Sexual energies may be heightened or brought to your awareness at a deeper level. Love may be ignited, powerfully. ALL things emotional will be felt deeply. As you continue with your EVOLUTION to the harmonious Being you eternally are.
Your LIGHT expansion opens up to you, as judgement and blame are laid to rest, as the energetic impulse of a reaction, exists no more.
This process of death and rebirth is the process of your Evolution.
YOU see clearly at each new level, the structure of beliefs holding no more than thoughts that kept you held in old patterns. As each belief becomes clear ~ the pattern it once held within you.

On the evening before the time change here in Canada and in the US to Daylight Savings time ~ it feels auspicious to begin writing about this Spring Equinox.
The Spring Equinox is known as First Day of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere which is on March 20th, 2018.
This will be the First day of Fall in the Southern Hemisphere. Both represent changes and transitions. The flow of the equinoxes and seasons.
The Spring Equinox takes place on March 20th, 2018 at 1:15 pm AST, here in the Northern Hemisphere. This start of Spring, will last till June 21st, the day of the Summer Solstice.
The first day of Spring marks the moment the SUN crosses the Celestial Equator, which is an imaginary line.
Equinox ~ means equal night.
The Equinox celebrates and marks the seasons when day and night are equal or close to equal in length. 12 hours of Daylight, 12 hours of night.
Increased DAYLIGHT Begins the first day of Spring, till the Summer Solstice. The first day of Spring celebrates BIRTH and Renewal and New Beginnings, as well as celebrating greater LIGHT.
Stepping into Glory, the Higher Light version of oneself is ALWAYS available now.
The seasons, like the cycle of day and night, are energetic flows of Light and initiations into different aspects of consciousness. With an overflowing energetic charge to ones EVOLUTION and expansion in consciousness. Back to the Original State of Consciousness, which does not know itself in time.
Seems funny to talk about dates and times, when all of this at the higher levels is not taking place through time.
On MU ~ the first civilization all on Earth began to function from and through the higher levels of light, into form, on what was created as Earth. The meeting place of dimensions and consciousness.

Your Evolution includes freedom from conditioning.

All choices INTUITIVELY felt in the body including FOOD choices in an enlightened self-aware way. IS the Higher way.
What is best for you now may not be what is best for you as you evolve.
Don’t judge yourself. Do what feels best for you. If right now your weight is a concern for you, please stop judging yourself.
Trust right now is perfect for you. Even if that includes a struggle wth weight gain or loss. The response of Love is the same. Which includes loving now and not judging yourself or others.
Choices based on beliefs of right and wrong, are not intuitively felt into IN THE MOMENT.
What matters is stepping out of judgment and to FEEL good about what you are doing without ego judgment.
CHOOSE WHAT you DO based on NOW ~ how it feels, not as a result for a future, or based on right or wrong.
Let go of beliefs and listen to YOUR BODY. LIVING not in the moment, not in your heart ~ lives the beliefs of right or wrong.
Do not judge others. Do not judge yourself. There are many that follow vegetarian and believe that is the only spiritual way.
YOUR body is unique.
NO JUDGMENT is the process of moving into greater love. Living in your HEART.
Every body type is different. You may function best with Vegetarian. YOU may function best on high protein.
Either WAY what is great for YOU is not what is best for someone else.
I have done a complete Vegetarian diet and high protein.
DO what is best for YOUR body.
What is best for YOU is not based on a rule.
This is About being in LOVE with yourself. DO what is best for YOU.
LOVE does not include judgment.
Love is acceptance and Loving what is best for YOU and not judging yourself or others.
So the answer IS ~ Be in the moment.
Know yourself.
DO in the moment what is BEST for you.
Evolve into the New birthing of you.
Activating you as you release beliefs of an outdated paradigm. NOW.

