Solar Activity has always moved in cycles-rising, peaking and easing again. Right now, it is building toward a natural peak, which is normal and well-understood. This is not a sudden event or an instant shift; it is a gradual process the Sun has gone through many times before.
If you are noticing changes in how your thoughts flow, how quickly emotion shapes experience, or feeling more sensitivity in your energy field, that doesn’t mean something external is happening TO you. Intensity amplifies direction. The stronger the emotional charges the more attention acts like a focusing lens. Where focus goes, experience always follows – because heightened states accelerate perception, choice and response. This intensity now, is like a magnifying glass on your consciousness.
From a creative perspective, thoughts are energy. Thoughts, emotion and intention and attention actively shape your perception of reality; therefore, your reality. To let go of the blocks that hold you back from feeling and experiencing more of your Divine Self, bypassing the old programming and thoughts are paramount, that is, those that are no longer in alignment with the true you. A new identity as the New You, plays a huge role in this transformation and shift. For so long the experience of humans was unawareness. Now people are rising above transcendence to reach a place where embodiment is the only way to be. It is freedom, it is bliss, it is the peace that surpasses all understanding.
If you are one of those beings, you know what I am referring to. Paying the cost for being different. Not allowing social acceptance to be the focus of life, instead allowing being true to your soul as the only way of living and being. In ancient times solitude and intense practices were the way. That no longer is the truth or necessary. The old system is shattered. The elevated frequencies from the Central Sun are placing intense pressure on your central nervous system, to help you adapt and accept the new way of being. The New Divine Humanity. The New Earth. The completely New You, birthed through a system that only knows you as being Divine, filled with love and compassion.
Living through your heart and feeling your way to loving yourself, by paying attention to the cues that let you know how your body feels about things, is the portal. You no longer have to go along and be manipulated by others to fit in. To receive acceptance that is only based on fitting in, and allowing yourself to be belittled to be accepted by those whose hearts are not open, is the opposite of loving yourself.
The frequencies and shifts on Earth as so powerful now, as your focus draws from the Quantum Field of all possibilities, the alignment you desire manifests more quickly. Through this alignment with the New You. First and foremost, focus on your heart space. Breathe into it and expand this space. As far as you can expand it. Seems simple, but it allows you access to a larger field of heart awareness, which unlocks the keys and portals to living purely as the genuine you, the incarnated you with this life plan to experience life beyond self-realization and now beyond transcendence. Your heart has the power to draw from the realm of all possibilities. So let us begin and continue, there are no limits to the access and parallel world shifts that can take place. This Full Moon in Leo (in the constellation Cancer) is on Sunday February 1st at 6:09 pm AST. Please check your local time zone. This is the final Moon phase before the next Eclipse cycle. This is not the best time to start something new. This phase before the next cycle is very significant. It is key, to prepare as much as possible. The Next eclipse cycle starts on February 17th, New Moon and, Solar Eclipse.
So, very simply the focus is ideally in preparation for the next cycle. Complete things, organize things. Go more into your heart and reach a higher level of awareness. I wanted to share more on Hierogomy and compare relationships to radio transmissions. A coherent relationship functions like a radio transmission. In physics, a signal can only be received when both transmitter and receiver are tuned to the same frequency and maintain phase alignment over time. When coherence exists, the transmission is clear, stable and effortless. When it does not, no amount of intensity, repetition, or force improves reception – the result is static. Alignment is not created by desire; it is a structural condition. Where coherence is present, connection sustains itself. Where it is absent, the system collapses into noise.
At the highest level, hierogamy presupposes wholeness. Union does not arise from lack. Union does not arise from friction or disharmony. Union arises from prior inner integration. If two beings must clash or counterbalance opposites to become whole, then wholeness was absent to begin with, and the union is compensatory, not sacred. Polarity models (yin–yang, opposite activation, friction-as-growth) operate within duality. They are developmental, not ultimate. They describe movement, not union.
Also coherence is not dependent on proximity. In physics, once alignment is established, a coherent signal propagates regardless of distance. Two systems operating on the same frequency remain connected through resonance, not location. In contrast physical closeness without coherence produces interference, not union. Distance does not dissolve a coherent bond; misalignment does. Proximity cannot substitute for inner integration.
Furthermore, which I have written about many times – Inner change of frequency is where it is at. When you change your frequency you change what you are radiating. When inner harmony and coherency stabilizes, a new frequency is emitted. What or who is capable of meeting that signal emerges naturally. Pure true unconditional love relationships are not found; they are matched.
When you shift and change your frequency to the vibration of your eternal pure Divine Self that already exists now, and you radiate as pure coherency ~ your signal aligns and resonates with anyone on Earth that is vibrating at that same frequency. There will be a match. You will be matched.

Being the first New Moon of the year, we have the opportunity now to refine our new beginning. How are you managing to stay in your heart? in Harmony. Is there anything you can fine tune, adjust so that your daily experience is in greater alignment with the genuine true you. Not the you that wears a mask and experiences life through the external choices of the false self, the ego. Ego referring to the you that is not in perfect alignment, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual with the depth and truth of your Soul.
There is a lot of fire energy going on; despite the quiet phase with the Moon being dark right now. There is a lot of energy for creating changes, the most important aspect to this, this requires consciousness. When you exist through being genuine and live through your true self (non ego) then you have more conscious awareness of your thoughts, emotions and realize consciously you are creating your future, with every thought and emotion, focus and attention you put to those things.
Mercury and Mars are conjunct during this New Moon. Communication is enhanced with a fiery edge. Be aware consciously as much as possible, what you are thinking and the words you use. Courageous conversations are also a possibility. Embodiment is imperative for transformational communication that creates the future that you desire, the timeline shift, you may be going through now. Go into your heart space, stay true to your Soul. Be gentle with yourself and know that unconditional love is the only true pathway to you. Often, without realizing it, the process begins very early in life. Sometimes in childhood, sometimes much later—quiet, almost invisible moments where, in order to keep the peace, to belong, to be accepted, or to avoid conflict, small parts of ourselves are set aside. Not dramatically. Not consciously. Just… gradually. A preference not spoken. A truth softened so it won’t disturb anyone. A boundary ignored because it feels easier than holding it. A part of who we are quietly traded off so things can “work”.
There is a cost – when you give parts of yourself away. The slow erosion of inner clarity. The exhaustion that comes from constantly adjusting yourself instead of living as yourself. Often, people don’t realize what they’ve lost until they feel strangely hollow, unfulfilled, or disconnected from their own truth.
There is also a different cost—one that comes with not renting yourself out. Choosing to remain whole can mean discomfort and pain. It can mean standing alone at times. It can mean disappointing others, being misunderstood, or facing friction rather than harmony. This cost is immediate and visible, which is why many avoid it, it can be very a painful and lonely road. If you’ve never rented out parts of yourself, then you already know this cost. You’ve felt the pressure. You’ve felt the tension of holding your ground. And you chose yourself anyway. Even if that meant losing everything.
And if you have rented out parts of yourself, there is no blame here. Only awareness. Awareness is where reclamation begins. Please know, it is not selfish to set boundaries. It is not wrong to respect yourself. It is not unkind to stop giving pieces of yourself away for things that were never worth the loss. Nothing external is worth losing yourself for. And it is always possible to return—to gather yourself back, piece by piece, and come home to who you are. To be the genuine you. To be whole. To be the love that comes from not being willing to rent out your Soul. That is unconditional love for yourself first. And it is from this that transcendence arises.
Alignment, truth, and wholeness matter. This is the root and foundation of true Divine union, Hierogamy (sacred union) where transcendence unfolds and deepens.
