Solar Activity has always moved in cycles-rising, peaking and easing again. Right now, it is building toward a natural peak, which is normal and well-understood. This is not a sudden event or an instant shift; it is a gradual process the Sun has gone through many times before.
If you are noticing changes in how your thoughts flow, how quickly emotion shapes experience, or feeling more sensitivity in your energy field, that doesn’t mean something external is happening TO you. Intensity amplifies direction. The stronger the emotional charges the more attention acts like a focusing lens. Where focus goes, experience always follows – because heightened states accelerate perception, choice and response. This intensity now, is like a magnifying glass on your consciousness.
From a creative perspective, thoughts are energy. Thoughts, emotion and intention and attention actively shape your perception of reality; therefore, your reality. This alone, shifts your Blueprint, your DNA and becomes the frequency you radiate constantly, often unconsciously. Your thoughts are not separate from creation, along with your emotions, intentions and attention, are the mechanism of it. Every emotional state carries information. The great news is that as the intensity of the Solar Flares increases, so does the capacity within you to transform. What you emit is what you radiate, and it is this frequency that shapes the reality organizing around you, because you are constantly emitting it- not occasionally, not only when you are focused, but at all times, in all moments.

To let go of the blocks that hold you back from feeling and experiencing more of your Divine Self, bypassing the old programming and thoughts are paramount, that is, those that are no longer in alignment with the true you. A new identity as the New You, plays a huge role in this transformation and shift. For so long the experience of humans was unawareness. Now people are rising above transcendence to reach a place where embodiment is the only way to be. It is freedom, it is bliss, it is the peace that surpasses all understanding.
If you are one of those beings, you know what I am referring to. Paying the cost for being different. Not allowing social acceptance to be the focus of life, instead allowing being true to your soul as the only way of living and being. In ancient times solitude and intense practices were the way. That no longer is the truth or necessary. The old system is shattered. The elevated frequencies from the Central Sun are placing intense pressure on your central nervous system, to help you adapt and accept the new way of being. The New Divine Humanity. The New Earth. The completely New You, birthed through a system that only knows you as being Divine, filled with love and compassion.
Living through your heart and feeling your way to loving yourself, by paying attention to the cues that let you know how your body feels about things, is the portal. You no longer have to go along and be manipulated by others to fit in. To receive acceptance that is only based on fitting in, and allowing yourself to be belittled to be accepted by those whose hearts are not open, is the opposite of loving yourself.
The frequencies and shifts on Earth as so powerful now, as your focus draws from the Quantum Field of all possibilities, the alignment you desire manifests more quickly. Through this alignment with the New You. First and foremost, focus on your heart space. Breathe into it and expand this space. As far as you can expand it. Seems simple, but it allows you access to a larger field of heart awareness, which unlocks the keys and portals to living purely as the genuine you, the incarnated you with this life plan to experience life beyond self-realization and now beyond transcendence. Your heart has the power to draw from the realm of all possibilities. So let us begin and continue, there are no limits to the access and parallel world shifts that can take place. There are moments when the sky itself seems to remember. When something enters our field of vision not merely as a comet or celestial traveler, but as a messenger from an age before time. The newly discovered interstellar visitor known as 3I ATLAS has captured the attention of astronomers around the world — yet for many of us attuned to the pulse of the cosmos, it stirs something far older than science: an ancient memory of light, departure, and return.
The Messenger Between Stars
Astronomers describe 3I/ATLAS as a body of ice and dust from beyond our solar system, tracing a hyperbolic path that will carry it past the Sun and back into the deep. They measure its speed, its radiant coma, its chemistry. Yet beneath those numbers, many of us feel another kind of signal — a resonance of home. Even its name seems prophetic: ATLAS, the one who held the heavens. It arrives not as random debris, but as if carrying a code of remembrance written into its very vibration. Memory of the Great Crossing
Long before written time, in the final hours of Atlantis, a great trembling moved through the Earth. I remember that time — not as legend, but as living memory carried through lifetimes. The crystalline temples were alive with light; the waters had begun to rise. Those who remained centered within the Sacred Heart were gathered and lifted — not in fear, but in divine orchestration. Ships of Light, vast and radiant, descended like consciousness made visible. They were not metallic craft as imagined today, but living vessels of crystalline intelligence — harmonic fields of light responsive to love, sound, and frequency. Through these luminous vessels, many of us were carried to two regions prepared to hold the Atlantean codes for a new cycle of humanity:
1. To Khem — ancient Egypt, where the wisdom of the Sun Temples, sacred geometry, and the living Law would be anchored within the pyramidal grids.
2. To the lands that would one day become the Mayan world, across what is now the Atlantic, where stellar calendars and harmonic mathematics preserved the Atlantean science of time and light.Thus two pillars of remembrance arose — East and West — the twin flames of a single origin continuing the lineage of the stars.