It seemed like a regular day, then the SKY Changed.
Lights were beaming down on me and I looked above and saw a gigantic Light Ship, literally scanning me. Beaming me with light. The grass and earth around me shifted colours. Back and forth and everything stayed different colours for hours.
I communicated with the Beings in the Light Ship, they knew who I was. I could literally simultaneously see the view from where they were transmitting to me with Light.
It is then that I literally saw ~ Earth not as Earth seems. The sky not as we have come to believe the sky is.
The Earth appeared to be encased within a looking-glass. Behind the scenes, before the Sun….they can watch and do.
Their ship FILLED almost the entire sky. They allowed me to see, how they see.
They showed me how Earth was not as it seems.
That the Looking glass…How we being watched was as if, we too are on a light ship.
Now, everything is consciousness and Light. There are no limitations.
This view through which we are experienced and beamed down upon does not need a physical device for its intervention. It is all Light.
Seeing what is there right in front of us that others cannot see, does not make it any less real, than the reality that most agree upon, they see.
That is the LIGHT frequency, that varies, The frequencies of dimensions.
The DNA that transmits and allows conscious connection, with ALL That is, when one is ready.
Too soon…too much of what is, would leave many unable to function on planet earth. Forcing someone to face all their fears and beliefs all at once.
I have had visits from many Light Ships and Beings. I have entered some of those Light Ships.
It is all going on ~ Even in front of those that cannot yet see these things and ships.
At the Higher levels, where each being is transmitting their LIGHT to be here on EARTH to inhabit a form, you see and know.
The physical form is transforming into higher frequencies for the Shifts that are occurring. You are preparing.
YOU exist in the higher dimensions now. It is the vehicle through which you function through, that is transforming.
Transmitting to YOU now ~ Light Frequencies with the Divine Council of Overseers.
Birthing the Universe into existence, as you are birthed into your new conscious level of awareness. Your new dimension of existence and AWARENESS of that.

ALL Night long the form could not move as event after event unfolded.
My room shifted and objects changed to match the Dimension I was experiencing.
Shifts began as I found my cell phone time changing the current time” to a different time, timeline.
Catapulted into Being in the center of the Universe NOW my consciousness experienced being birthed into existence again.
The Events Last Night were beyond what could be imagined.
The world of energy as Light and Frequency is merging the 5th Dimension of consciousness HERE ~ now ~ at an increased rate of frequency.
You may call this an accelerated momentum, beyond anything previously imagined.
When the me existing in the NEW Earth appeared to me, which my consciousness here, usually visits there…(as I do all dimensions) she told me about the form here adjusting and how it is always taken care of as the final transformations take place.
One could say my future self visited me. I have experienced this throughout my so-called time on earth. The other worlds., higher dimensions and what would be considered the past (in time) I would go to and enter, as if now. Because it is all now. No plane to catch, only the transition to fully living through the heart.
It is the Heart Frequency, when the hemispheres of the brain, masculine and feminine merge as ONE coherent frequency, that we live naturally through in the Higher frequencies of the HEART.
I have had constant physical phenomenon show me that the results and impacts of these other world visitations, impacted all the dimensions and shifted things here, n the physical. Then as things shifted here, they shifted there. Back and forth the constant stream of communicating DNA and Light Frequencies, is the beatific Glory of the Divine Plan.
It is easy to understand when you experience the foundational energy of the Original Light as your connection now here on Planet Earth. In this there is no time.
The energetic influences of what takes place, through the shifts in awareness within, impacts and shifts matter and all interconnect LIGHT AS consciousness everywhere.
Here we are ~ on the verge of all NOW Newness.
Of ALL Being our Multidimensional selves, consciousness. In a New World, New Dimension, NOW.
Being aware of what matter is, how we impact it, how we are BEING all of this now and how we are connected in all Dimensions, now ~ Is the Initiation of Initiations, through ALL That IS.
This is a VERY NOW alignment and constant expansion and merging with your current reality filter and level of awareness, NOW.
Shifting now, feel this through your Breath. IT is and it is. YOU Are a Divine Being of Light. Transforming in all dimensions NOW. Feel and receive, this NOW.

