Love ~ Light, taking part consciously in the ever EVOLVING humanity.
This New Moon, we are Blessed with great abundance consciousness, with LOVE the forefront ~ as Being ~ dreams coming true.
This New Moon is conjunct eight major fixed Stars, in four Constellations. This blessing and expansion, set out to play out, before the beginning of time.
The Star Mintaka is the third star in Orion’s Belt, and will have its influence energetically, as Mass consciousness continues to receive the LIGHT of the Pleiades, Central Sun, in its evolution within this Universe, as its momentum as CONSCIOUS experience ~ continues.