The Return of the Code
As 3I/ATLAS moves now through the inner solar system, I feel that same inner pulse — a signature of recognition awakening the crystalline memory within the heart. Could this interstellar traveler be a reflection of that earlier journey — a mirror of the ships that once bridged worlds? Perhaps 3I ATLAS is both: a comet to science and a living symbol to the soul — reminding us that our origins are not bound to one planet. When consciousness reaches a certain frequency, remembrance returns as light, and physical events act as triggers for awakening. Its timing is perfect. Humanity again stands at a threshold between worlds. The old structures tremble; the new world of light calls. And into this moment arrives an interstellar messenger named ATLAS, carrying within its syllables the echo of Atlantis. Coincidence — or cosmic poetry?
Science and Spirit in Harmony
There is no need for argument between realms of knowing. Science measures; spirit remembers. To one, 3I/ATLAS is a comet releasing dust and gas; to another, it is an encoded mirror of our own ascension. Both truths can coexist. The visible tail is physical light; the invisible resonance is the soul’s recognition. Even astronomers acknowledge that interstellar visitors are rare — this being only the third ever recorded. For those who carry Atlantean memory, it feels like the third bell of awakening: the first sounded with 1I/’ Oumuamua, the second with 2I/ Borisov, and now the third — 3I/ATLAS, the tone of return.
A Call to the Heart Whether one remembers Atlantis or not, the message of 3I/ATLAS transcends belief. It reminds us that the universe is alive with communication — that every movement of the heavens mirrors a movement within us. As it passes through our sky, it invites us to remember that we too are travelers of light, temporarily embodied, eternally aware. Those who once journeyed in the Ships of Light will feel its call most deeply — the assurance that nothing sacred was lost in the flood, that the wisdom of Atlantis continues, rising again through awakened hearts. So as this luminous visitor arcs across the heavens, pause and listen. You may feel a warmth in the chest, a pulse of golden light, or the faint sound of distant harmonics. That is remembrance awakening. Whether comet or consciousness, 3I ATLAS carries a truth beyond words: We are not separate from the stars. We are the stars, remembering themselves through us.
I do not claim to know exactly what 3I/Atlas is – only that its arrival moves something ancient in the heart. Whether it is cosmic ice or living light, the effect is the same: remembrance. Each person will what they are meant to feel, and perhaps, that, too, is part of its sacred design.

This is a guided meditation to open your heart and to help you access your inner powers, without the interference of your old programming and conscious mind blocks. So begin when you have a few moments to simply focus on your breath, and let go of what was on you mind. I encourage you to read a little, then close your eyes and experience the activation. There are many audio activations and initiations on my YouTube channel and I will include here a short audio recording of an invocation for you to listen to as often as you would like to. It is very powerful, so expect a shift. I would suggest preparing and getting into a relaxed state. Reprogramming your subconscious mind and blueprint to the new program you desire is easy when you bypass your conscious mind and weaken your old programming ~ while reinforcing the new desired you. Removing past distortions of consciousness. and restoring the truth of what your Soul knows is true is the key.
Imagine you enter the most beautiful majestic temple, the door is made of gold and you enter it. Ahead you see a beautiful throne which you slowly walk to and sit upon. You feel the velvet against your skin and look around in awe. Take a few slow deep breaths and relax. Angels are present, your Higher Self is present and you see golden light emerge from your heart space now. You feel the warmth, you see the glow. You feel Divine Presence. Pause and feel this. While you are reading this you feel shifts taking place and it feels so great. Feel this. Before you appears a mirror and you look into this mirror. You see yourself as you desire to be. You look closer and deeper and see and feel the new you. Sensing your body shift, you notice tingling throughout your body and feel greater warmth fill your heart area. Pause and feel this.
Soon you see a Golden ball of light in front of your heart. You take a few slow deep breaths and observe the golden ball of light grow and get brighter and brighter. You look deep into this Golden ball of light and see yourself. It becomes the mirror of you. Pause and see and feel. You begin to slowly see emerge your future self, the way you desire to be. You pause and gaze more deeply. You see the happiness, the Glory and the joy of you, as the truth of you. You see yourself healthy and beautiful. You also see the love and compassion your future self is feeling for you now as you gaze and feel. Now pause and take a few minutes going deeper into this experience.
You take all the time you desire to communicate with your future self and see and feel. You then thank the Angels, your Higher Self and all the Higher Beings present, through this. Stay in this feeling longer. Then staying focused on your breath, listen to this recording invocation. Know that you are not alone and that the truth of the heart and Soul is the eternal truth. The New Moon in Virgo (astronomically Leo) Everything feels like it is coming to a head. The intensity builds within your own soul plan and the interaction with the stars and constellations with your unique blueprint, creates a very powerful impact on your consciousness. If your subconscious is deeply buried from your view, then a lot of this you may not notice consciously. It is safe to say most will feel this as a very profound, almost unsettling new moon, because of the intensity. The New Moon is on August 23, 2025 at 3:06am ADT.