This Powerful Full Moon in Virgo is on March 1st, 2018 at 8:51 pm AST.
Facing what is Now ~ that is, what is coming up for you and BEING present with the experience. Not having to always like it, but being honest with yourself, of what is your experience. Allowing your Presence to shine its light upon it.
Breathing consciously helps you to relax into the moment.
Letting go of attachments and allowing you to be consciously more aware of your Presence.
Practising this daily, hourly, as part of your experience, will accelerate your integration, of what it is that is experienced through you. As well as feel MORE in union with your Divine Presence now.
Full Moons are very unique to each person that experiences it.
It is your frequency that reacts, activates or does not react or activate, with what is (the frequencies) AS uniquely your experience, moment to moment.
To enter into greater trusting of what is taking place is always in your best interest, that is, FOR YOUR Evolution, stay present with your breath. Feel your body. Be present. This freedom and trusting is the EVOLVED you, without any sense of resistance. You can align with that now and in every moment. It is perfect if you are not aligned also. AS every experience IS truly for your evolution.
For many of you this FULL MOON will open up your Heart to greater awareness of what it is you are actually going through. Through the eyes (perception) of your Higher Divine Self. Your God Self.
This is open for all Beings and always is, in all moments.
Your Breath will keep you present, to what is unfolding FOR YOU. Again, even if you don’t like it. AS everything TRULY is being perfectly aligned for the greatest Transformation and freedom for YOU.
This Full Moon has two major aspects. The Full Moon opposite Neptune, which will open your awareness to what is true for you in the moment, or not. What actually is. If you allow yourself to be present and align with NOW.
This Full Moon is also trine Saturn, which will allow you to be aware of concretely integrating YOUR transformation. That which you know as your experience with TRUST BEING applied, allowing you to more concretely BE as the non-resistance ~ Being your Higher Self.
Being the eternal YOU that lives AS Being the Trust of your Divine Self. Your Divine Plan through your Blueprint.
Your Divine Experience.
Your Unfolding of YOU.

YOU are not nor were ever separated from the Higher Light Being you.

Death does not need to occur to experience yourself in all dimensions.
The transitioning of consciousness from a form into FORMLESS awareness does not have to include a so-called death of a form.
This formless STATE of your Original Light exists now and always.
YOUR ascension is your consciousness expansion and alignment with the Higher Dimensional Aspects of YOU that exist now. Which transforms ALL aspects of your awareness and frequency. Back to your Original Light. Which is multidimensional now.

This Earth life is for the merging of the many higher aspects of YOU.

Transitioning from fear to love, is the freedom you desire.
This is about you LIVING that life beyond your wildest dreams. Where you are fully loved, received, accepted without judgment.
Lingering fears act like a placeholder for the level of awareness that you hold consciously.
When you hold your fears truthfully within your own awareness of your consciousness, something happens.
Truth meets love, the child within meets loving compassion.
Fear dissolves in this compassionate Presence of Love.
Love and compassion hold no judgment.
Love and compassion are a Presence of Divine Frequency.
This is the power of love and the power of Divine Presence.
The Divine Presence now invites you to step into a new level and version of yourself. This is a moment to moment transformation.
Focus now on some fear you have noticed in the background of your own awareness. Something you may have avoided FACING head on, within yourself. Be truthful with yourself. Bring it out in the open. It doesn’t have to be monumental. Just a nagging background fear.
HOLD your awareness on it.
It dissolves in the Light of your awareness NOW as the Divine Presence shines its light upon this fear.
The greater the honesty with your own consciousness with the background awareness of fears, lingering, the greater the opening and transitioning even NOW to Love. To freedom.
All that you desire is in this state of freedom.
For you long to FEEL GREAT.
Fear is often the fear of feeling fear, of feeling judged and not loved. Which is what the state of fear is ~ judgment and non love.
When fear is dissolved, you live in love and joy in the moment.
Without judgment.
Fear is judgment.
Love is freedom from judgment, which allows ONE to live fully in the moment, in love.
That is where your TRUE eternal dreams live.
In that state of being where you live as completely FREE from fear, is the state of BEING FULLY LOVED.
This is ultimately what you desire.
When fear is released you will Feel GREATER freedom.
Do you feel the release of a fear?
Do you sense how you feel more free?
Take a few moments and feel your breath and your heart and your body. Check in again with yourself honestly.
Did some fear just get dissolved through the PRESENCE OF Divine LOVE?
What has changed within men?
You have NOW entered into greater love.
You have become FREEDOM, this moment to the next moment.
Love dissolves all fear.
Love FULFILLS the desire for Being accepted just as you are.
FEEL this love now! Take time daily to get to the heart of what you desire, TO BE LOVED. Open up to yourself all that has been in the background. Bring it to the Light of your Divine Presence.
Enter the 5th Dimension.
This is the state of LOVE where you fully merge with the Divine Ascended Being PRESENCE OF YOU fully.
Where you live and know your GREATNESS.
This Presence dissolves all those uncomfortable feelings. The ones you had previously avoided.