With the Sun square Uranus, Sun quincunx Saturn, Sun quincunx Neptune and the Sun quincunx Pluto we are in for a wild ride – to say the least. Are you feeling it?
As sense of urgency to shift things may be experienced and also an awareness of what to do, or a feeling of knowing there is something important to do – you just may not know what it is – that is so urgent.
The intensity will subside. The thing to do is go into your heart. Expand your heart space, feel one with your Soul, breathe that in. That is your great portal and haven, when the world seems crazy or unbearable. Enter you inner temple and breathe.
There is nothing to do and if there is you will be shown in the moment. Deciding mentally through fear or anything but your heart will lead you the wrong way. The way is always within you. The ultimate way is through the harmony that pulses through your heart.
The frequency time frame on Earth is shifting rapidly and we do not know one moment to the next what will take place, and what to do. That is great that is the mind trying to figure it out. The mind does not know or have full access to the full power of the cosmic mind till it is quiet- and you live through your heart. Your heart ONLY knowns. Your mind must be quiet to hear that still small voice of the soul. Sometimes it can be loud in moments where you are facing major forks in the road, so to speak.
The New Moon in the Leo constellation gives courage and gives the grand opportunity to enter the light of your Soul through the love in your heart. So relax, breathe, love yourself and soon you will know yourself as always in the brilliant light of the Central Sun – through the ecstatic love through your heart.

This powerful Full Moon in Aquarius (Capricorn astronomically) is on August 9th at 4:54 am ADT, or the 10th, depending on your time zone so please check your local time zone. This a powerful time to open your heart even more through self love and unconditional love in all moments. Saturn and Mercury are opposing each other during the Full Moon. Mercury stays retrograde until August 10th and on August 10th Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune—will line up in an arc in the night sky. This is powerful! Through your heart or not through your heart you will be activated. It is one or the other.
You are how you are. Accepting that and not taking that out on others as a projection is critical to the transformation process. Watch those inner insecurities, that lead you to look out there and blame others. Resonance here is the key. What are you resonating to and with. What you are resonating to and with, creates what comes into your life. If you are looking out there and blaming others, look inside at what maybe you are not loving and accepting within yourself.
Likewise, do not accept abuse from others. Allowing narcissists or others to manipulate you, is a way of saying I am not worth much, I don’t love myself. Yet, when you fully love yourself you let go of control. You see what is you and what is the other. You gain self respect and respect of others when you no longer tolerate abuse. Get away from those situations if possible.
What will allow someone to transform through ease is the heart. Expanding your heart, to complete unconditional love, like the Angels, is the only way through what is to come, with grace and ease. Resistance, grasping, battling it out, will not give you the peace, love and harmony you desire. Narcissists don’t care about that, it is up to you to care and love yourself. Love doesn’t demand. Love isn’t cruel. Love doesn’t insist or attempt to force, that is the opposite of love and that comes from the head.
The magnetic light field that is created when you live THROUGH your heart, is a powerful transmitter of Love and draws to you the divine support and love, that is eternal. Not the fake kind that comes from the head and attempts to appear real.
The falsehood will be exposed, the aura of the person without their heart open is weakening. They are going crazy and attacking more. As they need their feed, from attempting to lift up the false self. They feed off the weakness of those who have a heart but are not fully living through their heart. Stand up to the truth.
Your Light body (merkabah field) expands through the heart and heart alone. It is the protective field through this apocalypse experience Earth is going through. The wars, the hatred, the anger, the control, the violence. This all comes from within the people not yet in their heart.
They will incarnate again. Their soul is perfect and once crossed over they will realize what really took place through their form. We cannot make anyone understand.
However; again, we can only focus on our own expansion of our heart. No more of a perfect frequency time than when strong emotions may come up as when the Sun is opposite the moon. Those moments or days, when things really shift. It will only be those in their heart that will get through it. This is the curtain call for those who hear and see. This is no joke.
So this full Moon, in which many planets align shortly after is the most powerful time to deal with those feelings, what comes up, reflect and go deep within and see what is resonating within you. You draw what you are resonating to.
The great news is the heart is the powerful generator and only true portal through which you enter, your heaven on Earth amidst what is to come. The Aura that is activated through the heart is a powerful magnetic field. The Aura generated through a non open heart is weakening moment to moment. Craziness is coming through that energy that no longer has an anchor to stand on.
The only true anchor is the heart. The expanded Aura through the Heart. I wrote on this in the book that is in the editing phase. It is paramount to enter your heart, live through your heart, in all moments, and again, this does not mean live in abuse, take abuse, or be mean yourself. Look at any hatred within. Look at how your words align with your heart, or not. Look at yourself in the mirror. It is you creating this. It is you going through what is to come, either through grace and ease, or through crazed anger.
You are an eternal being. You are Divine. Awakening to the truth of the real you, is why you are here now.
